The Honda Dealership told me it would be $900 to replace the starter in my Civic. Fairground did it for just over $400. They shoot straight and do good, honest work. I will be bringing my vehicles here for any future repairs as long as we live in the area.

GREAT PEOPLE!!! I rolled in with a nail in my tire almost flat. They took me right in with no wait and plugged my tire! They only charged me $23 and I was on my way in no time at all!!!! I had a really great experience with these guys. I was in a minor accident and my front end was damaged. It took about a week and a half and boy was it worth the wait! My car is FLAWLESS! Great, honest service. As soon as I walked in, I can honestly say I got a good feeling about the place.They were very upfront about what they could and couldnt do, and what the costs would be. And when I got my final bill, there werent any extra charges that we hadnt discussed. Its hard to find an auto-repair shop that you feel you can trust. Liars after your money! I had a transmission pan leak, told them the issue. Was 1st told around $50 but then that went up to $300 claiming my pan had a crack in it & so on which i knew was bs so hurried up and took it somewhere else. Really regret even trying this place. Real issue was gasket was just broke nothing else as they claimed.

These guys are the best. We brought our vehicle to Fairground Automotive with the MIL light on and the Engine knocking, we were expecting the worst but it was a relief when Kim told us what was wrong. Our Car was repaired quickly and within budget, they wont try and sell you things you dont need like the majority of repair centers in the Marietta area . I came back from vacation the night prior. When I went out to my car the next morning it would not start. I went online to look for auto repair in the area and found Fairground Automotive. When I called, the owner came directly over to see if he could help. Within 30 minutes of calling my car had been towed into the shop and the car was being assessed and repaired. I unfortunately did not have a great experience with this business. My truck was broke down and it was towed there. It was after hours so it stayed over night..I mentioned to them that maybe fuel pump gone bad. The next day spoke to them again in the morning someone asked me a couple of questions. Never did he mention a diagnostic fee. I have not been inside the shop to know anything. They call me tell me it cost an amount that was too high. Told him too high for me.. He responds ok ill have him drop it. When i called back letting him know tow was coming he mentions $85.00 diagnostic fee. $85.00 is not one of those things you say o by the way just pay me my $85.00Im not mentioning any names but will voice my opinion and continue to voice to the community i know. We never know who you interact with or mistreat. I believe it could have been an oversight that one forgets to tell customers something but to do good business with new customers it is important to not make them feel you are robbing them at gun point. They begin to tell me i would not get my truck back until i pay the $85.00. And was irrational with me over the phone. I never said i wouldnt pay i said it should be a fair gesture because no one told me. He acknowledges that they didnt tell me but says he would not release my truck. Two shops around from him said they dont charge for that but will charge for other diagnostics. As new customer they should have made me aware and they should have given more customer service. I did not want to go into civil action because it wasnt worth it but they get their 85.00 and i will use my platform to show bad service within my community.RESPODING TO MR. BLACKS REPLY:AND I TOLD MR. BLACK I THINK A FAIR GESTURE SHOULD BE GIVEN MAYBE HALF OF THE DIAGNOSTIC FEE. Mr. Black stated I aint doing no fair gestures!! smh. Thanks for your apology and you were wrong on your reply about me stating I would not pay. If you were not yellling (as the president) you would see you were in the wrong. Straightforward and friendly service. But, the last time we were in for tire repair they broke the key for the locking lug nut. I didnt think much about it at the time until today, when I had a flat. A replacement lug key can only be purchased through the dealer and it costs $350. Im disappointed Fairground didnt make any attempt to explain this or help us with it. Its costing me now, for sure.

Last month I was on my way to Atlanta, when my car broke just near Marietta. I called a towing company and when they came they recommended me this auto repair shop, because it was very close and as tow truck guy said, they did a decent work. As I pretty much had no choice, I went there and they inspected the car. They determined the issue within 15 minutes and the price they promised was OK, so I left them the car. It was ready by the end of the day, so I waited till they were done and I drove to Atlanta. Havent had a problem since then.

We live in Atlanta and we had always used an auto body shop near by our home, but just recently my husband found this shop and turned out they were quite cheaper and at the same time did the repair jobs with the same quality as the one downtown. Weve decided those guys will be our choice from now on (hopefully not too often, though).

When I have something for repairing on my car I always prefer this place, because I trustem and after this all years that automotive repair shop is my favorite and Ill never use another one!

Did the main repair I needed but then tried to tell me another part I needed handled was a non serviceable part and wanted to charge me an undetermined amount to find out what else could be wrong. Not going back there again.
