This location has many genuine people that work there in every department. It all started with Phil, who sold me the car. I purchased the prepaid maintenance plan and itβs been exceptional. Michael in the service department is a huge asset to MB and has treated me with the upmost respect and kindness. Stephanie was readily available to help with a misunderstanding and settled it to my satisfaction. Melissa who was probably tired of my phone callsπ€£ treated me with respect and assisted me to quickly resolve a concern. I am looking forward to my appointment in a couple weeks for an upgrade to my car. I would highly recommend MB of Manchester to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. My only regret is that I did not buy a Mercedes sooner.
Iβve never had an experience quite like this with a car dealership before. Iβm the past Iβd rather get a root canal then buy a car. The culture of this place is unlike anywhere else. Emanating from the top starting with the General manager setting the tone the staff canβt seem do do enough for you. The financial manager made what is normally a cut and dry experience a very down to earth process, quick & organized thoughtful and very considerate. The actual sales rep βChris Tibideau β made the entire process easy to understand. He is an exemplary employee with great people skills. He couldnβt do enough for me actually demonstrating all the new equipment in the vehicle. I would personally recommend this dealership to all my friends and relatives. George Hark.
They got us in to adjust the sliding door of our new van. Nice waiting area. The tech who worked on the van door explained what had been going on, what he adjusted, and how we might make adjustments in future if needed. Overall, pretty happy with Mercedes of Manchester Service.

Great Car! Good Service from Sales. But from there it goes down hill. They over collected nearly $2,000. on Sales Tax. They ordered new plates for the car, when they were told two different times that the plates were to be transferred (so it cost me about $150.00) Had their check to the State for my Sales Tax RETURNED AS BAD CHECK!! State is now charging me fines and interest. It has been over a month and still not fixed, no idea on refund! Promises of call back from management not carried out. Terrible, terrible.

My experience with this dealership is great. Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and cooperating.I bought 2 cars from them,a Prius in 2017and an Audi in 2021.The only reason for 4 stars is they did not disclose initially while buying my second car that they donβt work with DCU anymore.This is unacceptable and should have been disclosed initially, this caused havoc for me and left me running around to get the loan processed from DCU myself in the last minute.

I was given no warning that the parking lot was being torn up on the day of my visit. Access to the building was difficult and messy.The service (B service) on my car was adequate, but I was given no feedback other than everything was OK. I am used to getting more detailed feedback during and after service, such as tire tread depth, brake pad wear, battery life etc.Mike, the service associate appeared knowledgeable.I was given a loaner car, which was clean and performed well. But the parking lot was even in worse shape when I returned the next morning.
This location has always had the best service. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Getting my car detailed each visit is my favorite part !!
I made the appointment and was asked if I would need a loaner car as it would be a couple of hours so I agreed to have one.When I got there to check in I mentioned to Samantha that I was told I could get a loaner. She very rudely told me they no longer do this service and besides my coverage doesnβt cover a car anyway! I told her that I did not need the attitude and I was just saying it was offered to me so I had made plans to do errands while they serviced my vehicle.I guess Iβm not quite sure why I pay the extra a month for my vehicle only to find out it only covers oil change once a year and wipers along with a free attitude π€·πΌββοΈ

During the review of the service paperwork a billing error was identified, the advisor fixed the issue promptly. I received a loaner and requested a specific time for my vehicle to be ready which they actually met. I appreciate that they were able to work around my hectic schedule. One of the MB dealers I tried to work with. At the start the salesman was informative and helpful with the model I was searching for. Unfortunately with the current market it is difficult to find a exact model and they sent over many(too much sometimes) phone calls and texts with close match ups.When I actually found a model I wanted to see on their lot and even buy on the first look, I forwarded them the stock numbers. I never heard back from them and that was a week ago.Edit: dealer trying to put the no response on me by saying that βhope you didnβt think we forgotten about you and are still looking for the right car for youβ after a week of nothing. I supplied the stock numbers I wanted to see and didnβt ask updates for any cars in the pipeline.

Mrs. Dawn and her team surpassed my expectations because i been servicing my Mercedes at the Prime Mercedes-Benz in Scarborough Maine and I had to return the car like the only 3 times I serviced it with them every 4 or 3 month because i just feel something was wrong and they kept telling me everything looks fine. Last time i serviced it was this past February. We brought our 2016 GLE350 in for a diagnostic test regarding a problem with the car. They were only supposed to have time to do that, but ended up fixing it which was great! However, trying to get through to service for the status was a bit of a struggle, but finally got a return call at about 3, which was fine with the great news. The complaint that I have is that I asked if there would be someone who could take a look at a simple mistake, made by Manchester, and quickly redo it. We have been unable to use our switches in the drivers door for the seat positions for months. As it was right there, I felt okay asking. I had planned to add that to the list when the car went in for repairs, but the repairs were done without our knowledge. I was told that it was no problem and that they would take care of it. When the car was picked up, nothing had been done and no mention made. My husband was driving away when he noticed it. Now we get to go back for that???? So annoying.

We had one thing after another happen with our vehicle we purchased from them used. Within 6 months of having the car, we needed to replace a leak in the roof, brakes and rotors and tires. The car we traded in, they never took off our old license plate so we started receiving toll tickets weeks after we no longer had the vehicle from other states we didnt even live in. Once speaking to the GM after debating almost everyone on the chain of command, we FINALLY got some sort of resolution today. He went and took care of our issue on hand, agreed that our request and frustration wasnt without warrant. He made me feel heard and appreciated as a customer.
Caven and Phil were extremely helpful and patient. We arrived late in the afternoon to make our purchase. They stayed well past normal hours to accommodate us. And even though I imagine they were anxious to go home, they answered all of our questions calmly and thoroughly.
Made appointment well in advance, was told would have use of a loaner. Got to appointment told no loaner available Id have to wait for one. Told them had appointment had to leave in under an HR. One hour and 15 min later I had to hunt for service tech to tell him I needed a car now to make my appointment, only to be told hed look into it. Another 10 min later (seeing him walking back and forth) I was told it was ready Ill go get it and we wont do the car wash. Missed my appointment. Not even an apology.
Went in looking for a car and met with Jamie Correa who did an excellent job helping me, unfortunately the next day he was not working and whoever I spoke to talked to me like a joke and downgraded me and even made slick comments about the vehicle I drove in the parking lot with. That office needs more Jamies

I was in the market for a new car and tried a lot of dealers but Mercedes of Manchester really stood out for how easy it was. I emailed about a car and Kira responded within a day with all the info I needed. It ended up being a pretty rare car so we talked about the options. She was incredibly patient and we looked at a lot of different vehicles discussing the pros and cons of each until I made my final choice. She was open to what they had available and even offered to order me what I wanted.No pressure just a very consultative process where she used her expertise to help me find exactly what I wanted. I tend to buy a new car every year and this was the absolute best experience Ive ever had. Even in the middle of delivery when I had to take a zoom call she just rolled with it. It was service at a level beyond my expectations. To top it off this wasnt even a very expensive car so I know the service is just that good all the time.Next year when its time to get a new ride Ill likely order one but I know who Ill be ordering from. I know this dealership for the past 5 years, from beginning they use to be nice and helpful but for the past year I can say that this is the worst MB DEALERSHIP EVER I BEEN. I cant say that everything its really bad there, but talk about costumer service if I can give -5* I will do it. They dont even let u talk, when u talk to them nice they dont even listen to you, but when you start to be mad and raise your voice they are telling you to β get out from the shop β I use to spend thousands of dollars with them and now I think I will start working with Herb Chambers. The worst costumer service in my entire life.

From the moment you pull into the garage bay until after you pay the invoice, everyone greeted you with a warm greeting. Check-in process was thorough and quick. Vehicle was ready at the time promised. The service appointment was only for a state inspection. I casually mentioned in passing about how the vehicle was performing in slushy road conditions. Mike, the service advisor, proactively determined the potential issue, explained it and included a quote for two new rear tires for a future appointment. He showed genuine concern for my safety and that of how the vehicle should perform. Excellent service department!

I left my car for a tire change and battery replacement.The service was done in a very good manner.However, The car returned with a couple of chips in my windshield, which did not seem to have been there when I left the car.When consulted the representative, she informed me that they were from earlier but I hadnβt noticed it, she recommended me to contact my insurance to replace my windshield

Very poor quality control. When I picked up my 2018 E400 coupe after routine maintenance and rim repair the rear wheels were still covered in some white gunk that must have been from the rim repair. This wasnβt a few spots, it was the entire rim and tire. Donβt know how anyone could have missed it if they have any kind of final quality check of their work! Then driving on the highway felt like the wheels werenβt well balanced. My prepaid service is used up and I will be finding another place to have my vehicle serviced!
