Love the car and the ease of getting the deal done. Some small after sale fixes that now need to be handled. Verbally they have committed to the fixes- now we wait for the after sale follow up - I really want this to be 5 stars as the 911 is fantastic. Let’s close this out Joe and team10/4 - update: Joe and team took care of bodywork at local Autonation dealership. Top notch customer service. Now just waiting on reimbursement check on other fixesUpdate : Joe and team sorted out all issues on my car. These guys are the real deal. Honest and do what they say they will. I’ll be back
I was very impressed with my first visit to MB Marietta. My service advisor, Terry Castro was great! He listened to my concerns and based recommendations solely on what I needed. I got my vehicle back at the expected time and it was clean. I will definitely be going there for all my car needs.
They want to make it work! Great staff. Ask for Quintin or Aaron. Both will take care of you with great attitudes! I went home and realized there was a dent on the driver side door and they took care of it with no issue. The Finance manager and finance director were also awesome! Great dealership with great service, great staff, and a great professional and inviting atmosphere.
Every time I come here i expect to be sitting for at least 4 hours for even just an oil change. Absolutely ridiculous and ive never been to a dealership that is so uncommunicative with the status of the car. Even for simple things it is a hassle every time I go here. Avoid AT ALL COSTS
This has to be the worst dealership in the country. I would rather drive a PT Cruiser for the rest of my life than buy/lease another car from Marietta Mercedes. Sales- terrible. Customer service- terrible. Finance- terrible. Service- terrible. That is, if you can even speak to someone and dont have to try 13 times before someone picks up the phone (not an exaggeration). When I leased my vehicle last year, I was told by Sales and Finance that 1 basic annual service appointment would be included for the duration of my lease. This was a big selling point since Mercedes has expensive service, so I remember this vividly. No bells and whistles, just basic annual service. When I dropped off my car for service now 1 year later, I was told it would be $350 for basic service. Marietta dealership also told me last year if I went for service outside of a dealership that the sensors would pick it up and it would violate my lease agreement. I must have missed the snake oil bottle sitting on their desks. Spent an hour today trying to get a hold of someone and finally was led to someone from Finance, who essentially told me it wasnt their problem and I was lying. So what is the lie? I cant get service anywhere else or that youll pay for my service? Or were both a lie? This is the worst customer service Ive ever received, hands down. I would rather be on hold with the cable company for two hours- that would be a trip to Disney World compared to these interactions. I am begging you to never give this dealership your business. There are plenty of Atlanta-area dealerships that are worth the extra 10 minute drive. To the General Manager, dont leave a generic comment to call you. Send me your email as I will not be wasting another hour and 13 attempts to reach someone.
Terry Castro at Mercedes Benz of Marietta provided excellent service! He squeezed me into a packed service schedule to help me with an issue with one of my tires that would have been unsafe to drive on and also arranged for me to have my 50,000 (B5) mile service while I was there as well! I really appreciated his efforts and his professionalism…he went above and beyond. I will always reach out to Terry whenever I have a future service need for my vehicle. He was the best!
A big thank you to Joe Snovol for following through on his commitments made during the sales process. I purchased a previously-owned vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Marietta that required a minor cosmetic repair. Joe gave me his word that he would make the arrangements and he set me up with a great auto body shop that completely took care of the issue. I really appreciate his hands-on approach through the whole process from the time I first inquired about the car all the way through the repair. Hes a person of integrity and its a great reflection of the dealership. When were ready for our next car theyll be my first call. Thank you!
Because of the poor service or the lack there of, you have lost a loyal customer. My car was fine when I went there today only to get a battery but after the battery was replaced, my cluster lights were displaying issues with my back brake lights. I bring it up to them and mentioned that nothing was wrong prior to them working on my vehicle, I was told that my vehicle had rust and was in an accident before. Strange since Im the only owner and the car had never been in any accidents plus they are the only ones that had done service on my car. No rust was seen either. Long story short, they didnt take ownership of there mess up and tried to place blame on me. This was the Service Managers doing. I asked to have my old battery put back as well as my money returned which he was quick to give back. The cluster lights are no longer on showing some was wrong with the way it was connected. Also, I must point out that I am handicap and use a walker. You would think that they wouldve helped me with opening the door when I arrived as well as when I left. Nope!!!! I didnt receive any warm welcome which is odd because I usually to. I was going to purchase a new SUV from them but I will pass on that. I will not give them another penny especially after the service I received today. I will drive out of my way to give another dealership my business.Kindest Regards,
Mercedes service is a horrible experience. This dealership is the worst. Shaddy is all I can say. If your Benz is under warranty and something goes wrong you will find it almost impossible to get a appointment in a reasonable amount of time. If you do get an appointment they will only take your vehicle and park it for 2 days and then call you and say it’s finished yet the vehicle never moved. I guess they fix cars in the parking lot. Had my van for 2 days and wasn’t able to fix the issue. Said they needed a week. What a joke. First and last Benz. Never had this issue any other manufacturer
They are constantly running late for appointments (40+ minutes). They also dont follow through on things discussed with reception when making the appointment.
I brought my 2006 Dodge/Mercedes sprinter in for a full check since I was planning to taking it on a road trip in a few days. I was told that the full Diagnostic service would take around 3 hours, however 6 hours later I decided to go there I was told by my service advisor that I was not going to be able to take my van because of a broken glow tube would prevent the van from starting. I advised him that a glow tube is used to heat the engine up in cold weather so that shouldn’t be a problem.. But he did not believe me so we had the mechanic come up and confirm everything that I stated, which is that the glow tube is not used to start the van, it’s used to heat up a Diesel engine in cold weather. Today while on my road trip my windshield wipers and blinker stopped working. Online it says I should be able to do a factory reset. So I decided to look under the hood and found that my windshield wiper fluid is almost empty. I called Mercedes-Benz to talk to my service advisor about my issue he couldn’t take my phone call and and said it could be my fuse, I feel that somebody that is not a mechanic should not be allowed to give advice on how to maintain a vehicle. I also asked to speak with a manager and I was told that I could leave a message. Apart from the mechanic that was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and told me even more information than I was asked but the rest of experience a this Mercedes Benz has awful…
Mercedes-Benz of Marietta is hands down the best! I have been going there for the past year and each experience has been a pleasure. Most people hate going to the dealership but for some odd (extremely odd) reason I have no problem scheduling my services because I know i will be taken care of. My advisor-Dexter, is heaven sent. He is very professional and is very knowledgeable.I dont know much about cars but he does for sure! If you ever go to the Marietta location ask for Dexter!
Awesome salesmen! 95% chance of driving home in a new BENZ...
I’ve been to this dealership multiple times but this last visit with Dexter T. was BY FAR the best! He was so personable, patient, and didn’t focus on “up-selling” me services but listened to my concerns and addressed what needed to be taken care of. He kept in the loop at every stage of my visit. He’s the type of person you want to have guiding you: keeping you informed and treated like family. I don’t know if he’ll read this but thank you Dexter for restoring my faith in that particular dealership!
My salesman, David, was very attentive. He listened to what I was looking for. We found a great car. I’m grateful that he went the extra mile to make sure my needs were met.
Everyone was amazing, honest and hard working to get me exactly what I wanted with excellent service. The professionalism was beyond my expectations. Everyone from the salesman to the finance manager made the process of purchasing a car an enjoyable experience and fast experience! Thank you Mercedes-Benz of Marietta!!!!!
I would definitely give my Service Manager Ashleigh high marks, as well as Judy from the desk. Your courtesy car wash team leaves a lot to be desired. Exterior wash/ rinse, lite vacuum...minimal. There was no interior wipe, no clean windows. In the past, my car was returned to me looking clean and shiny, inside and out. Sad ending to otherwise great service.
Service dept. was very nice and professional. I had to get a brake light replaced. While replacing my brake light. The gentleman informed my husband my airbags were recalled. So they replaced my airbags also! Thank you so much!
I had a very positive experience with Rae of the service department regarding an issue with my key fob. He was very responsive and informative regarding the issue and also addressed another concern of mine regarding the vehicle. I definitely would recommend visiting Mercedes-Benz of Marietta for any purchase/lease and service of a vehicle and I look forward to working with them in the future.
The service was very good. However, I had a coupon for 25% off all parts and services. My total bill was $2,000, and the service center only gave me a $150 discount, claiming that the coupon had a cap of $150. I thoroughly read the coupon, and there was no cap mentioned. I think the dealer should have honored the coupon.
Brought my C3 300 in for it’s 6- year maintenance and was very pleased with the courteous, prompt, and competent service I received. We reviewed and agreed on the service to be conducted and it was completed in the time frame provided. In addition, the service advisor found a coupon I was unaware of to reduce the overall cost.
Far friendlier staff than at Atlanta South Benz dealership. Actually listen to you and try to get you what you need. Walked the whole floor at the South location without a single salesperson even acknowledging my wife’s and my presence. We already own a Benz and were interested in maybe trading up to another but their lack of interest in earning our business made us look elsewhere and boy are we glad we did. Stephen Moore and Ernest Dixon really know how to treat prospective customers. Once we settle on the models and options we want, they are going to be first call we make because they treated us like family. Moving all our service needs on our current E-Class to their facility as well. Kudos guys (Who Dat, Ernest!)
Always a great experience. However we had requested a shuttle and no one followed up with us that shuttle service is not available on Saturday. Wasnt made aware until we were dropping the car off and had to stay and wait. If we had known, we could have made arrangements.
Terry Castro is the greatest service writer Ive ever worked with! I couldnt be happier! Highly recommend this dealership!
I just purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and I am very happy with the deal. David Steinfeld, our sales guy, was extremely helpful and professional. Everything went smoothly and David even followed up the next day which was thoughtful. All in all, I would highly recommend this dealership and David.
Awesome experience! Devin and Benjamin are professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of my car. They made my purchase a great experience. This dealership is one of the best.
We purchased a new Mercedes Sprinter after AL dealerships would not even return phone calls. We have an animal rescue and our sprinter had been wrecked so a new van was imperative for our operation. Melinda, our salesperson, went above and beyond to get us back on the road. She worked diligently see that we had everything that we needed for our animals and drivers to ride in comfort and safety. She even followed up with us after the sale. The next time we need a new van I know who I will call! I highly recommend this dealership and Melinda for anyone looking for some awesome people to do business with!
Joe and Aaron made an out-of-state purchase and trade-in beyond easy. The car I purchased is really special and, right before I gave them my trade, my windshield cracked. They were incredibly gracious about it and made the trade-in adjustment very easy. I can’t thank them enough, and I’m very happy with my new car. Thank you!
I have used this Dealership several years and every visit has been more than pleasant. Very professional and attentive to customers needs. Service has been very well done. Service writers and service Dept is run like a well oiled machine. You will not be disappointed. Special shout out to Dexter at drive in and Tim shop mgr.
This was my 1st service after purchasing the vehicle. The Service Agent - Ahmad was really nice. He was very helpful throughout the process. He was patient and eager to explain things to me. Really appreciate it much.
They pride themselves on up-front service pricing, but it’s a total sham. When you book your service online, the price quoted is labor only; it doesn’t include parts, but that’s not obvious whatsoever. When I showed up for my appointment to have my transmission flushed, the quoted price ($750) didn’t match the price quoted when booking online ($430). When my car was finished, my final price was even higher ($820). Avoid this dealership.
Thanks to Dexter Thompson, my experience is always Top quality, he goes beyond and above…ALWAYS. However, every courtesy car I get is never detailed throughout. Dirt inside, footprints on door panels and flooring. Windows not cleaned, interior was not satisfactory at all. Especially during this pandemic, it’s no room for error. If the cars are not detailed to be cleaned, they’re definitely not sanitized. It’s been this way with every car. When pointing out to Dexter, he takes his time to go through and clean the vehicles himself.
Everyone at this location has been nice and helpful but the only reason I’m giving this location 3 star is because the lady at the very front desk entry when you first walk in has a nasty deposition for no reason! They really should consider having someone more friendly in the front as it gives off a not so good first impression. I have been to this location not 1 time but 3 times and her attitude is still the same. I honestly never write reviews but I had to this time.
This has been a dope experience owning a Benz. The car car isn’t the only thing of quality, the service and customer satisfaction is even better. Thank you Ahmad for looking out and handling everything with poise!!
Excellent service. Everyone I have encountered there were “Top-Notch”. My Service Advisor Claiborne Gaines is always friendly, prompt, organized, explains all services being performed, answers all questions, doesn’t push any unnecessary services, and makes sure I am completely satisfied with the service.
M-B of Marietta had the best match in my search for my next S Class. It was an hour and half drive to check it out, and we drove it home. From the receptionist who greeted us, right through till we left, everyone we met was genuine, professional and down-to earth. No put-on airs, no false smiles, just great people working hard to get us taken care of and to answer any of our questions. Our salesperson was Jacob Howerton, and he could not have been more pleasant to work with. He went with us on our test drive, and made us feel totally comfortable at the store. Jacob introduced us to Ernest Dixon, the General Manager, with whom we had a delightful chat having nothing to do with the sale. He is a former NFL linebacker, and it is apparent he runs the sales floor as a team effort, all helping one another. I think his leadership speaks volumes about the quality of this dealership. The finance manager, Jared Johnson, was also a delight to meet and to get me through the paperwork. The next day, I had a question about a couple of points on the sales sheet, and Jared responded with such clear explanations, that I was immediately and completely satisfied. He is a true pro.I think my wife summed it up best that evening when she said to me “with all the dozens of cars we have purchased in our lifetime, I think that was by far the most enjoyable purchase process we have ever experienced. Each individual was someone you would want to have as a friend. I would go back there in a heartbeat, despite the distance”. Not to mention, we love our new S-Class.
We’ve had our two mercedes vehicles serviced at this location for a few years and recently have found this dealership to have much higher prices than other Atlanta Mercedes dealerships. My service A and B was $175 more at Marietta compared to RBM (for identical work). In addition, Marietta rarely has loaner cars when you’re having work done that will take a while. They also do not guarantee the work done on window tinting at their location when it’s defective only 10 months later. If you’re searching for a new car or service for an existing; there are many other dealerships in Atlanta happy to have your business.
Disappointed with the brand I trusted for 15+ years though the sales agent I worked with has been nice to me. After spending almost $100K Im disappointed to say the least with Mercedes. I ordered a dash cam video - car was never equipped with it. Tried to reach out to the dealer havent heard yet. Some packages I added - like the driver assist package, some features seem to be hit and miss. The lane keeping assist seems to work some times and doesnt seem to work sometimes. May be Im not using the features the way they are supposed but I cant freakin ever trust the features. I was hoping to go for G Class Wagon after 4-5 years after this experience I would just get the base model and not worry about the packages or may be try Land Rover and see if its packages work better than Mercedes. If you are ready to build a new Mercedes leave the packages and get the base model - you wont miss a ton.
From the moment I purchased my car in October to the my first oil change yesterday in July- this dealership has proven to have high quality service and amazing personal touch. Terry Castro, my account manager was outstanding, noting all details and ensuring my wait was pleasant. Wifi, coffee, and water was provided while I waited, and my car returned with new oil, wipers, tires rotated and detailed! Cant recommend this dealership enough - From a 3 Mercedes owner- #drinkingthekoolaid
I never write reviews but I was extremely impressed by Ron today..f you are thinking of buying at Mercedes Benz of Marietta, please do yourself a favor and go see Ron!! He will take care of you!! Im so happy I found him!RON made buying easy and I felt like I found a friend in the industry I will always return to. .
Mr Walker was very professional and so informed on the car we bought. He made purchasing our car a pleasure and everything was taken care of ahead of time.I would highly recommend Mr Walker and the staff at Mercedes Benz of Marietta!
Let me start with the fact that I love driving my Mercedes Benz E63 that I purchased from another dealership a few years ago. I took my car to this dealership last week to replace the battery. Well no one in service would even check the battery to make sure that was the problem. So I go to the parts desk to purchase a battery and requested someone remove the old one and install the new one. I was told they were completely booked and no one could install it. I’m in complete disbelief as I have to take this battery home and install it myself because such a simple job for a trained technician would have probably taken 30 minutes to complete. It took me over and hour due to lack of tools but ok. A week later my car wouldn’t start so I jumpstart and call the service department to see if I can drop it off for a diagnostic check. This was at 8AM on a Tuesday and I was told no appointments available until the following Monday! No maybe we can squeeze you in to check if the alternator is bad, drop it off maybe we could get to it in the morning. NO we can’t help you until Monday of next week. I have never experienced such poor customer service at any dealership let alone a Mercedes dealership. There is little to no attention paid to customers arriving for service. Zero professionalism that I could see. This department needs an overhaul fast if you care about your reputation. I will definitely go elsewhere for my service needs. There was 1 young man that greeted me when I entered the service bay, wish I could remember his name but he was the only positive vibe from my whole experience.r/John
I fly all the way to IL to Atlanta just to pick up a car just to find out they couldn’t provide me a car ( because of fraud) which I provided them with multiple information. Mercedes Marietta Is the real fraud I waste my time for flying all the way up there and time from be there from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm . Rhondal Lee told me that’s everything was “ set and approve to come up to Mercedes Marietta “ I Have text messages from Rhondal Lee saying “ that’s I was approve just need my signal. I missed work for coming up here then they couldn’t evening provided me a ride home when Rhondal Lee was the one who came to pick me up to take me to Mercedes Marietta. They shouldn’t never take my $20,000 check if they felt like it was ( fraud ) and run my credit 4 times dropping my credit sore from 807 to 761
Great place the guy that attended me said that you could even call them without coming in person to get the radio codes
Rob Christian provided excellent service! I look forward to working with him in the future. I will definitely lease my next Mercedes from this dealership.
Terrible customer service. Made an appointment 3 weeks out four routine service on my 2020 GLS 450. It was the first appointment I could get with a curtesy vehicle. When I got there they kept me waiting a half hour before seeing my advisor. When I finally saw him, he said my options were to wait or call for a ride. There were no longer any curtesy vehicles available. Apparently they don’t even keep track of who is supposed to get one. I would have appreciated a call ahead of time since I booked 3 weeks in advance and spent 1.5 hours between the waiting room and driving out there and back. Very disappointed in Mercedes service.
Such a bad customer service, i called to sales department and no one gives me exact price for the car that I wanted to purchase! I had bad experience with this dealer, I’m not going to buy any car from this dealer.
Ahmad is great. He is friendly, honest, and helpful. After disclosing that I may have an electrical problem, he personally replaced my low beam light and did not charge me for it. Wonderful service.
UPDATE: Mercedes-Benz of Marietta corrected the odometer reading on my purchase documents, submitted the corrected information to the title/tag office, and filled up my gas tank for the inconvenience of having to drive 40 minutes back to the dealership. Thank you for keeping your word and correcting the error. Ive adjusted my rating from 2 to 5 stars.*************************************Rita went on the test drives and my experience with her was very nice! The rating reflects my overall experience including an odometer issue I noticed right after I left the dealership. I test drove 2 cars but should have made sure I checked the odometer on the car I purchased before signing. That was an error on my part.Less than a mile after leaving the dealership, I pulled into the gas station on my right to make a call. During that call I talked about my new car and was asked how many miles my car has on it? Thats when I realized I didnt check it before signing because it was already reading 62,000+ miles when I looked down to read it. Not bad mileage for a 2017, so that is not the issue. I pulled the car fax and the last reported mileage is 61,898; but, the dealership listed the mileage as 61,705 on my documents. That alone is a difference of 193 miles; but, the car was already over 62,000 miles when I was at the gas station less than a mile away after leaving with my purchase.Since it wasnt an amount of miles that would effect the value of the car, I thought it was a simple mistake and I was exhausted so I went home to sleep. Later, I pulled out their AutoNation used vehicle 5 day/250 mile (whichever comes FIRST) Money-back guarantee and then I realized the car was already more than 300 miles over the 61,705 miles the dealership listed on my documents. Therefore, their AutoNation Money-Back Guarantee was already invalid (exceeded due to incorrect mileage) BEFORE I even left the dealership according to the documents they typed up. The dealership was already closed at this time; but, fortunately it has been less than 24 hours since my purchase so I will call when they are open in a few hours and ask them to correct the odometer reading mistake. (I noticed the previous reviewer talked about her trouble getting through on the phone and would rather email the GM. I hope that will not be my experience as well.)Huge lessons learned. I am buying a car for my kids next weekend, I will be well rested or I wont shop and I will take a picture of the odometer to check against the documents before I sign. If it was just an honest mistake as I believe it to be and they make the correction; I will update the 2 star rating of my purchase experience to reflect their willingness or non-willingness to remedy this issue. To be continued.. [They are closed on Sundays so I wasnt able to call a few hours later]
This was one of the best experiences I’ve encountered, in reference to conducting business with a car dealership! Mr. Stephen Moore is a goat! Outstanding customer service and we’ll seasoned in the car business! I’ll most definitely go back Mercedes Benz of Marietta to make my next purchase! Thank you Steve!
I always have a good servicing experiencing at this location. Terry, my service advisor is great! Very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. I will be making this location my #1 go to for any servicing needs.
Aaron took the time to show us all the details of the vehicle we purchased spending a lot of time answering questions and his patience was outstanding. The experience was very good. I would recommend them highly.
Mercedes-Benz of Marietta is the only place I will take my car for service. Terry treats me like a VIP, they are honest, and always treat me like the only customer they have - even when busy. Highly recommend their service department!
Mercedes Benz of Marietta was incredible. Not only did they fix my roof but fixed the water damage it did toThe interior of my car it looks great and I could not be happier with the staff. Thanks you Ashleigh and Joshua for helping my datget her car back
My Service Advisor, Ashleigh Nicholson, always represents the Mercedes-Benz brand with a superior level of service that a customer would expect. She is professional and polite while ensuring that we followed the CDC guidelines, which put me at ease. The process is always seamless understanding my sense of urgency. She truly is an asset and my reason for returning. Thank you Ashleigh!
The service team provided excellent customer service during recent warranty and service work on my wife’s new SUV! Keep up the good work Terry!
I had the pleasure of working with Quintin at Mercedes on Cobb Parkway, he’s awesome. He was very knowledgeable about each vehicle I test drove and he wasn’t pushy. He didn’t try to force anything on me that I wasn’t interested in just to make a sale. It was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Thank you Quintin!
Terry Castro made everything so easy. He provided updates on my repair and made sure that everything possible was completed to fix the issue. He made sure that I had a loaner vehicle so I didnt have to wait all day at the dealership. Great service!!
Excellent customer service as always. Terry Castro is one of the best Service Reps who is always willing to go the extra mile.
When I went to drop my vehicle off for servicing on 7/5/21, I was not greeted by anyone and when I did speak with a receptionist, she was very rude. Speaking with my advisor, after I declined some of the recommended services, he became disinterested. He did not take the time to explain the services being completed to me. When returning to pick up my vehicle, I again was not greeted and the receptionist just told me to have a seat. After waiting for 30 mins because my advisor was speaking with his friends, I had to go to his office to let him know I was here to pick up my vehicle. He was unaware I was even there because the receptionist never told him.The service to my vehicle was good that’s why I gave 2 stars. The service I received, however, was subpar. I just believe if you’re going to work at a luxury vehicle retailer or in a customer service role in general, there is a level of professionalism we as consumers expect to receive. And on this day? It was not received at all. And for that encounter, I will not be bringing my vehicle back.
It was a great experience I had not a single atom of regrets hereThe entire team was A-ZMore strength I pray for you guys at Mecedes Benz of Marietta 810 Cobb
Terry was amazing! He helped me immediately, worked with me to get a loaner vehicle so my day wouldn’t be impacted and the Mercedes Benz service team finalized my vehicle quickly!
Had my SLK 350 serviced, front to back (including tires, brakes, and rotors). Just like Mercedes advertises the best or nothing. After having the full service, head it on a Dyno.... 303 hp and 175 ft lbs of torque at the wheel, thats better than factory specs. Thank you Robert Christian and the Mercedes technician(s) who has my car better than new.
Very pleasant place to do business. Everyone was super nice, not pushy at all. I bought a used car there, not a Mercedes, but they sure were beautiful.
Great customer service! Dietrick Houston did a great job on getting us in and out in a timely manner.
I was having an issue with something on my new Merc GLC and no one was returning my emails or phone calls. Ahmed jumped in and came to the rescue. He handled the problem with urgency and professionalism. He took care of it immediately and even put me in a loaner car as to not have my day and schedule interrupted. He also had my car detailed while they had it, as well as other gifts to make things right. I can always count on Ahmed to deliver top notch service and dependability!!
My Service Rep. Ms Ashleigh always provide prompt scheduling, she’s very professional and she make sure that whatever is going on with your vehicle she’s determined to find a fix and solution. Overall Marietta Dealership customer service is the best. Thank you Ms. Ashleigh
Very professional and personable. CJ was extra helpful and attentive. Dealerships are often pricey but well worth it. Will definitely be back!
My FRONT window was NOT CRACKED BEFORE I had it serviced here and I was given a checklist from the Diagnostic showing my windows were in good condition. However after I picked my car up I noticed a cracked that I shared with the Supervisor. The invoice the supervisor shared with me was different than the INITIAL invoice I received from the service person. I am very disappointed! 😤
The service department is terrible. I have made 3 trips, one hour ten minutes one -way, and have not got the problem resolved and is paying for it. The issue was not probably evaluated and now they found other issues worth 10,000 dollars. FROM THE VERY FIRST SERVICE, I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. The manager or CEO will not return your calls. Giving MB a bad name. BEWARE ANYONE PURCHASING from MB of Marietta........... TERRIBLE SERVICE AND YOU ARE THERE ALL DAY.
If you need someone in sales, ask for LePaul! He is beyond amazing, responds quickly and goes above and beyond in customer service!
Every thing was fine except my service took longer than stated by my service advisor. Further, PLEASE make sure that when the car is washed at the end of service that the settings on my music entertainment center is left alone. No one should alter my settings or turn my system on. Also, when my car is returned, I do not appreciate the loud music coming from the entertainment system that was not on when I submitted the car for service. Thank you
Horrible experience. Went to test drive a car that was very dirty on the inside and outside. I know inventory is low but man you think they would at least keep the cars they have in stock clean. They were even aware I was coming and still had a clean car. I went down the road and purchased a car.
Would highly recommend for servicing your Mercedes Benz and also purchasing your new Mercedes Benz. Ask for Quintin for sales associate. He gave impeccable customer service. Gerard also was an awesome help in the process. Beyond satisfied and I will be referring friends and family.
When scheduling ask for Claiborne - Service Advisor at this location, hes easy to work with and knowledgeable about the questions I ask in each visit related to servicing my vehicle.
Ahmad Frozan - best service provider at the marrieta location hands down. Had a leak in my g wagon expected to be w/o for 4 days got it back the next day.
The service was excellent, way faster than I expected, and my service rep - Terry Castro - was absolutely top-notch!
I find it very upsetting when no one answers the phone when you are seeking status on your car! Dropped off two cars I had to call literally 20 times before I was told that my car was ready 1 or 2 hours ago. Very frustrating. Arrival and departure services are amazing. I’d give that 4 to 5 stars ⭐️ But status updates needs improvement going through the voicemail loop is very annoying.
I can not begin to adequately express my gratitude for Stefan for his excellent customer service. His high level of professionalism and product knowledge was unmatched! The entire experience was pleasant from beginning to end. On December 28th, I took my vehicle for a test drive, completed my paperwork with finance, and drove off of the lot all within an hour. To date, I have not experienced such great service by a dealership. I would also like to add that Jared Johnson, the finance manager, was amazing! He took the time to explain my options and operated with integrity and compassion. The icing on the cake was the amazing music he played while completing I completed the documents. Overall, my experience was pleasant and is solely attributed to Stefan and Jared.
The sales people were great, but I cant say the same for the finance staff.Shop elsewhere for an extended warranty, or dont expect to get a refund for any unused portion of the warranty. The finance staff was completely unresponsive when I requested a refund for the unused portion of our extended warranty. The car was involved in a bad accident and totaled, but this dealership was unresponsive when requesting a warranty refund.
Ashleigh was great. She took great care of me when my original service advisor had an emergency and was called away. I will definitely request her going forward!
I just quoted a used vehicle from over 20 dealers. This dealership had a fair price, gave me a fair price on my trade and my salesman, Quintin Walker was honest, expedient, and friendly. You cant say this about many dealers or salespeople. 5 stars. Would visit again.
I have been servicing my car with Mercedes Benz of Marietta for the last 3 years and each and every time I bring my car there I have fast and friendly service. Ahmad has been my service advisor most of the time and he is thorough and accommodating. Always a 10/10 top notch service.Nicole M.
I recently scheduled an appointment for my MB Sprinter. When I was advised that they could not reserve a courtesy vehicle, I cancelled my appointment and rescheduled with RBM of Atlanta who could pick up my vehicle and deliver it back when it was complete. A few days later, I was advised by RBM of Atlanta that my warranty was cancelled by MB Marietta. MB Marietta cancelled by warranty without my knowledge or permission. I tried to fix the issue over the phone, but was unable to speak with anyone who could handle the situation. I then went into MB Marietta on 7/30/21 and spoke with Ray in Financing who advised he was new to that position, but would look into it and see what he could do. I still have not heard back from MB Marietta and will have to pay out of pocket for the servicing at RBM of Atlanta if not resolved quickly. Please help. Again, my warranty was cancelled without my permission or knowledge and I can not get in touch with anyone at MB Marietta to help.
Terry Castro gave awesome customer service in providing information about my car and getting me taking care of in a very timely manner. Hes an AWESOME guy !
My first visit at Mercedes Benz of Marietta was great. Andrew Walker, Service Advisor went over and beyond the call of duty to assist me. He was very knowledgeable and continues to reach out and take care of me after my car has been serviced. I would highly recommend getting your car service there and if you need someone to help you by all means ask for Andrew Walker, he is the best!
When picking up my vehicle I was basically ignored while employees walked past me multiple times without asking if I needed help, why I was there…. I ended up calling my service manager from inside to get someone to help me. Once I did get some assistance and was taken to the checkout desk, I waited again. Once someone came to help, it was as if I was bothering them by trying to pay for my service. I’ve spent close to $10,000 in servicing with the dealership in 6 months. And now I won’t be going back.
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership over three weeks ago. They never paid off my trade in vehicle. After numerous calls to this dealership, to the manager and accounting I am STILL waiting for somebody to call me back. This place has engaged in the most evasive customer service tactics known to men. First they wouldn’t stop calling me to come in and test drive a car. Now that I’ve purchased one, I can’t get anybody on the phone to resolve a problem they have created. Customer service, to me, extends far beyond just the purchase it should extend to the time you drive off the lot too. How Ernest ever was allowed to become the manager here is beyond me? I’m still waiting for KAREN in accounting to call me back.
I had a 9:30am appointment for service, I arrived a little bit early. I pulled into the sevice area, no one was there to greet me, I walked into the office and again no one greeted me. I proceeded to the customer service area to ask them to inform my agent that I had arrived.I sat there 30 minutes with no contact from anyone! Once again I went back up to the customer service are to inform them I still had not been greeted or contacted by my agent. Only then after my second time informing them that I was still waiting did I get seated at my agents station. She was very apologetic as she was unaware that I had arrived. My car was serviced and I was out the door within 90 minutes of speaking to my agent.
Had service completed on my car - first time visiting this location. My service advisor, Ahmad was great …. kept me updated throughout the process — I appreciate Ahmad
Terry was a big help in taking care of my vehicle. He was great with communicating with me about updates and being transparent. would definitely take my vehicle back.
I came in as a walk in during a very busy time. Mr. Walker was very professional and provided excellent customer service. Based on prior Mercedes-Benz dealerships experiences, this has by far been the best location I’ve been to. Not to mention this location’s spacious layout and cool features are super dope to me... I will definitely be back!
Ive had many good experiences at MB Marietta before - not this time. Went in for an A Service which Mercedes-Benz says is oil and filter change, fluid level checks, tire inflation and inspection. The service advisor, Ahmad, tried to strong-arm me into buying oil treatment and fuel injector cleaner. He asked me to sign a service ticket on which he had handwritten and circled $387.00. When I asked for a breakdown of the costs of what was included he refused, telling me the oil treatment and fuel injector cleaner were all included in the A service. I told him I just wanted the basic A service and he responded that Mercedes doesnt want them to do just oil and filter changes! Again, thats exactly what the A service is supposed to be! I told him thats unfortunate and that Id be going elsewhere for service - he let me walk right out. Wasted an hour of my time time driving down there and back - not to mention the time away from work. Very poor customer service... Very unfortunate...
I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE!! DEXTER was my service advisor and he was absolutely wonderful! He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient! I will definitely return and continue working w/Dexter. The environment was very clean and welcoming.
I was very pleased with the service! I got there at my appointment time and was out within a few hours!
I submitted a request for help on line for a GLC coupe 300. They called me immediately because they had one I could test drive. Me and my husband loved it and bought the car that weekend. The buying process and communication was great!
Aaron was my sales person, very informative and helpful not your typical car salesman, made you feel comfortable about the purchase .
I have been looking for a specific car, a specific color and with all the extras I felt were necessary to make me happy. But of course, it was never in Georgia. They all seemed to be sitting somewhere over the rainbow far out of reach. Just when I almost gave up, I decided to visit Marietta Mercedes. Who knew that AutoNation had so many stores across the country!! And they “kinda sorta” were able to share their inventory list with other AutoNation stores. Lo and behold!! There she was in San Jose, California waiting to make her way to Georgia! It was the key questions that my sales rep David asked that helped make it all possible. He was straight up and to the point. He made the transaction seamless. After 30 minutes, I left feeling confident my car would make it across country without any problems. And so it did. From start to finish I remained informed via text every step of the way. Everyone’s usual complaint is sitting at the dealer all day just to complete a deal. I can’t say that here. My deal was completed with a swiftness. I got the car I longed for the past four months and we drove off into the Atlanta sunset. Thanks for getting it done. I hope the service department will continue to keep me satisfied and surprised. Great impression on a 25 year Lexus fan.
Extremely professional, kind, knowledgeable and excellent communication. They kept in contact with me every step of the way; kept their promise; vehicle runs amazing and ANDREW was OUTSTANDING!!
The service provided was excellent, however I believe that I paid much more for the service than necessary. Over the phone, I was told that my service would be around $600. When I arrived, the first “package” I was offered was $1200! I never even saw a service on the pamphlet for $600! I should have taken someone with me who was more knowledgeable on the service that I needed.
