Had a great experience thanks to the workers here. The place is understaffed but the workers certainly made up for it. They were all multi tasking customers, phone calls, etc all while doing so in a timely manner to their best effort. They need more appreciation for how busy they are... thank you folks at the Mall of NH location for your help!

Brought in my phone with problems from downloading a spam blocker app. It would not allow me to retrieve/listen to any of my voicemails. Both Dave, the saleman and the manager were very patient and worked with me for almost an hour to get my voicemail working again. Appreciated their time and efforts to make it all work again.

Id love to rate this location five stars, since the gentlemen who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable and got me squared away with my warranty exchange. However, when I got home I was greeted with a text message that I had been signed up for device insurance that I never asked for, at $18 a month! T-Mobile customer service promptly apologized, removed it and refunded me, but this shouldnt have happened. At least their customer service is top notch.

Customer service in store is awesome! Helped with issues, rather than online / phone call to customer support, only to get disconnected or waiting, waiting on hold--

Bad service, I went to buy a line with an iphone 12 and the vendor brings me the cheapest one and does not offer the accessories. maybe she thought I dont have money to pay my bills. I really feel so bad with this team because I wanted the max pro

Great experience with T-mobile from Mall of New Hampshire. A big shout out to Chis, the Manager, George and Jess. They are the Best! They make us feel welcome and have helped us when we have had issues with our phones. They take their time in explaining and provide the best customer service.

Terrific experience. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Terrence worked with my family and I and helped me switch from Verizon and my mother and sister from At &T. Terrence was extremely friendly, super helpful, and was extremely efficient. We got a great deal and highly recommend going to this store and highly recommend Terrence as a representative!

I’ve been on the phone trying to do a change of responsibility to my Business account and no one can assist me. Today I walked into T- Mobile at the Manchester Mall and I was taking care of instantly. Terence and his team really went the extra mile to help me get my business account going. I highly recommend Terence he’s a top notch employee!!!!!

Employee by the name of Star...This lady needs a raise asap. She was professional, efficient and just incredible. Corporate should take notice and give her a raise or promote her to manager.There was a guy who didnt respect corporate policy by not wearing a mask and didnt respect the distance policy. Other employee did well by telling him the store and corporate policy. Please dont give these outstanding employees hard time, they are just doing their jobs.

This store refused customer the service based on customers medical condition. It is a violation of the federal anti-discrimination law, AFAIC.

Poor customer service. Went in to this location to get a new screen protector put on my phone and the guy who helped rushed to put it on, and was clearly bothered when I asked him to redo it. The protector didn’t even line up with the screen and there was dust under it. He had to remove it several times and it’s still not lined up correctly. I gave up after he grabbed my phone from my hand. Will NOT be returning to this location.

Super busy, but diligent about getting to the customers and acknowledging them. They were unable to win my business because ofcredit check. AT&T still has my business because they overlooked it

The manger has not gotten back to me I got a plan hear in January and to this day they are charging me for a phone that I do not haveThey gave a new phone and there computer froze up so have me a other phone but never took off the old one so they have charging me for 2 phone I have done called these place and the 611 number and they still have not fixed the problemDo not ever go to t moble

Went in for a new SIM card for a new phone as my old SIM was too big. Quick and easy experience. Terence was fast, efficient, and super helpful.

Trash customer service. Every employee will tell you something different. No one seems to know what is going on. T-Mobile is great. This T-Mobile however, is not.

Bad service!

Chris and team are terrific.

We tried to Port my husbands phone over to T-Mobile. after two and a half hours we were told that his phone was not compatible with the T-Mobile system although their online customer service had assured me that it was. Unfortunately they lost his SIM card and we are waiting for his original provider to replace one to us before he can get his number ported back to his original carrier. Needless to say we are not at all happy.
