I had a blow out on my right side front tire the night before, so the next morning I immediately got started researching tire prices and service availability, a very disappointing process until finally I called Tireman in Maumee. I had a hard to find tire size, but in just a few seconds the service advisor said “ I found your tire but I have to order it and it’s going to take about a couple of hours before I can get it in”. Wow I’m immediately excited, so I asked him if there was anyway that I could get in and finished that day? He replied “ Well we’re really busy, but I will do my best”. I said well do what you can, long story short, he called me three hours later and said “”Mr.Johnson we have your tires, but we noticed some rim damage and we’ll take care of that for you and we also noticed that you may need an alignment, would you like us to take care of that for you”? I said yes of course, well in about 40 minutes he called and said “ Mr. Johnson your vehicle is ready for pick up”. I picked up my vehicle, the service advisor was very courteous and when I drove my vehicle I was very pleased at the way it handled. Great job guys, I’ll see you the next time I need tires. Thank you!

Tire issue caused likely by a pothole. Corrected fast by Tireman! They did not charge me. I insisted on paying and they refused. I believe the charge would have been $10-15. The customer service here is second- to-none. They know how to treat repeat customers! I have experienced the same outstanding service here every time I visit. I recommend Tireman-Maumee to everyone!

I called for new tires after the dealership had nothing to offer. Chad was extremely professional and provided a quick quote. The drop off and pick up procedures were very efficient - no waits for either. I will definitely be using Tireman for future services.

I took my car to Tireman on my way to work after I noticed my tire pressure was low. My tire had a nail in it so they fixed the tire. They were kind and efficient and didn’t even charge me a dime. Very professional! Thank you to the entire team!!

Took my class C RV in for six new tires. They did a great job of replacing most but had some issues with the driver side rear because they didn’t have the proper Jack to lift the camperOnce the Jack was found it was a quick fix. Technician was very good about letting me know proper inflation and rotation. Highly recommend this shop.

I trust tireman for all services I need on my car. They are always honest and trustworthy for what my car needs. I went in the last time thinking I needed rear brakes and they told me my brakes were in excellent shape and no replacement pads needed. This saved me quite a bit of money. When I bought tires from them, they offered me a range of different price points and also had coupons and a rebate. They have also changed my oil in my car. Definitely my go to place where I know I wouldnt be charged for services and repairs my car doesnt t even need. Also the employees are friendly and have good attitudes.

I had an appointment for an oil change on my Chrysler 300. Their lots were full of cars. That told me people trust Tireman for their maintenance on their vehicles. I waited just a short time to check in for my appointment and give my keys. They had a very large waiting room with a TV set up, small fridge with water and coffee, available. I also had my two small grandchildren, 6 and 4, for whom I took a bag full of games and distractions.I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the restrooms, also!Don’t know how long an oil change should take, but I waited almost an hour to be called back. They were very busy. The counter attendant was extremely pleasant and he had a great smile! I paid for the service, for which he gave me a $5 coupon toward. We also confirmed an appointment I have for next Tuesday to repair a tire leak.I had a very good experience at Tireman in Maumee, Ohio. I would easily recommend their service to my friends and family.

Chad was great and seemed to truly care about servicing my vehicle. He answered a few extra questions and discussed options. This experience had renewed my confidence in Tireman since the last couple visits to other locations did not go as well. I will return to this location again.

Needed an alignment done on my daughters car asap, called everywhere nobody had anything available. Spoke with Tim and he was able to get me in the next day! Appointment was at 4pm, car was on the rack at 4:02pm, then i was cashed out and on the road at approximately 4:45pm! Everyone there greeted me and was super nice! Interesting visit, after sitting in the waiting, for 2 hours I had to ask if my car was done (I saw it sitting in the parking lot) not good customer service. Asked for the new tire on the front to be rotated to the rear, they said no, it did not need to be rotated. Pretty sure new tires go on the back for stopping and traction on wet curves. Won’t be going back!

I can’t give zero stars. This is the absolute worst shop. I went in because of a check engine light and a sound coming from under the hood. I told them to check the alternator, serpentine belt, and the pulleys that the serpentine belt runs on.The mechanic called me and said they needed to open the engine (my car has 80,000 miles and is still under power train warranty) I asked if they had checked the alternator and the serpentine belt and asked how they looked and if they needed replaced. The MECHANIC who had been working on my car said he hadn’t checked. I told him not to open the engine so it didn’t void my warranty. And he said ohh yea I guess you would still be under warranty huh…The next morning I went in and spoke with the manager. Who told me that they had checked everything and my code in the computer was low voltage so they would have to open the engine and told me his mechanic (who had told me on the phone he hadn’t checked the alternator or the belt) had checked everything… charged me for a battery but told me my old battery didn’t have a date on it (this was to fix the code on the engine light)… they all do… and treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about because I’m a female.Took it to a different shop… it’s the alternator, like I said in the first place…So did I really need a new battery? Was one of the cells bad? I’ll never know because this Tireman treated me like an ignorant 5 year old and wouldn’t give me any straightforward answers on anything.Ohh and the manager said he’s never heard that Dodge has a 100,000 mile power train warranty and said it must be something that that dealership does… nope that’s a manufacturer warranty friend… the dealership can’t do that. Nice try though!

Was having trouble with what I thought was a harmless slow leak in one of the tires and didn’t think much of it because for the past 1.5 years I was working from home. On my first trip to visit family I had to stop multiple times to attempt to fill the tire. Some of the time it would fill others not so much. I knew I could not make the return trip without a repair.Tireman quickly determined the issue and had me on my way in about an hour. All without an appointment!Friendly and helpful staff made the experience outstanding. Wish I lived in tow to have them repair anything that could go wrong in the future.

Great experience. One phone call and I was able to drop off my car, give information over the phone, receive information of what was needed to repair my tire, and paid by phone. Everything was done while I continued my work day. I was able to pick up my car after work and drive home all repaired with two new tires and a front end alignment. Great service and great prices!

I called on Tuesday the 27th to make an appointment for oil change, and Shaun answered my call he asked if I could come in at 11: 45.I told him no I told him I am at work at that time then he said I have an opening at 1: something I told him no I am still at work. Then he asked if I could drop off my car I told him I couldnt I did ask if he had something later he said after 2:00 were all walk-ins so I told him I would come after work on Friday. When I arrived on Friday I was told by two men at the counter that they havent done walk-ins for 2or3 days they asked him about and he said I dont remember that if he did not answer the phone then how did I know his name? As for the service on Sunday it was very good I would give them 5stars

I cant say enough about the excellent treatment we received at Tireman. After having a bkow out on our camper Tireman quickly got us back on the road. And the charge was very reasonable.

My experience started with a worker who not only couldn’t find my reservation for an alignment but then judged where I purchased my tires from and questioned my knowledge of what my car needed. I then had to wait 1-1/2 hours for my vehicle to even be looked at even though I had an appointment and was told this is standard wait time for all customers. The work itself was fine. They repaired my car as requested - I have nothing against those actually doing the work. Their frontline staff could truly use some work.

Purchased 4 new tires and had my car aligned. Tire prices were the most competitively priced of any in the area. The counter employees were very courteous and patient in answering my questions.I decided on which tires, they were in stock and the service dept. was able to do the work that same day. I left to run some errands and as soon as my car was ready, I was called and informed. (Note, there is a clean and comfortable lounge area for people who chose to wait while the work is done.)When I picked up my car, I had the same level of courteous service as when I was picking out the tires. Driving home my care rode and handled so much better than it had earlier in the day! Happy customer. Will return and do recommend this business to others. 5 stars!!

Overpriced, unprofessional, gave me a 1.5 hour wait time to change a flat tire, charged me $84 bucks and had “no idea” where they could have parked my car. Good news is I got a new tire, and it ended up only being a 30-40 min wait. In hindsight, would have just bought a tire and put it on myself.

Tried to scam into buying a new tire for no reason. Got a screw in my tire and took it here for a simple patch job. Told me it was unrepairable and they had to replace it. Had them put the spare on instead and took it somewhere else to replace the tire because I already wasn’t happy with their service. When I took it to a different tire shop, they said it was an easy patch job and did it free of charge. Avoid Tireman at all costs, they will try to take advantage of you.

Planned to purchase tires at Costco, but contacted the Maumee Tireman shop because I also needed a wheel alignment. Josh T. worked hard to win my tire business, vowing to beat Costcos price. Well, Tireman DID beat Costcos out the door price by $70...including all the other perks that come with a Costco tire purchase. So off to my Tireman appointment I went. It was nice to get both things done together in a 1-1/2 hour appointment. This was a very positive experience.

I was able to drop off my car unscheduled because I had a flat tire. They were able to get it in and fixed in just a couple hours. I had trouble getting into another tireman Or to schedule a visit. They were able to get me in though unscheduled. I was very pleased

I could not be happier with the service I received! A busy short week due to the holiday and I started losing air in a tire. I dropped car off at lunch and they were so busy I left it there for the rest of the afternoon. Not only was my car done at five when I returned after work but there was NO CHARGE!!!! A small nail was the culprit and they fixed it for free!! Where else can you get that kind of friendly service!?!?!?!

It says they did a check for tire pressure and did a tire rotation but when I checked the pressure myself after getting home, my back left tire was at 19 psi and they did not inform me. I already knew about the low tire pressure of that specific tire but it shows that they also didnt rotate them. Im a lil nervous for what else they lied about/ didnt tell me but so far the oil change hasnt caused any problems so thats good haha.

Excellent service. They do a great job. I bought brand new custom rims twice and they mounted the tires without damaging the rims both times. Not one scratch!! I really appreciate customer service, very polite. I will not go anywhere else.

Tireman has excellent customer service. I brought my vehicle in because it was making a rattling noise and it was having brake issues. They worked out a great price to replace my rear brake pads, rotors, and calipers. However I still noticed the rattling noise after I drove home. I brought it in the next day and they discovered the heat shield fell and was hitting the driveshaft. The employees were very kind and admitted they didn’t notice that issue the first time and fixed it for free. While having to bring my vehicle in twice was an inconvenience, they made up for it with prompt service and compassion for their customers.

I called them prior to showing up to ask about getting an alignment on my vehicle. I got there and explained I had new steering components installed and needed the front end aligned as well as steering wheel corrected. I wasnt even sitting in the waiting room a full minute before my vehicle was taken into the shop. I was in and out of there in less then an hour and the service was spectacular and the prive was great! (I also used a $20 off coupon found on their website) My 20yr old vehicle drives like its brand new again. Drove straight and no more vibrations, made the hour long drive home much more enjoyable. Thanks Tireman! Will definitely be returning for any other issues that I cant fix myself.
