I loved this place so much! They always make sure that customers are taken care of and they never over charge. The owner and employees are all well educated in cars so you will never have to worry if your car are in bad hands. I take my Audi to them for any car work such as brake checks/replacements and oil changes. I always enjoy the conversations I have with the employees and the welcoming atmosphere! I would highly recommend this auto shop to my friends and family!

I took my car here to get my serpentine belt installed bc my car was making weird noises when I used my A/C. They changed my belt within like 30 minutes before I could even Uber back to my friends apartment to wait on them they were done. I will definitely take my car back if I need any other automotive services. It’s hard to find a good mechanic & hopefully they can be my go to shop.

Their definition of a full diagnostic is reading a check engine code without actually turning the engine on and inspecting or looking at parameters on a scanner.Front desk is very rude.I wouldn’t trust leaving your car.They will quote work that doesn’t need to be done.Asian guy at the front is the owner.Asked him about pricing and qouted two different prices for the same job.They will attempt to deceive.

Ive been going here for about 2 years now and Ive had three different Vehicles serviced by this stop until they died. I own a pest control company and whatever he says I believe and he gives me a good price on everything. A little hard to understand at times and I think he may be rude but theres a language barrier that he can hide behind!

They will attempt to deceive you by charging your card for diagnostic without actually looking at the your car.They will pull a code and say that’s their diagnostic and will not explain anything.Brought a car in for a po171 which means that the car has a lean condition.and they charged my card for a full diagnostic but they only thing pulled the code .They never verified or looked through anything

I was a little apprehensive because it can be very scary searching for a reliable mechanic. I went in fearful and left out a new satisfied customer. They were so kind and knowledgeable. Their prices are fair too which made me happy. While I was waiting for my car I asked a few of the customers if they liked the service here and they all had great things to say. One guy told me he has been their loyal customer for almost 20yrs. I too am very pleased with their service.

This is my go to auto shop. Many reviews talk about the price being high, half the job being done. Since 2009 Ive taken my very marginal car to Franklin Auto Service and the prices have not only been fair, theyve sometimes made me wonder how they make a living. My very first experience I had to pass emissions--I needed a new catalytic converter. Everyone else quoted me $1,000 and more. He did it for $300 including the emissions tests before and after. Two years ago I needed my timing belt assembly replaced. This also means my water pump must be replaced at the same time--Id had to have this done before in my 19 year old cars lifetime. I was expecting the usual price of about $800 or $900. He charged me $550. Hes very good about telling me what looks like it will need service down the road and telling me if its urgent, if it can wait, and how much. The only time he changed a price was once due to finding a problem that was different and in addition to my original issue. Hes always professional as is his staff.

An honest and fair family owned establishment. Been bringing both my cars here for 8 years and they do excellent work for very reasonable prices. I know theyll always give me a fair assessment and not try to up-sell on anything unnecessary. Mr Ho is always kind and they stand by their work.

Poor quality work, will not return again.. Took my corolla there for a normal servicing for the 1st time. I needed a new starter, oil change, steering wheel alignment and new battery.... no biggie. Guy said 800 for everything. Cool.... get the car back. Cranks like a charm...... for all of 2 weeks.... starter goes out... steering wheel worse than when I took it in... at this point. Im just never going there.

Great work!!! Have been going to Franklin Auto for over 15 years. Prices are much cheaper than going to a dealership. Mr. Ho has kept our most recent cars, BMW and Lexus going for over 7 years. Would not have had them this long without Mr. Ho. I have not had to get in debt with a new car thanks to the great maintenance they provide on the ones I have.

If you are reading this then you have been warned.Absolutely one of the worst auto shop experience ever.These folks will tell you one thing then change it up at the last second to try to squeeze every drop of cash from you.I took my 96 Volkswagen to fix its check engine light .We originally agreed to a price of 300-500 and ended up with 500.The next day the check engine turned back on!Came back and they came up with a bull excuss of my car computer and were willing to fix it for 1000!Ended up going somewhere else and they fixed my car up no problem.I asked them about my previous experience with these guys and checked my ECU.Turns out it worked fine no problem.I hope my mistakes can help someone out there save some cash. I definitely recommend looking somewhere else for your car troubles.

I went to Franklin Auto in a kind of an emergency. Thought my serpentine belt was bad because it started squealing. Well it was bad, but that wasnt the problem. My alternator was going and that was the noise. Andre replaced the belt in about 20 minutes. It still made the noise. He explained the alternator problem, I said I could not sit for an additional 2 hours. WELL - I was offered to leave my car, promised by 5pm to be done and used the owners truck to come back to the apartment. AWESOME job, thank you so much. Car was finished 45 minutes earlier than promised. Thank you so much to everyone at Franklin Auto! Craig

I asked for an estimate to fix my suspension and the owner said it would be $250. THEN when I said I needed another quote he LOWERED it to $180 because he needed the work.Now I know why his shop needs the work!! They installed the WRONG struts on my Ford Flex! Now they REFUSE to replace them because they rattle and handle badly!! The technician admitted to installing the wrong parts but the owner refused to help me!! I will NEVER take a car there again!!

They treat you like family, get your car in and out fast while being efficient and doing the job right! Never a complaint and always a fair price.

Yup, definitely a CON ARTIST! I own an auto brokerage business and this repair shop is close to my office and used him to perform repairs . Mr. Loc charged me for a defective catalytic converter when it was simply an 02 sensor on one vehicle, $750. A leaking sunroof on another vehicle and was told it was broken beyond repair and charged me $1300 for a replacement. He actually sealed the original sunroof, DID NOT REPLACE, and charged me $1300 for the replacement that most likely didnt take long to repair the original sunroof. I used him to certify the vehicles I sold and now I just cant trust him for my customers sake. Just a thief!

If I could give an option of no stars, I would.Car stalled on the highway, and I got it towed to them. I was charged $400 to replaced the radiator. The next day the car sputtered more than before. So I took it back to them where I was charged an additional $1,200 to replace nearly everything. After I got it back it still had trouble starting and eventually shut down completely. I got it towed back to the shop, where I was told I would need a new motor and now Ive been waiting for 2 weeks to get this done. Do not ever go here! EVER!

SCAMMER ALERT. DO NOT GO HERE. I previously had my brakes done here although a little expensive the work was good. I went a few days ago for an alternator and was quoted by Kan $535, when I called again I spoke to the owner Law quoted me $350. When I advised him of my warranty he argued me down that they wouldnt pay him the same day. When I proved him wrong and they approved his payment in less than 20 minutes I was advised that he was billing my warranty $688.00 for a part that costs $138 and he finished with 20 minutes of labor!! I confronted Law and he repeatedly lied. I made them undo the work. Dont get your car fixed by this trifling thief.

They are con artist. I had my car towed there after Mr. Ho told me to bring it in. He then tried to charge me $650 for a $200 repair. Since my car was towed this time he would not go down. He then would not let me leave with my car. Do not got there. If you do haggle them down because they always give you a high price and come down!!! He tried to charge me 1,000 and went all down to 600.

I recommend finding a different repair shop. Ive used them 3 times, and didnt have a good feeling about the repairs. This last time, took my car in to have an oxygen sensor replaced. They told me the manifold was cracked and needed to be replaced for $850. After repairs I got 2 miles down the road and the check engine light came back on, with a check transmission light. Took it back, and the owner said that the wiring harness was shot, couldnt be fixed, and it wasnt his fault.Took the car to the Autonation Ford nearby, where they traced the wiring harness, found where it rubbed against the alternator (right beside the manifold coincidentally) and fixed it for $400.I believe Franklin Auto Repair to be either dishonest or incompetent or both.

Horrible business. The owner Ho is a complete imbecile. Will over charge you and apply cheap defective parts on the vehicle, not once but multiple times and try to figure away to blame the customer in order for them not to fix the problem they caused. I have never took the time out to right such a negative review. AFTER PAYING OVER $2700, When asked to fix what is already supposed to be fixed by this shop, Ho walked away and RESPONDED BY SAYING HE WOULD NOT DO THE JOB AND HE WILL CALL THE POLICE IF I DO NOT LEAVE. While waiting for the police to arrive, I WAS RIDICULED AND CALLED STUPID BY A TECHNICIAN IN ORDER TO TRY AND ENTICE ME TO ASSAULT HIM. This place should be put out of business. I have seen elderly women come in to fix one thing and Ho will confuse them with auto jargon on top of his horrible english, and have them thinking there car will not be driveable if all work isnt completed, leaving these poor women stuck in a hard place. That is not right. They are completely taking advantage of the people of the community. Ethics and honesty is not practiced at this so called shop. THIS SHOP HAS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. I have filed a complaint with the Georgia Attorney General and recommend that everyone steer clear away from this Shop.

Careful; youll basically be sign your car to him to get in and disable the car without your permission. He uses his limited English to tell you one thing then he does something else.You would think itd be nice to help out small businesses around the corner but youll be better off sending your car to the dealership and swallow that bitter pill($$$) First rule: Do Not leave your car or tow your car to this place. Because theyll go in and start taking parts out of the car; forcing you to stick with them to pay for whatever price Loc determines.He is rude and very condescending. I think its a scam and ploy take folks cars knowing you cant do anything but drag you through civil court. What business wld care less about cops showing up in their shop for literally petty issues. He was refusing to accept any form payments besides Cash; Ive watched enough court shows to know only guilty people do that.

These people are theives. Honestly initially I thought they were great; I was wrong. They said they changed my brake pads, when they started squeaking shortly afterwards I took my vehicle back and Mr. How claimed my brakes were fine. (Lie) I took my sons vehicle to be inspected by them to ensure it was a good purchase. He claimed only the windshield motor needed to be replaced, otherwise its a good vehicle (another lie). Needed a wheel bearing pressed out...He said would be 350.00 for kit to do that....then he said 3....thought he was saying FREE...heavy accent...so I go there he said no 3....like 300.00. I was all confused .Too expensive .Went right around corner to a place on Cobb Parkway....358 Cobb Parkway S .Marietta They done it for 20.00!!! Wat a BIG difference!! And they put other one in for 20.00 .He is a rip off!! Called Franklin Auto spoke to Roc and told him the price difference and how he losing customers for some simple work. Should be ashamed of urself. U not gonna get ahead trying to overcharge folks . U wont be blessed!!

Cheap parts and over priced labor and parts. I got charged $200 for a $12 part and was told its for labor. Just awful. A fuel pump for $750 that went bad in 3 months! Stay away!

I went to this place to see why my coolant was leaking and why there was sound coming from the back when I hit a bump I left it with them for the day not even 15 min later he calls me back and tells me I need a new coolant reservoir and my shocks were bad cost me 550 so they change those things and when I picked it up the same problem occurred after I drove couple of miles off the lot so I called and told him it was still happening he told me to bring it back and he would do a smoke test why he didnt do that in the first place is beyond me so he calls me back and tells me I need a new water outlet heater hose that it would be 750 dollars because he have to lift the engine I told him I just spent 550 for no reason then he drop the price to 450 I then said what about the shocks that u change he then said dont worry about that its not important right now I will never bring my car or any future cars to this placep.s.I took my car somewhere else to see why my car was making the sound in the back and it was because bolts were missing in the back didnt even need the shocks
