Mo was very quick and helpful. Quickly fixed the problem and was very professional. Arrived just in time and Mo was very pleasant upon my arrival and greeted me with a smile. Told him I would bring my business to him to assist each time needed. The experience was just that pleasant. Go by and see Mo if you have any issues with your phone. He quickly fixed my iPhone.

Google maps shows it open at 1030 so I arrive at 1036. Sign on door says open at 10, but everything locked up and nobody in the store. Waited until 1050 and nobody came to open the store.Good news though! Go 1 minute west of here to the Batteries Plus store. They fixed my iPad in 3 minutes for FREE!

I called a few places the day before Christmas Eve hoping that a place was open. The third place I called, a guy by the name of Moe on the other end of the line, seemed genuine and friendly so I took my son up to the store to get his iPhone 8+ screen repaired. The man behind the counter was the same guy that answered the phone earlier and was real courteous so we left the phone with him and went to run some errands. He said it would be about 4pm and he would have it done. It was about 3:10pm so I was thinking to myself, “yeah right”, sarcastically of course. We were back at the store about 4:05pm and it was fixed. I was so impressed that when Moe asked if we wanted a screen protector I was sold. Took another minute or so and we were out the door. The service was fast and Moe was very helpful and friendly. The whole experience was completely painless! Thank you Moe.

Dropped my phone the day before and gave it a gnarly crack all over my phone screen.Top left corner had black, purple, etc colors, and my phone looked like a Christmas tree. I took it in the next day at opening and the man was confident that it was an easy fix. Came back in about 45 min and the phone screen looked brand new, and it works like brand new as well. Definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for a same day fix. Faster than Apple, and cheaper!

I had dropped my iPhone several times without a case and it was pretty messed up. I couldn’t use the left side of my screen and couldn’t power off. Moe was very calming and assured me it was no problem. 2.5 hours later I picked it up, good as new, and he had even put my screen saver and new case on per my request. Came in to get a new screen on my iPhone. Worked for a few days until the backlighting started acting up. Took it back 4 days later and because of a few minuscule barely there scratches on the screen they said they can’t accept it under warranty. Cool. Will contest credit card payment.

I have gone to the branch in Arlington before and had a great experience. The Mansfield branch was no different, and were very interested in getting my phone fixed and doing it right.

I took my iPad to get the screen replaced. When I first received my iPad, I really thought it wasn’t mine because of the damage they caused around the screen trying to replace it. Not only did that, but broke my power button in the process. I took my iPad in mint condition besides the cracked screen and got back a beat up iPad that no longer works properly. If I could rate zero stars I would.

SJ cool dude got my phone fix twice. And gave me discount on the issue of home button. But all good. We highly recommend going to him.

Cracked screen and was quoted a price. They did not disclose they weren’t using 1) authorized screen so image quality of my phone next to wife’s identical phone is horrible. In particular the hues and brightness are bad. 2) there is a permanent message in display settings which state a non-apple acre is used. It can’t be removed therefore voiding the warranty on an $1100 phone. 3) the phone screen caused the phone to be rendered useless. I’m using my old phone now. 4) I don’t post poor reviews typically. I do give positive reviews. However, the company texted me and asked for a review. Therefore, I’m providing an honest one which is factually correct. Possibly, the business does a good job on Androids? My advice is to go to an authorized repair shop for apple. As a final subjective comment, whenever I expressed concern about the non-authorized repair, to paraphrase the excuse was that Apple was too hard on the businesses by being demanding on repair shops by making the requirements too stringent.Stay Away!

Originally quoted a few days for a laptop diagnosis after 6 days I decided to follow up and they had no answers. Received a call a few hours later and the part owner told me I needed a new hard drive and the laptop had a virus. Then he said well? I had to ask for an estimate, I had to ask what size hard drive, we never discussed how theyd address the virus or how much that would cost, and then I asked if this would address the two problems with the laptop which prompted me to take it to them in the first place and he said it wouldnt. My conversation with this guy was like pulling teeth!! I told him that his explanation was piecemeal so I would be on my way to pick up the laptop. I got a call another call as Im pulling up to the store and another staff member informed me that he received a call from the part owner who has my laptop at another store so I could drive to that store or he would need to go pick it up and I could come back for it. So this part owner understood I was going to pick up my device and decided to not disclose that my property was not where I dropped it off and had one of his staff members call me instead to figure it out. Buyer beware. I paid my $65 fee in order to get my property back and theyll never see another cent from me.

This is the best repair shop I have ever been to in the Mansfield-Arlington area. They fixed my phone within 15 minutes, and returned it to perfect condition. My phone was in an almost unrepairable condition, but they did an incredible job replacing my phone screen and fixing everything else that was wrong with my phone. Phenomenal service! The staff was super hardworking and friendly. Their prices are fantastic and unlike other repair shops in the area, they do not rip you off. Reasonable prices, fantastic customer service, and incredibly friendly staff. I am so glad I came here to get my phone fixed. After my experience here today, this will definitely be the only place I will be getting my electronics fixed from. My phone wasnt charging and my carrier said the charging input. looks broken $40 to repair if they have the part. Moe the tech said it doesnt look broken. He cleaned the input and said your good no charge. This place just opened and is a family business. I will be back for future repairs on laptop etc.

We purchased a Groupon and took my iPhone 7 in to get the shattered screen replaced. Moe was very professional and helpful. Today August 8th 2020,I called this store before heading to fix my Laptop screen, once I get there I saw a gentle man that was seating inside the shop we both greeted each other after 5minutes I asked him if he was one of the employees there he said yes, then he went to Back room to speak with some guy who he said was in the rest room .After 20minutes that individual never came out from the Back room, so same guy went back and yell for him to come out to help me, after waiting for another 20 minutes that person never came out .Now the guy now called the Manager guess what the manager said ? “ can you drop the laptop and we will call you back that is when I know they are Crazy and stupid in that store . Something is wrong in the store .Do not go to this store .Except you don’t have nothing doing .
