Employees are great, quick. And efficient! Only reason Im giving 4 stars is because the wireless ear buds I bought came broken.... but that being said they replaced them no questions asked 2 days later!
Went in looking for a certain air pod for a xmas gift. It was busy in store and checked out the section that had the air pods. Did not find and asked a customer service rep. He said yes they have in stock to follow him. They where located in a locked cabinet behind the register. He confirmed that was the one wanted. Also wanted a waterproof rubber case for them. He brought right over and made sure correct one was there. He took over to a register so we would not have to wait inline upfront. Rang up and bagged. He was quick efficient and very polite. I will definitely be back and go to this store as i have been to several best buys and this is been by far the best one. The product rang up higher than i expected. I mentioned when i looked online it was less. He found the cheapest price online and matched within second s. Saved money is always a fantastic thing.
I went to this Best Buy for a new computer. Now, Im computer illiterate. I just want to watch Netflix and play the Sims. Olivia spent about an hour walking me through my options and explaining the pros and cons to me in a language I understand. Ive always had good service at this store but Olivia gave me WONDERFUL service.
Always find wonderful home decor in here. Friendly staff. I would like to see the 80 count Hazelnut coffee pods back!
Olivia and Ricky were especially helpful with answering my questions about the options available for tablets, optional hardware, left-handed graphic arts and other services.This is not my first visit to Best Buy and each location I have visited has well-trained staff. I was offered time to walk around and see the products and other options under promotion. I was not rushed. I was not ignored. Their actions directly factored into my decision to make a purchase.
Was looking for a quick and local alternative to Amazon for some thermal paste for a CPU. Best Buy had it in stock and it was available for pickup within a few minutes; who would have thunk! Staff was uniformly friendly. I chose to pick up in the store but they will also bring outside if you want. I will include Best Buy in my searches going forward.

Clean and helpful when I had questions. If you are not familiar with best buy its an electronics store with consumer products. Dont expect to find resistors or components like that but if you want iphone accessories or a gamepad or refrigerator its all there to see.

I figured the lot was empty. My wife had curbside service. It took over 29 min to get something it could have been accomplished in less than 5 minutes. That was the worse for me. My wife found it acceptable.
One of my buddies bought a laptop from these scam artists and less than a week later everything on the laptop was wiped. He brought it in to get it working again and they told him it would take 2 months to get it repaired by the manufacturer. Instead of helping him out or replacing it for him they made him buy an entirely new laptop and refused to give him the old one back. Needless to say my and my friends will now be going elsewhere for our electronics needs, you should too. This place is an absolute racket.

I walked in, asked the guy at door if he knew if there was a way to turn on the computer I found and was trying to return it to the owner. He immediately went into a fit about how it was old, his people have appointments only and blah blah blah. I was taken aback and tried to walk around the store, he yelled at me Im the manager, I said I dont want you to bother my employees! . I kept walking, he got in front of me and restated his position. As hes afoot from me I tell him and theres no employees around me, Im allowed to walk around and look!!!MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!! SUPERFLUOUS NASTY MAN

Mall of Manchester Best Buy needs to retrain their staff. Staff should be able to process returns and know store policies as stated on the company website.Current staff cannot process basic returns and claims it’s due to items being no returns per company policy. The current staff refuses to do returns on items bought within 20 out of 30 days, stating it’s beyond refund time for items such as software. When website states software is fully refundable within 30 days.Staff should also be retrained to not be rude to customers especially their elite members.Update: I called the Best Buy online customer service, and they acknowledged I was a Best Buy elite member and they returned my software within 10 minutes no hassle and were surprised that the three staff I spoke to in the store were unable to help me and told me that it was against policy to return software when the company website states the opposite.

My 15 year old son was asking lots of questions and the sales associate handled it very well. Only issues I had were lack of stock on pc peripherals and the open box items were not displayed well enough to get a good look at half of the stock. The stock is in a closed cage and should be staged better for viewing or maybe even print pamphlets to hang outside the cage with price and details of items in the cage.Although the sales associates were helpful, I had to go interrupt what seemed to be a personal conversation that 2 associates were having from the cash register area of the computer section to get help. None of the 3 associates that I saw in the area seemed to even look over at me and my son so I could get there attention for some help.

I prefer to purchase any delicate electronicshere (computers, record players, etc.) as I dont trust Amazons shipping process not to damage them.Decent selection in store, but youll probably have to use the ship to store option for anything even remotely considered a specialty item.
I’m reviewing the car appliance and installation department of this store.I was satisfied with my own car installation for my radio. But my boyfriends installation was poorly done, he had to make another appointment to fix the issues and still not all were fixed.Then he made an appointment for me for a key fob and security system. The appointment was made a month in advance and on the day the person there said he wasnt trained for this installment and couldn’t install the system.I wasn’t impressed that I had to drive all the way down there just to turn around.I would have appreciated that a qualified person would be there the day of the appointment or the very least a phone call before my appointment to let me know it needs to be rescheduled.
After buying a new phone, I signed up for the free data transfer service from best buy.The employee was friendly and knew just what she was doing. After about 40 minutes, all my data was transferred to my new phone, and I was out the door.Probably would taken me hours to do, so I suggest you do it too!

Security guy at the front was rude and assumed I was threatening him as I asked, When are you guys going to stop punishing everyone with these masks? His response is that its private property but I said its against the constitution. AND NH has NO mask mandate, go figure the corrupt company. Dont buy here, buy online cheaper from others. There were people in the store without masks while we had a sarcastic security guard.

Today at Best Buy in Manchester not only was the first person to talk to me awesome, friendly and treated me great ( her name was Lindsey) but the manager that she had to get because it was out of her control was absolutely amazing as well ( his name was Joey ) both of them are super down to earth friendly and honestly made my 15 year old happy after apple wanted nothing to do with the situation . Went into Bed Buy today looking to drop a good amount of money on a laptop, found 3 I really liked 2 Dells and 1 HP. Absolutely nothing in stock and no ETA for inventory.If youre not going to supply the product, why display the product?I dont plan on going back to Best Buy for electronics / their inventory hasnt been the best the past couple times Ive gone looking for anything their.And of course you cant buy the display items, why make money right?
I went in to price out some routers but couldnt find what I was interested in. Then I was looking for a PS4, however there were no GTA games. So I went with a Fitbit Versa 2 Special Edition, which would help me get rewards through my health insurance plan. I spent more than I wanted, but theres no guarantee that Walmart quality products would do the job. Ive posted a few photos of the features on my Fitbit.
The sales associate was great. HoweverThe lack in support from transferring data off one device, to the new device, in this case a new ipad, is less then acceptable. That said, when buying a phone the case is totally the opposite.
I like the location being under 2 miles from my home. The Mall of New Hampshire I grew up going to and saw many stores come and go. But, Best Buy has stayed around and when it came to questions about technology and other things, they always were able to help me out. If they did not know the answer, they would research it or contact someone to help me.

Went to pick a order up for a shoot delivery abd the order was already picked up by another driver, bad communication and usually u go to a back door to store this store u gotta walk into the far left corner and bring ur stuff out to deliver.
Stopped by to pick up a data transfer cable. They didnt have the cable because it was an older variety but staff was more than helpful in offering alternatives
Staff was extremely helpful. They still have a lot of there saftey procedures. Its almost having security to enter can be a bit annoying.
The store was dirty the bathrooms were filthy and the whole store is just organized

Called multiple times to speak to someone in customer service. Was left on hold for 30 minutes the first time. Hung up on. Called back and hung up again after 40 minutes on hold. Lost a long time customer. Never will use Best buy again. From now on Im just gonna use Amazon. Easier and 100% better customer service!

A really nice guy named Chase helped grab a Microsoft Surface Go 2 from the stockroom for me, a specific model, the details of which he was familiar with off the top of his head. He saw me waiting, 2nd in line, and he jumped over to help me so I wouldnt have to wait. I was actually surprised because he came from another part of the store/department to help me when he saw me waiting 2nd in line at the PC service table. I got in and out with what I wanted easily. Parking is convenient, probably the most convenient part of the whole parking structure of the mall of new hampshire. Best Buy, including this location, are adhering to strict COVID measures, all of which I saw in place while I was in the store.

Brought in a Panasonic countertop microwave (error code H98) that we bought from Best Buy still under manufacturer warranty. Panasonic is impossible to get warranty service from. Best Buy took it back and issued us a store credit and we purchased an LG instead.Well be back to purchase more from them, KIDDOS!!!!
Always a good place if you want to look at your electronics before purchasing, such as TVs. Just wish their geek squad had a repair service that knew what they were doing. I recommend purchasing from here, not having repairs done

Staff is hard to find. I was assigned a sales person who disappeared after being with me for just a minute. I was looking for him myself thereafter. I could understand if the store were busy, but there were just a few people in it. Poor customer service.
Well if you need electronics its the best place around here. Especially if its something odd and you dont feel like waiting a week to get whatever online. Lets face it Walmarts selection bites.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Refrigerator died full of food on Friday at 4PM. By 6 PM I got an on the floor model - took off few bucks for dent & had it at my house by 6:30! Did not lose any food! Had to also get Iphone & then a chest freezer the other day. Everything was SEAMLESS!From Keith in appliances to Tom at the greeting desk & Justin the manager - I had such a great experience in a world of lousy customer service (and insanity) that I would buy everything I need there if they had it! GREAT JOB JUSTIN! You are a fantastic manager & Best Buy is lucky to have you!

Absolute worst customer service! Have to go into store just to speak with someone as there is never any answer when you call. Was told several times my order was on the truck and should be here the next day only to have it not show and then be told again it’s on the truck!!!! Then get email that Best Buy cancelled my order! Fantastic, now can not get daughters Christmas present in time as I could have purchased elsewhere a week ago but now all sold out. Not to mention our order was placed a month ago, will never shop Best Buy again.
They close at 7 because Corona. Every one knows that you can’t catch Corona if you close at 7. Definitely isn’t another big company using Corona as an excuse to help their bottom line.

Best Buy in Manchester NH - rudest supervisor I have ever encountered. When I asked for a manager she said she was the manager- pathetic customer service. I took my $500 bucks home with me. I will order from Amazon, so much for being able to support local communities.
I just want to say thank you to the cell phone associate named Daniel. I received a “new” phone in the mail after upgrading and it came to me as an open box, fingerprints all over the screen, and the worst part was that it had a passcode lock on it so I couldn’t even use it if I wanted to. I called customer service and went to the Best Buy in concord and no one did anything of value for me other than offer me to upgrade to an iPhone 12 max, causing me to pay MORE money. Daniel was very very patient, customer oriented, and reliable. He even went out of his way to be sure I received a $50 gift card for inconvenience and time. THANK YOU Daniel.

Mr. Mike Skinner provides superior customer service. After spending 30 minutes moving through various phone trees after calling my local store in Puyallup, WA, I somehow connected to Mr. Skinner across the country. He went out of his way to get answers for me about a computer repair being handled locally. Greatly impressed with his service and I hope he is recognized for exceeding expectations.
I am not one to write reviews, but the customer service was exceptional today at Best Buy! I went today to pick something up for work, almost went home when I saw how busy the mall parking lot was, but I went in and immediately there were employees greeting me at the door, they asked what I needed and pointed me to the guy who could help (I got an ethernet chord and adapter). He was super friendly and got me what I needed in less than a minute, and then checked me out right there at his register where there were two bottle of hand sanitizer. I was in and out safely in less than 3 minutes! Good job Best Buy!
Great return policies for elite members. Csr are always helpful, and there for you at this location. One csr took the time to give me a part to part break down for a PC build so I would know what to buy once gpu and parts due to shortage are back in stock. I did not get this service at competitor stores, and the financing options are excellent/best in the business. Im a happy elite member! Thank you!
Best buy had the router I needed. Was able to compare orbi and nest. They are also trying hard to maintain social distancing but the aisles are tight. I was in and out and happy.

I have never had a good customer service experience in this store. I should not have to escalate every single transaction to a manager for any resolution. Communication from floors reps is atrocious, they are rude and condescending.
I almost did not purchase my new computer because I had some unanswered questions after working with Tyler. But Chase offered outstanding customer service and answered all of my questions. I bought my computer and left happy!
