I wasnt aware that my dash camera was recording the whole service. What matters is what people do to your car after you leave. Once they completed the transmission oil change on my Audi A6 Avant they cleaned my windows and disinfected my car caught all that on my dash camera. Now thats an awesome team right here all the best for years to come.

They want $3300 whereas Ammcoonly wanted $2000 and it comes with a lifetime Ammco Warranty and not aWarranty guaranteed by a shop of psychopaths.Wouldnt have an enemy come here. Will mess you up. 2012 Wrangler. Amazing turn around time. They pulled it in monday was ready for pick up Wednesday afternoon on transmission rebuild. Best price around also. Shop is very clean.

It was very unfortunate that I had to turn to High Tech Transmissions and their arrogant accomplice Jefferey for a problem with my transmission. Many of their employees were rude and acted very disrespectfully and unprofessional. Aamco transmission was right down the street but I thought I would trust a smaller business. I paid for my mistake and it would have costed me less going to a more professional place that eventually solved the problem in the first place.

Can not tell you how happy I am with all the work done to my wrangler. If you want quality work and quality parts I highly recommend High Tech Transmission

I am torn in my honest review of this place. As far as guarantees, warranties and part protection not the best. 1yr /12k Miles is the worst offer. Shop around. As far as service it is ok. If I had the chance to do over and time to really shop High Tech would not be at the top of the list.

High on price and they do more than what you ask them to do so they get more money out of you

We thank the Lord for getting us to High Tech. The transmission in our motor home went out while traveling to TN on I-75 in Atlanta GA. Guy and Jeffrey treated us like special guest. They hooked us up to electric so we could stay in our unit. Saving us a big motel bill. We appreciate Victor for all the hot hours he worked as well as the other crew that had a hand in the final repairs. We recommend High Tech for their excellent, honest service and ability to know what the problem was and getting it repaired.

BEWARE! BUSINESS IS A SCAM! Never use them. No certifications and do not know to do business. I give this place a -5 stars! Jeff is very rude. Hung up in me and my grandmothers face. Had internal transmission issues. Had my vehicle over 3 weeks. Supposedly rebuilt my transmission, got my vehicle back and it was worse then when I purchased it. I was in the car with my 1 year old. Car traction went out and I almost lost control of the vehicle and hit the median in the highway. Then he says the speed sensor could be doing it and that is incorrect. I had same issues with my E500 and it did not do this. My Nissan Juke is now shaking, jerking when I let off gas pedal and traction light blinks and tires and steering swerve left to right after 45mph. This is after High Tech claims they rebuilt the transmission and returned the vehicle to me! Me and my child could have lost our lives. After calling Jeff and stating that my car wasn’t fixed properly. He got irate and hung up 3 times in my face and once in my grandmother. He stated “don’t call here again; you should come up here; get your vehicle cause I’m not working on it” and more nasty rude things I won’t state. Very unprofessional! No matter what you should never hang up in a patrons face, especially after all the distress and turmoil they’ve dealt with. Proper action must be taken.

Good to finally find a decent transmission shop. They know what they are doing and they do the job right. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work they did on my minivan and the fact it was very affordable. This is the only transmission shop in the Atlanta area I’d recommend.

This shop seems to have knowledgeable staff....however my experience with them is very underwhelming. I went in to have my 87 Monte Carlo checked for a gas smell. I was told I needed to get a new carb, which is fine but they didnt want to sell it to me. I suspect this was so they would not have to warranty it out just in case something goes wrong....red flag I got the carb installed and was advised to buy all new fuel lines. I bought the fuel lines and after calling them to see when i can get them installed, I was told for nearly 2 weeks to keep calling back. Shop manager took my number down which he should have already had and never called me back.They really need to work on their customer service.Wont be returning.

I took a 1985 Chevy Silverado that I have been working on for my sons 1st vehicle to Guy & Jeff after talking to several other exhaust shops. I just spent a lot of time and money upgrading the original smog controlled restricted 305 motor and needed a full exhaust system. They ask a lot of Questions and gave me different options on how I wanted it to look and sound so I went over it with them and said your the exhaust expert. I a ASE Certified Mechanic and I said do it like it was for your kids truck.When I went to pick it up I was blown away with the way it looked and SOUNDED. When I got back to my Shop and racked it up for a closer look I was impressed enough to write this. They really paid attention to details. Custom made collectors instead of the crappie ones that come with the headers, the bends and angles all looked like something you see in HOTROD. The best part was it was LESS than any of the other quotes I had gotten and the quality of the job was apparent. Awesome Job I would and will use them for any and all exhaust work in the Future.

I was a car mechanic until an injury made me change jobs but I took my truck into this shop knowing what was wrong and these guys were awesome they told me exactly what was wrong and on top of that they had the best price I could find for rebuilding my transmission I would without a doubt refer my friends and family to this shop. They are honest and do great work at a reasonable price!

Great Shop!Twenty years ago, 1996, I had a transmission go out. Took it to a shop that yanked me around and then had it towed to Hi-Tech in Marietta. They fixed it for 25% less and it ran great. So the other day, 2017, when the transmission went out on my 2009 Ford Focus, I knew where to take it.Jeffrey and the crew provided excellent service. It can take a little longer than expected, but thats what happens when you have major work on an older car; you never know what else might be happening under the hood.I took the 2009 Focus in when it started making some whirling sounds and not going into low gear from a stop. They analyzed it and determined that the tranny need to be rebuilt or replaced (exploded planetary). No big surprise to me given the issues I was having. They called and gave me options.On the reinstall, they discovered a broken flex plate. They give me another call with options. The next day, with the tranny reinstalled, they notice that it still has some bad vibrations (which I noticed had started a couple of years ago -- I just figured it was getting old). They track it down to a broken motor mount and called again to give me options.So after all is said and done, I get the car back and it runs like it did when it was brand new (smooth as glass -- sorry Jeffrey, I stole your line). And the cost was right on what they told me ($2,700 all in all).Highly recommend these guys. If they call and tell you they found an issue, believe them. Also, I recommend to follow their advice and make the repairs. You will be amazed at how nice your car runs when it comes out!
