Recently bought a scratched S21 Ultra that was claimed to be discounted for $135. Isaiah had me fill out all the info and just as I was about to buy the phone they tell me its full price and I get 135 store credit that I need to use then and there. I shouldve denied the sale and made them restock the phone. I was also told Id receive a call from Isaiah, asking how my phone is doing withing 2 days and then again within a month. I havent heard anything from him and its been about a month. Really slimy service and not very upfront about what the true cost of the phone will be.

A brand new phone, have been in to store 3 times as it is only 2 weeks old. The 2nd time. After an hour on phone with tech support, he advises replacement. Verizon wants to send refurbished phone. Umm NO its brand new!! To change to brand new, there is a restocking fee!!! So a manager has to waive fee. They make appt for next day, when i arrive, manager has gone home!! They take info and promise a call to me next morning by rep and manager. No Call has happened!!!! They way they handle this 30 days will be up and can not return phone. Worst customer service i have ever experienced in my 50 years!!!

Lady with the blonde hair and half shaved head is hands down one the worst people I’ve ever met in my life so unprofessional, misinformed, rude. I had to take a step back and make sure I was actually in a Verizon store the way this lady was trying to avoid a sale, she was talking to me like I’m a child when she ended up being wrong anyway. If your reading this re think your entire existence. I’ve never written a review of anywhere in my life but I just had to because of how god awful this lady is. Literally made me want to just switch to at&t. P.S no one cares about your pet tarantulas you’re not that cool.

I CALLED Customer device for my client to get assistance with her cell phone. I was put on hold with a looping musical nightmare for over 30 minutes. I finally hung up.This in unacceptable and one of the worst companies for assistance. If this is this companies norm I am surprised they are in business.

I felt like i was dealing with a used car dealership. Went to find info about changing plans. Left without the print out i was promised also they were trying to get me to change right then and there without all the info. My boyfriend has a plan there and the salesman told my boyfriend that his plan was only blah blah and yet he corrected them on how much he spends every month. Since this is his bill he knows how much he spends. It bothers me they are up front about cost woth customers. I am looking for a more up front carrier!!

Ive been with Verizon for 20 plus years and have always had great experiences with the entire organization, including this location (Mall of NH) .....until tonight.I have never been treated so poorly by a Verizon customer service associate.Didnt listen to a word we said, didnt seem to care what our preferences were . Treated my wife like she wasnt smart enough to know what SHE wanted for a phone. ( Just an FYI : the iPhone is horrible according to Verizon )We literally had to get up and walk out!!Its very clear that customer service has taken a far back seat at this location, and replaced by rude arrogant commission driven sales associates.Its really disappointing, and I wont be visiting that store again.

I do usually like coming here the staff is great and I usually dont have a problem. The other night I had a problem and its to the point that it bothered me very much. first when I got to the place there was a bunch of customer service gentlemen that were available. I dont know it was because I was in my pajamas or what it was but they stood there and put me in a certain spot and it felt like I was ignored for a little while and they just kept talking and giggling. Finally one of the customer service came over after I want to say a 10 minute wait or more. I was deciding to get a new phone because my battery was dying and I was due for a new upgrade down the line here. I was looking at possibly getting the edge which was one of the phones Ive been doing research and really thinking of getting. I do not know if this employee was new because Ive never seen him in but also havent been there in a while. Im having him help me fix one of my other phones but then I gave him the idea of myself switching to a new phone. Instead of saying okay let me bring it out so you can take a look at it, he turns around he says you know this is $1,000 phone correct? Yes I understand it was that much Thats why I wanted to look at it and think about it and make sure Im making the right decision but instead he made me feel like that he didnt want to bring it out because he thought I could not afford it. It was bad a experience during this trip. I adore plenty of times and everybody has been very nice and helpful but this gentleman really needs to work on his customer service skills. Theres more I can say but this one really stuck out. Ill be back soon but hopefully I do not get him. I know his name but Im not going to slander it all over the internet.

I could not have asked for swifter or more professional assistance. I went into the store with SIM card activation issues and not only was seen and helped right away by Almir, but he also saw to it that my phone was fixed (which involved having to get on the phone with my non-tech savvy father who is the name on our account) and explained to him step by step how to resolve the issue.I walked into the store extremely stressed and desperate for help and Almir saw to it that my problem was resolved and my phone was working again in less than an hours time. He offered us water as well while we waited. He went above and beyond to help me. The best in person service I have ever had.

After signing up for a new phone plan in the store, I wasnt actually upgraded and when I chatted customer service they said no changes had been made to my plan. When I called to update it they couldn’t verify me because the app wouldn’t allow it. I’m wildly enraged at how frustrating this experience has been - tried calling the store and gave up. Rock solid customer service.Arrived just after 10 am today to deal with a phone upgrade and was greeted by a help associate outside. He was doing his best to find out exactly what people needed and was even able to take care of few on the curb.Inside, the associate took care of me in a timely fashion and answered all my questions knowledgeably and with a good sense of humor. The associate did make some good suggestions based on my needs and what I do for a living. I walked out with exactly what I wanted without anything I didn’t need.I will gladly return to this store again.

Salem and his staff were super helpful when my husband and I came in with a list of questions on our bill. They were able to direct us who to call and what to say in order to have our bill corrected and assured us if those avenues did not work to come back and they would resolve any remaining issues.Of note - this is the only true Verizon store in Manchester!!! Although the location in the mall used to be it is now contracted out and is actually Verizon Cellular SALES...our issues with our bill resulted in our experience at that location and we were so grateful that the staff at this location was able to help us and keep us confident that Verizon is the service for us.Also of note - this store felt like a safe space to be amidst the current craziness. Social distancing, masks, limited customers and plastic partitions all in place 👍

We had such a great experience at this store today from the minute we walked in. The manager greeted at the door, asked us what we needed help with and then suggested we work with Devin today. We walked in frustrated from a bad experience with another carrier regarding upgrading to the new Iphone 12 and we wanted to switch to Verizon. Devin made the transfer to Verizon seamless. He was a consummate professional and made us feel valued as customers. Such an amazing difference from how we were treated by another carrier who we have used for many years. Highly recommend them and be sure to ask for Devin!

Has an issue with my account and my phone. I couldnt take care of it over the phone with customer service so I had to go down to one of the stores, and Im glad I did. Not only did I get top notch service from the store manager, Salem Noueiri, but he also answered other questions I had and showed me how to use my phone more efficiently.If you have any problems, Id go see him!

Jackie Brown from this store was amazing! She helped me to resolve a complicated problem switch back from xfinity to Verizon. She helped me with my phone upgrade my watch being able to work and she wasn’t afraid to ask her coworkers if she hit dead ends. I may have gone to Xfinity for the price but I had to return to Verizon to get the customer service Jackie provided. She made me smile through the aggravation and never gave up!! Love the whole store and the great group of people that work there!

The worst experience I have had in a Verizon store. A nice man named ben was helping me fix my phone problem and it was going very smoothly. All of a sudden the manager (i believe named Salem), takes him away to go help another customer; so Salem could go flirt with another girl customer who was obviously very uncomfortable. I sat in the Verizon store with a workers personal phone talking to Apple Support for over a half an hour and could not answer any questions to fix the problem because I am not a Verizon worker. After spending over an hour in the store, nothing got resolved and I had to leave because no one was available to help me. Salem was very unprofessional and creepy. After he said to come find him whenever we needed anything, he was not seen for the rest of my time being there. The first person Ben was absolutely amazing and could not have been more of a help. Salems attitude was weird, creepy, and resulted in me not getting my situation fixed.

I just left the Verizon store after working with Salem and Jason, who were an absolute pleasure to work with. My daughter was getting her first phone on her birthday. Not only did they reduce my plan cost, they were able to transfer me to an unlimited plan(for less!). Both were extremely helpful and I appreciate all of the safety measures (waiting outside the store, plexiglass barriers, hand sanitizer everywhere) that are in place. Tape clearly defined spaced out areas and very few people were inside the store as others waited outside in marked SHADED areas. Excellent! While waiting outside, Salem was able to gather information on his portable device (as usual) and efficiently move the line along at a fast pace. Well done gentleman! It was a pleasure to work with you both.

So this is my customer experience with this provider. Note I have been a customer over 10 years. I called this morning to their technical support with one simple question. Why is it that I live in full 4G LTE map coverage own a Samsung 10 note, pay over $300 every month on my bill and only get 1 bar of service out of 5. Their response?? They hang up the phone and never call me back after I waited half an hour to speak to someone.. Moral of this story after 10 years with one provider need to find someone else !!!

This review is intended to focus on the efforts of one employee, NOT Verizon Wireless in general.Starting about mid-October, I had bizarre things occurring with my four iPhone plus one cell Apple Watch account. I spent more than an hour on the phone trying to get the issues resolved, but the customer service employee was ill equipped to respond knowledgeably to my issues.I was not surprised to discover that NONE of the issues had been resolved and I even had additional issues (problems) when my new bill was finally published.I was incredibly frustrated by the lack of competence of Verizon’s support staff as well as your automated system creating the problems from the simple (!!!) act of my activating an Apple Cellular watch on my account. I decided to go to a Verizon store, hoping that I could get the problems resolved, but also committed to switching carriers if the problems were not resolved. Yes, my frustration level was a 10+Upon arrival at the Verizon Store at 1111 S. Willow Street, Manchester, NH 03103, I ended up in the capable hands of Salem Noueiri. Mr Noueiri explained that while this was a retail sales location, he would endeavor to help get my problems resolved by communicating on my behalf (I am hearing impaired and don’t do well on the phone).While I will simply say that I truly believe my problems are now solved, I am NOT saying it was a simple effort by Mr Noueiri to resolve my case. He was on the phone for ~an hour, and insisted on staying the course to maximize the probability that the issues were resolved.Mr Noueiri is a valued asset to Verizon Wireless! If I had not been able to resolve my issues today, I was going to leave Verizon today. I did NOT inform Mr Noueiri of that possibility, but his commitment to me and the resolution of my issues was a far higher level of service than I ever expected to occur.Mr Noueiri’s efforts on behalf of Verizon Wireless are exemplary.Thank you!

Devin is extremely knowledgeable in all things verizon. He made transitioning from iphone to edge plus very painless. When I came back in he showed me how to use Google keep with taking a picture. Which wouldnt work at first because the edge 108 megapixels is too high for Google keep. Be showed me how to get around that. Smart guy for sure. His solution wasnt even on the internet. Ha! This store is absolutely abysmal. I came in on lunch with a quick question - how do I pay off my cell phone? - and wound up sitting and being ignored while employees walked around and talked amongst themselves.Customer service doesnt seem to be much of a motivator for them as sales is. If you want to be sold something, this is the place for you. If you need anything else, look elsewhere

I love Verizon service but this particular store I didnt like told me I had a bigger line of credit than I did so I thought I was getting a brand new phone and tablet only to find out I didnt have that line of credit so after purchasing all this stuff I then I had to return it all get a different phone and tablet and was out the money I already paid for 3 days while it returned to the bank account. Very pushy with items and not helpful in billing questions all in all bad customer service.

I bought a new phone and additional help was needed transferring info from my old phone to my new one. Assistance was also needed to retrieve a gmail password and patching my phone to the bluetooth in my car. Mal stepped in and assisted in all the aforementioned areas. Mal is very knowledgeable about the product and does an excellent job explaining how to use it. Mal went the extra mile and set up the phone in my car. He definitely went above and beyond and stayed well over his scheduled work time to ensure that the work was completed that I, the customer, was satisfied and happy. Mal was wonderful to work with and I so appreciate all he did. He is a wonderful representative of Verizon. Thank you Mal!!!!!

Had a poor past experience but went here yesterday and have decided to never come back. My mom and my sister and I all went as my mom was going to have me transfer to her plan and my sister was already on the plan. We told them at the door that we wanted 2 new phones etc. They tried to tell us only one of us could go in etc... I get social distancing but dude really?I explained I prefer Samsung phones and he showed us the 2 they had for the s20s. I asked what the differences were as I actually understand some basic technical speak despite being female. He basically told me this ones bigger and has a better camera. Because of covid I couldnt touch either one and for some reason they have no spec cards out so you could even see the specs on the phones. He then handed me the number to call to start the transfer.While calling and working with them he worked with my sister and apparently decided me and her would be getting the same phone as I was asked for what color and provided that information to him. Never once was I asked if I wanted the phone I got. He then led us to the cases. Again because of covid we couldnt touch them but he just flipped them over... well see Im not the tallest and the phones cases were on the top shelf so it was hard there.He then asks my sister if she wants a screen protector, she said yes and assumed I wanted one too... for the record I would have preferred to hear about other accessories as a screen protector is not my 1st choice and I hate hate putting them on.Then he told us that because of covid they were not setting up phones in the store as that takes too long and they need people in and out.So now I have a phone Im not sure I like with a screen protector that looks like crud because I hate putting them on and would have picked another protector.... and because of their hours conflicting with my work schedule Im stuck with it.So ticked off and annoyed

My visit was professional, but the woman who walked up to me grilled me about my identity, to which I had to disclose my personal life to her to get her to stop. All this took place in front of customers, which I was embarrassed of my needing to publicly tell her my story and disappointing all together at best. The gentlemen helping me was great though.

Pricey, unless you have a prepaid account, but they know their stuff. I get my nails done next door from the Verizon store and if I need anything for my phone, theyll fix it up, charge it for me while Im next door, and I take care of the bill when I come back for the phone. I was here on 12/23/19, around 6:00 p.m. to buy a new phone on my existing plan. I only needed help transferring everything over from my old phone after the initial purchase. I was reluctantly helped by a man that seemed exasperated- and eventually walked away from me while my phone was attempting to sync. I had to go get him and ask if it was good to go, and he looked at me like I was asking the world of him. The sync had not worked because he never mentioned that I needed to do a backup on my old phone via my google account. So it didnt work. So we had to restart the process and factory reset my phone. He eventually walked away a second time during the second attempt at transferring my info. He finally stuck it out, against his wants and desires to not help, until my phone finished. But my contacts still hadnt gone over. So I just left, knowing that I could probably figure that out. I also watched another employee being rude to a man with a thick accent who came in for help with his cars bluetooth. Overall a frustrating and disappointing experience. My phone ended up factory resetting itself again on the drive home, and I completed the sync myself.

This was the absolute worst Verizon store experience Ive ever had. Ive been in multiple Verizon stores in New Hampshire and other states and this was hands down the worst one Ive visited.Went in to replace my failing smart phone. I knew which one I wanted and told the sales lady Motorola G series (there are two options and either one would have worked). She immediately walks me over to the most expensive Motorola Z series phone on the market. I tell her I dont need the top of the line phone and repeat G series. At this point she walks me over to the right phone. Then she doesnt offer to do a trade in on my old phone so I have to ask for that. Then when I finally get home I discover she has added, without asking, the Asurion Total Protection plan to a line that didnt have it. At every step of the way she made decisions that would cost me money I had no reason to spend. On top of all this she was possibly the slowest person Ive ever run into in any store, Verizon or otherwise.Do NOT patronize this store.

Picked up a new Galaxy S10+ over here, and the crew were very helpful in answering any and all questions I had. They even looked at the plan I had, and instead of leaving it how it was, they told me that i didnt need the 10gb plan that I had because I barely use more than 2/month. They then switched me to the 5gb plan and saved me some money. That said alot to me. No complaints.

Dan helped me and my fiance change from my existing Verizon plan and from her USC plan to a single joint account. The process was difficult but he helped us the whole time, answered questions to the best of his ability, and was a pleasure to work with. I also purchased a phone, and wanted the same case I had already but didnt see one in stock.. so I told him I didnt want any accessories.When he brought the phone out he also brought every accessory I might ever want, (for sales of course) and I saw he brought the same case I wanted, so his sell was my gain! We all need to make money for our family and he deserved every penny. Never have II writte a review for a phone store, but if I had the opportunity to work with Dan again Id be a very happy Verizon customer.

Overall I was lied to and given misinformation. Poor bandwidth during peak hours. TMobile treated me much better and I switched for better coverage in rural areas. Now I will happily go back and save the 40 bucks per month for the same service with better streaming from my Apple device I was also Lied to about the bill. Such a shame they would push a phone that has a history of not letting calls be answered. Verizon blames Samsung (A-50) and Samsung blames Verizon. I paid 350 dollars for this phone. 14 day warranty and oh! Verizon doesnt even have a replacement plan. I am a single mom with a child with a disability. I was missing Dr.s calls. I wasnt able to call out or text intermittently. I will never use Verizon for ANY type of service. And Samsung as well. Thanks for literally seeing me walk through the door.

Would love to give zero stars. Originally went in to ask questions about adding more data to my plan. The sales person immediately tries to sell me an expensive unlimited plan that serves 5G speeds. Neither of the phones, pulled up on the tablet that the employee was holding and could see, are 5G capable. Should have left after that red flag. Told the sales person that no I do not need a more expensive plan that serves 5G phones, what about a price quote for the base unlimited plan? They give me a price quote with various discounts applied that are not even applied to my plan currently. One of these discounts being a veteran discount for my fathers phone line that apparently verizon never even told him about in the first place, because it is not applied to his current line. I tell the sales person that Id like to hold off for now and visit again with my father. Turns out the sales person had already retroactively applied the data change to my current bill......the bill that was on the last day of its billing cycle. To be clear I would be charged $50/per line on my bill for one day of unlimited service. Then when asked to change it back, they had to call their own support center to do so. Wouldnt have been a big deal if I didnt have to wait on hold with them in the store for 15 minutes. Then when I finally talk to the support specialist they say that they will be off of work until next week and will not be able to apply a credit to my bill for the unwanted data change until then...........THIS IS A VERIZON CORPORATE STORE & VERIZON CORPORATE CALL CENTER. How is there not another employee at this call center that they can pass this issue off to? One whos schedule I do not need to work around? Anyway this experience has made me decide that I need to buy out my phone ASAP and switch to Google Fi. And please Verizon, do not try to placate me with your I hope you give us another chance comments on this review. You seriously think any of those responses to negative reviews seem sincere? Start actually taking care of your customers, being a huge corporation wont save you if no one wishes to purchase your services due to constantly screwing over your customer base.

The guy that helped me was the worst. Tried to force me into buying something I didnt want, did not want to work with what I wanted at all. Will not be switching to them unless he is dealt with. Completely unhelpful. Also, if he was having a hard enough time dealing with customer service, then who knows how frustrating they can be to someone who doesnt work there. Highly disappointed & dissatisfied with this store.

I was told there was a 16 minute wait and it was actually 27 minutes. the person I waited for was very rude and explained to me she was only a account rep and did have time for my questions about adding and changing a phone. she did offer to put me back in to Que so I could wait to speak to sales. ah yeah pretty sure I tried that.that was not the first time Ive walked out of that store with out being helped.

Malvin the time waster. If im at my credit limit wouldnt the beginning be a good to tell me rather than waste a half of my time sitting in a half remodel store while you think hmmmm he might make my commission today for me. Apparently verizon doesnt think my time matters. Or because the fact im there so much i enjoy shopping with them. Its good its all good because they cant negative on stars so in there minds at least they got 1Ps after reading some of the comments that management is trying to improve maybe remodeling isnt the answer maybe hiring better people to improve the quality of service might be the problem fixer

Not impressed with the service I received when switching from sprint to here. Verizon told me me they would send me a Visa card to pay off sprint which they never sent me so I got stuck with the bill. Nobody in the store ever wants to assist you so they tell you to call 611 every time. When you call 611 you get left on hold for 30 minutes and then they hang up on you. The service is not as fast as it used to be when I had Verizon a few years ago . I am getting charged $136 a month for one line.

DO NOT GET CONTACT WITH VERIZON!! Would have given zero starsif possible. I went into figure out why not one of my first 4 bills was the same price, ranging from $69, $144 and $202!!! I was treated extremely rude by employee named Lisa who told me she had no answer and that Verizon (she) didnt have anything to do with my billing!! Proceeded to send me on a wild goose chase to Best buy where I bought my phone originally. Absolutely horrible and rude customer service. If you cant genuinely care about a customers experience and frustration.. should probably find a new line of work I am paying off my phone and switching services... DO NOT GET CONTACT WITH VERIZON!!

Went down to pay my boyfriends phone bill. The guy walked us over to the kiosk asked if weve ever used it, we answered no. He tries talking my boyfriend out of prepaid and into a plan. My boyfriend said no thanks and he just walks away regretting to inform us that the machine doesnt give cash back. I felt we were a number and he didnt care at all. Even though we are already paying customers.

First of all, they couldnt help me fix my issue. Next, one of the associates Brian, and another associate asked me why my mother wouldnt let me a manager of the account. So I went on to tell them and Brian says, Were not here for a therapy session. Completely inappropriate and disrespectful. He interrupted me and had an awful attitude. He clearly wasnt interested in helping me at all. He made me feel like my issue wasnt an issue and that he had better things to do than to help me out. This is the LAST time I go to this store. And if Verizon pisses me off one more time, Im changing carriers. This was outrageous.

Im so disappointed in this store been doing business with just this store for the past 2 years just for my electronics devices up till this past week I got nothing but the best customer service I spend an average 2-3 thousand a year on electronics...since dec of 2017 Ive bought over 3 thousand dollars worth of stuff...so I come in last week to pay off a phone and up grade I usually try to only deal with the same sales rep he was not in so I get a sales rep come to me asking what I would like I told him I wanted to upgrade my phone I say to the note 9 he tells me they wont be released till the 24th I said ok Ill come back sat when my regular sales rep is on he tells me that theres a promotion if I preorder I will receive a pair of headphones but only if I preorder so then I ask do I pick the phone and head phones up on Friday he says no the will deliver the phone to my house Im like ok cool what about headphones his reply was the will also come with phone I was like ok..my next question was who was delivering them and do I need to sign because I work and wont he there if I have to sign if so I cant preorder he said no signature required Im like ok lets do this..so we complete transactions I thanked him for his customer service he also told me he would make sure my regular sales person would get some credit for the sale I thanked him again..so Thursday comes I get a text from FedEx telling me they would be at my house before 8PM and that a signature was required...lol..Im a union carpenter I dont get sick days so now I have to take a day off lose a days pay ok fine FedEx shows up 2pm one little box Im like thats it he said yes sir ok thank you..I open box ofcourse no head phones so I call the store explained my situation no one wanted any part of it ask to talk to manager they said they would have district manager call me 3 days later no call today I go in store to have my phone changed over I got a manager explained the whole story he apologised I said no problem I was just upset about losing a days pay..he understood he told me he will talk to the sales rep...I was waiting for my phone the manager comes back about half hour later with phone as we were talking the sales rep that sold me the phone came up and basically called me a liar in front of other customers in the store and said he never said that headphones came with the phone trying to make it like I lied about it then when I asked about him saying I didnt need a signature for FedEx he just walked away ..I never complained about anything in that store only went to that store because I was treated right..again I spend a to of money in that store an to be treated and basically called a lier in front of customers is uncalled for...I promise I will never do business at south willow street ever Ive still havent gotten a phone call ...just disrespectful I dont complaine about anything and definitely dont need to be treated like that...next will be a call to corporate...sorry for the long comment but Im pissed ...
