I purchased my vehicle from Briggs and they had no record in their system. They kept asking where did I purchase my vehicle from? I kept replying from Briggs. I had also called twice and made an appointment the first time and confirmed it the second time I called. When I walked in for my appointment they had no record of me calling and making an appointment. I had purchased my vehicle in the Summer time and when I went in for their free complementary oil change they recommended brakes, tires, and a battery. They all showed in the yellow or very low green area instead of the middle to higher part of the green spectrum. Then I asked if they checked over their used vehicles before they sell them. Never ever ever will I go back to Briggs. They just lost a customer, not that they care about one person. Now I no why it was a free oil change for your first one. There is no such thing as a complimentary free oil change there is no customer service at this dealership.
