My 2015 Fit needed a part replaced (covered through warranty) so I came to Jim White even though I live in Sylvania. Joe assisted me with the part replacement and also took care of some additional services needed. Everything was quick and with perfect text-book customer service. I brought a 2016 Honda Civic for my teenager from this horrible place. Needless to say I got horrible customer service! I brought the car on a Saturday the salesman Ken had me wait until Monday to pick the car up because they didn’t have enough techs on staff to clean the car. When I arrived on Monday to pickup the car, Ken was no where to be found and I was left asking everybody in the building where my car was. The finance officer finally called Ken and he said that he was out and wouldn’t be back for a while. The finance officer found the keys and sent me on my way. Ken never called to follow regarding my purchase nor did anyone show me how anything in the worked. The Bluetooth has never worked. I took the car in today and again I received horrible service. I called requesting to speak with Ken but he wasn’t available. I spoke with Brian Hall who was extremely rude, he constantly belittled me, I asked to speak with his manger, he refused and told me to leave. Brian repeatedly spoke to me in a condescending way. When I went the service department, the rep there continued to use profanity when speaking with me and when I tried to leave he began to walk behind me cursing and taunting me. I regret purchasing a car from Jim White, neither my family or I will return to Jim White! Stay away from this horrible dealer!

We are moving from WI to NJ and the first night of our trip we ran over something and damaged the splash shield assembly on our CRV. It was hanging down and scraping the road. We put in a service request online after hours and received a call before they officially opened the next morning. They took our car @7:45 am that same day, replaced the part and we are back on the road. Everyone there was wonderful! Thank you for your help in very trying circumstances.

We had some service work done here. They did an amazing job working with the insurance company to make sure everything was taken care of and done correctly.

Worst customer experience. Took all day for a simple repair procedure. Didnt even start on it until I called near the end of the business day. Tried to short me on the value of my trade-in for a new vehicle, whereas their competitor just 10 miles north gave me exactly what I wanted and welcomed me and my trade-in without a fuss.

Finally got car at 2:30. This is unbelievable!! Dave was very kind though. If I had had to wait at the dealership this would have been unthinkable. This type of service (or lack thereof) should be corrected.

Had an appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation and waited over 90 minutes. 6 people arrived after me and were serviced and on their way. Not a good experience from the service side.

I recently bought a new Honda Passport from Jim White Honda. Most of the transaction was done via email, and the telephone. When I arrived to pick up the Passport, it was clean, full of fuel, and ready to go except for a few signatures needed to complete the deal. Ive bought quite a few new vehicles over the years, and this might have been the smoothest of them all. No games, and everything was as it should be with the financial side. I will take a look at Jim White Honda the next time Im in the market for a new Honda.

Very sketchy dealership. Purchased a CPO vehicle and took in in for an oil change at different Honda dealer and they found parts missing for the breaks and other items. Also finding other issues with the vehicle that were not disclosed by Jim White Honda. The dealer never activated the satellite radio and now Im told it is to late to activate.Strongly recommend buyers avoid this dealership.

I went here looking for a car during a special sales event. An army of out of town salesmen were hovering like vultures. The one who approached us seemed nice at first and helpful. Inside the dealer was complete chaos. There were rows of tables setup like it was a bingo hall. I Had a car picked out, the dealer said all the paperwork looked good, but when I came back the next day he said he couldnt sell the car I wanted and offered a older higher milage car I had no interest in. Tried to pressure me. Several times during the process I asked him how much the car was and he couldnt tell me. He said he didnt even know. We got up to leave and he followed us out still trying for the car I did not want. I felt bullied. I still like Hondas however I will never go there.

My car was totaled in an accident recently and I returned to Jim White to buy a CRV . Jon Welker took his time with my decision and thoroughly went over the cars technical systems with me. Blown away with the service my family received in the service department at Jim White Honda. We were traveling and had an engine issue. Kathy took us in and found that the engine was misfiring. She went to speak with her manager Mark Johnson. He came out and introduced himself to us and assured us that we were in good hands. They put us in a loaner car and were able to continue onto our vacation in Michigan. This was done for FREE!!!! They found an extended warranty that Honda had out and the repair did not cost a dime!!! Thank you sooooo much for the extra time and taking good care of us so we could still enjoy our vacation.
