This is a basic auto repair shop. By basic, I mean that I had a 5 speed manual Mazda 3 2008 taking to the shop to have my brakes diagnosed. They claim that they can get the problem fixed in a few days and it is just a master brake cylinder and brake booster. So we went forward with that part. We thought the problem was fixed but it wasnt. 10 days later, I notice after checking my fluids that the brake reservoir was already half way down again. I take my car back in and the owner claims that it may just need a bleeding. I get a call a few hours later stating that there is farther damage to be repaired which included my clutch cylinder. I ask why there was no recollection or notice of this problem initially and he responds that they just dont work on many manual type of cars. If that is the response to get, than I do not trust my manual car with in your shop hands. There are plenty of other shops that do work on classic cars especially and multiple other types of cars with clutch systems. I took my car elsewhere and saved my time .

Honest and agreeable. Note that this is not a body shop (they recommend a place on Canton Road for that). I dont believe I have ever been cheated here, though a couple of times the labor hours seem to be pushing it. I have questioned procedures a couple of times that they told me would fix the problem. When the procedure did not fix the original problem, they did refund my money (at cost to themselves).

One of our vehicles decided to not start..while at work. A co-worker referred us to CS Auto and decided to have the vehicle towed to them. Let me tell you, they took care of us. They were professional, excellent at maintaining communication, and meet our needs. I am so glad we found a truly honest and amazing auto shop. It is a little ways out from where we live, but it is worth it. They are definitely our go-to from here on out. Thank you CS Auto for taking care of us.

Had to take a company truck here to have some fuel pump work done. The guy was very pleasant and easy to dea with. He tried to get us fixed up while my driver waited, unfortunately it turned out to be more involved than we were hoping. I asked how long he thought it would be. I was thinking a week or so before he could get it back to us. He looked busy but he said he would probably have us back on the road by Monday. I liked the way he is handling this truck so I asked him about another issue I already had a quote on and explained the problem. He said there was a much easier way to fix our blown out spark plug problem for a lot less then the place we went to first. So Im bringing that truck to him as soon as possible.

Been taking the family vehicles to CS Auto for a number of years. My wife has even taken her car for estimate and repairs, and she never once felt taken advantage of. I recommend these guys highly. You will always get honest and straightforward answers from Scott and he never tries to sell you services or parts you dont really need. You know what it is like out there in the auto repair world and guys like these give you faith in humanity again.

Scott at CS Auto Repair was fantastic!! I called and explained what work I thought I needed and he said just bring it in. I dropped my car off in the morning and not even 2 hours later, he called and said what needed to be done. He didnt try to up sell me or make any unnecessary recommendations. The price for getting both sets of brake pads plus an oil change was VERY reasonable. I would highly recommend this shop to any person I know!!!

Scott Simonds runs CS Auto Repair on Canton Road in Marietta, GA. He replaced my 99 Explorers condenser and got my A/C running properly in under 3 hours on a 95 degree day for a very fair and honest price. He really knows his stuff. Chris and Scott are honest and great mechanics which can be hard to find. I drive from Roswell to have my car worked on. Yeah its a hassle but when you find a quality mechanic like CS auto you support them.

CS Auto Repair of Marietta Ga recently acquired Canton Car Care on Canton Road in Marietta Ga. I have used Canton Car Care for 7 years prior to this acquisition. The previous owner, Max, was a honest business owner that made sure your auto repair was complete. Upon my first visit to CS Auto Repair on 5.31.13, I was told by Chris that business and the repair work would be comparable with the work Canton Car Care performed. Smoke was emitting out of the vents when the AC unit was activated, and was told by CS Auto Repair that I needed to replace the AC/Heat Control. After having my car for 2 days, I called CS Auto Repair to determine what had been done on my car. I was informed that no work had been completed due to them being unable to find the AC/Heat Control. I proceeded to find and purchase one myself, brought it to CS Auto Repair and they put it in. CS Auto Repair then stated that everything was fixed and the car was ready. Upon paying $170 for them to put the AC/Heat Control in, I took possession of the car and immediately upon driving it, I found that the AC unit was not making cool air. Prior to my bringing the car in, the AC was working exceptionally. I immediately called CS Auto Repair indicating that the AC did not work and was told that they fixed the problem and they were unsure why the AC did not work. Chris with CS Auto Repair then proceeded to question me as if the AC unit didnt produce cool air prior to it being dropped off. Of note, if Canton Car Care and Max were performing the service, I would have never received the car in this condition, as Max always road tested the vehicles to make sure the problem was corrected. And it was obvious that CS Auto Repair did not perform this process, and this may have been due to the fact that I took possession of my vehicle at 5 pm on a Friday. Since I needed the vehicle over the weekend and CS Auto Repair was not open, I took my car to someone else to fix. The AC/Heat Control was not the problem, but a relay to the unit was. I have called CS Auto Repair 3 times and my request for a refund was denied.

I took my car to one dealership and one small repair shop to have mt A/C looked at. I has told by both it was going to take $700 to fix the problem. Fortunately a family member told me to go see Chris at CS Auto, he looked at my car for 30 mins put a A/C relay in and didnt charge me a dime! My A/C is working GREAT. I would recommended this shop to anyone especially females because they will NOT take advantage of a lack of knowledge.

Owning older vehicles can be painful... But the team at CS Auto make it far less so. I truly appreciate the time the spend with me, going over the problem... and explaining the right solution (and how they confirmed the suspect bad part was actually bad instead of throwing parts at it like another shop I used in the past.Keep up the good work!

So, I googled auto repair near me, CS popped up. No one could figure out a problem I was having with my brake lights. Went to CS, explained the problem, one of the workers said it’s the wrong bulb!!! He barely looked at the car, lol. Mind u, I had recently gotten a brake light bulb replaced when I got my oil changed at jiffy lube. Scott, not sure if he’s the owner or mgr, replaced my brake light bulb, and waaa laaa, problem solved!!! These guys were super sweet and kind to me...They didn’t charge me a penny for fixing my problem!!! I know my issue wasn’t too major, but I will definitely be going back to them for all my repair needs!!! We need more kind people!!!

The mechanic who attended me changed my oil and ended up stripping the drain bolt and never repaired or even told me they did it. I went back after 5000 miles to tell them and they said they never had records showing they changed my oil. They are really shady. Now I have to replace my entire engine oil pan. Do not use these mechanics
