Had a problem with the brakes on our camper. The tech who came out (Matt) was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem. He also provided a couple other tips and suggested checks. On a FRIDAY afternoon about 5:30 I had a tire on a trailer blowout. I called Hogan Tire service and they said they could make the service call to fix my tire. They were there within about 20 minutes and had me rolling within a hour from the time of the blowout. They were fast friendly and there when I needed them. I would recommend them to anyone. Great job guys.

They got me in quickly when I needed service. I thought the price was fair. The service was great! I recently received a text 2mths later just checking to see how my car was running. Now thats great customer service! I just referred my daughter for service. I know theyll take care of her as well.

I recently went into Hogan Tire to ask whether they could mount tires I had recently purchased online on the tractor rims from my utility tractor. Chad was very pleasant and said they could and that they would be ready the next day. They called early the next day and said they were ready. I hadnt asked what the price would be but when I picked up felt it was very fair. I would recommend them.

I am a very satisfied customer. Most recently, I purchased my second set of tires from them. They were very knowledgeable and explained the issue with my tires. Their customer service was excellent. Ive had 2 follow up texts making sure the tires were working well. There is no doubt I will continue to purchase tires from them again.

After fixing my daughters car they checked back with me a week later to make sure everything was okay with the work they did. Everything was running great after they fixed valve cover gasket and performed a tune up.. Ive never had a mechanic shop do that. I will be using them from now on. I call that exceptional customer service.

I called Hogans because of a grinding noise coming from the rear brakes. They were able to fit me into their schedule as soon as the next day. To my surprise they even asked me if I needed a ride back home, which indeed I needed. Two hours after dropping off my car I received a call confirming that the breaks were completely worn and needed to be replaced. I am very happy with the professional auto service I received. In addition, Hogans offered me the uncommon courtesy of providing me with a ride from and to the shop.

Unprofessional. I was forced to sign a consent of authorization form in regards to an invoice. I told them I would pay the bill (even though it was 3 times the rate) and yet they forced the consent. It was explained to me that I was a new customer and that was the reasoning(also not true). Customers be aware.

I had a punctured tire and I took it to Hogan to get it looked at and repaired. They quickly let me know what was wrong and that I needed a new tire. They ordered me a new one and put it on next day. Great and fast service. Highly suggest.

When I call to schedule an appointment they work with me on a convienant time. I got a puncture in my tire and they got me right in and took care of it. First time getting Tires and alignment here, being very picky with alignments I have had alot of bad experiences! I will say I will not go to another place, my truck is perfectly aligned and the driving experience is much better. Thanks to Hogan tires and will continue going here from here on out!

I had been having problems for a couple of days with 1 tire losing pressure. I took it to a tire store close to my work; they checked it and said there was not a nail in the tire. They told me they removed the tire, cleaned the tire and rims and re-seated the tire. It was fine for about a day and then my light came on and said the pressure was low again. I took it to Hogans about 20 minutes before they closed and they took care of me. They found a small nail in the tire, patched it and sealed it.

This is how all tire shops should be! I went there after work when I found my right rear tire was losing air quickly (according to my TPM). They got me right in and I was on my way home in less than hour. They were a life saver, thanks much!

Just rented a uhaul but got to talk with the manager/owner in doing so. Very nice and professional, would absolutely go for service

Rented a truck, was told at worse case my charge would be around $90, for an agreed upon one day rental. Was told as long as there was no trash inside the truck and the gas was above 1/4 of a tank, there would be no additional charges. When I got into the truck, it was dirty on the inside, but it was a local truck, so it was fine for one day. Returned the truck, no trash inside and gas was above the 1/4 of a tank. My debit card, which I gave them prior to departing, with the understanding that it would have one day rental and insurance only charged to my card. Low and behold, the charges were over $90 and was told it was taxes and because we did not sweep the truck out. IT WAS FILTHY WHEN WE RENTED IT !!! Needless to say, they ripped me off for at least $50. Will NEVER use this company again and will NEVER recommend their services to anyone. Definitely NOT trustworthy !!! I have learned my lesson on this one!!! Ripping off a woman that didnt have that extra $50 you felt a need to take is pathetic. But Im sure you sleep well at night without any guilt or shame.

DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE for tires, oil changes, suspension, batteries, Uhaul, and whatever else they do. This place is the best. Good prices. MasterCraft tires are great. Interstate batteries are great. The service is great. If you go somewhere else youre gonna pay more, wait longer, and not get as good of service. Trust me, I beat cars up and Ive been to all the places here in Marysville and as long as theyre standing Ill never go to another again.

U-Haul Renters Beware.I am a long time loyal customer of U-haul and have never once had a bad experience until my dealings with Nick Hogan from Hogan Tire in Marysville, Ohio. I merely returned my U-Haul to his location after hours and a few days later received a charge for $16 on my credit card. I called and spoke to Nick and inquired about the charge. He told me that there were crumbs on the floor on the cab and that he had to clean it. CRUMBS! I explained to him that I always returned my U-Haul cleaned and perhaps there was a mistake. He told me that there was nothing he could do and to take it up with U-Haul but warned that he takes pictures of the trucks and that my attempts at getting a refund would be useless. I requested that he send me a copy of the CRUMBS and if in fact the truck was returned in a state of less than perfection I would be happy to pay. He then went on a rampage yelling at me that my business didn’t matter to him, that there were other U-Haul providers in Marysville that I could use, and cussed at me! Nick is simply the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. After a few min of arguing the fact that I felt he was trying to fictitiously charge me for services he didn’t do he agreed to reimburse me if I promised not to file a complaint with U-Haul nor leave bad reviews online. I agreed to his terms even though I worried that his scam would be used on other U-Haul renters not willing to question his immoral actions. He requested I call the next day and he would credit my account. The next morning, I called only to be told that he CHANGED his mind! He stated that after he thought about it I would probably never use his service again and that I didn’t matter as a customer. He informed me that he gave my info to U-Haul and said good luck with taking it up with them. He simply hung up.Shortly thereafter I received a call from the U-Haul regional manager and after explaining my story he apologized and stated that this is not how U-Haul treats their customers. The regional manager said that he has received complaints about Hogan Tire ( NICK) in the past and was going to address it with them that day. U-Haul reimbursed me my $16 and gave me a credit for the trouble of dealing with Nick.I know the world is filled with negative postings and I admit this is a first for me but Nick and Hogan Tire are the worst customer service providers I have ever known. I think they are dishonest, rude, and don’t care about the people they service. There are two other U-Haul providers in Marysville and I would strongly urge all to use them over Hogan Tire. If not, good luck keeping your hard-earned money.Hope this helps.

Amazing staff and service, after visiting 4 tire shops nearby, I got honest and heartfelt service. Im only sorry I didnt try this place shes ago.

Wow. Really disappointed that they charged my wife $40 for an estimate on a $700+ 2-axle brake pad/rotor job while attempting to upsell her tires by scaring her that she was at risk for a blow-out on the 3 year old Michelins on her car. She said that his last words to her were something about other shops being cheaper, but they do the job right. Considering the cost and that brake pads and rotors are entry level mechanical work, I would hope it can be done right. I had expected that my wife would have been treated better by a local business. Also, the garage we went to said they were getting a lot of business due to Hogans recent changes in business practices. Caveat emptor.

Dont go here if customer service means anything to you. I went in there and asked for a price for some service work. They were extremely higher than anywhere else around. When I asked the guy working the counter why their price was so high (like if it came with any warranties or extras) he got upset and screamed for me to get out and quit wasting his time. I would never go back or recommend anyone go here.

More of a office company than a trucking company, everyone in the office has a 100yrs in the trucking industry but none of them has ever drivin a truck. They need drivers to come and go so they can keep there jobs.
