I always feel like mechanics take advantage of females since we tend to have a lesser knowledge of vehicles (previous experience at another place) however I am no mechanic but have basic knowledge of some vehicle stuff. Precision tune didnt treat me as if I were dumb just because Im female. I always say shop around and I like to get multiple quotes but I usually turn to Precision tune.

Mechanic and Manager both helped me when I stopped in without an appointment while they were already busy. They were knowledgeable and explained everything clearly about what was wrong with my car. Plus a thorough inspection was under $30. That is unbeatable.

I was a return customer. Larry and the crew usually takes care of me. I just had my windows tinted. I didnt think I would need to tell them NOT to roll down the windows on an oil change. I didnt think i need to say anything with warning stickers in the car. BUT i guess i needed to. The first thing the mechanic did was roll down the window disreguarding the warning stickers. Then when I told Larry about it, I was told I should of said something. Larry told the mechanic to roll up my window, and it mad the maechanic mad and he rolled his eyes. Not like I expected the mechanic to read the warning. I asked what if they messed up my tint, and the answer i got was I should of said something. To top it all off I paid and went to leave, they left the back cover up and the back hatch wasnt closed. I started driving away and had to pull over and close it all down. VERY DISAPPOINTING..... I WONT BE BACK

Big time false advertising...received a coupon in the mail for 21 dollar oil change. First time took my car there, guy at front desk told me car took an extra quart of oil, paid extra. Next my daughter took van with same coupon, said she had to pay more because it was a newer van. Ended up paying about $60.00. Never going there again...very dishonest person at front desk, who actually thinks hes some sort of Christian, by telling everyone have a blessed day. Definitely your modern version without morals.

The prices here are very competitive.. I was told I needed a water pump from another establishment whom I will not mention, after taking it to precision tune, they said I was not leaking and in no need to be replaced at this time.. they showed me honesty and not greed, and earned my trust. I will be going there for all my needs

I went to have service on my 2002 Ford Escape before a road trip involving 1400 miles. I asked them to recommend services based on highest priority, due to limited funds, I could only get three things done. Originally was told my brake fluid needed to be flushed, but they are an honest shop and when they checked my brake fluid they said it looked fine. Instead I had my power steering fluid flushed, which was definitely in need. Oil change and fuel filter changed. My gas mileage improved overall by about 3-4 mpg. I am extremely happy with their service and their honesty. I will continue to go here and support this shop and recommend them to friends and family. Thanks for helping me have a safe road trip!

I got my keep in right away and I was done two hours later.

This place was OK before but now I think its just went into the gutter... if it wasnt bad enough that they broke my dip stick and refused to get me a new one or replace it even tho it happened when they were working on my car.. they also got grease in the opening of my car on the interior... they take no car in fixing these cars and they dont mind overcharging, I will not be coming here ever again and will not recommend to anyone ever.

Top notch customer service!Larry goes beyond customer service! He wasnt able to help me turn my drums, however he recommended I call NAPA and get new drums,I had them by noon.After I got my drums, I took my truck back to Precision Tune and ask Larry if you could put the drums on and inspect the brakes to make sure they were in good shape.I was figuring I was figuring I would be able to get in the next day, he took my truck in and had it done in less than 2 hours.If I ever need a part I cant find, or car work done, Precision in Marysville has my business! Highly recommended.

Drove the car in for an oil change and minor maintenance and had to tow it home. Larry claims the maintenance they did would not render the car inoperable and that the damage has been not due to anything they could have possibly done. Took the car to another mechanic and found out that they did cause damage during what should have been simple maintenance. Now in the process of trying to decide if we want to fight them with the evidence we have or sue them for the damage. They take absolutely no responsibility. Their customer service once they found out that there was a problem was terrible. Called corporate for resolution only to find out that this is a franchise and they cannot intervene. Precision Headquarters refuses to give contact info for franchise owners. I would caution anyone against using this business for any type of repair, simple or otherwise.

I will never go there again. Got a tune up on an 05 Accord. Waited about 30 minutes past my appointment time. Maybe tune-ups arent as hard as they used to be, but the mechanic was done in 15 minutes....I have my doubts about the quality of the work, and how thorough he was.

I brought my car in to have them Diagnose a sound coming from suspension and unstable driving they did not find the problem and refuse to give me my car without payment for them doing nothing to the car it is every obvious that there is an issue that needs to be fixed but yet they said there is no problem All their mechanics are every young and probably unexperienced and they have no master technicians after receiving my car back I checked my average fuel mileage had dropped by 7 miles a gallon which means they also probably were out hot rodding my car its a big hemi v8 I wouldnt be surprised since its nothing but kids doing the work I would not recommend bringing your car here

This place is HORRIBLE. Im getting a lawyer and reporting them to the BBB.I took my Honda in there for the timing CHAIN slipping. I brought my car in there running; DROVE it there. They pushed it out. When they informed me that it would require $3,200 worth of work to to fix it (after paying $105 just to have them look at it) and receiving two other quotes for $1800, I told them that I would be in in a couple hours to take the car and get a second opinion. When I arrived they informed me that I shouldnt drive it because the timing BELT (these cars have timing chains, not belts) could break and cause me to have to get an entire engine rebuild. I went next door and gave them the keys so they could look at at, for free, by the way. Oddly enough, the car wouldnt start. Turns out the guys at lovely Precision Tune Auto Care trashed all four valves, most likely from cranking on the engine.So today I brought my friend in with me who has been a Honda mechanic for over 20 years. I really enjoyed hearing them say things such as Well, I understand you feel you have some mechanical knowledge, sir, but you have to understand... and this is AFTER he told him he was a Honda mechanic. The kid mechanic then proceeded to tell us that he had been a mechanic for 20 years (what, so you were born with a wrench in your hand??).The front desk lady, whom, I understand is also the owner, was very condescending and rude to my mother. One of the management whom I was speaking with kept saying well, while the situation is unfortunate, its not our fault and the mechanic just kept saying the car was broke every time we asked why he had to push it out of the shop.They TRIED to tell us that the valve issues were cause by the guy next door. When I informed them of this he went over there himself and let them know exactly how he felt.I have read other reviews of people catching them loosening bolts on the cars and other things to cause issues. Do yourself a favor. Go next door. They will treat you like friends and family. They are extremely honest, good, wonderful people and will give you prices only your best friend could beat.Precision Tune Auto Care is disgusting and shady. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

Brought my car in to fix door, left with check engine light on. Called to have that looked at and they charged to do a diagnostic. Nothing was wrong except a loose hose they tightened. Left and the light was on again. The doors that they supposedly fixed all scrape the tint on my windows when I roll them down. Seemed to have more problems now then when I started.

This experience was great! Money well spent and in a timely manor too. Their customer service and technicians were very curtiouse and informative. I appreciate that in a business. I will be back soon.

Went here for years for oil changes. Never really had any problems. But when it comes to fixing cars, they really are the worst. Went in for a loud thudding sound on my Jeep. They told me strut mounts, got it fixed, noise was still there. Then they told me it was my rack and pinion! Which costs about 7-800 altogether. Took it to another shop, they said it had nothing to do with my rack and pinion and that it was my wheel bearings and that precision tune was just trying to make me fix everything on my car that didn’t need to be fixed! Never going there again, not even for an oil change. You guys suck! Don’t ever go here!!!

Larry and his team caught a loose breakline on my car. He repaired it but also took the time to explain his concern and educated me to be able to tell if there is a future problem. Saved my life! Ive been going there over 10 years and plan on going for 10 more.

The service is quick and great. They do an excellent job. If they find something needing fixing they tell you right away and explain all the particulars. There is no pressure to let them fix it. It is your decision entirely.

I paid them $250 to fix a door handle next to the babys car seat and they fixed the passenger front seat door handle that was not broken and said thats what I told them. Instead of arguing with the man at the counter that was spitting black spit into a cup, I chose to call it a very valuable lesson.

I really hate! this place with a passion! I go in to get a transmission oil exchange. But the only thing they did is look at it and they didnt tell me what they did. I had to pay 110$$ for nothing. The next day I go to work and my transmission goes out!!! I dont recommend it at all. waste of time And money!!

Got over charged in a radiator for a Honda Civic. Then when I went to pay for the there were extra things wrong with it that Larry gave permission to fix. That being said I paid 600$ for a radiator. & they didnt call and ask permission to fix the other issues.

These are almost ALL FAKE reviews!!!! Look at the reviews one by one...MOST of the people that gave a 5 star review have only ever given ONE review in their entire reviewing history.This place almost cost me my life! We went in because our car was not running correctly and were told that we needed to replace a part and that all would be well. They replaced the part and we paid the $350. They said they drove it and made sure that it was all good to go. I drove it on 405 the next day in the middle of a HUGE rainstorm and the car SHUT DOWN in the middle of 405! I had cars swerving to not hit me and barely made it to the shoulder.We called them and they towed it to the Lynnwood Precision. There they told us that it was a different part that was the issue. We were told that towing should be covered by the Marysville shop because they were the ones that gave us the all clear when it was NOT!We had the other part repaired and then were told that towing would NOT be covered. So there is a couple hundred more. They told us over and over and over that they drove the car A LOT to make sure that it was good.Well guess what... NOPE! Drove it to the doctors office two days later and it shut down AGAIN overheating!!! Took it back to Larry in Marysville and was told this time that it was a different part that needed to be replaced for $500!!! This is ALL FOR THE SAME ISSUE! Are you kidding me! We are taking our car somewhere else now of course... fool me once shame on you... fool me three times... your CROOKS!!!!!Go read the yelp reviews and the BBB complaints.... this place has an F with BBB! I yelled at my husband for not checking this BEFORE we used them but that mistake will not happen again and I hope that this review can at least save someone else the time and lots of MONEY!! DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT use this place!!!!

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!I caught them loosening the valve cover bolts on my truck creating an oil leak, they of course offered to fix for several hundred dollars. in the same visit, they were to rotate my tires, they only managed to rotate them on one side (causing the truck to pull to one side) and cross threaded 2 of the lug nuts.

Brought my car there to get inspected and literally the day after driving my car off the parking lot I had issues that wasn’t there before. I would not trust these guys inpecting or fixing your car. The manager didn’t make the effort to try and resolve the issue and wanted to charge another $160 to figure out an issue that was possibly cause by them. Unsatisfied customer!!!

Last summer I brought my truck by to find out what the code report ment when I had it tested. The guy at the desk said sign here and well check it out. After an hour he tells me how much to fix it and said thatll be $120.00! Husband called him later when I told him I was charged for the quote that he never told me what it would cost and got most of the money back. BEWARE!!!!!!
