Ralph is so AWESOME! Hes always done right by me. Hes honest and takes good care of me. As a female, Im confident he will always tell me the truth and take time to explain when I ask questions. Hes reasonable and incredibly reliable. I trust him completely!

Mr. Ralph takes the time to research your car maintenance and they are very nice, they have work on both my cars. I am very pleased with the quality of service that I get.

I bring all my vehicles to them for my business. They are by far the nicest and best mechanics in the area. They have always treated me so well and have always fixed my vehicles in a timely and professional manor.

You can always count on Mr. Martin to give you a fair estimate and do good work. My dads trusted him for years and its easy to see why, thats thats this is the only place that I go to get my car taken care of too.

From personal experience, I truly believe the owner Ralph needs to learn a few lessons in customer service and the way he chooses to talk to people. He was very rude, mean and disrespectful over the phone. Definitely would not recommend his shop to anyone until he can fix his poor attitude and terrible communication style. He immediately got smart with me as soon as he called me, that is unacceptable.

My go to mechanic. Honest and reliable. Sears told me that I needed a new alternator, brought it here for a second opinion and was told I just needed a new battery. That’s a $300 difference! I’ve been a customer since!

I am not sure what happened at this shop and surely dont condone this behavior if what was said in the previous reviews are true. I will say that I have been going to this business for well over ten years and have NEVER had a problem. I have had 3 vehicles in that time and each was serviced well. Ralph has always been an honest man and his prices have been affordable..AGAIN, I dont know what happened there because I wasnt there but there is always two sides of the story...I hope all parties come to an honorable resolution.

Great, honest mechanic! Pep Boys told me I needed a new thermostat and thermostat housing and tried to charge me $600. All Tune & Lube looked at my car and determined it was fine and just had a loose hose and needed some antifreeze. Saved me hundreds. Highly recommend this shop!

I wish there were 7 out 5 star ratings, they are beyond excellent & professional. Proper service, charging and time. I challenge anyone to find a better shop and people as Ralph All Tune and crew. I only wish they were everywhere and other shops had 1/4 of their professionalism.

Please do not take your car here I purchased a groupon for an oil change went in and now 3 different lights are on in my car that NEVER was on before. I never had any of these light on before the oil change. Ladies dont go into this place without a male with you these are the type things that could happen.

Ok this was GODS mercy truly I seen this place last weekend I was just passing by but they were closed I didn’t even know they were there.So I went today and I have a Lexus I usually go to another place not the same name but they’re just so expensive anyway I spoke with the customer service rep he quoted me a price for full synthetic half what I usually pay and then he mentioned that they have an add currently on Groupon I wasn’t even aware of that reducing the cost even more.Needless to say I was extremely pleased with them going above and beyond and the service was great I will now being going here instead of my previous location thank you ATL oil change and I’m going to now purchase the Groupon for my Tahoe and wife’s Nissan and have them done next weekend This is the Fairburn Road location in Douglasville Ga.

Ive taken my car in a few times for routine service. Theyre knowledgeable affordable. They gave me a pretty realistic outlook of what will need to be replaced and how long it can be put off. Just dont schedule an appointment for first thing in the morning, theyre not the most punctual beings.

Ive been going to Mr. Ralph for almost 3 years. He has the best customers service and is very honest. I highly recommend this place!

I’m amazed at how many people are actually claiming those events did not happen! Open your eyes people! The pictures are there! As for my personal experience I was met by rude customer service was all I needed to know to stay away from this shop. And then I come to google and see these reviews and wonder why anybody in their right mind would even get any work done here

Honest dependable does all my auto service needs. Glad I found them ! Ralph is owner and treats customers the best.

I wont go into all the details for space and brevity but these guys ROCK!!!!! I was traveling through pulling a UHaul trailer and unbeknownst to me it was not hooked up properly and came loose as we were exiting an extremely busy I-75. We were able to nurse it to the first place we could find was the guys at All Tune owned by Mr. Martin. I had to pull past his building and went directly into the shop where his guys saw my issue and quickly fixed it the proper way. No muss, no fuss. And most importantly no ridicule! They could have, and its been done to me before, been jerks and made light of my situation but they were kind, compassionate and thoroughly professional. Wish all businesses and its employees were that way!I only met Mr. Martin a bit later after I tried again to offer some compensation for their efforts and he refused just as they did. Blown away! To help, encourage and ask nothing in return is how we are supposed to treat one another. Its the example Jesus taught and Mr. Martin and his team lived it out loud that day.Thank you so much! You turned what was already, and could have been worse still, a scary and frustrating situation into one that met our needs in more ways than you all will ever know. God bless you all for your service, both in the your time in the military and now as civilians who still put others first. I will be forever grateful.Joel

Ralph is abusive! I called to get a quote for a job of mine and these people where making fun of my ethnicity! Over the phone! If that is the service they provide over the phone then I would never want to step into their shop!!! Now looking at these reviews it all makes sense!

Not good at explaining reason to prices, staff is kind. Only recommend if your needed repair is a simple/easy one. Anything complicated (ie transmission, electrical) i suggest to take your car to a specialist

As the father of the victim on July 6th. I advise you not to do any business with Ralph with All Tune! This blunder in judgement will be heard. Y corporate and I hope he is ready. Ralph is a crook and a liar he tried to lie to the police him and his workers goons! As a fellow small business owner this is no way to treat a custo.er who has taken three cars to your shop! Man up for your mistakes and make them right instead of picking a fight with somebody half your age who was more man than. You will ever be by restraining himself and acting cool and level head in a heated situation.
