Tribbles provides high quality work with reasonable prices. On my most recent visit, they traced and replace wiring that rodents had chewed into. They are honest and let you know what needs to be done and how much it will cost before they start the job. I wont take my cars anywhere else for service, because I trust them to do things right. I have recommended them to my friends and neighbors for all their auto service needs.

I have taken my cars to Tribble for many years. Now many of my children take their cars there. I have no reason to look somewhere else for car service. They have always done a great job. The labor shortage may slow down their turnaround time right now so schedule your maintenance in advance.

Very happy with my 1st visit to Tribbles Automotive. I needed an oil change. (The previous automotive business I frequented had closed.)I described something that was occurring with my car and after listening to my attempt to describe it, David suggested what the problem might be, and suggested I check my records before they do a tune-up, to be sure they do not duplicate services, possibly saving me money. I will schedule a tune-up and I will take my car to Tribbles Automotive from now on.

Easy Access, Reliable Service At The Right PriceIve been a customer for about six years now and have recommended Tribbles to MANY people. You can get your vehicle in in a reasonable amount of time or on short notice if needed. They do the work they say theyll do at a realistic price and dont try to sell you something you dont need or, at least, that you dont need now. On the rare occasion when theyve made a mistake or not completed something to my satisfaction, theyve gone out of their way to make it right.

Best experience I have personally had at an auto repair shop. The customer service is excellent and the car repairs have all been excellent as well. I would recommend Tribbles to anyone who needs work done on their vehicles. I think its also worth mentioning that I was never pressured to have additional work done. So many times in the past when Ive brought my car into other shops to have specific work done I would end up getting a phone call from the shop telling me that something additional really needs to get fixed. This has not been the case at Tribbles. If additional repairs were really needed I would trust that the folks at Tribbles were being honest about it. When you dont know a lot about cars that really means a lot.

*Update 9/3/2020We have used Tribble for 15 yrs. Six vehicles (we have four kids). Starting at previous location. Yes, my name isnt Carl. None of your business who my name is. Avoid this place people.Can you imagine taking back warranty work? Can you trust their diagnosis? Want to be treated like this? BTW, this all started because they responded to a year old review that was a 3 star. I received the notification and was shocked.*Update 9/1/2020wow, read the response to this post. hope Brian doesnt see this. go somewhere else. again, read this response. find a better shop. See the recent 1 star reviews. I would NEVER take my car again.Definitely not the same since Brian left. We are exploring some other options. The three stars are being kind for years of great past performance. Just Pay attention and get second quotes. Never the case before. It’s not an automatic approval like the past. Sadly.

Professional and friendly manner, people who are familiar with good customer service and laymans explanations (incredibly important, cars are an in-depth study). They worked on my car thoroughly and at a fair price. I would say that theyre adept at their business, fair, and trustworthy. And like Debbie said, woman friendly. Im not trying to prove to anyone that I should be dealt with honestly and respectfully only because I know how to check my transmission fluid and have read my manual. And if I am, Im not paying that person too! Too much work.

One of the very few shops Ive ever been to that is 100% woman friendly. Explained everything step by step, not condescending, answered questions in easy to understand language for a non-mechanical/car person. Thorough, caring, professional, clean comfy waiting area, just a great experience!

Dont leave your cars with them, they will take the car apart and then not put it back together because you cant afford to fix it. After paying for the diagnosis they tow my car off their lot just because it had been there a few extra days. Makes up excuses about law not letting them store the vehicle there even tho the car was completely legal to be there for the time being.

Dropped off a 2011 Buick Enclave on 12/21/2016 @ 11:30 a.m. with the passenger and rear heater not working. They never called me back that day as they said they would, finally I called them and they said they would look at it the next day. After the assessment they told me the cause of the problem was the water pump. I agreed to have them replace it for $440. They then called and told me it was fixed and ready for pick up. My wife picked it up and 30 minutes later called and told me the heater was still not working. Of course when I called the repair shop I got a whole line of excuses about why it was not working but Im out $440 and still have the same problem. How do you tell a customer that you fixed a problem when you didnt? Definitely do not recommend this shop.

I brought in my Yaris because it was shaking. It was diagnosed as having a bad ignition coil so they replaced it as well as 4 spark plugs. The next day the car started shaking again and the check engine light came on. I brought it back and a bad fuel injector burned up the new ignition coil. They had not done a full diagnostic on the previous visit, so Tribbles did not catch that the fuel injector had burned up the original ignition coil and had now burned up the new one as well. To their credit they rush ordered the fuel injector and replaced at cost... Also the front office are very good guys... I just cant trust this shop anymore.

I came in to the shop and was told by the service adviser that he would work with me to save me money on the replacement of the upper control arms and lower ball joint on the Ford. I provided the parts and was told that the cost to install them would be around $500.I explained that I was on a limited budget and a vet, and the service adviser said that he would work with me (to me that means finding a way to save me money) - I dropped of the car and was told that I would get a call once the truck was ready. No one called me, so I called after 2pm and was told that the truck was ready.I was shocked when I was told that the bill came to $545+ for the labor. I mentioned this to the same service adviser and he said that is all that he could due. Im very disappointed with his word and the trust I placed in the shop.I was not even given the old parts back, so i dont even know if all of the work was done.I do not recommend them as a repair place

I currently live in Atlanta and I drive the 35 mins to have them work on my car because there is no one else I trust more than the Tribble family. I highly recommend their business.

So my wife decided to take her vehicle to Tribbles automotive due to constant and repetitive issues from dealing with the same Nissan dealer In Kennesaw, that she has been dealing with for two years. All the while doing what most women do and ignoring my advice but finally realizing there may be some truth to what I been saying to her in regards to not only how she has been treated but time after time Kennesaw Nissan has continued to fill her full of incorrect information and ever since going there it just seemed that the problems didn’t stop but continued to get worse and worse every time she visited. So a friend recommended Tribbles and I have to say she came home raving about Brian after meeting him and realizing very quickly that Tribbles was very different than most of the other repair shops she has been doing business with. He not only cared about her story but treated her with respect. He gave her advice. Corrected a problem Nissan said couldn’t be repaired and on top of it didn’t even charge her for the service. She was so happy after dealing with Brian at tribbles that I am pretty sure she has found her new mechanic. If you want to do business with a truly honest and respectful dealer who refuses to sell you things when you don’t need them and truly believes in a customer first attitude then my wife highly recommends you going to Tribbles and giving them an opportunity to WOW you just as he did her. Her Nissan Juke is running better than ever and we have Tribbles to Thank for that. So, Thank you Brian for taking care of my wife and giving us another dealer we can trust and give our business to in the future.

Poor customer service! I came in to have a broken stud repaired, not a complicated job, and after an hour long wait on my first visit (with a two year old in tow) they decide to tell me the part they ordered from down the road is out of stock and wont be available until hours later. So we reschedule. The next appointment (again with my two year old), we wait an hour again only to find they have the wrong part. The manager had zero sympathy for my situation and basically said, stuff like this happens, its the parts stores fault. Although they finished the repair at that visit, he wasnt apologetic about what happened. Good customer service is taking ownership of problems, and making your customers feel like they are being taken care of. Didnt get that vibe here.

Refreshing to find honest hard working folks in 2015.Had a past relationship with Tribble and David with a past employee who used Tribble for repairs. I reached out to David with n issue on my pickup after a fifth wheel install was done and brakes continued to pop fuses and blow out lights. Company who installed fifth wheel stated no issues and must be mechanical. David took a look and determined other company hot wired the fifth wheel break and this led to major issues in my fuse box and could have been much worse. The Tribble team took their time rewired the entire truck and placed me safely back on the road. No push back no high cost for labor rate, just good honest folks doing the best for the community. Had an issue two weeks later different scenario and David and his team got me right in, quoted and fairly priced repairs, got me in and out safely and back on the road. Not only are they upfront and honest, but I have never felt so safe leaving from car repairs. I know they hold their customers as important as their closet family, no fear in car repairs any longer, if you are in Woodstock or 50 to 100 miles from Woodstock, TRUST TRIBBLE, make the drive, fair honest value and the peace of mind you are safe and taken care of.
