Service was completed as expected and my car interior was well protected during service with their floor covering and steering wheel covering. Waiting area was nice, clean, and very comfortable. Coffee was provided which I did not use but thought it was really awesome for them to provide such an array of choices to their customers.
I had the most enjoyable experience with John Roberts Nissan yesterday. From the moment my husband and I arrived at the lot, Joe was there to greet us, Reggie, the owner came out to introduce himself and we saw longtime friend Josh there also. Nissan was amazing! I went in this morning for an oil change (I didnt make an appointment because when I called on Saturday the receptionist stated that I didnt need an appointment.). I showed up at 8:30am and Jamie Thompson stated that without an appointment he was a week out for scheduling an oil change. I made a comment that I needed to drive 700 miles ASAP to head out of town and realty needed the oil change. He was able to squeeze me in and get the oil change completed (all with a great attitude and a smile). I didnt mention to him the reason that I was going out of town (to go visit my father who has stage 4 cancer) but he definitely was an answer to my prayers that I could get everything done that I needed to get done so that I can go back home for 4 weeks. I am a happy Nissan customer and will always go back to Nissan in Manchester, TN.
It was fine. Just my first oil change and tire rotation, but was decently fast. Staff was friendly. I have a small problem with threading on part of my truck that I wish I could have taken care of, but I forgot about it until after the oil change so that is on me.
Went in knowing what car I wanted, 2021 Nissan Kicks. Jason Black was super friendly and helpful. We test drove it, then went inside to discuss about getting the car. Interesting thing is the inspection is done by John Roberts Nissan itself in Jan 2019, they neither mentioned in CARFAX report nor said to me when I am buying this (Inspection is done in Jan 2019, I bought it in Dec 2019).After I got the proof from Nissan of Murfreesboro that the car has Transmission issue, I called John Roberts Nissan and mentioned the while you are selling it to me you have not mentioned that the Car has transmission issue and you know that when you sold a car to me and the reply to it is -- The report was from Service department not from Sales department.Point to be noted: Sales department do not know about it so they are not responsible to mention this while buying.We Trusted Nissan and opted Nissan to buy a car and which clearly shows they do not have internal communication about cars they are selling and they do not care about people lives while selling cars. It is just one year we bought the case from it and got the issue five times as of now and got to know about it. Thank god that the car has not stopped in middle of interstate while driving.Also John Roberts Nissan says - you signed a as is report. yes, I did but considering you disclose all the issues you observed and inspected thus far with the car. The salesman seamed really helpful and showed me a car i liked so i bought it plus the best warranty policy they had because i told them i drive a lot alone and i was going to kansas city the next day and then to south florida in a few weeks. now i have to tell you i am 72 years old and was buying this alone. so i drove to kc and half way there the front bumper came loose so i called them and they told me they did not know why but bring it in when i got back to town, which i did, not thinking too much about it but i could not have done anything any way because i didnt get home for 2 week later. so a few days later i went to florida it was very hot there so i used my air for a couple of days then it quit i thought no worries i have a good policy so i took it to a nissan dealer there and guess what my policy was not worth the paper it is written on because it had been wrecked!! so i had to pay the full amount. i called them again and told them what they had done and i was told they could not do any thing for me it was a used car and not guaranteed, now if they would do this to a 72 year old grandmother what will they sell YOU!!

Thought I would get a better deal since that was my 5th vehicle purchase at John Roberts Nissan, but found out later that the internet offer was better than what I bought for.
We were in and out. There was no pressure put on us to buy something we didnt want. The staff are very informative and answered any question we had and walked us through all the features of the car step by step. We will be repeat customers.
I brought my Titan in to replace the 3rd brake light assembly which was damaged due to fault of my own. The team was great. I was treated very respectful. Other than the high cost of repair, everything was great. Replacement required dropping the headliner inside the cab. This made the repair costly. In years past the Titan headliner was designed with access plugs that would have allowed replacement of the 3rd brake light without dropping the headliner. Due to the current design, simply replacing a lamp inside the 3rd brake light assembly will also require this costly procedure for replacement. I will take note of this design when considering my next purchase and choose a product that is more cost effective for simple repairs.
This is the place to buy a Nissan in middle Tennessee, no high pressure tactics and no deception. Everett, our salesman, greeted us when we arrived. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and showed us all the models we wanted to see, while at the same time allowing us some space to roam the lot and look around and talk it over, without ever feeling any pressure. My buying experience and customer service when I purchased my car 2 years ago was great. Up until my recent discovery, I HIGHLY recommended this dealership to anyone in the market. I am a young female and didn’t know much about buying a car and they were super quick to help me find my perfect car that was right in my budget. However, the reason I am giving John Roberts Nissan of Manchester Tennessee the lowest rating available is because they failed to mention to me before or even after (in any of my paperwork) that my car had been wrecked. Not once, not twice, but you guessed it folks, THREE times. 2 were ‘’minor” accidents while 1 was a “major” accident. The guide on carfax shows that my car was completely damaged during this accident except for the back passenger side area. It was and still is a complete shock to me that this information was not disclosed to me when purchasing from such a “reputable” dealership. If I had been more educated about the car buying process I would’ve asked to see the carfax before my purchase. I hope this review reaches someone who might need to hear this - ALWAYS ask for the carfax. As for me, my family, and anyone else who agrees with my anger and frustration - I will NEVER be shopping at John Roberts Nissan of Manchester TN again.

This was my first time there I-made appointment for 9am for 2 recalls. Knew 1 recall would take 2-3hrs and they said other not long. Didn’t expect to take until 4pm. 7hrs waiting around town is long time. Made appointment so it should’ve been taken care of!!!! Instead they took care of others before mine. Know things happen but this seems to be there habit putting walk ins before appointments. I know this because my daughter is regular customer and stated that’s why she stopped making appointment because it happened to her every time. So when needs service walks in because appointments make no difference. And they need to be more friendly and taking COVID-19 Precautions :No one had mask on.
I bought a 2015 One owner Altima from this Dealership and after Two weeks I called my Salesman for Help on my A/C unit not Cooling Properly and he just said sorry u don’t have a Warranty on that part of the Car, And he did tell me it came with a 3 month warranty, And They talked me out of getting the Warranty I Needed because they said it shouldn’t need that, Now 3 months and $950.00 later the Air Compressor is out, And I’m on a Fixed income so I’m Screwed, Not a Good Dealership To mess With!

I had the WORST experience I’ve ever had buying a car at John Roberts Nissan. My family had bought a car there earlier in the month so I decided to buy one there as well. They did not have the car I wanted on the lot so they were going to have to order the correct one for me. I put $10,000 down and was told that the car would take up to THREE business days to arrive by the salesman. It didn’t come in for over TWO WEEKS despite it being payed for in full (I know this because I got the payment book and was gaining interest for a car I’d not even seen nor was in possession of). The salesman, EVERETT, was the least helpful person that you could imagine. When both me and my father tried to get in touch with him to ask him about the whereabouts of my new vehicle he was useless and rude. He told me he would let me know when my car got to the dealership which he absolutely DID NOT. I was informed by someone else that it had arrived (over TWO WEEKS LATER). When I drove the forty five plus minutes out to the dealership EVERETT proceeded to walk up to me, call me a different name, then tell me that he thought that it’d be better if I picked my car up on MONDAY (two days later) even though I had been waiting over TWO WEEKS on the car (that was paid for in MY NAME which had arrived very early that morning and that I gave them more than enough time to check over). Then he stated that he “texted me” about the situation which HE ABSOLUTELY DID NOT BECAUSE HE DIDNT EVEN LET ME KNOW THAT THE CAR HAD ARRIVED. The only information that I received from him was when I called him asking for updates or a pre populated email asking me how I was adjusting to my new car (THAT I DIDNT HAVE). So after he lied to my face about texting me, I informed him that I would be picking up my car (THAT WAS PAID FOR IN FULL) that same day because it was not my fault that nobody could locate that car for two weeks. He said it needed to be cleaned and that he needed 20 minutes to do so. So we came back in one hour (which is PLENTY of time to wash a car) to a half done washed car with soap spots all over it. After this whole situation I wasn’t even excited to get my new car. These folks jerked me around for over two weeks and ruined my Christmas. Every time I even attempted to locate MY vehicle I was met with “I don’t knows”. I will NEVER recommend ANYONE to buy a car from this establishment EVER after my experience there! It makes me sick to think that a RUDE and LYING salesman that cares nothing about his customers is getting one dime of my commission! I am NOT usually one to complain but I have NEVER dealt with an establishment/sales group as POORLY ran as this place.

I have always heard this was a great place to buy a vehicle from.I have had family purchase from there with great experience,but for me they did nothing but pull my credit and cause me a few points decrease for nothing..They would not take the time or submit to any lenders to get actual numbers guessing maybe they took my business as not a guaranteed sale because my payment would be to higher than my current car payment so guess they will only help you if they know for sure you will purchase a car.Too bad I guess because I would have purchased it anyway but guess it will be from another dealership that will take the time to work for me.

Amazing place to purchase a vehicle. The motor blew in my Suzuki Forenza in 2017, and with money still owed on the car I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. I called John Roberts Nissan and got pre approved within minutes. I also didn’t have even close to the best credit. Jeremy Flemming met me at the door when I arrived and showed me several cars. I decided on a 2017 Nissan Versa, brand new with only 13 miles on it. Low interest rate with the loan and it will be paid off at the end of this year. I could not ask for a better experience for buying a brand new car.

My service experience was great, and the personnel were outstanding, as always. But it took me 10 days to get a service appointment, which is unacceptable based on my past interactions with Roberts Nissan. I love Nissan vehicles, but the inability in the last year to get service appointments in a timely fashion has begun to make me re-think buying my next vehicle elsewhere.
Was having issues with my key fob so I had to bring my car in. The service team was great and super friendly!! They had to keep my car over night but they had it done early the next morning!! They got it fixed all that matters! Even vacuum my car out for me. Opened and closed my door for me while I was leaving. Just super nice people and they got the job done!!

The John Roberts Nissan service center was great. I had a sensor go bad and the told me it would take 3-4 hours to fix. It only took them an hour and a half and they “squeezed” me into their schedule. Really impressive!!! The waiting room was clean and comfortable with free snacks and plenty to read.
