From the moment Nicole answered the phone I knew that they were going to take care of me. When diagnosing my car they were very knowledgeable on what needed to be done, and what didn’t. The care they took with my luxury vehicle was 5 stars and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. The waiting area was very clean, and they had a stocked coffee bar to use while I waited. This is a mechanic shop that is different than most. They have a brick and mortar location as well as a mobile service. I have used them a number of times and have always been very happy with their work. You can feel confident trusting them to give you an honest appraisal of work needed. They are amazing and do great work!

Great, Honest and Reliable service from these guys. From the start they were upfront and honest! I had my car diagnosed at another mechanic shop and once they gave me the diagnose of what I needed to repair, I looked around for mechanic shops that had good service and good labor prices and came across Turner Mobile Mechanic shop. They were fast to respond and wasn’t trying to get me with additional cost like other mechanic shops do. I just told them what I wanted done and they were easy to talk to and very upfront with their pricing and timelines. They were so friendly and patient with us. BEST MECHANIC SHOP I’VE EVER BEEN TO.

I’m new to the area and was looking for a local business after bad experiences at Firestone and COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with my find! They told me the cause of my recurring problem instead of leaving it to get more money out of me. They called and asked before fixing something they noticed instead of automatically charging me for it. They are willing to do what the customer wants. They went out of their way to help me figure out an issue unrelated to why I came in that two other mechanics couldn’t. Nicole is super friendly and patient on the phone and Ryan is just as friendly and helpful in person. They are a bit outside of town, but they were so welcoming I wouldn’t have minded waiting in the office if I didn’t have a ride.

Turner Auto has worked on 2 of my vehicles. They are extremely easy to work with and my vehicles were done sooner than expected. They communicated throughout the entire process so I knew exactly what was being done. The shop hour rate is less than most places and they dont upcharge for parts. Definitely worth a call.

Man! These guys Are actually awesome. Quick, professional work. Theyre not weekend warriors with a wrench. Real car guys. Sometime you may get typical arm and leg pricing but idk. They cant control the price of parts.I needed a motor that another person had already pulled to be replaced and they didnt have a problem giving it a shot. They got it in. Found that the new motor was bad. And now, Im actually waiting to here from them about how we can move forward.

I purchased a bus from an auction that was not running. Chad picked it up brought it to his shop and had it running within a few days around Christmas. Extremely professional and affordable. Bus runs great and couldn’t ask for better customer service. Him and his wife were very responsive with excellent communication.

Our RV broke down and we managed to get it to a rest area but couldnt find anyone who would/could tow it on into a town. We got in touch with the Turners and they came out to us nearly immediately (considering our distance from them and that they stopped to get some likely-needed parts). The issue was quickly diagnosed and quickly repaired. Extremely knowledgeable and professional and very friendly as well! The price was very reasonable also. Highly, highly recommended.
