Well they had it for about a week, no fault of theres. They just had cars in front of mine. Anyway, these guys are incredible, had to pull gas tank to get in side of it to fix the pump. Believe me, no small. Anyway, few hours later, all fixed and ready to go! I trust only these guys with my cars..

Great mechanics shop imo. Many shops today upsell you for little to no reason. I have personally had 2 different positive experiences with the guys here. In todays age to get solid advice from and honest mechanic who knows his stuff is priceless. I would recommend this shop to anyone. I drive 30 minutes to get work here done, its worth it.

Wonderful Mechanics! I ve been taking my cars to them for years! I was referred to them by my brother! I had previously gotten a quote to replace a belt on my car from another shop, luckily my brother gave me theyre number! They did it for half the price! Every since I had them do regular maintenance on my vehicles. Im finding they beat any competitors out there! Unfortunately I moved out of the area.

This shop did great at getting my car in quickly for a system warning light. The problem was they couldnt find anything wrong even when the codes told the mechanic where to look. I was told it was just a fluke and dont worry about it. Two days later I had the same problem. In addition they left broken paneling and dirt/grease smudges everywhere they needed to look for diagnosing the problem.

The day after they touched my honda the hood flew up on the windshield & completely shattered my windshield & dented my hood, while I was on the highway!!!

Highest level of professionalism Ive ever encountered taking my truck to a shop. I got my clutch replaced and my heater fixed & it came out to exactly what I was quoted-- even less because they were able to just fix the wiring to my blower. Highly recommend as your local shop! Will be returning.

One of the hardest things to do is find a good car guy. After moving to Washington from out of state, I started searching for mine. Initially, I chose Talk Guy, Small Guy just because of the great reviews.My first visit was to replace my front brakes. Vince gave me my quote, and since I didnt have that trust in him yet, I called other shops to compare prices. Everywhere else charged more, tried to talk to me like I wouldnt understand their explanations, or both. This reassured me that I chose the right place, not only because of the lowest pricing but also because Vince treats you with respect, answers any questions you have, and explains things with the goal of you understanding the whats and whys behind his actions.The second time I came in, I unfortunately found out my car had a blown head gasket. Not cheap. Because of the steep price, I decided to make some calls again to get other quotes. This time, the quotes I was given for fixing just the head gasket were higher than what Vince charged me for doing a diagnostic, replacing the head gasket, replacing my rear brakes, and doing a tune-up.Needless to say, Vince has earned my trust, my business, and my high recommendation. I wont take my car anywhere else and would recommend him to anyone looking for a place to take their car. I honestly cant say enough great things about Tall Guy, Small Guy or Vince. Just know, its rare to find any business, especially an auto repair shop, that offers a friendly face, high-quality service, and the best prices around, but thats what you get with Tall Guy, Small Guy Automotive.

Great shop. I have always taken all my trucks here for service. When they say they will call you when youre vehicle is ready they call about 30 minutes before its done and tell you your cost. I will miss these people cause I have moved out of Washington State.

Literally a the worst automotive shop I have ever have experience with. Lied about what extra things being wrong with my car and tried to make me pay double what the parts were worth and way more in labor than what the nearby shops were quoting me. I am so thankful that I took my business elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Easily made an appt for a heater actuator. Had my own part, they got me in, completed it while I was there plus a cabin air filter. Price point was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

Was quoted $125 to change just my front brake pads. Went in to drop off my car, with friends waiting to pick me up so i wouldnt be stuck there waiting.. walked in to be informed that i was quoted the wrong price, and its actually $180 for each axle. Ridiculous. Brake pads are about $45 for the front pair. Its a pretty simple job, should only take an hour, possibly even less, and he wants me to pay $180....yeah right man. Especially when I was already quoted a different price. Whatever. Ill just do it myself. Thank you for wasting my time, as well as my friends. Who ever I talked to on the phone was a really nice guy...but be careful if you get the other one. He doesnt stick to quotes, and obviously doesnt care about his customers. Never going back there again.

Took my car in on the recommendation from someone who has been going here for 20 years. They were able to diagnose my issue for free, brought me back and showed me the exact problem.I anticipated the problem being rather expensive, and of course theres always at least 2-3 additional problems once they get under the car.I went in for a strut/spring fix and wound up needing rear brakes, rotors, shocks and my differential serviced, and at the end, all of that work still amounted to being several hundred less than I had anticipated spending on the single fix.And then they fixed everything SAME DAY within 3 hours and had me back in my vehicle.Staff were super honest, kind and professional and I dont feel like I was overcharged or taken advantage of.I would highly recommend any service you need done, should be by this shop.

They dont have the tools to diagnose a check engine light properly. I called an they said; take it to a mechanic. Then come back when Ive pin pointed the problem.

One of their new mechanics forgot to replace the differential fluid on my 4x4 chevy. They stood behind their work and made everything like new and they apologized for it. A rare thing for a shop to do now a days. Great guys to work with and always give you a honest price up front.

GPS’ed auto repair shops near me. First thing he tells me is they are all booked up for the rest of they day and has his hands are tied. Told him my issue and he was able to pencil me in within a half an hour. Great business, would recommend.

Had a cracked radiator that was leaking coolant. Though it took a bit to get an appointment (because theyre so busy due to their great work), once my truck got in it was done within a few hours. They also fixed a broken door handle and diagnosed a power window issue for me at the same time.

We tried getting my 86 CJ7 in the shop for a while. They couldn’t find the part I needed. I found it online, called the shop, and let them know. He told me to bring it in, iit’ll take him 1 hour to install it.Well, they came across some difficulties that they hadn’t known and it took over 3 hours.Regardless, they fixed it. But charged me for the 1 hour he had quoted.Good, honest shop that stuck to his word. That’s what I appreciate.

Vince Steve and everyone here is awesome!!! My camaro had stumped 2 shops,And i was losing hope they checked it out before they said they would be able too. They put a new computer in brought it to a chevy dealer to have it mapped and it didnt fix the problem. They didnt charge me a dime and were in touch with me the whole time, then BAMMMM they fixed it. ANNNNNDDDD on top of it all my Pontiacs windows quit workin the day i was picking up the camaro and 15 minutes 20 bucks and they fixed that too. Cant say enough good things about these guys and i will take EVERY car i own here.
