Alpha & Omega is a great place to take your auto for repairs. I have had them replace my radiator, a battery and some work on my air conditioner. My first time using A&O was as great as the last time I have had to use them. Their customer service is top notch and Dalton has been great with any questions I have or further explanation I might need. I will use them going forward with any work I need on my old car! :)

Cant say enough good things about this business. The team has a passion for cars and people. Took my 88 Fiero in for a backfiring issue and an oil change/checkup. My car runs like new. Great communication and willingness to problem solve. Ill be taking all of my vehicles to Alpha & Omega going forward.

This is a great automotive place. My AC wasn’t working. They got me in to evaluate my car in less then 2 days when GMC was 1 week wait!! They evaluated my car, ordered my parts, handled my warranty and fixed my AC the next morning. Dalton is wonderful to work with and the mechanic is very nice. The onlyThing is they don’t always answer the phone right when you call but they call back in no time at all. Great place, great service. I feel like I can trust them.

I was referred here by Carmax to use their Repair Pal service and it was the best recommendation. Dalton inspected my car upon its arrival and confirmed my suspicions of needing a new alternator. He submitted my claim to RepairPal and ordered my part without issue. I was told my car would be ready the next day and it was. It’s running great and I am so thankful for such an easy hassle free experience. I HIGHLY recommend this location!

My husband and I had a great experience with Alpha-Omega service on Bells Ferry. They took our call on a Tuesday afternoon, we took the car over that day and it was fixed by 2:00pm the very next day.They were so helpful and kind, called us with the report of what was wrong and gave us a quote. When we picked it up the next day they had to do a few more things to the car, but held to the quote that they gave us . We are on a fixed income as seniors so it gave us peace of mind knowing that we could get the car repaired at a trusted shop.I am so pleased at how quickly they were able to get my car back to me, save me money and treat me like one of the family.Thank you Jeff and Danny for the great customer service and caring about out needs, and doing a great repair job. I recommend this mechanic! They answered all my questions promptly & courteously. And they did good work! Including emissions testing. Also, they are very low-key & dont put pressure on you to add more services.

So, in a nut shell— These people aren’t just professional and fair priced— these folks areHONEST MECHANICS that doesn’t happen often. I was prepared to spend 100s of $$& on a full brake pad replacement on all 4 wheels. To my surprise I get a phone call from them saying, you’ve got half of the pads left. They asked if I’ve been having issues with the brakes. Nope just figured that after 96K miles it was time.Yes I recommend these folks. Christian values go a long LONG way.

In short, Im happy to say all issues have been rectified and I would definitely recommend them to others as well as take my vehicles to them in the future for service.Sometimes businesses miss, but its the recovery that matter when they go the extra mile to make it right!

I got a quick diagnosis and good quality work for a reasonable price. Their honesty was unsurpassed. They made a mistake and dealt with it honestly and that was most appreciated. They won my heart and business.

Do not go here. They pride themselves as being honest and could not be further from it. Recently had an expensive repair completed and did not even get out of parking lot and lights were on. Problem never fixed as promised and I was out almost $2000. Had to inturn trade car in due to their lying, cheating and inexperienced people there. Employee turnover is high professionalism is nonexistent. Do yourself a favor and do not go here you will regret it as well as your wallet. They are thieves that do shotty work. In fact I would not trust them with matchbox cars that’s about the level of knowledge they have. Disgusted with their service or shall I say lack of.

Great place to bring your car. When I am in town from Florida I bring my car to them if anything needs to be done. Great bunch of guys there.

I don’t recommend this place for engine repair work. My car sat on the lot for a week, even though I called or stopped by daily. Every day was told they would get me a price on the repairs and look at the car. I never have received a price. Spoke to technician and he could only assume what is the problem. I eventually had to pick up the car and take it to another shop.

I absolutely love this place! I tend to worry if people will tell the truth about what is wrong with a car or overcharge. I was thrilled with the service and pricing. Definitely trustworthy.

I brought my car to Alpha Omega in Marietta (off on canton road) after Ford told me that my brakes were at 3mm and that they needed to be changed IMMEDIATELY. Dalton took a look at my brakes and he said they are nowhere near 3mm and I still have another year on them. After he told me that he proceeded to look over the rest of my car, and was extremely helpful. Being a young woman going into an automotive shop, it’s hard to find honesty and all I got from Alpha Omega was honesty!! I would recommend taking your vehicles there, no matter what the problem may be.

The best people to work on your vehicle by far...

2014 F250 6.2L gas, misfire check engine code. Ford dealership wanted $2500 to replace spark plugs and COPs, so I did it myself, but that didnt fix problem. I wouldnt take it back to Ford because, if they wanted $2,500 for 16 spark plugs and 8 COPs, I was going to be up around $4,500 if they replaced fuel injectors, and if it was broken valve spring, it would be around $6,000! So I took it to Alpha & Omega for them to research and fix. They diagnosed broken valve spring. I asked them to replace all 16 valve springs. The total cost was $1,500 - a substantial savings! It runs much better then after I bought it used 20K miles ago!

He even found some thing seriously wrong with my SUV that I wasnt aware of during the diagnostics (very reasonably priced), fixed it and didnt charge me an arm and a leg! I will only go to Alpha & Omega. They are honest and trustworthy. I feel like any time I have to go to a mechanic, its never cheap. But I dont feel taken advantage of here as I have at other places. They worked with me and kept me posted on an estimate before they did any repairs. They also helped me understand what was wrong and why it was important.

It was great! They gave me a ride home while they were working on my car, then picked me up when work was finished! The price was really good value for the work that was done. Very satisfied indeed!

BAD FIRST VISIT.- GIVING A SECOND CHANCE. In August 2020, I took my Honda to Alpha Omega Automotive to replace an electrical ignition switch. Having owned 5 Hondas, I am familiar with the required repair and its associated costs. The final invoice had a repair line item that I did not authorize. The amount for what I DID authorize was 60-70% higher than my past repairs at other shops for the same work. Jim, the store manager, was willing to listen to my complaint and gave me a coupon concession toward a future repair. I am willing to give them a second chance. MY CONCERN: If the future repair is overpriced the same way, the concession means nothing. On my next visit, my hope is that they will live up to the Biblical name theyve adopted. When the time comes, I hope to post a favorable review.

These folks get you in and out without the drama sometimes seen in other garages. More important, they do what needs to be done without hitting you with extra hidden surprises, like an expensive air filter or computer sensor that you never heard of. If they say you need it done, get it done. No “selling up” and spending more than necessary. Simply honest folks who know their job.

They quickly resolved my Souls issue and it was $600 less than the dealership quote.

I called Alpha & Omega Automotive (Woodstock) needing immediate service for my air conditioner and they fit me in ASAP. Not only is my car fixed, but I also have the assurance they know what they are doing. That I trust my automotive mechanics, their products, and overall service is the best part of taking my car here.

I was prepared to wait a week or more but they took my car at 8 a.m. as promised and had it done right on time!

This shop is great! My son had to get the transmission flushed in his truck and was quoted a cheaper price by another company, and then they (the other company) did not deliver what was promised. they never even got his truck in the shop, and when I questioned them they basically told me to bad. I called Alpha & Omega and got the owner, I explained the situation. He graciously, said he could get my sons truck in the next day and he would do it for the price my son could afford. Now that is an honest, trustworthy, man. Every time I have taking my car there I have always gotten excellent service! They do not try to up sell you anything. They will be my auto service station from now on!

Danny, Jim and the crew have been fantastic and by far the best Auto Repair place Ive dealt with in Marietta. Ive sent a number of my construction crew to them as well, we all have trucks. Many of my guys have an auto repair background and most of us do smaller repairs ourselves, so were auto repair savvy and it means something when we all agree that not only is Jim great to deal with, the work top quality and everything done on time affordably...but they are very honest. The worked on my daughters car last week and my wifes next service. I wouldnt send anyone anywhere except to Alpha & Omega...

These are some great people worth building a relationship with. I drive past 7 other shops to go here and theyre the first ones i call if i cant fix something myself. Every time I need work done on my car, I take it here. Jim has always been able to do the work for a better price. They’re usually a little longer with service than most places, but that is something I’d want when my primary mode of transportation is getting fixed. Very thorough and extremely polite!

Went in there to today expecting to replace my brakes and an oil change.. instead of fooling me into thinking I need new brakes they saved me money and told me there is no need. They were very helpful and consulted with me several times before checking my car for other things I pointed out. I recently moved to Marietta and am glad to announce I found a new place to take my car to. Above all, supporting a Christian business is always a plus.

Excellent service! I didnt have to drop off my vehicle and leave it for days. They order the parts, and had them there that day, I brought my vehicle back the next morning and it was fixed within a few hours. They fixed what someone else was messed up. I had someone previously work on my a/c that not only didnt fix it but caused other issues. This place had to replace parts that were previously replaced and provided me with a invoice documenting that they had to be replaced again which will help me in court. I wont take my vehicle any where else again.

I understand that all other reviewers had a great time with Alpha & Omega, but I didnt. I am new in the area and my neighbor recommended them, so I had high hopes.Dropped my truck early in the morning, waited for their diagnostic call in vain, which never came. I called and the gentleman told me he tried to reach me but I didnt answer (which is a lie). It was almost 2pm and they had already started fixing the car without my consent, which is odd (normally they call with a diagnostic and an estimate, and the client authorizes the repairs).The repairs should have taken less than 2 hours (I am handy, so I know what it was and what it takes to fix), but 30 min before closing, they hadnt yet contacted me to come pick it up. I called them and the guy said yeah, your truck is ready and were closing in 25 min.They seemed to be friendly with everyone in the waiting room, seemed like everyone knew everyone, and I stood as the odd man out. Perhaps that was it.But overall, it was really unpleasant for me.

$1600 on repairs after shop guaranteed it could get my car to pass emissions. Took them weeks (like a month) to mess around and they still never figured out the problem and just wasted weeks of my time, multiple tows and all my money. After being at the shop my car now leaks oil constantly and billows smoke. They refused to repair this. Wish I had gone else where.

This is my first review, however, it isn’t my first experience working with Alpha & Omega Automotive. Having said that, it’s only obvious why I’ve returned: they do great work, based on a simple principle; yet missing from so many other shops these day’s, that the Customer Comes First!With regards to this visit, I had Alpha & Omega install an electronic brake controller, including running the cabling from the rear to the front of my 2013 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited, and some bit of customizing to get things to work.In the end, Todd showed me how he did everything, including all of the little details, as well as assist me with testing the brakes, along with operating the new brake controller.Todd went above and beyond and performed a professional install that was even a lot better than some vendors “how-to” videos found online. In fact my system looks as if it came from the factory as an OEM option.But it didn’t stop there...After everything was finished, with all of the work wrapped up (an hour or two after closing), we all left for home. Except by the time I got home I realized that I had left my house keys and medication back in Alpha & Omega’s Lobby.So... tired, stressed out and trying to figure out what to do, I called Alpha & Omega’s main number, left a message, hoping for the best, that somehow someone will call back.Well, that “Hope” came, by way of a return phone call from Jim, letting me know that he would have one of his employees meet me at their Marietta shop, but it wouldn’t be for a few hours, give or take, asking me if that would be ok.My response: That didn’t matter - 3 hrs, 4 hrs, I was simply thankful for their help. I went in to have my car inspected. I was told it would take three hours before they could look at it. I returned three hours later and it had not been touched. I waited. It finally went back. Price came back more than the dealership for some items. I asked for an estimate to make all the repairs. I called Monday to follow up and was told I would have the estimate Tuesday morning. It is now Tuesday afternoon and nothing.

Good work at a fair price. Everything is explained upfront.

They did not complete inspection for used car because they discovered transmission fluid in the radiator. But they still charged full price was not impressed

Came in with an engine smoking and horrible transmission problems. Came out with everything fixed the same day. Unlike most shops that wouldve told me to spend tons on a new transmission to make some profit, he gave it to me straight and I ended up only needing to deal with fluid/gasket fixes. I will be returning here for now on.

My car stopped..had it towed to Carmax they could not get me in for 9 days.. They(carmax) referred me to Alpha & Omega ..got me in ..talked to Dalton, who kept me informed of everything going on fixed my car got me up and rolling..When your car goes down..it hurts you feel lost sort of helpless ..speaking as a female you get tired of being messed over trying to get your car fixed..it was my first time there.And it wont be my last!
