I needed some car work done and with not having good experiences in the past I tried these guys out AND WAS AMAZED!! Steve is an awesome guy! And I appreciate the rest of the team as well!! Always have had excellent work done, and even if they are busy, Steve and the team have always tried to fit me in the schedule and get back on the road! They tried to up-sell me extra parts and told me they needed to modify my vehicle just to do an alignment.....it was a total scam!!!! Les Schwab had no problems doing the alignment just the way it was. I took the day off to make this appointment work because I desperately needed an alignment before I could get new tires and all they did was lie to me and waste my time!
We were out-of-state and traveling through in a rental vehicle when we recd a low tire pressure warning. After adding air at a local gas station, it went down again as we were pulling out so drove the 3 blocks to the Firestone store. It was a Sunday and also Labor Day weekend but Jerry quickly got us in and we were back on the road in less than an hour and no charge to us as we discovered they were the service provider for our rental car company! Thank you for saving our vacation!

Took my car in for an oil change and vehicle inspection. Paid $500 for all work they recommended. Three days later my car broke down on the freeway and would not accelerate. I had no problems with my car before bringing it in and now it is broken down until someone else can repair it!
This place took care of us when our brake line failed. Manager was straightforward and honest. Truly appreciated the great service.

I have a Hybrid Ford Focus vehicle. I went to get my car oil changed. This is a second time on the system information which showson a hybrid service was not fully completed only 86% service. I have been to other locations including Ford always shows at100%. Marysville location shows 86% service was done on my vehicle even though they turn off the oil light it still will show you what was completed and its always at 86% with the Marysville location they do not complete their oil change fully. I complainedat the Mill Creek office talked to Mikaela she tried to cover up saying they just didnt know or might have been error. Or they didnt turn off the oil light. I said, No they turned off the light but, I still have a system information that shows completed or not. She offered to do it herself. I said no thanks. I want to complain to the Corporate office and wanted there number. Mikaela sad there Nationwide wide cant. But you can write to us how were doing. I said better yet Ill blast your company service on yelp and reviews
The employees at this Firestone are all fantastic. Tony, Steve, James, Kayla and the rest of the technicians really know what theyre doing and their performance is top notch ! On top of everything else customer service is outstanding. I always take my vehicles here because its the best quality and greatest service around! Thank you guys so much! I drove away extremely happy and you cant get better prices anywhere else. I definitely recommend taking your car here for quality and satisfaction.
They got my truck in and aligned on a SUNDAY!There price is better than the competition. Lights on and doors open 10 minutes early. Good work ethic. They did a good job.

Excellent service on a short notice emergency tire repair on a Sunday evening. Not only did the tech repair my flat tire which Costco told me was not repairable, the tech also checked all my fluids, belts and battery. Topped off my fluids and checked air pressure on all tires. No extra charge other than the flat tire repair of 38 bucks. A new tire at Costco was going to cost 180 bucks!
Got work done on a truck of mine after 2 weeks nothing was done they gave me the run around and then charged me I had to go back to the store multiple time to get my refund I do not recommend this place !!!
We’ve been taking our cars here for years and we have always had a great experience. Steve is so wonderful and fun to work with. He takes the time to explain and give you options when it comes to taking care of your car. They are knowledgeable, fast, affordable, and caring. We highly recommend them.

Well Ive been trying to call them and now theyre not picking up the phone. For some reason when I first called I could hear them but they couldnt hear me and then they hung up as I was trying to check to see if my phone was muted. Now its as if though they are purposely avoiding my call. I didnt prank call them or intentionally do that to them I was actually trying to schedule an appointment. I guess they dont want my business so Ill have to go somewhere else.

Good service. A very adorable dog greeted us. My daughter loved him. Masks worn, and sanitizer available.It was pretty expensive quote for tires. And I wonder, is there a tire shortage? He could not find some tires. So if you have the money. Great place to go. Unfortunately, I just dont have 1000.00 for car tires. So I am still looking around.
Very disappointed, sent my f-350 in for an alignment and when it was done I get in to drive back home but the steering is popping and clunking and making terrible noises. The guy informs me it was a ball joint however I just replaced all 4 and that was the reason for it needing an alignment.I had to crawl under to look and they flipped one of the brackets around to adjust the toe and it was rubbing on a bolt. They finally take it back to spin it around which would adjust the alignment but they didnt check that before sending me on my way. Now I spent $210 and my truck is still out of alignment.And just to put it out there, if youre waiting then I would go to the Burger King across the street, the chairs in this firestone are disgusting.

Just moved to Washington State from Virginia where we bought our tires at our Firestone shop there. I had a flat tire and they took me right in and had me back on the road in an hour. No charge! Kudos to Firestone!
Took my truck there for an engine light problem. They worked on it and replaced some parts. A week later, I had the same problem. Took it back and they said I needed to take it to Ford, they could not fix it. Long story short...Ford found a bad part. Took it back to Firestone where they were very nice and refunded the money for the bad part. I would recommend them for their service.

First, took my car in, explained that the right front tire needed to be replaced because of a pothole bulge. When they told me that they were finishing up, they noticed a bulge in my passenger tire on the front I should probably deal with. ???Got that squared out, but had to input my credit card number because kept messing the manual input up. Next, in one mile I found they didnt balance the tire...over half a pound off. All the while, the girl at the counter was clearly more interested in flirting with the guy who clearly ingested too much brake fluid. They get a star because the tire didnt fall off.

Took my Dodge 3500 for Alignment.They told me they will be able do it.Got the truck back.They charged me for Alignment check and didnt do an Alignment when I know my truck needed an Alignment.Pretty sure looking at the big truck,Technician backed off didnt wana break bigger bolts loose just adjusted measurement on computer to make it look like truck didnt need an Alignment.Never doing business with Firestone again.

Called in the morning to ask about tire / wheel mount and balance and was told no open spots but if I could drop it off it could be done that day, which was fine by me. Went in about an hour later and the person I spoke with on the phone didnt recall him agreeing to this on the phone, but he debated for a few seconds and said it should work. I unloaded the wheels and tires and he said it was going to cost more because they were low profile tires (40 series sidewall), I laughed and mentioned that once again when I had talked to him on the phone he said the 40 sidewall would be fine. Either way, I wanted them on so it wasnt necessarily a huge deal.The problems come in later, I had dropped the car off around 12 and they closed at 6. I called around 430 to see if the car was done as it was a good time for me to swing by and grab it, the phone rang with no answer. I was occupied after this so I was unable to get it the same day. I called the next morning and was told they tried to call me but the number was disconnected. The person who took my number typed it in wrong, so they were unable to contact me. I get the car a day after dropped off, and when I showed up it was outside in the lot, but they couldnt seem to find the key.After many minutes of searching and calling various employees they finally decided to check the car. Lo and behold the key was in the ignition, and the car was not in a direct line of sight to the office. Im glad the car was still there, and was over the whole experience.I get home and take the key out and see a cable tie around the fob (the key) and slide it off. The fob splits apart in two, which is not how it was before I dropped it off. I didnt even care to call them back to discuss the issue as Im sure they would deny any involvement in that.Long story short, proceed with caution and make sure they verify everything with you before they leave your car in the lot ready for the taking.
Excellent service. Came in with a battery charging issue, got the battery and alternator replaced plus oil change and a replacement for my very corroded positive terminal connector.Will update if any issues arise, but so far nothing but positive!
This is the only place I go to get my van worked on. Tony IS SIMPLY AMAZING!!!! Though I dont know anything at all about cars they always make me feel comfortable. I havent ever felt like they are trying to sell me something I dont need. I also love the fact that Kayla works there. Kayla is just as knowledgeable on cars as the guys. I would recommend this Firestone to anybody looking to have work done on their vehicle.
Cheapest place I found to mount and balance 4 tires from the online retailer they were purchased from. Scheduling an appointment was easy, it did take about 2 1/2 hours to mount the tires fwiw. My main concern however was the fact 3/4 tires were at 40psi and the back passenger was 43. Max psi for these tires is 40 but recommend at 35. How or why would they overfill by this much I don’t understand. Hopefully it was just a isolated error and not all their customers are driving on overinflated tires. Won’t be back, and can’t recommend.
Great staff, friendly service, competent technicians, and fair pricing helped me make my decision to have my Mercury Sables air conditioning system repaired here. I like the nationwide warranty on the work performed too. Im very pleased with the repairs performed on my car. The A/C blows cold again.
Took my car here to see if there was any obvious problems causing my tire sensor to come on. Only put air in my tires and would not even take a look to see if a nail or anything else was in my tire that could have caused the problem. Dont go here unless stranded on Sunday and its your only option. 2 thumbs down 👎 👎.
Just a Positive for today....Melissa and Jerry at Firestone Tires in Smokey Point not only helped keep my toddlers busy in the store, and fix my flat tire after I had been over emotional about it......Jerry went above and beyond and didnt charge me for the fix even though they were Les Schwab Tires!!!! They exceeded my expectations and were amazing!!! I will be writing a review on their page but wanted to say, its nice knowing there is still a few amazing people in this world!! Thanks you guys!!! Firestone Tires!!!! I highly recommend them!!!!

New tires mid 2019, slow leak took to Firestone in October, they couldnt find blamed my 2016 Toyota Prius for faulty warning light. Flat tire in December on Hwy 9 paid Les Schwab 62.00 dollars to replace faulty air stem, plus their was a nail in tire. TONY, manager said he didnt believe it was bad because tire was good in October...right TONY. offered to pay 7.00! I hope saving 62.00 is worth losing a customer, plus all the bad reviews!

Very helpful staff. They fit us in between appointments. Our serpentine belt fell off and the tension pulley was shredded. They fix it in under 2 hours at a very reasonable price. Would recommend again. As well as giving us anti freeze at no charge.
Fit me in to repair a tire without an appt. They told me 2+ hours, but they only took 30 minutes!! Seems they are the only tire company open on Sunday! Very grateful. Thx

I have had more than 4 of my vehicles serviced and maintained here.Over the last year or so the customer service and quality of maintenance has me looking for a new location to service my products. Had a low tire while travelling through the area and I pulled in to see if they could quickly top it up and they did with incredibly friendly quick service and they even gave me a free tire gauge. Even the gas stations charge for air these days, so it was nice for them to do it so quickly for free. I will definitely keep them in mind when I need tires.
Came in for an alignment. These guys did an outstanding job in a very timely manner. Steering wheel was way off and now its perfectly straight. I also got a better price than les schwab. Better customer service as well.
I was referred here due to a failed emissions test. Got that inspected, estimated, the waiver form filled out and the actual repair scheduled since they didnt have the part on hand. Also got the oil changed and tires since I was there. I wont say they were the cheapest, since I didnt shop around but they were able to meet my needs and were as quick, friendly and thorough as could be.
I get tires here, thats it. Been very pleased since I started buying tires from them years ago. I would likely use them for alignments too if I needed an alignment.

Went in for a slow leak repair. After the guy pulled the tire, repaired it and re- inflated was called to the shop to show me my side wall had a severe bulge. I filled the tire the previous day and the mechanic didnt see it when he pulled it but there it was all of a sudden. Told it would be 275 for a new tire. Old one had 80 percent or better tread yet wouldnt warranty the tire. Told them to put the spare. Had to go out to the shop and remove the spare myself as the mechanic couldnt figure it out .Drove across the street to discount tire and they took care of me quickly and for considerly less .steer clear of this bunch of shady characters
Horrible horrible horrible I go on a Sunday to the Marysville location at 445 pm they close at 6 pm needing 2 rear flat tires changed for a road trip last minute I have my 2 brand new Firestone tires I want to replace with she said she cant do anything there was 3 couples in the store and one vehicle was being backed out. I have a credit card with this company and plan on a full cancel now you are in a bind and need 2 flat tires repaired and show up an hour and fifteen minutes before closing they well leave you stranded.. Thanks for leaving me with 2 flat tires with my kids Firestone. See you care less about customers or there safety. ( Update tire went flat got stuck at ampm went to Walmart and they fixed me right up thank you Walmart for helping a customer out when he needed it most)
I am not sure what happened. I was told by manager himself that if I wasnt happy i get a full refund. I wasnt happy brought car in ; had to make appoint.ent asked to. Upgrade tire Id pay difference. Was told there is no better tire so I opted for a less costing tire a Firestone tire. You replaced and didnt refund the difference. What happened to making the customer happy? Instead you sent my husband with no paperwork, I dont understand what happened between our phone call and today? Please let me know because I planned to continue doing business with you. Im hoping it was just a personality conflict between you and my husband who can be a mouth at times. He assured me he was polite. Regardless of having to wait almost 2 hours and then no paperwork and no refund for the difference. I honestly did not like the way my car drove with those tires. I just drove to store on these tires and theres a world of difference. Its got to be the stronger sidewall. If you think I was being a bad customer your wrong. I am being 100% real. Sorry if Im a problem. Never tried just care about my car and the way it dfives.
I took my van in for an alignment. I ended up getting the life time warranty. This will be the third time taking it back to get it realigned, it has never been done correctly.The young man that test drove it almost cause an accident, not only did he almost hit a pedestrian but I watched him slam on my brakes inches away from another car. I am still pissed off about his incompetent driving. And with all this poor driving no wonder the alignment was still screwed up.... I have to take it back to firestorm but I will be accompanying the test driver as I can not trust these people. The manger seemed concerned when I complained about what I witnessed but I still will not be able to trust the employees. I hope it comes back fixed this time otherwise Im just going to fork up more money somewhere else. Im very disappointed and I wouldnt recommend them. Im only going back to honor my lifetime warranty. I never do any other business with these people again.
Service was always decent but today I was caused great embarrassment. Standing there trying to pay for my bill. Because of their computer terminal issue none of my cards were accepted. Were standing there for well over an hour, other customers present, just to find out that none of our 3 cards was the issue. Refused to let me drive to the next ATM, as directed by the manager and I come there since years. Was supposed to walk to who-knows-where to find cash. After over one hour their computer terminal issue went magically away. No form of compensation was offered.
I have been coming to Firestone Marysville for roughly a year. I primarily purchase their services for pretty standard stuff - oil changes, alignments, etc. (Their lifetime alignment option is amazing!!) I have always been impressed by the courtesy and friendliness of the staff as well. (Hence the two stars) BUT. I would NOT recommend taking your car here for major or non-standard repairs. Situation in point:Took my car in to have some suspension work done. No problem, right?? Everything seemed fine, car drove great, but...all of a sudden, all of the lights in my dash and on the left hand side of my car were gone. It was either coincidence or related, so I took it in again to have the guys at Firestone check it out. They didnt do a diagnostic. They changed all the lightbulbs. (Hey, anything can happen right?) But that didnt fix the problem - lights still werent working. I was standing in the shop with the mechanic and the sales rep when - again, with no diagnostic work or even touching the car - the mechanic tells me that its probably the dash cluster. He goes on to say how difficult it is to get into the dash and shows no indication of doing anything to give more than a guess. The sales rep led me back to the lobby and asked if I wanted them to order a dash cluster and added that oh, they are pretty expensive. So, an expensive part in a difficult to work area of the car which will take hours of work and cost me a small fortune....all based on a guess. I flat-out said no. Before I left, the rep also said that they noticed I had some after market lights on my car that might be the issue and that Firestone was not allowed to work on after market parts. (Which is fine, but if you think it could also be that, why did we jump for the cluster first?)The sales rep was nice enough to not charge me for anything other than the bulbs for that visit.10 minutes with the car owners manual and family was able to find the fuse board (easily accessible on the dash, no tools required) and pinpoint three fuses that could potentially be causing the issue. Burnt fuse found, pulled, replaced. Lights suddenly work again, no brand new cluster needed. We discovered what was causing the fuse to pop later on and fixed it, but it again had NOTHING to do with the cluster OR my after market lights. (An exposed wire in the center console was randomly touching a piece of metal.)I understand that car work can be a guessing game because it isnt always clear what is wrong. (I mean, who would have thought to check the center console because the lights were out!?) But why wouldnt you check the fuse box when the issue is blatantly electrical!? It felt like cheaper and other equally plausible explanations for the issues my car was having were bypassed for a bigger, immediate payout.This experience has impacted my ability to trust this shop and because of that I will not personally be returning for repeat business.
I started going there years ago when I owned a Cavalier as it was a convenient place to stop on my way home for oil changes. When I looked at buying a used Subaru I called and asked if they would take a look at it. They did, no charge and said all was well. I ended up buying the car and have been taking it there ever since, with exception to a few oil changes that I did closer to home. Its well out of my way to go there, but continue to do so as Ive never been treated poorly, theyve never tried to up sell me on anything, and theyve always done a good job. When I drop the car off I always make sure to let them know that theres no rush. Get it done when you get it done. I love Jerry and his crew and will continue to take my vehicle there.

Although it was my first visit and it was just being gone over to see what would need to be done and the priorities, I was made to feel like I had been going to a trusted friend for years. No high pressure, they listened, they offered options for payment (although I really steer clear of credit cards), and were concerned and advised me to baby the car until I decided or couldafford the work. I told them I would probably junk the car - too much for the cars worth but I will definitely be back when I have another vehicle for both an initial inspection and any repairs and maintenance in the future. The recommendation to come in the first place (I live a fair distance away) came from one of my brothers who lives in Minnesota - they have taken all of their vehicles to Firestone (Eden Prairie area) for over 30 years.
Scheduled an appointment for 2pm to get my alignment done on my h3 hummer which needs to be done extremely bad so bad my tires have been damaged to the point where Ive had a blow out. I arrived about 15 minutes late because life happens and checked in I asked if I could also get my oil changed while I was there and was told no that I would need to schedule another appointment for another day. My response was simple, I can not this is my only day off and I do not know when my next one will be, so Im ok with just the alignment. I am opening a business tomorrow and my work schedule is extremely demanding. I was told it would be about an hour maybe two and left my keys with them and proceeded to wander around the area for about an hour and a half before receiving a phone call saying that they werent going to do my alignment today because it will take to long. What is the purpose of having an appointment if you cant follow through with it as a business? The sheer disregard for customer service is infuriating so still no oil change and no alignment and you wasted so much of my time I couldnt even get my oil changed elsewhere today. Worst experience ever.

Inforunanlty I have been bringing all my cars to the marysville location for about eight years. I recently had my oil changed and they somehow broke my windshield crowl and refused to take responsibility for breaking it. I will never take any of my cars here again. It is costing me about $400.00 to fix it.. Check your car as soon as you receive it back for damage as they do not honor there mistakes. They tried to tell me that something must have hit it to break it even though the only broken part is under the hood of my car...If that were I think there would be damage to my hood or windshield itself...Canceled my credit card today.

These guys are dishonest. I took my car in foe break service. While the car was in there, they replaced the passenger side headlight. I get home and see the drivers side headlight was suddenly out. I open the hood and the mechanic had disconnected the headlight! He shouldnt have even been tampering with that headlight. Or should have said he was replacing them both. Instead, he deceptively unplugged the working headlight so that I would come back to have it fixed too. Shady dishonest shop.
I have never had an issue with this store until recent staff changes. They are unfriendly and it took almost 2 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. They never came and checked in with me and obviously prioritize people paying much more money than the $60 I am paying for an oil change. I have shopped here for years but am looking for a new shop. This is garbage.
I have a set of Bridgestone tires on my 4Runner. The tires have less then 3,000 miles on them and the tread is coming off in chunks. I took the car in and they asked if I had a gravel driveway? Well yes I do and their response was “I see this all the time, it’s not the tires fault. It’s not designed to drive on gravel” it’s a suv and a driveway... the service manager was very rude and less then willing to stand up for the brand.
After bringing my car for an alignment for the fourth time (which they still could not get it aligned properly), Jared, their manager told me that its against their company policy to work on cars with aftermarket parts, even though they did aligned it 3 times before. Then he tells me that he will make an exception for me and give me a 4 time alignment per year and will have to charge me $20 for any aditional angle adjustment on my LIFETIME alignment. After I asked him if that was part of their company policy as well, he told me No, its part of my policy.The only good experience out of this was that they refunded me for my lifetime alignment. I will not be taking any of my cars to Firestone again. Thats why Im giving them 1 star.Unless you like paying additional chargers that were made up by some guy behind the counter, or to bring your vehicle back because they could not fix the problem first time, I would not recommend Smokey Point Firestone to anyone.

Dont waste youre time or money. I Had my truck aligned with a lifetime alignment. I was charged for one camber shim to be adjusted up front, which it was not. I took pictures before I brought it in.Then after a few weeks I noticed the truck making a clunk and wondering real bad down the road. With in 2 minutes I found the problem. The passenger tie rod adjuster sleeve wasnt tight at all. Now the threads are messed up on my drag link/tie rod now. It was so loose I could turn the adjuster by hand and pull it side it side. Basically the passenger wheel almost came disconnected from the steering rod, major issue at 60mph. Realigned my self with a tape measure, 3/4 out of alignment. Go here if you want to be upcharged without the service being performed and dont care about youre safety or any one elses.

I tried to find out if I could get in for an alignment. When I called I was put on hold......5 minutes later was asked to hold again then I was on hold for 20 minutes with nothing. So I hung up and called back and again they asked me to hold because they were with customers. Well what am I? Nothing? Guess Im not a customer. Thanks for nothing Firestone.

They could have taken me to the cleaners and didnt, Brian Ford in Everett told me my lower ball joints were shot and cv joints as well, even showed me pics. (of somebody elses cv joints.) This manager at Firestone was honest and only changed my shocks.

Very dishonest and un trustworthy employees they have working there. I took my truck there they ruined two of my rims and did not tell me about it and were going to let me drive off without telling me they did it. Ive had it in there 2 times for a front end alignment and they still cant get it right. The manager lied to me about a core charge on Wheels Ill never go back to this Firestone ever again
Nice service; had an issue with a supplier and they worked to get everything in. Also had an issue with a battery and replaced right away for us
They offered us a discount over the phone, saw us immediately and even accommodated our tardiness with grace. Didnt try to upsell us. Had a toy chest with cars and crayons. Had an instant coffee machine that I couldnt figure out which buttons to push. Oil change took about 30 min.
Very friendly and helpful. I had a flat tire that was covered by road damage. They had a new tire mounted and I was on my way in no time.... For $12...
