I’ve been a customer and employee and I can say that knowledge based this is the best place to go. Everyone is friendly and helpful and educated. They know their stuff. I won’t shop anywhere else. Literally.

Overall a good experience here. Staff was helpful during the buying process. Did not oversell and not pushy. We did leave with quite a bit of merch and we were not parked outside of best buy. Guy at the door refused to let us use a cart. Store policy. So we carried everything through the mall.
