Carlos and the rest of the staff were great. Carlos actually gave great customer service something that you do not see anymore. I highly recommend them to anybody. They actually take the time to make sure you understand your phone.

These folks are the best .Super helpful friendly and very very knowledgeable. Dylan was super helpful with my husbands new phone and saving us money. I highly recommend this store and the employees stop in and let them assist you . You cant go wrong.

Wasnt sure if I should switch from Verizon to at&t. Went to this location and I couldnt be happier! The store manager Dylan was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about everything. Made me feel very comfortable. Im so glad I stopped into this AT&T! Definitely will not regret my decision on switching service providers!

Had a great experience here. These guys know what theyre talking about went to the corporate store and they tried to charge me 400 to start up they got it down to 100. Would definitely recommend

Went to get my phone connected to at and t service and got wonderful customer service lakeisha and a handsome guy made sure everyone was acknowledged and being taken care of !

Poorly trained employee who charged over $200 not only once but twice to switch from Verizon to AT&T. When I realized how much it was going to be to walk out the door I went to cancel the transaction and the charge still went through. When I came back into the store to get the phones that we purchased with our bank records the employee said his manager was out of town and couldnt refund our money so he would have to charge the full amount again to give us the money and keep the card on file to return our fees. Still to this day I havent got any money back. I purchased them on July 5,2018. To be said, there was no activation fees that could of been charged that day its supposed to be on the first months bill, and corporate knows about everything. Hopefully no one else has the same problems. God bless.

Awesome customer service here . I was greeted at the door which was nice. Everything was throughly explained to me and I did not feel like I was begin rushed out the door. I would highly recommend them to anyone . They can turn a bad day into a good day . Good job to the team here at at&t keep doing what your doing you guys are awesome !!!.

Dylan, the manager is AWESOME. He got me a plan started with no down payment, with two brand new galaxy phones. And low payments. So glad I switched to At&t🤘

I have had to go to this store multiple times about the safety of my account. They have let multiple people make changes to my account and purchase new phones on my expense. None of which were authorized to make any changes, I am very disappointed and thinking about changing services because I dont feel my information is safe.

This is my 4th time getting a new smartphone for this att store they are always polite and always have a deal I can sink my teeth into I brought several of my family members as well as friends to this location. even though the corporate store is like 30 seconds from this store the customer service experience is not the same store he corporate store has turned me away many times when I’ve have a problem where this store has gone above and beyond eveytimeJust want to thank the staff for making the phone process as easy as possible!

Very angry with one of the workers in this store. Lied and tricked us. Said that we have to pay the activation fees for the phones in the store but we’re supposed to pay the fees on the first monthly bill. Said that phone cases and screen protectors were free because of the plan that we got. They actually were not and we got charged for the cases and screen protectors which we though were free. We only got them because we thought they were free. The worker lied to us!!! Beware of that worker!!!
