They did a great job detailing the interior of my vehicle… and there was dust covering every interior surface of it (from driving on a rock road with a window down). Friendly staff, excellent customer service, gave me a ride & worked with my schedule. Will return to them next time I need it detailed.

-The worst experience from start to finish. Rude on the phone. Waited 30 min to talk to someone to get the car after they called to say it was “ready”-The rudest Customer service.-The poorest quality of job.-Not only was the car not wiped to a basic level that a 5 year old could do, but the floor mats were not taken out and the carpets we not shampooed. The center consul still had gunk in it and the cup holders still had sticks soda in them.- the backup mirror still had water droplets and smudges.-They scam billing and charging making up numbers as they please. Online says $80 to do their air purification and to remove smoke smells, they charged $100.They pictures do not even begin to show the terrible job they did. And for $236!!!!Do not go here! I regretted dropping it off and I am angry I didn’t listed to my gut

I just got my car detailed here and it looks PHENOMENAL! I have a 9 year old Cruze so nothing fancy and it truly looks brand new again. Everyone was so professional too. Highly recommend!

Wanted a full detail with clay bar. Didnt do the clay bar, they said thats an additional charge after quoted for it. Kept truck for two days and still had dirt on roof, grill, running boards, tail gate, and bed not cleaned. Interior still had little pebbles all over carpet, glove box not clean, dash half cleaned, didnt touch the headliner, and numerous other areas. Paid almost $500 for a detail that was junk. They said they would do another one for free. Tried to reschedule and noone has answered the phone or gotten back to me.

I love these guys! I needed to get a bunch of rodent debris cleaned out from under my hood and assess any damage they mightve done. The guys here answered all my questions, offered some suggestions on how to prevent things in the future, and got under my hood to get everything situated, even some things I didnt even ask for. I appreciate that the job was thorough and reasonably priced. Ill DEFINITELY come back for future car needs, let alone detailing and cleaning.

Personally I haven’t gotten my car detailed, however...I’ve called on three different occasions and can never reach anyone. Not sure if they are low on staff, but it’s very frustrating when you want to bring business and no one ever answers the phone.

My vehicle has never looked so good. It really looks brand new. The seats, the carpet, and even the roof. I am still in shock at how much better it looks. We will absolutely return.

I think showroom shine did a great job! I have a motion sickened puppy who through up everywhere in the front and the back flooring they did an amazing job getting the dog puke out and getting it cleaned over all.. the price was well worth it looking like I had just picked it up off a lot. I will more then likely be back!

Normally I shampoo and detail the interior of my own car and will spend hours and hours on the inside. For the first time in my life I felt like someone did a better job than me when it came to detailing. I brought my Nissan Maxima to them to get it clean before my lease turn in, I smoked in it and after they were done it had a brand new car smell and there wasn’t a single grain of dirt. Your car will be there from 0730 to 1600 but it’s worth the wait if you want QUALITY!!! Their price was less expensive than other detailing services that I have priced, you will pay some money though (not much), it’s worth every cent honestly. These guys did a perfect job! The car had a brand new car smell and looked fresh off the assembly line when I got it back. I have paid for other vehicles to get cleaned on from regular people and they don’t get the door jams. They got all the rubber guides flawlessly and the attention to detail was immaculate.

I was very pleased with the service and quality of the Mini Detail done on my SUV. I looks like brand new inside and out. The windows are clean and the wiped down and treated the drivers seat leather. I will be back again. I Highly recommend their services.

These guys rock! I worked on my truck at home for two days with a bunch of stuck-on tar/oil all over it. Nothing I bought would take it off. Walked into Showroom Shine expecting to be told the worse ($$$) and walked out a short time later with a clean truck at a great price! Should have gone there in the first place. Highly recommend!

Was greeted promptly at 7:35am when I arrived to drop off my car, a 2014 Hyundai Elantra. Had an appointment for a hand wash and hand wax. Man was friendly and listened to a few minor concerns I had about the car. Told him i would return on my lunch break to pick up the car. Car was completed on time and seemed to be in very nice condition. Price was great at only $43 including tax. Recommend to anyone. Next time will try their interior service. Will return. Thanks!

I received a gift certificate to Showroom Shine. Partly my fault, the certificate was not used immediately. However, upon calling Showroom Shine, they stated that gift certificates are invalid after 6 months.I personally find this business practice extremely dishonest and unethical. The gift certificate was valued at $130.Upon asking why they wouldnt honor the certificate, I was told the some things expire. I was not aware that money was something that expired. Something tells me that if I had found $130 worth of cash that was greater than 6 months old, Showroom Shine would accept that cash. As far as Im aware, money does not expire, except at businesses such as Showroom Shine.

Service was fast and friendly for a reasonable price, got my vehicle done in shortly under 3 hours. Interior looks almost new, problem spots I asked about have minor discoloration but was told upon drop off the process is not perfect which is understandable. Will recommend to friends.

Im from out of town, and I took my car in because I am traveling with 2 dogs. My dogs made a mess in my car. The guys here were able to lift stains and made the smell go almost all the way away. I do recommend to anyone needing their interior detailed.

I have taken three different cars here and every time I come back, those cars look brand new on the inside. They use a great cleaner for leather and they clean every nook and cranny in the car (the spaces i cant attempt to try and clean). Plus, afterwards the owner wont let you leave until you look through the car with him and he knows youre satisfied. Its a short trip outside Manhattan, and its worth every penny to a K-State student like me.

Not good as i think and no service manager to listen to customer issues. I drop my car early in day But i received my car with all wet seats and wet carpets without cleaning. I think they spray water all inside in the last moment. Very disappointing and waste of money. They said they cant do anything to clean and dry my seats and carpets. Not a recommended place to go.

Showroom Shine did an awesome job on my Infiniity. I went in with scratches on the back of my vehicle from bushes I backed into! Ugh! They got me in the same day and the car looked brand new when I picked it up--no more scratches showing on the back!! Thanks guys!!Chris

They detailed both the inside and outside of my trunk and I was blown away! We have a long hair dog that occasionally travels with us. Not only did they remove all the areas where we had spilled stuff, but they got rid of all the dog hair. A feat I didnt think was possible. Makes my 10 year old truck look almost brand new. Great customer service. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We needed some immediate help cleaning the interior of our SUV. SSAD was able to get us in that day, and did a great job getting the mess cleaned up. Very reasonable pricing as well.

While passing through town I was desperately seeking a hand wash for my truck. Called all around town and these guys were the most willing to facilitate a drop in appointment. My truck has a special finish on it and requires a gentle wash and some tlc. They were able to squeeze me in at a moments notice. When I arrived to pick up the truck I was pleasantly surprised with how thorough the wash was. They even took the time to give the interior a quick detail. The truck looked amazing. I do a bit of travel and being on the road it is important to keep the truck clean and tidy. I have been to a lot of different car washes around the country and this place is one of the best. I ended up dropping my other truck off because I was so impressed with this shop. The entire staff is very knowledgable and extremely helpful. I had some technical questions I needed advice with and they very helpful in providing me with valuable info. This place is great! Ill be back the next time Im rolling through Manhattan Kansas

The owner was rude and didnt care the least lil bit that the detail job they did on my car absolutely ruined my paint!Ive lived in Mhk for over 31yrs, Im in the service industry also and you cant NOT HONOR your work. Im telling everyone that I know what a shady business this is!Do your self a favor and dont go here if you care about how your vehicle will look when its done!I even took it to a body shop and they said it was really screwed up, so Im now looking at a new 6,000 paint job!!!! Horrible service... all I wanted was my seats cleaned and it wasnt even done properly and the guy basically told me they didnt want to spend a lot of time cleaning my seats. Which is what I paid them to do.. so they get the lowest rating from me... absolutely horrible.
