The waiting area was large and comfortable which was good because we were there for a while. The service advisor was wonderful. I was spending a large amount on repairs and he was able to find me some deals to bring the price down. He kept me informed. Very polite and welcoming. The work took 3 hours which I was expecting. My child stayed busy in the playroom most of the time.
Unfortunately the representative assigned was out and had to be called in for my appointment. His initial assessment was not only that he could not determine problem after i stated symptoms but he could not estimate how long a diagnosis would take. It would be helpful if representatives knew something about the Nussan product in order to help customers and put them at ease that Nissan knows what theyre doing.
Would’ve given zero stars if I could have.My service manager (Richard) was completely inept at his job, and he is the customer point of contact. Absurd. After telling me my car was finished, I uber to the dealership, take time off of work just to find out that the work I initially came in get done wasn’t done at all! In fact the parts I had previously paid for were sitting in the Parts Dept area, apparently no one questioned what they are or where they go. Clearly no communication between departments, and getting hold of anyone by phone is difficult at best.Their call center is incredibly insufficient and you spend far too much time on hold to then only get a voicemail, to which no one returns your call. The Assistant Lane Manager offered to take some off the bill to finish the “initial” work to be completed, which was not added to the original work order, but I couldn’t justify giving this company another dollar after the way they handled everything. Especially since I spent thousands there already.I took my parts with me and I’ll find another place to install them. The service management needs a complete overhaul. The whole experience was frustrating, from top to bottom. This company should have done more to make this rightThey certainly know how to lose a customer.Stay away from this place.
My experience was great no nonsense fooling around, just doing exactly what was needed. The employees were very knowledgeable about nissans and were there to answer questions.
I recently sold my car here. Destiny was my point of contact and she was amazing. She is completely genuine and sincere. AutoNation gave me a very fair offer for my car and offered to drive me home if I was willing to accept. I accepted and they drove me home. Thats awesome service!
Never again, I believe his name was DanielWho my service advisor was, he was short and busy on his cell phone most of the time to answer any of my questions. I ended up leaving the car and coming back because it took a few hours, I got a call around hour 1.5 of them having it telling me there were some other things that could be done and he was sending me the text now to review them. 30 mins went by and no text, so I had my friend drive me back to the dealership only for Daniel to brush me away while he was on his cell phone. The only thing he said was he’s waiting on the technician to send the text. Confused as to why he said he was sending it 30 mins prior I just said ok and walked away… I got the text 20 mins after that encounter.. when I picked up my car he just gave me the keys and send he would email everything over because he was on the phone. I had my car done Thursday and here it is Monday and I haven’t received anything! At this point it’s a joke and I will NEVER go back to auto nation.
This location is terrible. I initially wrote a review about my horrific experience with Richard keeping my car overnight only to not even look at it. He also gave false information telling me my car was out of warranty without even checking. This was false and I am filing a formal complaint and pursuing litigation for their refusal to address issues on my car causing me to be stranded multiple times. After leaving Auto Nation, I find out even more information about how dishonest the employees at this shop are. Once I got my vehicle back I pressed the buttons on my screen before even pulling off, (which was the issue I brought the car in for) and they were still not working despite the dealership claiming they ran diagnostics and couldnt get the issue to duplicate. There was no need for it to duplicate because it was clearly an ongoing issue. When I re-entered the building to tell Richard, he tells me from now on I need to contact the service director and scribbles someones name on a business card that already had another persons name printed. I called and left a voicemail and my call was never returned. I also asked to speak with Richards manager no less than five times and each time he completely ignored my requests. The next day I made an appointment with the dealership in Lithia Springs who came up with a solution to the issue. They at least attempted to address the buttons issue which tells me that Autonation does not bother to even look at cars despite keeping them overnight. I have to take the vehicle back so its not completely resolved. But even an attempt was better than what I received af AutoNation. Any time they say they couldnt get the issue to duplicate its because they never looked at it and thus never tried. I also know this because the same day I took my car to another location, I end up stranded due to a faulty gas gauge. This is the second time Ive ended up stranded. I also brought my car in after the first time this happened in September and they said they ran diagnostics and found no issue (again). However, when I asked for a print out of the scan they printed out something unrelated and hoped I didnt notice. I didnt realize how crooked and dishonest they were so I didnt notice and once I did decided not to press the issue. However, after being stranded a second time, theres clearly a problem with this vehicle. I will try my luck with getting it serviced another location. But I find this absolutely unacceptable. Being stranded due to a gas gauge misreading the amount of gas (going from 100 miles to empty to 75 within less than a mile and randomly dropping down to 48 and stalling out) is a very dangerous and serious issue that could quickly turn deadly. I am deeply disappointed was never taken serious at what is supposed to be a Nissan dealership.Avoid this shop if you can. All they do is waste your time and energy and quite frankly, their failure to even attempt to fix serious issues with your car is very dangerous. No one with a brand new (2021) car should be going through this. It defeats the purpose of having a brand new car. We will see what they say when they hear from my lawyer. Unacceptable.
Danny is a motivated team member and a pleasure to work with. He demonstrates superior technical knowledge and provided me with timely updates on the repairs being done to my vehicle. Danny took the time to make sure that I fully understood the scope of the repairs being done on my vehicle, what work needed to be done in order for me to get back on the road and the total cost of the project.
We had a great experience at Autonation. Everyone was super nice, and very professional! Christina was great to work with, and very helpful in getting us our new family car. Will definitely come here again in the future if/when looking for a car!
Everyone there was very nice and knowledgeable about the car I wanted. They all worked with me to get my payments where I needed them to be. I am grateful to have met these guys, they really helped me out.
Ask for Ahmad. He really knows his stuff. He worked with us for hours trying to find just the right car, just the right price, and just the right payments. Of course hes getting paid but he really wanted us to be satisfied. He also spent an hour after they had already closed going over all the bells and whistles my new car has. Very professional, clean cars and clean showroom. Thank you Ahmad!
First of all, I took my car to four locations to get my car repaired and no one could tell me what was wrong with it. You guys were my last resort. It took a week to get to my car back but finally, you guys found out what the problem was. Thank you, I had been without my car for 2 weeks. There was a young man named Danny who assisted me with getting my vehicle serviced as quickly as possible. I will bypass my closes Nissan Dealership from now on and bring my car to you guys. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Johnathon M. was Amazing ! Very quick on his feet of getting my car available for my out of town pick up! Super knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. If I had to rate him 0-5 stars I would rate him at a 10 !!! Will be returning my friends & family to him !
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The waiting area was nice and clean. Also loaded with snacks while you wait on your vehicle. The staff was very friendly and courteous.
Experience was amazing, everything went smoothly and even in these crazy times I was able to get a good discount. Jaime and Sedrick were amazing and I was out of dealership with new car in 1 hr.
I do not normally write reviews, but the experience today had to be shared. I can not put into words how thankful I am for this dealership and their team. I was traveling from Orlando back to Knoxville when I got something in my tire. I was three hours away from home and alone. I had been to 3 places and nobody was able to help me. I found this place on google maps and I’m so grateful I did. I came in all panicked and a gentleman asked if I had an appointment. I sadly said no thinking I was going to be turned away. He then said the gentleman at the end can help you and pointed to the desk closest to the shop. I explained what had happened and without hesitation he asked for my key. He informed me that he’ll be taking my car to find the problem. Less than a minute he comes back and says “there’s a screw in it.” I asked how bad. He said “nothing we can’t fix.” After fixing my tire another gentleman came in to tell me he’ll be right back with my car. He’s driving it around to make sure the air holds and my tire light goes off. Once both were clear he brought my car back and gave me the keys. He said “that should get you home safely.” I was in such a panic I did not catch the gentleman’s name, but he worked today 7-5-21 and I was in there around 1:40pm. I came in as a customer but left feeling like family. I want to thank him for getting me home safe today.
Everyone knows how stressful going to a dealership can be. This place makes it so easy and actually a pleasant experience. I usually work with Hakiem Blain and he deserves some credit. He is super helpful and friendly whenever I go to get a service. I had accidentally scheduled an appointment at 8 this morning, thinking it was scheduled for 9, and when I came in at 9 he was able to quickly get me in. I 100% recommend this dealership.
Best car buying experience everrrrrrrrrrrr... Destiny was our salesperson.. She was very honest and forthright about everything... Definitely not typical. The whole team from her to Cedic the sales manager to Mr. Peacock the financial guy to the general mngr Sam... Made us feel like family. They did everything to ensure our complete satisfaction. I would recommend them to everyone.... Totally awesome experience...
Mr Philadelphia was great! The service wasCompleted early and they allowed me to use the rental car while waiting for completion. Highly recommended!
The worst experience I have ever had with a service department. Nothing like waiting 40 minutes to pick up your car. I will not be going back or recommending.
Great service. The service Advisor Stephen V. was excellent.
Eloy Hernandez was awesome! He went above and beyond to get an appointment for me that would work for my schedule. He consistently communicated with me while he was servicing my vehicle. I told him which work I could afford to do at the time and he told me which repairs were the most important and had to be done. Prior to my appointment, he provided me with pricing for the repairs including parts and labor, this helped us out a lot!
Duncan was amazing. He knew all the details about he car and was very patient with us during test drive. The purchase process was very straight forward. Good guys to do business with.
Duncan was great! Efficient, kind, no pressure.
Robert was extremely helpful and friendly, and Richard was able to complete my repair in a just a few days. It was my first experience there and will definitely be back
Last week I leased a brand new 2022 Nissan Leaf SL plus from your sales rep Jaime (who was extremely helpful).
The technician completed the oil change (I assumed) and didnt put up the label on the window as usual. I even did not receive a list of things for free inspection as usual. I left a message to the service representative and never got a call back from him.
I had a regular oil change, but appreciate that next steps were explained to me .Thank you
Worst service from nissan marietta, did expect this from a nissan company showroom. I went to car service to nissan marrietta for regular car service, they told complementory multi-point inspection is included along with oil change, After the service i asked for multi inspection report, the servce advisor told theystopped giving paper report and they will just let us now if there is any problem with the car and i asked is there any issues in the car (I already knew few issues, like right indicator light is not turning on etc). He mentioned that there is no issues in the car, he also tested battery itseems and everything is fine, my car didnt start just the prvious day bcz the battery was dead and i had to jump start :Dit looks like they didnt do any multi-point inspection at all, Also they stick any label on the car regarding the service they did and the next service due date etc. They just took $80 from me.When i visited the place As soon as i started speaking with the advisor he came to know that i dont know much about car, so I guess he didnt do the proper work/service which was meant to be done.my service advisor was: Daniel vallejo. Hope he will see this review and do his work properly in future. I will never visit autonation nissan marietta again.
Confirmed availability and price estimate for a vehicle at this dealership. Set up an appointment to purchase the next day, then drove 2 hours for the vehicle to go missing (less than 24 hours). Was showed another vehicle that was out of price range and was assured that the pricing would be brought down to the original vehicle price. This was not the case. We were lured in and lied to! This dealership showed unethical practices with no remorse from agents. We will not return or recommend this dealership to anyone!
I had booked appointment at 3.30 and i drove a long way to reach nissan marietta and i reached before 15mins to my appointment time but they told me that there is no one available now to service my car. What the hell.. i asked if no body is available why did you give appointment in the first place and why did you not inform me before i reach the dealership? They just mentioned sorry for the inconvenience and asked me to come some other day. very unprofessional
Everyone there was so courteous, friendly, and they definitely know their business! I will bring my 2019 Nissan Titan back to them for service from now on. Thank you!
The salesman was very nice and good to work with. When we went in to sign the sales paperwork the finance guy tried to automatically put the gap insurance and extended warranty on our bill. I was not informed of or asked if I wanted to purchase these extras. This was not appreciated at all. It makes buying a car a dread. Next time I will probably purchase online.
I am so very thankful for the righteous staff. Richard Philadelphia, Stephen Velazquez, and so many others have the right perspective in customer service and satisfaction guaranteed.
I had been a loyal customer for Auto nation Nissan since I bought my first car. I was never let down in these past 5 years of my relationship with AutoNation service. This is the first time I was completely disappointed with the service. Always I go with the suggestion from service center. This time I had to reach out in person for three times since no updates from the service center. The response from any of the service advisors was pathetic since my advisor was not available due to medical emergency. I understand this pandemic has changed things but doesnot mean that customer has to compromise since we pay the price you ask for.
Horrible experience. Never coming again. I made an appointment days prior and came in on time. Took me 45 mins to drive to the location. Just for the worker named “Eloy” a man wearing blue tell me they are not taking in any service nor my scheduled appointment. Did not matter if I made an appointment nor wasted my gas and time to get to that location. The worker was extremely rude and just wanted me to leave. I understand if there is low staff or no one able to do the job, I’m perfectly fine with rescheduling, however his attitude was very sour. I wished they had called me to let me know I had to reschedule instead of wasting my time and having to deal with childish behavior. I will tell everyone I know to not come to this location.
Transmission light came on. AutoNation Nissan in Marietta, fixed the problem and had me back up and running. They are the best
My representative was professional and efficient. My car was in and out as he said it would.
Porcha was very professional during my whole car buying experience. She was very knowledgeable of the product. Also, she answered all of my questions concerning the Rouge.
I bought a car for my 17 year old on March 12, all the lights are coming on, the car won’t come out of park without pushing a special button, and it’s making a noise. I called to bring it in to look at it, it’s been less than 2 months. They won’t help at all, they said to take it to a dealer??? What? They sold a lemon. I won’t let my daughter drive it now because it’s not safe, it was a birthday gift. Penny wise and pound foolish, I was surfing their site for a second car for my son. They’ll lose 4000-5000 instead of making some repairs on a lemon they sold. It’s disgusting.
I have had very good experiences in the past but this one was disappointing. Waited 20 minutes after arriving on time before anyone helped me. Sign on the door saying masks are required must just mean for customers as this wasn’t done by the service agent. One thing I love about the all electric Leaf is that there’s not much you need to do except rotate tires and change an air filter. Was very surprised that they suggested I spend $600 for service for an electric car with only 12,500 miles on it. I declined and had the manufacturer recommended service that costs $100. How customers are treated when servicing their car has long term impacts on where I would choose to buy my next one. Hope this time was just an anomaly for your sake.
I arrived for my oil change appointment early. They were able to fit me in and they also washed my car as well.
Hands down the best car dealer experience I’ve had!! Impeccable service and excellent value! While other dealers tried to play the game, Autonation Nissan Marietta closed the deal in record time. It was a breeze.
Avoid this place like it has covid-19. Also avoid financing through Nissan. I could never get a call back and I dont think a manager actually exist here. I asked to speak with one on three separate occasions and they could never be found. Finance doesnt know what they are doing. I was hounding them on how do I pay and they were avoiding me. Now I am having issues with getting my title and they cant help. I apparently have to wait 3 day to speak with manager. What a joke!
I needed some damaged parts replaced on my new Maxima. My service rep was Richard and he was excellent!! He worked w/ the claims department and kept me updated on the status of my parts. When the parts arrived he called me and immediately scheduled the replacement.
They do everything in the power to get you a great deal
Patrick Guthrie in Parts is Amazing!! I couldn’t do my job without his help everyday! If you need parts or have part issues Pat is your guy!
You shouldn’t have a customer service manager that talks negatively about associates and then touts the fact that she’s a customer service manager. My associate was tremendous in getting my car serviced in a timely manner even when he made it clear that the dealership was short staffed. But I experienced a very negative “manager” when I came into the store and she had a very negative attitude towards the associate I was there to see. It’s clear the department is in shambles and it seems that the issue is starting with those in management roles.
Dan Vallejo & Matt in service are RUDE & I am filing a complaint with the CFPB & BBB.The wires to my ac compressor were disconnected and left hanging. This was by far THE WORST service experience in all my years of driving. I will be writing reviews on all social platforms as well.
My appointment was scheduled for 12:30pm. I waited 2 1/2 hours for my vehicle to get a oil change! Totally unacceptable…
Mr. Richard was very professional and kept me abreast of what it took to get my service done. I was very appreciative and he made sure that my first visit to Nissan was a pleasant one. Thank you for that.
Took my car in to have passenger air bag replaced. The dealer did well. The company that was the liason not so much.
On June 30th i scheduled a service appointment to get my oil change, tire rotation, and a diagnostic test because my check engine light was on and i needed to know why so i bought to Nissan since i thought it was a dealership i could trust . I got little before 9:30 the services that i wanted done the representative said it would about 2 hours and I was ok with that . So fast forward i waiting about 3 hours i ask my sales rep Hakiem B. How much longer do i have to wait and i don’t want to be hit with a surprise payment at the end. So he went to go check and came to me and the need to go further in abs system and that would be and additional 300 and something dollars because the diagnostic test cost about 150 plus . I said no just bring me car . So i continue to wait it’s now 2:00 i go back to hakiem and i said i have been sitting waiting a very long time bring me my car . So i check out our 2:45-2:50pm !!!!! As hakiem was checking me out i ask for a report of what work they did to my car ( the diagnostic test ) he said he didn’t have one and names the things that the Maxhanic checked but then went and bought back one sheet of paper . So i asked him 2 times is this the correct paper for my diagnostic test and why was my engine light on he said it he something to do with my abs system but can’t give me exactly what’s wrong with my car because they have to do a further diagnostic in my abs system which would be additional 300 plus dollars . So i explained to him that i have taken my car to Nissan year ago in Florida and i also took it to advance auto parts on that Saturday before my appointment and the codes that were giving to me has nothing to do with my abs . He stated that he doesn’t know what was wrong back then but now my issue is abs. So i left went to pep boys they scan my car and the same code as Nissan in Florida, advanced auto parts pulled up pep boys pulled up!!!!!!! On Friday i took my car to another dealership to get a diagnostic test and they gave me 6 pages of my diagnostic test and told me what the problem is as it is the same thing Nissan in Florida, advanced auto parts and pep boys said !!!!!! So basically the representative hakiem lied they didn’t do a diagnostic test on my car !!!! I also spoke with nick on Thursday and brought it to his. Attention and this man looked me in my face and lied as well knowing that paper i was giving wasn’t a diagnostic test report at all !!!!! Now i questioning was my oil change and tire rotation completed being that they lied and the diagnostic test that was never completed at all !!! And can’t tell me why the hell i sat there from 9:30 am till 2:45pm!!!!!! I know for sure they have done more people like this !!!! I honestly believe just wanted me to pay the 300 something dollars and tell me anything !!!! Clearly they lied i have my paperwork to prove it !!! So now i will never go back to this Nissan ever !!! And for they’re future customers you better check there work get a paper trail !!!!! It’s a shame that i as a woman was gotten over on ! I wouldn’t recommend this slow place to anyone !!!!!! Liars
My service today at AutoNation Nissan was superb. Eloy F. was transparent, and helpful, and I appreciate the customer service. In addition, Han is a great porter who helped me get back to my job, as it was right down the road. Both were great, and I appreciate it. Thank you.
The long story short, their technicians joyrode my 350Z, causing about $3500 of damage to my car, and they refused to do anything about it.A few years ago I had my 350Z dropped off at this dealership to replace its starter. I had just put new tires on the car not even a week prior, as well as replaced the clutch a month earlier. It was not giving me a check engine light. They charged me roughly $1200 to replace the starter. They did not replace the starter, it was very clearly the same one that was in the car when I delivered to them, and it kept giving me the same problem after I picked it up. That isn’t the worst of it, at all. When I got the car back, the rear tires were almost completely bald, the clutch was burned out, and it was throwing a check engine light for cam shaft position sensors, all of which are telltale signs that someone had been doing extensive burnouts and drifting in the car. I have never done anything like that with the car.I very respectfully confronted the service department manager about this, and he said nothing, threw his hands up the air, and promptly locked himself in his office and refused to speak to me about it.I wasn’t up for taking the matter to court, I wound up having to pay for these repairs out of pocket. Don’t EVER go to this dealership.
Matsikiraj was amazing! He was so patient and understanding with me! I was just in a car accident that was not my fault and my Nissan was totaled! I was so discouraged but He got me a BRAND NEW CAR in my price range and I am so grateful! I’m so in love with my car! Thank you!
Sweet people and fast service!
I was there to have the recall repair for the airbags. My experience was excellent, Stephen V. was super friendly and even showed me a place I could sit if my car was ready before my virtual interview. I was very pleased with the service.
Got an oil change. It took 3 hours but the 15% off coupon was a plus.
Considering everything we are going through right now the staff did a excellent job. Been doing service at this dealership for sometime now and the staff is excellent. Everyone is professional, courteous, and always treat you with the utmost respect. I would not want to do service anywhere but this dealership. Julia, The Customer Service Manager, along with each and every service advisor Ive ever worked with has been great. Overall this is a great place to do business. Thanks for listening. Have a great day. Mr. Strong.
Excellent Customer service by Tarrah. Well communication and organized delivery on time. Thank you very much for the business.
I stop by this dealership with a service question. I was greeted at the front of the entrance which lead me to the service department. After reaching the service department there were 4 service guys in the service area. NO ONE greeted me or even spoke to me to see what type of assistance I needed. I felt so awkward I just stood there and waited for the service guy that was on the phone helping someone else get off the call for assistance. He indeed helped with my concern but the other 3 need customer service classes! I would like to say thank you to the service guy that assisted me accordingly, I did not get his name but he was the black male sitting to the left of your coming in from the front of the Nissan entrance not the service door entrance let’s be clear.
I had some difficulties with the service department and Devin Bowen came to my rescue! He is a prince!! Thank you Devin! You are a great representative of Autonation Nissan.Kudos to Sam the GM. He was a huge help as well!
Great experience from start to finish.”I called about an hour before they were closed and Devin not only answered the phone but pulled the car I wanted to look at around so it was saved for me to test drive before they closed. I purchased a new Pathfinder for a great price. I received a fair offer for my Equinox and the general manager and Finance Manager were great to work with for the paperwork process. I will be back and I will refer my friends here. Extraordinary job.
Service team was very professional and nice. Stephen, my advisor, kept me informed; gave me options and offered a shuttle ride home! This was concierge level service and I will definitely recommend Auto Nation!
I am a client from the dealer since 4 years ago, an this is the first time that I leave mad because of the service and the attention that Stephen provided me, in the area of auto service. He even laughed about my questions a treated me really bad, he did not help me and made fun of me. I was only asking about the service of warrranty of my tiers that I bought two months ago. It seems that money buys the good cunstomer service. Really disapointed.
So I thought I had great service when I picked up the car yesterday. Then I found smoke coming from the engine bay during traffic driving home and thought it was minor. Then today, not only was the car still smoking after it warmed up, but upon a cold start, a distinct rattling sound can now be heard from the engine underneath that wasn’t there before.Spoke to the service manager to bring the car back to them Tuesday.Update: 2/23/2021Car going back for service: Pulled out of parking and found fresh deposit of oil on the ground suggests its not residue burning off the engine, but its a leak. Had to drive with window down because the smell of oil burning was strong in the cabin with smoke coming from underneath the hood. Wow...Update: 3/7/2021Since last update on 2/23/2021: No new oil patch in parking space. Oil leak, smoke and cold start engine sound has been resolved. Still hint of smell/oil burning, but minor - will eventually burn off. Service is satisfactory.
Never go for a car service here, worst service
Left with gas gauge still not working because being charged a second time for issue that wasnt fixed the first visit.
Stephen is wonderful. Such a professional as usual. Thank you again!
I want to give Haikem Blaine a HUGE PRAISE for his outstanding customer service on my walk in visit. I came in with a flat tire and he help me to get things patch up quickly. He kept me informed throughout my wait, was very informative about what to expect and how long it will take, and most importantly...he was very nice! Professionalism, Poise, and Polite. Keep him on board. He is definitely an asset.5 star rating is for Haikem,Nissan cant take the credit! 🤣
I bought my used car from this location earlier this year. They had reached out to me a month about about scheduling my oil change so I did so yesterday. I spoke with a woman on the phone and gave her all my cars pertinent details.Upon arriving at the location, I gave a gentleman in the service area my name. He looked up my info and then asked me You know we dont have your oil filter here and its going to take at lest two hours right?. I told him how could I know that? I scheduled my appointment and they said nothing about it. The gentleman didnt say sorry or anything.I left and called the number that I had used the day before to let them know what happened. The lady wasnt apologetic either but finally issued a thank you for sharing. Ironically, I later received an automatic email from them about missing my appointment. So if you have a car that isnt a Nissan, make sure you have them double check that they have the parts required to work on your car when you go in to get it serviced.
Went there for the first time & was greeted & serviced immediately. Everyone was friendly & Adam was so nice & professional. After they fixed my tire & I came out to leave they had washed my car & were vacuuming it out. I was so shocked & happy. It is definitely a different vibe over there. Thank you !!! Keep it up!!! Your customers appreciate it.
Very easy drop off and pick up. Car was ready when told. Maintenance agreement is great - no charge. Reasonable price for new tires. My service rep Steven was very good. Returned calls and communicated. That rarely happens.
Great staff - Jonathan was fantastic - would rate him a 10 in every category!
The staff was awesome and thorough. Would recommend to anyone looking for good service!
I think one of the service ppl gave me covid. I was there a week ago to get my transmission replaced and my service guy did not have a mask on. In fact, he was the only person that didn’t have on a mask and I still can’t figure out why. His name is Chris. I asked him about his mask and he rolled his eyes but did not respond to me. My experience was terrible. Now I have covid and I believe I got it from him. Crazy thing is they have signs up saying masks are required but I guess he must be special. Stay far far away!! I will be getting all future services done elsewhere
Every time that I come in here Stephen never acknowledges people when they walk in. As i’m sitting in here the man to that’s sitting on the far right end is going off on a customer and he even hung up on her mid conversation. I like that this place is close to my house but, I will definitely drive far if I have to, to have a pleasant experience. I’ve given this place too many chances and they’re unprofessional every time. I will not be back here!
Christina informed me “ Well go with the other one” so I will. Documentation fee is $699...
Well we mate our sales clerk name Porsha she was excellent and professional and funny we will send other the auto nation Nissan!! We love the new car!! Thx u
My family is on our 3rd Nissan purchased the last two from Nissan Marietta my current Maxima was part of the Nissan airbag recall and I’ve received notification to have it repaired. Well Auto Nation Nissan Marietta has showed their true colors ...rude rude people in service. Nissan has the responsibility to provide transportation and the repairs for the vehicle which they refuse. I called Nissan customer service and got them involved they also made a call to AutoNation Marietta and funny is it is the Nissan Representative also said “They Are Rude” after calling them. Well that’s another strike because I was going to buy a Rogue and instead bought a Hyundai Santa Fe ... Nissan Marietta just keep it up with your poor example of customer service the question is how deep does their “ Customer no service go?” Also, just a reminder this is a safety related repair
My service was exceptional They was friendly quick and went well over expectation. I would definitely come back. Thank you for your service.
Went to get my car repaired before i left to go out of town. Great service. The service manager made sure i was a satisfied customer. Great service.
Been here for a test drive. The experience was great! Mr. Duncan G was very helpful and patient with us while we were trying to swap the car seats for my kid so that my family could experience the new car as I took it for a spin.
Love Express Lube I take my Nissan Murano there for service and the peoples in the parts department of the very friendly
Great purchased my car without any problems...nice staff.
Good, friendly service. Would have liked a better explanation about what the recommended service items were and why they were important. The average person does not understand what specific terminology pertaining to vehicles is. For that reason, I opted not to have the dealership execute several recommended service items.
Great experience from sales to finance.
If you’re looking to waste anywhere from 3-5 hours of your life for a simple maintenance request on your vehicle, this is the place to be. I’ve visited this place a couple of times and they are absolute bottom of the barrel. Hire experienced technicians so that your customers don’t spend an entire afternoon waiting around.
The staff was rude as all hell. I was there taking a friend to pickup her car and it shouldnt have even happened. They lied to her and got her to leave her vehicle in their possession for a weekend after they told her the parts were onsite to perform the repair. The worse thing of all if they gave her a loaner vehicle to drive for the weekend for their mistake I wouldnt even had to be there to meet the staff that was rude to me. I recommend doing business with another dealership whether it is servicing your vehicle or purchasing one. I have seen and experienced way better in the Atlanta area. Regal Nissan in Roswell and Nissan Morrow are probably nissan dealerships when it comes to customer service.
They were swamped but they got me in and out thanks to having an appt.
It was awesome! Hakiem was able to get me in and out with great customer service. I saw him helping other customers with great care and making sure they had all the facts.
Car was dropped off for the 10:30 am appointment for an oil change. The car was put up to be worked on right away but finally got it back by 6:30 pm. I didn’t wait for it at the dealership. I tried few times during the day to have a call back but never got it.
If you ever want to sell your vehicle, I highly recommend this dealership! Emailed back and forth with Dave about trade in value on our truck, they gave us a great value. All of the paperwork was ready when we arrived the next morning. We were in and out in 16 minutes! Awesome experience. Thanks Scott and Dave!! Five stars!
I visited this location to have my oil change service done on my 2019 Nissan Titan and I received horrible service from Andrew the service writer. After my service was completed I presented the service writer with a coupon but he had already in charged my card for the total amount. After Andrew went to several other people, asking what to do, I then asked for a refund and the service writer told me that his service manager which is Nick stated that they could not give any refunds as the system does not allow that. I asked Andrew to sign the note that was being written on my final invoice and he told me that he doesnt have the authority to sign.I can say that as a longtime Nissan owner with several Nissan vehicles still in my driveway, I am thoroughly disappointed in this level of service. I would shared more details but Im afraid that its too much to even put in this review.
Serious Buyers BewareI received a phone call from customer service explaining that for lease buyers in the Month of September there is a great deal. You are able to forgo your last two payments if you get into another Nissan Lease. I was very interested. The customer service put me in contact with an Indian man named Jaimie. I spoke to Jaime a couple of times in the next hour.I asked him questions to ask his manager about. Jaimie never called me back or sent me an email. I called again and all I heard was crickets. This is BAD business. I am a serious buyer and he just ghosted me. Really?? He should be ashamed and his manager should also.
I called ahead of my appointment and was told there was no appointment scheduled for me. Not only did they not have me scheduled, but they had not ordered or obtained the particular oil filter needed for my vehicle. They squeezed me back in the schedule, but when I arrived for the drop-off appointment I had to wait almost an hour for someone to give me a piece of paper to write my contact info so I could leave. They dont have a shuttle, so my ride was waiting for me all that time. Then, the car was not ready when promised. When service was finally complete and I picked up the car, the service representative handed me a thick stack of papers to sign, and never offered what service/ maintenance recommendations I needed to consider; I had to ask. And even though I signed a huge stack, he only gave me 2 pages to keep. What were all the other pages he had? This has been one of the worst experiences with AutoNation ever! Each visit is worse than the last. Im coming to realize that with AutoNation, the service ends after the purchase.
During my service appointment, I spoke with the service rep about my replacement taillight and he stated that he would order the taillight but when I called a few days later, there was no record of the order having been placed. I was told that he would call me about it but I have yet to receive a call about the order being placed.
Go see Ms Weaver if shes still there! Lithia Springs Nissan tried to screw me by adding in things I didnt need and wouldnt back off when I pointed it out. I told Auto Nation about it, and they gave me a great deal, worked with me on everything and even made sure all the components were present (some I had to come back for later). Super friendly through the whole process and even checked up on me later afterward. Would do business with them again when the need arises.
