Ive had my 2008 BMW 528i worked on at numerous German Car Specialists in the area but Reinhardts is the best. They diagnosed the problem quickly, communicated the time lines and cost and stuck to their word. Very professional.
Great job done by the shop. Professional, courteous, prompt and honest. BMW used to mean Bring Money and Wait. Not here everything is done on time at a fair price.
I bought my E-350 Cabriolet from a Mercedes dealership 20+ miles from where I live. It was a long drive and always felt pretty expensive for routine maintenance. Cant remember how I discovered Reinhardts, but I LOVE them! Small shop, they get to know you, truly professional, know their German cars, less $$$ than the dealership, never had a complaint, glad to help a small business! Been using them for two years now...not a single complaint or concern!
They did a good job on both of my cars: BMW 325 CI and Jetta 2011. They are good mechanics and very professional and above all honest with their diagnostics. Price wise, I mean labor, parts...... after doing my research I noticed that they have good prices.
These guys are in this business for the love of the cars. They are incredibly nice (and funny I might also add) and won’t take advantage of your wallet. I will for sure be returning!!
The guys at Reinhardts were able to find a pretty rare part my aging AMG needed. Several other shops and the usual car part website searches were unsuccessful in finding it. Very happy to get fast and excellent service from Reinhardts.
Good people doing good honest work.
Timely appointment for recommended maintenance while I waited. As always great service in a timely fashion.
Needed second opinion on daughters Jetta TDI after Jim Ellis VW wanted me to remortgage my house to have the EGR and DPF filters changed! Went to four local mechanics - first one didnt know what an EGR filter was so I skipped quick. Second had problems generating a quote as they couldnt figure out what parts were needed - then mechanic accidentally let slip theyd only worked on TSis! Was time to split! Third, another German mechanic shop up the road from here suggested i save my money until the car started to sputter and loose power before fixing it. While a real cheap non-fix - may turn out more expensive in the long run. But what i would consider professional advice! (I suppose when he finds a lump in his side, hes going to wait till he cant eat before going to the Dr.) Any who. Walked into Reinhardts, explained my situation and while they were familiar with the TDI, they ruminated over the various tech issues involved to do the job (it needs specific VW diagnostic tools) they immediately recommended me to German Master Tech (diesel specialist) in Alpharetta. While they could have taken the job, they did the right thing without hesitation. What can i say, theyve won the service biz to my E350.
Great service! Very good reliable and honest mechanic shop while still being professional.
These guys were great and I am so glad I found them. The estimate from the dealership was outrageous and I needed to get it fixed fast so I could leave town for a business event. The price was right and they got it done in record time. I could not ask for better customer service.
They are GREAT with Mini Coopers! Best prices around.
I had my car repaired with Reinhardt a few years ago. My car is sick again and they are about the only place (apart for the dealership) that I will entrust my vehicle to. They are reasonable, fast AND love what they do. 💜
I highly recommend this auto repair company. They are local and very genuine, not like other auto repair shops who suck up ur money. I took my car for two issues but after inspection guy works there recommended only one issue is serious and there no another issue, this saved my bucks. They do high end car’s services. I recommend this shop for auto services and repairs.Good Luck
Had an oil leak, they replaced alternator and other repairs to fix the issue ($1000 issue audi wrote in paper for me so they knew what to do) about a month later I get an oil light again, I fill it up with oil. Light comes on again, I get an oil change, light comes on again, I call these guys to take a look. They look at it and tell me everything is functioning correctly and they are not sure. There is not a leak and there is no issue. They charged me over $300 to tell me nothing is wrong with the car. They also told my wife they called me and confirmed the price with me. My car was there for 3 days and I did not receive one phone call from them nor did they discuss charging me anything for these “tests”. I called each time asking for an update on my car. They told me today my car would be ready in 30 minutes to an hour and would call me. I received no phone call and showed up 3 hours later unannounced and the car was sitting in the parking lot not done. Will never do business with these guys again. Also, your car will smell like an ashtray when you get it back from these guys.
This team is amazing. They were life savers in my time of desperation. They are professional, honest, and deliver amazing car service!!
Trustworthy, knowledgeable with a touch of sarcasm..I love it!
Cant say enough great things. Honest and knowledgeable. Wouldnt go anywhwre else!
First off, i do not trust many businesses. I already knew exactly what was wrong with my VW GTI and was turned down by mechanics because the issue involved a bad ABS module and it looked like the dealer would have to handle because of programming involved. Last ditch effort to avoid the dealership, I checked with Reinhardts. I knew within the first couple minutes that Jeff knew what he was talking about and additionally offered several alternatives to save on repair cost. They are 100% at the top of my list for Honest and Trusting mechanics. KM Auto in Kennesaw is another I trust for American vehicles
I was looking for a reliable mechanic to take over maintenance. So glad I found Reinhardts German Auto Haus - Marietta!
Prompt and good quality job.Friendly business, they take their job seriously, and diligently in the most professional manner. They check anything related to the car mileage and age and they have responses for all your questions. They work hard to get your trust and to make you a happy driver.Sie arbeiten gut, um Ihr deutsches Auto mit Freude zu fahren.
My car broke down getting gas on a cold, rainy late afternoon (of course!) My husband found Reinhardts was nearby and I called. I would have the tow truck take me there right before closing. They were spot on in identification of the issue and fixed it the next morning for a very reasonable price. I could not have asked for better in a time of need. We will be back.
They know Mercedes very well. Great service.
I have never been more pleased with any auto shop in my life. I made a mistake and over paid them, they called me back and said “ Mr. Dickens we was looking at your invoice and you over paid us.” They not only do a outstanding job on the work but in this day and age it’s GREAT to know companies still have integrity!!! I will never take my BMW to another shop. Friendly staff and excellent customer service with great prices..... what more can I ask for ? Thanks Reinarddt’s German Auto for all that you are!!!
This place used to be great when Jeff was still there. These people are untrustworthy thieves that stole parts off of my Mercedes after it sat on their lot and I decided not to move forward with getting it fixed. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!!
Jeff and the team are TRULY AMAZING mechanics. They are very Honest and reasonable when it comes to labor and repairs. I live all the way in Alpharetta, and wont let ANYBODY touch my car but Reinhardt! Great Mechanics!
Great service and with people that really care. I’ve been doing business with them for years and will continue?
Always transparent and professional.
2 tumbs up, bring my son Audi for coding, cause I change ABS module and CCM, Yurick was nice helping me and joke around, make it less stress. For sure Ill be their customer for life.Thank you guy, you make my day
Went to see this place for a warning light on my 2013 Audi Q7? Took it in and was told it was one thing and paid $569 that day. Drove the car less than a mile down the road and the exact same warning light came on again. They had it towed back to their shop, at no charge, and did eventually, the next day, repair the warning light. I was Happy about that but during that exchange they closed my flaps which produces heat through my vents. I called in the AM to say I would bring it in for a simple problem to be addressed, at which time Joerg-manager/owner stated to bring it in and he could reset it by computer. I was very thankful for that considering it probably happened during the coolant/thermostat repair, most likely tricked or something. I received a call later from Joerg to say that he will no longer work on my car, because every-time I bring it in there is a new issue, which isnt there problem. Had NO problems other than a warning light, that was not fixed the first visit. I truly believe they did nothing to my car the first visit and extorted $569 from me at that visit. Now hes mad because they actually had to fix the problem that should have been fixed the first visit. To blame me for their negligence is absurd. This was not my first visit with them But per Joergs request, IT WILL BE MY LAST! Awful way to do business, especially to a customer who had no problem paying $569 for something that wasnt needed the first visit But I think they were trying to get more money out of me, which didnt work. Thankful I have better sense than to fall for mechanic mumbo jumbo. GOOD RIDDANCE! And to think, I actually liked them, SMH! Merry Christmas Joerg and Happy New Year!
They always take care of me, do the job right, and for a fair price. They care about their customers well being, and I will always recommend them to the people I know.
Truly a great group of people to work with. Reinhardts was accommodating to my schedule and when to get my Audi A4 in for repairs. They also reviewed what a dealership told me was the problem and found that is was incorrect saving me $$$$. I highly recommend using there services.
I am a difficult customer and I am well aware of it, but these guys have been nothing but excellent. They have done fantastic work on my Audi, without price gauging, or being unfair. They do honest work, they treat you fair, and they take care of things correctly in a logical sequence. Granted the garage is a garage, but I don’t go there for the shiny facility. I go there for good work, by competent machanics done quickly and fairly. I will be back again.
Thank you Mr Reinhardt in fixing my car...good job. Your personnel very professional, very respectful....Thank you.
The mechanic told me on two separate occasions that I desperately needed new brakes and that I was below 5%. I found that odd considering I got new brakes 2 months prior. I took my car to NTB the next week and they showed me my break pads and they were in near-perfect condition. BEWARE. I could have wasted $300 on unnecessary expenses. I wont be back.
I have had very good experience here. They were able to diagnose an elusive problem on my Porsche that two other shops missed. They are also the first shop that has not damaged the paint on my car while working on it
Jeff is a great guy - honest and fair. He will not trick you into unnecessary service and will not gouge you like the dealer. Highly recommend.
Very professional service. My Benz was returned to me on time and under the initial estimate. I very strongly recommended them.
Always thorough and fair. Highly recommend!
Terrible. Even upon making an appointment more than a week in advance, dropping the car off timely and talking to the young lady at the desk on a time of pickup (for inspection, which they charge $100 for but I would have gladly paid for a thorough inspection ), I wasn’t notified that they hadn’t even looked at the car when I called them at 4:30PM. On top of that the gentleman I spoke to (caucasian, bald, with a long beard) was extremely unprofessional and rude. Of course once I entered the shop and saw him F2F he had nothing to say.I feel bad for the owner as I’m certain he’s put everything into a business operation that typically works efficiently and “should theoretically” provide satisfactory customer service. In this case, that was not the case. Also, on that day he was at the other location so the gentleman I had the pleasure talking to on the phone, may have thought he could get away with more than usual (pure speculation as I’m trying to make sense of his bad manners). The above is referring to the kennesaw location (2907 N Main Street). You are better served elsewhere.
Hannah was AMAZING! She spent an inordinate amount of time with me, helping me to find the perfect vehicle just for me. This was a super smooth transaction and I would recommend to anyone!
Always a great experience. Very trustworthy and fair.
Outstanding service. Was able to repair my 2010 Volkswagen Touareg TDI when it broke down while driving from Florida to Chicago. Highly recommended for all your German vehicle needs.
Excellent customer service, they were able to look at my car the same day and have me on my way (For a small fix of course). I will definitely continue to bring my BMW here for repairs.
Jeff was very friendly and helpful. Mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend!!
Extremely knowledgeable and good group of people. Would not consider taking my Audi anywhere else but here.
Knowledgeable, reasonable pricing and down to earth people. Did my 2011 gtis timing chain tensioner and dsg service; car has not missed a beat.
This business has reliably serviced and repaired several German autos for us. I have a 1986 300E that weve owned since it was almost new. Even though it has some age, the folks at Auto Haus have been able to keep the old girl steadily contributing.Jeorg, the owner, and Jeff at the Kennesaw shop are both highly focused on providing customer service, delivering status and info as required during the repair process. Expect a call if there is anything discovered beyond the original estimate. In addition to the old Mercedes, Auto Haus has serviced and maintained an E500 and BMW Z4. Service and maintenance is by the book, at a cost considerably less than the new car dealership or other specialized facilities. These folks will do an excellent job working on your German vehicle. Whether so old that there are no electronics, or very recent production, you can trust your auto to Reinhardts AutoHaus.
My family have been loyal customers for years. I wrote them a 5 star review at one point, but over the course of a year, and two horrible experiences in a row, I can no longer stand by that review. We took two of our cars here. In the past year we have seen a steep and rapid decline in professionalism and trustworthiness. The first incident occurred last fall. I went in for a routine oil change. I went to pick up my car and they had broken my drivers seat. Its a manual seat and it was stuck to where I couldnt move it forward, like someone had manhandled and broken the lever you pull up on to move it. I was so cool about it. I told them it was fine as long as they fixed it. I wasnt even mad. The next day I went to pick my car up, drove it onto the road, and when I went to put on my brake at the first red light I came to my seat gave way and I flew forward putting all my weight on my break foot. My car skidded to a halt and my body flew into my steering wheel. Luckily, there was nobody behind me or I would have certainly been in a wreck. I immediately took the car back and called them the next day. They proceeded to tell me I had to have broken my seat myself even though I had literally just picked it up from them braking it. I of course refused to pay and they begrudgingly fixed it while still claiming the entire time that they couldnt have caused the situation. I was very upset. I could have been in a wreck, and they didnt care at all. They were more concerned with not taking responsibility. The second incident occurred a few weeks ago. Against our better judgement, we used them to price out a new air conditioner for my car. The mechanic did the inspection, called me and told me I owed them $100 for the diagnosis. I was NEVER told that previously. My dad called them and wasnt too happy. We ended up paying for it anyway just to avoid the conflict, but we felt swindled. When I went to pick up my car that day I overheard them talking about me and my dad. Very unprofessional. They wanted to charge $400 more than the guy I got a second opinion from plus the $100 diagnosis fee.We will not be back as customers. We were loyal to them for over 5 years with two vehicles, giving them thousands of dollars over the years, but especially since Jeff left it hasnt been the same.
Absolutely amazing service. Very knowledgeable on my 06 325i and all of my repairs were done quick with great customer service along with communication. Great pricing considering with all the repairs needed. From transmission to my alternator. Highly recommended for any BMW enthusiast or BMW owner for best pricing and service. And thats is compared to my personal experiences with Bimmer Services. For anyone in the Kennesaw/Acworth area.
Amazing service great staff
Jorge has always taken care of me
Took 6 hours to get an oil change, and returned with a flat tire
Quality work, and the price is right
We are honest and affordable!
Great place good mechanics
Great mechanics and ownership
Good employs
Bad service
These guys are great. I have been going to them for 2 1/2 years. I would recommend anyone with a German made vehicle to see Reinhardt’s
