After my very expensive car was purchased (over msrp) the service fell off a cliff. The team made Multiple mistakes in registering the vehicle for use and now two weeks after trading my car in, I am still unable to drive my new family vehicle. I have three children and the amount of stress put onto my family as a result has been significant. The team has shown absolutely ZERO care, empathy, or support of any kind on their mistakes and my resulting issues. I could not be more disappointed and would not recommend this brand to anyone as my issues are still outstanding and not at all managed with care and basic human concern.

I dont understand these reviews. At all. I had to deal with three gate keepers or clerks or something -- clearly none of them were salespeople -- until I was even able to make an appointment to see a salesperson. Turns out if you make any kind of online inquiry you get dumped into this pool of no-nothing millennials who will only grudgingly promise that a salesperson will call. And then no one does.Each of these three people lied to me with no hesitation at all, assuring me -- promising me, at one point -- that the car I wanted to test drive was right then on the lot and would be available the following morning to drive. But no. No car like the specific car I asked about (the one promised to be on the lot) was available when we went to look at it. Instead the sale guy lamely tried to interest us in a car with a much smaller motor, or a similar model that was used instead of new.This was like stepping back in time to the bad old days when dealers saw every interaction as adversarial and every potential sale as a battle to be won at the expense of the buyer. Its been years since I dealt with a company this . . . difficult.We simply got up and left. Wed never even consider for a moment buying anything from this company. And even though its close to our home, wed never trust them with service of any type. Whats the point of doing business like this? And why does the parent company have so many dealerships? What kind of customer puts up with this behavior??

Genesis is a relatively new line, but Genesis of Manchester made seeing, trying, and buying, as easy as one could hope.

Just bought a new G70 from Autofair genesis in Manchester as a Christmas gift to myself. The service I received from the minute I first arrived until the paperwork was done was exceptional. My wife and I went in last weekend to test drive a Genesis G70 and was greeted at the door by Tyler Plante. He gave us excellent service, answered our questions to the best of his knowledge and took us for a test drive. Although we did not plan to get a car that day, we ended up picking one up due to the great deal Tyler and the manager Nick was able to give to us.I normally do not like to go the dealership to purchase cars and normally only visit them for a test drive and then do everything else over email. In this case, Tyler was very helpful without being too pushy, gave us enough space and overall it was a very good experience for us. The process also was not painful and they managed to put a deal together with the necessary paperwork in about an hour.We were not ready to pick up the car that day and so we left after signing all of the necessary paperwork. I noticed the next day that the website description of the car said that it has Performance Summer Tires although we wanted all season tires. I messaged Tyler about this and he talked to the service and sales folk and took care of getting all-seasons on the car for no charge.We live 45 miles away and Tyler dropped off the car at our house today. That is great service and kudos to the whole team.Looking forward to working with them in the future.

Joining the Genesis Family was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The G70 itself is amazing however all the free services available are the cherry on top. 3 years of free servicing as well as the service valet are making my ownership experience stress free. Thank you to all at Genesis of Manchester as I will be back with friends and family to get more of these awesome cars on the road!

Genesis of Manchester completely exceeded all of my expectations of purchasing a luxury vehicle such as the G70. Never had I considered Genesis brand prior to shopping Genesis of Manchester. HOWEVER after being shown the advantages, specs, features offered and warranties on the vehicle, I was completely sold. I love my G70 and 100% will return for another when my loan is complete (I cannot wait to see what else is in store for the G70 for the upcoming years). If you are interested in Genesis, this IS the place to go!

Ordered a new Genesis! For 2022

We got our 2020 Genesis G70 right after New Years and we love it! Saurav helped us pick out the perfect car. Its been 2 months and we have driven in all sorts of New England weather. The AWD is great. The car is very responsive, comfortable and sharp. Very happy with it so far!

This review is in regards to the service department at Genesis of Manchester. I have 2019 Genesis G70, and one of the benefit of owning a Genesis is their complimentary valet services for maintenance/repair. They will basically come to wherever you are located and swap your car with their loaner car, they will complete the maintenance/repair, and bring your car back. I have been trying to take advantage of this service, and Genesis customer service matched me with Manchester because they are the closest location from me.To keep things short, I have been proactively reaching out to them for 3 consecutive times, and I feel like I am talking to a wall as I still am waiting to get my car serviced due to their lack of response.First time, they called me on the scheduled date stating that they are unable to come because they do not have a loaner car available.Second time, they did not even show up at the scheduled date and time.I called to follow-up, demanding to know why they hadnt shown up. Without any apology they simply said, we could not come because we do not have a loaner car available. They tried to reschedule me and I told them to make sure they have the loaner vehicle available before they schedule me which they agreed to.Third time, (once again) they called me on the scheduled date stating that they cannot come because their loaner car is not available.Not only their valet car service system is not well set-up, the way they try to handle the situation is not professional at all. They failed to make any effort to reach out to me to at least explain the situation, and at this time everything they tell me sounds like excuses.Due to this frustration, I have contacted Genesis of USA. They have reached out to the service manager who promised them that he will follow up with me, but its already been 5 days since the promised date.Their service team is definitely not reliable and I would highly discourage anyone owning Genesis to use their service.
