My oil change/tire rotation was completed in a timely manner. The initial inspection missed corrosion of the battery cables. But after I questioned it, they cleaned the cables at no charge.
Great dealership to work with. Found a used car online I liked, got lots of good info including the CarFax on the vehicle. Gave me a fair price for my trade and their car was priced thousands less than an identical car (same year and within 500 miles) at a Topeka dealership. Test drove it and made a deal. Only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was the detailing on the car was less than I expected. But still very happy with the dealership.

My daughter took her car in for some recall work. They were very easy to work with and very friendly. Additionally, they fixed her tire which had a nail in it (we didn’t know) which made this mom VERY grateful since she was going to be making a two hour drive home the next day by herself. Absolutely exceptional in every way. There was some minor confusion about the terms of our deal and they immediately made it right. The entire process was smooth and everyone from the sales person, the sales manager, the finance manager and the support staff were great!

Dont buy/sell a vehicle to this dealership. The customer service is very poor from the managers. They down to people as if theyre better than everyone and have no sense of time urgency. It took 58 minutes to get 2 questions answered and copied of paperwork.Going along with paperwork, they dont fully or properly fill out the paperwork. And they try to rush you when having you sign anything.Overall it was a very poor experience that has angered me in many ways. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone and would warn others to not even bother setting foot in this crooked place.
My experience with Briggs Nissan in Manhattan was excellent I set up an appointment to come in and Bradley my sales rep was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.This was probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I love my new Nissan frontier pro 4X and I was able to get a great price and great financing through Nissan. There was never any pressure to buy and all my questions were answered very clearly. I went to trade in my old car and purchase something different. After looking at several vehicles, I finally settled on one, even though I didnt know the exact cost. The sales representative just kept stating that the vehicle is within my price range. When they got everything approved, another representative took me to a different department to do my loan paperwork. They did not go over any specifics, I knew what my interest rate was and that was it. I was not aware of how much they were giving me for my trade, nor did anybody ever tell me an exact purchase price. After I purchase the car and got it home, it rained the next day. When to use the windshield wipers and they were completely shredded on the driver side. I understand that small maintenance should be part of owning a vehicle, but if I purchase a $25,000 car, I would expect the windshield wipers to be in working condition. It was definitely a learning experience, and I probably will not return to this lot for my next purchase. I just felt like there were too many details that they did not want to be honest about or give a direct answer, and yes, in the end, payment was where I needed it to be, so I guess to them, the total purchase price of the vehicle was not an important factor.

I’ve taken my Nissan Rogue to Briggs twice to have the CVT serviced, both times were really fast and overall good to work with. A little pricey in my opinion, but they do good work.
Terrible experience. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Went to the super center. They said they ran my credit one time. They most definitely ran it through 10 different banks and lied straight to my face about it. Took 3 hours to even get to the numbers portion of the deal. They talked down to my wife as if she didn’t work and like I was a little kid. Management was rude. Had to go back many days later to sign more things that they forgot or didn’t mention. Not to mention to yo-yo contract they had us sign. Because “they got us a better rate” which they did but the original contract was bogus. 4 weeks later and they still haven’t paid off the car we traded in. Then called my wife to tell her they were going to come to her work so she could sign the paperwork they forgot. Just overall unprofessional. 0/10 would not shop there ever again.

Great Service! Served by Adam and explained exactly what I wanted in a car and he picked out the best that fit perfectly for me. On top of that, Adam and Patrick went out their way in assuring I left Briggs with a new car. I sat there in hesitant I may not be able to get a new car. Explained my issue and how I really needed this vehicle and how much this would mean to me. I sat in doubt but Adam was faithful he was gonna make it happen. Sure enough, I left Briggs with my dream truck. Not only did I leave with my new truck but Patrick walked me through all the great services offered to help me down the road. Customer service was so amazing. I have had an incredibly difficult week and the last thing i wanted to do was bring my car in for services. I barely pulled myself out of bed to do it. Henry i believe his name was, was so incredibly kind and cheerful. He made me smile for the first time and even laugh all week. I almost cried about it. The service team even better. I just didn’t know how to work my fancy car and the mechanic just helped and walked me through everything. Nothing was even wrong with the car. So he just showed me how everything functions. So thankful for them taking the time to take extra care of me when it really wasn’t necessary. I could literally cry just thinking about it. Thanks guys

Service is fast and thorough. Making an appointment via the website is problematic. I have an account from previous months, but could not log in because the site told me that it used cookies, and I needed to accept those cookies. The browser I was using was already open to accepting cookies. I tried two different browsers, both set up to accept cookies, and had the same result. I logged in as a guest (you need to know your VIN to do this...) and was able to get to the appointment calendar. I made an appointment, or so I thought, but never got a confirmation email. Indeed, when I arrived at the appointed time, I was not on their schedule at the express service location. They were able to accommodate me at the dealership service site adjacent to the express site. But the website needs to work (give up the cookies, please).
I really wasnt in the market for a new Murano since mine was a 2020 Platinum Edition, however, when I saw the new 2021 Nissan Murano Platinum Edition on the showroom floor, in the new Boulder Gray color, while picking up my wifes new car, I fell in love with it. I never thought they would be able to make the numbers work since I only had my 2020 Murano for 1.5 years, but as always, and I shouldnt be surprised by now, they did what had to be done to make the numbers work. I have lost count on how many vehicles my wife and I have purchase from Briggs Auto Group over the years, but the number will keep increasing. They are the best! I called asking for a spur of the moment oil change. Chris told me hed squeeze me in at 4:00 pm. I checked in at 3:15 PM and asked them to also look for an oil leak. I told him instead of waiting, I was going to go next door and eat. He said hed call when done. He called promptly at 4:00 pm and said he was done with the service. They checked everything from bumper to bumper, filled every fluid and set the air pressure in all 5 tires. Time to pick up the truck, they explained every mark on the repair order and asked if I needed further explanation on any item. Nope, all is good. One might think this dealer oil change is too expensive but with peace of mind that the entire vehicle has been checked out, its well worth it. Any shop can dump oil, change filters, replace it and refill it and thats all you get for a 30 minute oil change. Ive trusted Briggs Express Service for years on many different vehicles and they never done me wrong. Ill be a customer for many more years.

This is the only place I will take my vehicle. I trust TJ to make any decisions and I follow his recommendation on services.
We are new to the area and I scheduled a routine oil change and tire rotation with Nissan after receiving a personalized mailer. I referenced it when making the appointment. The gentleman that checked me in was quite rude and when I asked if they could also look into an issue I was having with the voice command system not being able to hear my voice anymore he told me that it wasn’t possible bc he had lunch scheduled at noon and all I needed to do was either re-pair my phone through Bluetooth or do the extended voice-recognition so it could better understand me. Upon check out the oil change and tire rotation was double what I anticipated and he informed me that the coupon didn’t apply to my car because it uses synthetic oil and the mailer was for conventional. I don’t understand why the company would send me a mailer saying “hey according to our system your make, model, year vehicle is at *specific miles* is due for these specific services, use these coupons to book the service today” and then not apply to said vehicle. When I read the “conventional oil change and tire rotation for $#.##” to the guy booking the appointment why didn’t he inform me then that the coupon doesn’t apply to my vehicle? Upon arriving home I attempted to re-pair my phone through blue tooth which did not solve the issue. Additionally, the voice commands available through the car itself and not my phone were not responding either. There was no option to read a list of words to help it learn my voice. I called Briggs at this point and was able to speak with Pat. He got me an appointment for first thing the next morning to diagnose my issue and immediately addressed the issue of the rude clerk next door at Nissan. From there he took care of me, communicating with me about my vehicle issue and allowing me to drop it at Briggs express service so I did not have to deal with rude dude at Nissan service counter. My car ended up needing a part replaced and some updates done and the issue is now fixed. In the future I will only work with the express service and steer clear of Nissan!
I have had multiple great experiences working with Briggs service. I have done the majority of my maintenance for my rogue here. My most recent visit, Pat assisted me, great customer service. Will continue to do business here.
We bought our truck in February, we had a great experience then and after. We had a few bumps in the road but they did everything to fix the bumps and I felt like they actually listened and worked with me on any issues I had! I am happy with the experience I got from this dealership!
