Bought a 2006 Chevy Silverado 1500. Truck is in excellent condition with VERY low miles for the year. The staff and owner are exceptional! Very respectful and honest. A very hard trait to find in today’s times. I am one satisfied customer. I would absolutely do business with them again and I HIGHLY recommend them for any and all services pertaining to vehicles.

I have always done my car and repair business with these folks and I always will. I have heard people give this place mixed reviews and Im not sure where it comes from. Ive now purchased 3 cars from Merrows that have all been great to drive and required minimal repairs beyond the normal maintenance. Fair prices, multiple ways of financing, this is a great place. Buy it here, pay it here is a little taxing but you can own the vehicle fast. I did that on 2 out of my 3 vehicles.

Excellent Service. These guys do a great job making sure your car or truck is in good working order. They take the time to explain what you vehicle needs done and what it costs before the repairs are made I will not go to any other Garage then this one Jim Merrow and Ron do a great job taking care of there customers. Have been taking my cars to them for years and would highly recommend them.

I had my state inspection done at this place. I went out of my way to get my car services here because they treat their customers well. The guys that work here are great. They get me in and out very quick. No wait time like some other places. For any of my car needs I bring my vehicle here.

Good people with good hearts. Unfortunately they cant take care of everyone. They try to help as much as they can but some people just want to take and take. When buying a used car with a 30 day warranty you need to understand it is a used car with a 30 day warranty. I would bring my car to the repair shop for any issue.

Bought a used car awesome deal. Owner and staff were great.

So livid. We purchased a truck and was told a switch needed to be replaced, a 2-3 hour fix. They had already ordered the switch and would call when its in. They did BUT when they got the truck it was now a 10 hour job more things needed to be fixed. I was worried but they said no worries we will fix it no cost to you. We told them there was a strange sound and it needed an alignment. Got the truck back and was returned a few days later for the sound and alignment. Got a call saying the alignment was done and the noise is probably the transmission. We can split the $2000 cost now or when it completely goes. Um no, 30 day warranty. I flat out said fix it or give me my down payment back. Since the purchase they have had it more than we have.It just keeps getting better. So they said they would fix it. Went to pick it up, drove through the cant even say parking area and ran over something. Flat tire. Call them and the response was oh well. So pissed off.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! We have had the pleasure of going to Merrows for years now. We have bought vans from them they always make sure we get into something safe and that we can afford. They have fixed brakes for us, put in a transmission and now our van just stopped the other day! Merrows fixed the problem quick and changed us a very fair price! They have never over charged us or treated us badly. We got a Cadillac from them and after 1 day of having it the front right tire blew off the rim on the highway almost killing my pregnant wife. She was doing under the speed limit and there was nothing in the road. Kevin told us they would cover the repair Jim said he felt he should only pay half. As our loan hadnt been processed by the bank Kevin was able to get us in another vehicle that was also absolute garbage. Stay away from this place at all costs. If you shop here you will be putting more money into the vehicle than its worth. You are better off buying a bicycle from a stranger at the cumbys on Hanover.

What is with the negative reviews??? I have not bought a car from them but i have been taking my little 02 subuaru to them for 6 years and they have always been honest and gave me great deals and prices! They explain everything without talking down to me as if im too stupid to understand ( had that happen in the past at another place and it is an awful feeling) I will always give them 5 stars. Always! They are great guys!!

Awful! They are very very nice when they want to sell you a vehicle. They screw up the payments and incredibly rude when you call them out on it as if you are the one who made the error. I wouldn’t even give a star. I purchased one vehicle there when I was on a tight budget and could only afford a buy here pay here vehicle. I got what I paid for. I made a purchase of a vehicle for $9000 and that car had the engine light one, wouldn’t start every time and stalled out when the gas gage showed a half a tank, yet was empty. If you are on a budget, and only need a vehicle for short distances from time to time, than I guess it’s fine. But, if you need a reliable vehicle, steer clear!

All these guys do here is LIE and LIE and LIE!!!!! Ron will tell you, “DONT WORRY, GIVE US A DAY, I PROMISE.” The place is very unprofessional. Went to test drive a car, the car had bad oil leak, promised to fix and never did.

Not even worth 1/4 of a star. Everytime my car got fixed something else broke. After buying my car for $2,500 I had to put $800 worth of work into the thing (as well as multiple expensive repairs while paying it off), and was told by another mechanic that they dont know how the hell the thing passed inspection. The guys are rude and a scam artists. Spend your money and time ANYWHERE else, I wish I did.

How can I give these scam artists a negative number. Since we bought this truck they have had it in their damn garage longer than I have had it in my driveway. Just brought it to my mechanic (after being told by Jim the truck is perfect now) that the engine has blown!! The oil light Jim said was nothing actually was huge. He said just keep checking the oil. There has been plenty but because what ever they did there was no oil getting to the engine. My lawyer has been notified. Im beyond pissed and they should be in jail.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY... They sale lemons and will blame you for the repair. Ive wasted over 3000 with this company . My car has broken down over 6x and they patch it up and give it back. I HATE this place. I will never do business here.. I wish they will save customers the stress and just close down already. I bought a car last summer from Merrows and was put on a payment plan. In November I suffered a stroke and almost died. My husband had to leave work to help me recover and we fell behind on our payments. My husband contacted Merrows and explained our situation. We were overwhelmed with the compassion and understanding that we received and the opportunity to keep our car and get caught up on our payments.
