I brought my Jeep Liberty Jet in for an HVAC problem. Through my own research and talking with Josh at Robbins, we thought it may be a simple fix. However, it turned out to be a major problem which required a great deal of labor. They were already very busy but squeezed my repair into their full schedule. Repairs were done perfectly, no surprise costs and were completed within the timeline Josh estimated. Robbins offered excellent customer service as well as vehicle service. I just want to start this off with how IMPRESSIVE their timeliness was. My appointment was at 230pm, and we were out by 5pm. I’ve never experienced a dealership that was so quick. Chris was very upfront and direct with me about the vehicle, and Ted in finance took his time explaining everything to us to get us the best deal. The Robbins team was great to work with. I came from Nebraska to purchase a truck they had on the lot. Everything was worked out with Marcus & Brady in advance. Working with Ted, the financing manager, was fantastic. Buying a new vehicle is usually a painful process, the team at Robbins made it so easy.

I went to this dealership to trade in my Corolla and the car salesman (I won’t mention his name out of respect) was nothing but rude to my mom and I. He pointed out every little flaw in my Corolla not wanting to give me the money that it was worth, whereas the second dealership we went too didn’t mention anything about it and gave me more than I wanted for my Corolla. I actually fell in love with the Jeep that I looked at at Robbins Motors, and this salesman told me that he had to talk to his boss (apparently he was out that day) and would call me back the next day and never did. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone, highly highly disappointed.

My sales person Chris was very informative on the vehicle that I was interested in. The GM Brady was extremely understanding of theAmount I wanted for my trade-in and worked with me on that. And I feel like I was treated very professionally fairly and the team is definitely not the typical feeling you get when you’re trying to buy a car. I was in search of a Ram 2500 Mega cab with certain features. I live in Kansas City Metro and did a search of 500 miles and Robbins Motor had the truck on their website. I made the two-hour trip to see the truck and it was there. Their website matched their inventory so we were off to a good start. It had everything I wanted so I asked Marcus the sales consultant to see what price we could come up with. He worked with Ted the Business manager and with a nice conversation and no pushy talk we were able to make the deal. Went on to sign paperwork and talk about extended warranties and again, nice conversation and in and out very quick. I owned a business where I purchase several vehicles a year, the experience I had with the team at Robbins Motor was probably the fastest and easiest deal I ever did. The next time I am in need of a vehicle I will first look at their inventory and give them a call. I went back two days later to pick up my new truck and it was clean and full of fuel, in and out in 20 minutes. I highly recommend this dealership and the team of great individuals that made my purchase experience one of the best.

We had our Dodge Diesel truck in this business a couple different times with no success on repair of the A/C. Very frustrating when we paid a lot of money for repairs they claimed fixed the problem. Then they where caught overpricing to replace a part that other shops charged half for.

Went to them in hopes of purchasing their 2020 dodge charger listed at $28,000. my day was ruined when they refused to work with me even when I had the full amount of money in hand. They refused to negotiate prices like normal salesmen do. Absolutely 0 respect for their customers, everything is money to them, no customer satisfaction at all. They acted like I couldnt get a better deal anywhere else meanwhile Ive seen way better deals already. Nothing about their cars are special even though they have the perception that they are which is hilarious! do not shop with these fools. They are scammers.

Today they tried to rip off one of my Soldiers, he walked in with a loan for the full price through his credit union. They informed him that he would pay a 1000 dollar fee for not using their lender. When he asked to see where it says that in the contract, they refused to show him. Another one of my Soldiers went with him, he asked if they could move on the price to which the dealer replied you wouldnt go into walmart and ask them to pay the sales tax. These guys are regular con artists.

I was so afraid of the entire car buying process and as a fairly critical person, I am beyond pleased to report that my experience with Robbins was flawless. I wish all of my purchasing experiences made me feel as comfortable.Clay was extremely knowledgeable about Jeeps and answered all of my questions about the differences between the different packages available on the Wranglers before I even came in. Clay walked me through the entire experience starting with the test drive where he showed me every feature and gave me hands on instructions so I felt comfortable; to the financing where he went through all of my options in a very honest and unbiased manner, and ending with follow up communication where he answered any additional questions I had and made sure that I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. Went to have some work on my truck done and the guy working was very friendly and helpful. I brought it in suspecting ball joints and tie rod ends needed replacement but they did a full inspection and found that those were fine but I needed a new track bar. They had it completely done in two days and at a much cheaper price than I expected. One of my best experiences with a mechanic shop by far

This place has helped me and my husband find the car we needed. Been through so many dealerships within the area and just couldnt get the service we wanted. Cory was a great salesman. True to his word and very knowledgeable.

Im giving only 3-stars, because I specifically told them I do not need my credit checked. I am using the credit I already have.And what do they do? Run my credit anyway.Got a letter from PNC Bank saying they ran it, to which I then realized, they did it right in front of my face, when the Owner asked me, How does (insert APR here) sound?I specifically told you not to do something and you did it anyway. Now, no one will return my calls or texts about it.

Our experience with Corey was amazing. He met with us several times over a couple of weeks to figure out what we really wanted and while they didn’t have the exact model and specs he found it and brought it to us. so couldn’t have asked for a better experience for buying our first new new car.
