I had an appointment at 11:00 a.m. When I got there, they said it would be a long wait (1-2) hours because they were down to 1 service person and because an emergency came up. I was not happy about this, given I had my 7 month old grandson with me. We took a walk and shopped a little. I then decided to go back and if my car was still outside, I was leaving. Fortunately when I returned, it was done and ready to go. The employee at the desk was very friendly and apologized for the wait, which turned out not being long. I do like the price!

Cole Saunde was great. Very personable and explained everything perfectly. I had no questions at the end of it and he worked with me to get me into a car the same day. I have really bad credit and am just establishing footing. My car broke down two days prior to coming in and they were able to work with me and get me into a vehicle I was happy to get into and out the door all within a few hours. The whole staff was wonderful and I will for sure recommend them to everyone.

Got approved for a car the next day it broke down had plenty of problems trying to get in to get fixed finally get it to the shop and Im told theres more problems with the car that I already knew about I work on cars as well. Spoke with the general manager came to the decision of getting me a new car the next day they tell me thats not a good idea just going to fix the car and have it done by Monday and Ive been missing work already and that hindered me from making a full payment already. Theyre basically forcing me to keep a car I dont want due to all the problems. Theyre nothing but swindlers and liars. I was lied to multiple times by the GENERAL MANAGER! TERRIBLE car dealership.

They sell vehicles that arent up to par. My vehicle developed a squeeze and a check engine with the first week and month of having it. The alternator went out after having the vehicle 59 days. Thats all that has been fixed. So Im paying over $400 a month for a squeaky, high-mileage vehicle. Who knows when that check engine light will come back on. They also lied during the sale. I will never purchase a vehicle from Byrider again. It was a HUGE mistake!

Bought a car almost two years ago and had nothing but problems. I have put more money in this car during the first year of getting it then it’s worth or then I am buying it for. Only good thing is cnac works really well with you with your payments if you missed any.

They helped me fine a car that was a perfect fit for me and wasn’t too much for me with the job I have. Decided to give them a try again because they had a vehicle I liked in inventory.Wow, completely new experience!! My credit situation has improved so the rate was better. If you have bad credit, the will get you into a decent car with payments you can afford. Overall great experience 👍

Good place to get a vehicle if you have bad credit. They work with you to get you into a vehicle. And they service the vehicle also if you have problems and you cannot beat a $10 oil change!

I’ve been looking for a safer family vehicle for several months. I couldn’t find anything reasonable anywhere else but then I went here and I got exactly what I wanted. I had a horrible credit score and my fiancé has absolutely no credit. It was quite a process but Mike worked complete magic for us! If I could rate this place 0 stars I would! Sammy G is really rude he walked away from helping us like 5 times and then started having a random conversation with some employees about barbecuing hotdogs. When he actually came back to finish our apps he put in a big gulp of tobacco chew and was spitting as we were talking. Then he said he couldn’t approve us supposedly. So we left and he forgot to give us our license so we had to drive 30min back to get them and he didn’t apologize, just slammed the license down on the table

Went with my SO to get a car. All was going well and we were approved for any car on the lot. Started test driving different cars and couldnt find one we liked so the staff suggested we look at the Toledo location and they can bring over any car we wanted to try. We asked for a similar car and a completely different car to be brought over and the salesman started to get perturbed and very rudely said they werent going to bring the same car over and I asked about the other car and he became snippy and said they can drive us there and we can test it and drive back to them when were done. we decided to keep looking around and decided on an SUV. Was told by magic Mike we were good so my SO asked what the rate will be and was told anywhere between 16-20%. Joking around my SO said then Ill take 16%. The sales guy didnt seem enthused and said thats not how it works so we asked to get that information first then well talk. He snapped at us saying that he didnt want to wait on us anymore and we could leave. We were socked the other sites staff was shocked but nothing was done not even an apology. Not going there again.

I was very pleased with my overall experience!! I HIGHLY recommend Mike Gladney to anyone in need of a vehicle. He truly makes it his mission to see your taken care of to the best of his abilities!!

I was at this location twice to try and get my brother a car. The first time we were there we were told that they could not approve him because of the length of his employment. They told him they needed at least a month or more of consistent employment at the same place. My brother works at FED EX! They also told him they needed him to have a co-signer and that credit of the co-signer didnt matter as well as down payment of at least $200.00.We were a little bummed but a couple weeks passed and we tried again. We tried today! They had us fill out a completely new application for myself as I was willing to co-sign for him and update his information. Upon completion of this, they asked for 12 weeks of paystubs from me (that was not stated as pertinent information at the first visit) of course I did not have this but offered to print my bank statement that shows my direct deposit. After I did this I went through six months of bank statements and highlighted my direct deposits. We were then told we needed 15 references between the two of us! YOU DONT EVEN NEED THAT MANY FOR A JOB! SO at this point Im a little irritated as we did have to fill out these references the first time we payed a visit. So we fill out the references. I was then pulled in for an interview with the manager who asked me about the gaps in my employment and I explained that I was a stay at home mom with my young children at that time. She then proceeded to ask me in a pretentious tone if I was planning on staying there for a while because she doesnt know for sure if my brother is a seasonal hire. Well ended up being DENIED because of my lack of length of employment I had with my job (they never specified the criteria at our first visit either). And also because they werent certain if my brother was a seasonal employee at his job (even though they knew he worked at FED ex on our first visit as well). I am so extremely mad about our experience weve had. I would not recommend them!

If i could give this place negative stars i would. I honestly have never heard so many lies from a place of business. I called them over the phone and asked if i would be able to get a car the same day. They told me i would be approved and have my car. I go in there and waste over 2 hours on paper work just for them to tell me i dont make enough money. They said you must make 1200 dollars a month minimum and i make over that amount by a couple hundred dollars. They will only go by the most recent pay stub. They lie to thier customers and do shady business. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We had a very good experience at JD Byrider. Are salesman was very helpful. He worked hard and was able to get us a payment that we were happy with. I would recommend Joe to anyone.If you go to JD Byrider as for Joe.

I am very dissatisfied with this company for one I set over 5 hours ... secondly they said $29 dollars down ended up $200 down then hours later of filling out my paperwork to find out more hidden fees of another $600 down broke up over 2 months and then payments are way higher than I told them I could afford ... and then I did a virtual computer closing and was told my sales paper and my payment calendar would be emailed to me ..never received them I have called the finance company and the car lot several times still not receiving my paperwork ... was suppose to got my plates two weeks after purchase here it is a couple days of being a month later no plates ... I had to go onto my credit report to find out my payments are $404 a month and specifically told them I did not want to go over $250-$300 a month ... DO NOT BELIEVE THEM WITH THEIR FALSE ADVERTISING as well as their hidden fees and they don’t put prices on their cars also got a Nissan Altima that blue books at maybe $5,000 for over $13,000 finding that information from my credit report ... I would love to bring this car back and set it on their lot ... RIDICULOUS... pay attention folks to everything and make sure you don’t fall into their trap ... I’m disgusted and now figuring out how to pay this high payment I told them I didn’t want to go above ... BAD BUSINESS 😡😡

Had a great experience with mike, however I did not purchase a car from here or deal with them any further outside of mike. I hope he finds work elsewhere because he is a great guy, but I am not so sure about the sales manager or the rest of the staff. I didn’t like the way they kept sending us to verify information like they just had no trust in us, and they called us suspicious in front of us. They also made it seem like it was so difficult to get us approved and we were barely getting approved when I went to another place, got a nicer car, no down payment, Quick approval, which took about an hour vs the 2 day process and waste of time I spent at this location. Mike helped me out, helped me get approved, set me up with a car. But then I went back when he wasn’t there, and all of the sudden something didn’t come back on my income properly, and I had to make a 400$ down payment on an older car I didn’t really like vs the original 0 down I was given by Mike for a newer car. I talked to another dealership about some of the things I was told here, and they told me that I was lucky to get out of there before I signed anything. Luckily I was able to find another place to approve me easily and it was a much simpler process.

This place is a joke. First they call from and out of state number to get you scheduled then text/call a dozen times before your appointment and when they finally get you in there they drop the price bomb on you $10,000 to $16,000 for used cars. I strongly recommend you not make the same mistake I did and avoid the high pressure and very expensive dealership. My car search will continue!

Mike is awesome man he helped me get the car i wanted and faught for me to get that. I didnt think i could get a better deal but Mike is THAT DUDE.

Dont have to have credit or cosigner. But once you sign the contract they stop caring about you. The warranty WOULD be great but they will not do anything for your car unless you force them to and be persistent. It took 4 trips to them, and numerous complaints for them to finally rebuild our transmission that was slipping hard, and constantly. Every time we turn around theres something wrong with our car and they refuse to do anything. We send it in, knowing whats wrong and they call back way too fast saying theyre done and everything is fine with it. They wont believe you when they say something is wrong. They even make up words and excuses like the car is adapting to your rough driving (a good one we heard)Absolutely terrible, terrible service at JD byrider but CNAC itself is decent.Thank you, for trapping us in this contract and then screwing us over

Absolutely love the service no complaints..I love how they call to check up on the car every so often..I would strongly recommend them to anyone trying to get their credit back together.
