Absolutely fantastic group of people to work with, they were very on point with their appointments communications and the entire company as a whole from the the owner and everyone else has been completely amazing and I cant be any more satisfied.Although my car had issues, needing body work and this is the only place I would ever take any vehicle of mine nor can I highly recommend this place any further. Thank you Kelly and everyone else that helps make my experience so pleasurable and a special thank you to the tech that worked on the car as it came out beautifully. Again thank you all for everything, and thank you for being such a wonderful group have people to work with. You guys are truly amazing and I cant thank you enough!

Average to below average work quality, bad customer service. Clearly Gerber is incentivized to perform to the bare minimum when it comes to an insurance claim. Cars alignment was way out, which would be less of an issue had state farm not called and informed me that rental car coverage beyond this date would be at my expense. Paint/buffing quality is quite bad, not sure how this passed inspection. They offered to quickly fix it, by that time Id been there 2-3 times, once for repeat alignment, once for inspection. Not going back. Pictures pretty much sum up the rest; damaged window garnishes (~$800-900), and, poorly painted rims (reconditioned), and finally the recent discovery that they sent me on my way (and my wife and kids on a questionable side wall transition tire gouge).

I took my truck to them about 11:30 on a Monday morning, and they had it back to me the next afternoon. Admittedly, my issue was very minor in that they buffed the headlamp lens, touched up a tiny nick in paint, and replaced the chrome bumper with new. Luckily, the warehouse in Lakeland had a replacement in stock. Nobody would know the difference, if I do not tell.I was pleasantly surprised with their speedy and friendly service. They were a little difficult to find for this out-of-towner, but I would recommend them quite readily. I was planning to take my truck to the Ford dealer nearby, but glad I went to Gerber instead.

Amazing customer service!! The staff was all friendly, honest, and efficient, including the Enterprise representative, Kirby. I was in and out in 30 minutes, with a rental!! Im very pleased!!

The team at Gerber was outstanding! The appointment was simple to make, The process of getting a rental car was smooth and Chris Hart got right onto estimating the damage, getting the claim approved and getting parts ordered. While there, I asked for a second quote outside of the claim to replace a broken brake light assembly. Chris gave me a very fair quote and I approved the work. For both repairs, my car was completed a day ahead of schedule. I hit a raccoon on a Friday and my car was fixed by the following Thursday. I’m already recommending Gerber to my friends!

5 well deserved stars!! Im so glad I brought my vehicle here! Being in an accident is hard enough, and from the moment we arrived to ask questions through the time we picked our vehicle up everyone was professional, organized and very helpful. They did an EXCELLENT job on my vehicles body work. I was a little nervous but you cant even tell it was ever damaged. I will be going here for all of my autobody work from now on out!

My car was perfectly fine Prior to being rear ended in the Rain by an 18 year old kid. After the accident I noticed my car making a rattle noise. Like coins in a Coke can. When I dropped my car off I explain this to The attendant that took in my vehicle. I also explain it to the insurance adjuster. Came back a couple days later to pick up the vehicle. Only to find, That the car was still making the rattle noise. I called Gerber immediately and told them about the issue. Their response to me was, we looked and we didnt see anything or hear anything. The repairs that we made, Is pretty much the extent of what we are willing to do. If you want to go somewhere else and get somebody else to fixed a vehicle. You are perfectly welcome to do that . If you can get the other mechanic to agree that the rattling was caused by the accident then we will try to get the insurance to pay for it. That was pretty much it.. Not, bring the car back in and well take a look at it. Just turn me away and be done with it. Now I am tasked to go fix my vehicle with my own dollar. Something that should have been done by Gerber. I know that my guard sounded perfectly fine or normal prior to the accident. Now my a car sounds absolutely terrible and Im embarrassed to drive it.. So I am very just dissatisfied with Gerber and will not be returning there . They have helped me out in the past and they were all very friendly. But as far is the actual repair experience. Absolutely terrible.

If I could give them a zero or negative stars I would.Insurance pushed us to go here. Which I wouldn’t again.Had to send the car back 3 times because they can’t match paint or fix everything completely. Were rude and disrespectful when I would point out what was wrong and pushed me to take it.Rude to my boyfriend (who knows cars a lot better than that “quality” inspector)Oh and the employees will talk smack about you and your car to their friends...who they didn’t realize were your friends ;)AND THINGS ARE STILL OFF BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO LAZY TO FIX SIMPLE THINGS LIKE THE BACK BUMPER.Also they quoted and charged me for a new tail light. Said it was the new one but they just put in the old one (this was discovered recently and even more infuriating months afterwards)I could write a novel on how bad a job was done on my car. And it was all just because I was rear ended.Bring an auto mechanic friend to inspect your car because they will let you leave in worse shape than you came in.

The WORST experience by far. Communication is extremely poor, upselling and price gouging to say the least. Its the horror stories you hear of, our estimate was $3k gave the deposit to get the parts ordered, parts came in and 10 minutes later got a call that the price had gone up to $6500. Id expect that being in the business that they would have the experience or courtesy to take the 4 minutes to remove a tail light to see if there is additional damage if it was a concern. So our price almost doubled from an impact that was 4mph???? SCAM STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS....Do yourself a favor, initial price will be cheaper than most but as soon as you sign on the line you will be ripped off before its over.

I have had the unlucky pleasure of dealing with Gerber twice. Both times I have had issues with Gerber calling me saying the car was done when I get there my car is clearly not done. The first time I was called and told the car was done, I get there and my car hasnt been touched. The manager apologizes. I come back a few days later and there was still a ton of deep scratches in the bumper and the manger said Im so sorry I dont know how we missed that. It took three times to get it correct. Im sorry but that should be checked before calling the customer and waiting my time. Second time dealing with Gerber both times from someone else with Geico hitting my car, they call me to tell me the car is done and there was a bunch of debris in the paint. Again the manager apologizes and acts like it no big deal that he just wasted my time. I came back and it was finally correct.I would not do business with these guys if I could help it in my case it was easier to go through them because it was the people that hit mes insurance companies business that Geico uses. To Gerber I think you need to have someone in charge of looking everything over before calling the customer to say the car is done. It is a terrible business practice and customer service when you are wasting peoples time on things that could be easily seen and handled before calling the customer to pick their car up.

Very fast repair, but I had to return several times before they got it right. I would have rather waited to get my car back until it was fixed as good as new. Worries me that guys didnt pay attention to detail. At least workmanship is guaranteed so they keep working with me to get it right.

Terrible service and excuses galore - DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR REPAIRS!!!!! They had my car for almost four months and every week there was an unjustified excuse about parts unavailability and blah blah blah....my car is a Ford not a Ferrari that you have to get parts from Italy! Idiots gave me back my car and within five minutes the splash panels under the car fell off. The paint was running down the side of the car so I had them repaint it and then they gave the car back to me without buffing out the paint so it went back to them yet again. Then they gave it back to me again and the headlights were never realigned pointing straight towards the ground and I couldnt see anything driving at night... Needless to say oh, I had to bring the car back again to have headlights re-aimed. Never again!

Today I went into the office to speak to someone about setting up an appointment for a damage estimate and the lady at the desk was so RUDE and CONDESCENDING that I refuse to ever go back there. She was absolutely repulsive. I have never been spoken to like that in my life! It was so disgusting I literally had to turn away from her when another gentleman KINDLY explained the steps I need to take. So, thank you to that kind man and his patience and character. I will NOT return to this location to fix my truck. She absolutely lost my business before she even had a chance!

I have never really been treated as a valued customer the few times I have been to this location. The opposite actually, as the representatives left me feeling as if I was a burden to them. I had 3500$s worth of work I was trying to have done and they didnt seem to eager to help. Well my insurance company uses them for repairs and even though I was unimpressed by the customer service I had no desire of setting it all up with a different location. There quality of work is up there with the best (and it should be for the price they ask). Well I thought it was at least. Only a few months after the work was done a section of weatherstripping came off the car while on the highway. This section is right at the top of the windshield. The entire windshield was replaced by the company, I was under the impression that the weatherstripping was included in this repair or that if the originals were used they would not fall out. No part of the frame or track for the weather stripping was damaged before the repair and the track does not look damaged now. I speculate they just did not secure the weather stripping back in place properly. Well they have a LIFETIME GUARANTEE right? So no big deal should be able to take it back it seems like an easy job. First thing i Learned was DO NOT show up without an appointment, they will act as if you have ruined their day by taking away 10 minutes of their time to set up a quote for potential business. (since they had my car for the weather strip replacement I was going to add some repair work that is unrelated). Next I was given the impression that they would be charging me for the repair, I didnt argue or even ask if it would be covered, ultimately I just wanted it done and at the end if I was disappointed by them not covering the repair to the weather stripping I would go somewhere else for the rest of the work. Unfortunately they were unable to set up an appointment for me to return and promised they would give me a call when the part I needed was delivered to them and then they would set up an appointment. I never received a phone call, I have called back a few times and it seems no one will return my calls. Extremely disappointing in the service I have received, even if the shop is doing repairs for your insurance claim I would STRONGLY ADVICE going somewhere else.

Friendly service shotty workmanship over spray all over my car did replace my fender emblem glued my trim back on with it sticking out two inches and my hood gap was of by At least a quarter inch . had to spend my 20th anniversary sitting at the shop smh 1300 plus dollars later

The crew did an outstanding job on my truck. The door, fender, wheel well and mirror had to be replaced with fa tory parts aND painted to OEM standard. Excellent fitment. Paint matches perfect, Im extremely meticulous with my truck. I demand perfection and they delivered. There were a couple minor swirl marks in the clear coat in the blending in portion of the project which I identified during the inspection to which they immediately addressed. The Geico/Gerber system in place is a well oiled machine. Highly recommended.

Geico reached out to me to set up an appointment with Gerber (palm bay Rd) for my rear bumper damage caused by one of their insured. After I picked my vehicle up and inspected the workmanship, it far less than acceptable. Dirt nibs, neglected repaired areas, fish eyes and even cutting compound dust within my trunk seals. Not to mention tape adhesive that was not removed on multiple windows from masking. I came back up, spoke with Mike ( Gerber mike.. not the Geico adjuster Mike ) and was extremely disappointed with the customer service and comments that were made. so youre worried about this mark on your bumper, but not worried about these chips on your trunk? The conversation was argumentative until bill came out to inspect my vehicle. Bill said himself : the vehicle should not have left the lot looking like thatI called geico, spoke to Laurie (the area manager) and requested a different location.A : I do not appreciate the lack of quality. Maaco would have done a better job than this horrible work.B : the lack of customer care, and ABSURDLY rude comments from particular employees is a no-go for me. I feel that Geico needs to drop this place. Never again will I go there again, nor recommend it.Its one thing to be inconvenienced by another driver hitting your vehicle, yet even worse to deal with a place like this for your repairs.Edit : The Us1 location behind Rosner Chevrolet in Melbourne did a PHENOMENAL JOB repairing the palm bay rd locations work. I dealt with chris and dave. Great guys!
