I have a 2014 Silverado with around 175k miles. I started a new job in Manchester recently and wanted to get an oil change there since the price wasnt bad.I was informed that if my vehicle is over 10 years old, or over 100k miles, I cannot get serviced there since I didnt get my vehicle from them. Just as we were about to give up on ever buying a truck we drove into Quirk Manchester and had the best experience you could possibly experience. We loved the chance to be able to browse and scan trucks for prices without being haggled by a sales person! We went into the showroom and met Autumn who by far was amazing! She was the exact type of sales person we needed. She had a great personality and made us feel comfortable. The best part was we got to do all the paperwork and interaction with Autumn which is so much faster.
Overall a pretty bad experience. Bought truck from Quirk and have brought it there for all servicing, most recently an oil change. Hopped in after it was done and found the interior to be covered in oil. If it was just a little on the door handle, no big deal, but steering wheel, shifter and center console had visible amounts of oil. One of the service advisors provided some cleaner and I went on my way. Next day - truck is smoking. Called Quirk and brought it in that same day. They told me the technician had some oil spill and it was just burning off. Makes sense. I get home to take a peak underneath - the entire underside of the truck is covered. Likely spreading from highway driving. Needless to say, it’s more than just a little spill over. Oil still drips off from it every day. Planning to take my work elsewhere. Totally understand accidents happen, but just own up to it. And don’t dismiss it as a light spill while leaving the vehicle covered in oil INSIDE and out.
I am extremely happy with my experience. Tara went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. She even stayed well past closing so I could leave with my new baby that day. Tara is fantastic!

Tara was Very responsive, helpful, flexible, and willing to work within my timeline. She helped to expedite the trade in process by sending online links to complete ahead of time so less time was spent at the dealership. She offered different incentive program links as well that I applied for ahead of time so the info was available to her before I came in. She even came in early in the morning (before a meeting) to finalize the deal so I could leave with my new vehicle before work.Nico was so helpful in getting my car set up - he was knowledgeable about the features and was patient with the set up - even in the sweltering heat. He came to my home to pick up an extra set of keys I had forgotten to return at time of trade in as well as delivered some belongings that were found after we returned the trade in. Overall it was the best car trade in experience to date.

I have bought my last 4 cars from Quirk and have always been happy until this time. The salesperson did not tell me about the Auto-Off feature (and it did not kick in in during the test drive). When I realized this feature cannot be turned off, a few days after I purchased it, I wanted to trade it back in for something else on their lot. This feature was a deal breaker for me. 3 days after buying it, they told me theyd take it back in trade at $2k under what I paid for it 3 days prior! I will not buy here again. The customer service they used to provide was amazing, not anymore. They care more about the sale and the money than being honest. They should have told me about this feature, and I would have decided on a different car.
I called in when I found the vehicle I wanted. I was lucky enough to be paired with Autumn. When I arrived for our scheduled time she was ready to go and made everything as seamless as possible. From getting our trade evaluated to getting the docs signed electronically which we loved, it was the easiest car buying purchase we have ever made. I would recommend Quirk to anyone looking.
I was very surprised to learn the brake noise I described could not be duplicated. It’s been howling and grinding since 800 miles. This was the second time I’ve brought it in for the same issue.
Everything went smooth I was there 2 times once to sign the purchase agreement august 28 and then to drop off my bank check and down payment and pick up my trail boss sep 17 all n all I was there for hour and a half had to wait 21 days for the truck to b delivered it was in transit at time of purchase but it was worth it

My family and I have purchased numerous vehicles from Quick Chevy, yet every time we go in there your staff is constantly feeding us bs. I chatted with a member of the sales team about buying my car out of its lease and she was less than helpful and actually lied (found out because we called GM and asked them the same questions we asked her and got different answers). I am sick of being nickel and dimed every time I come in here. This was my familys last straw with this dealership and we will not be coming back. Youd think that after the amount of money we have dished you guys that we would receive more respect and you wouldnt try to rip us off every time we came in.

Called several times on the displayed promos offered to verify I was understanding them correctly. Was told each time yes that is correct. Called to book appt and asked to verify again, was told please hold will verify with manager.Was told yes and when got to see sales rep was told no that is incorrect and in speaking with 2 managers they both threw there employee under the bus and acknowledged what I was told but said they would not back it up. sales rep than told me we dont need your business as plenty of other suckers out there ready to overpay.typical bait and switch routine BEWARE!
This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. For the first time in my life I went to a dealership, said I want this truck, in this color at this payment and got it. I was in and out of the entire process in 2 hours and 45 minutes. Not the usual 4-6 hours. The salesperson Autumn was fantastic. I couldn’t be happier.
The service writer Danielle was great. She explained things to me and was upfront with all cost. Even when more work was needed after my inspection she explained what I needed well, and the cost. I asked how much longer I could expect to wait and her answer was on point, I was out of there at exact the time she said. Working in the service industry I know people will make a lot of noise when they are not happy, and not say anything when they are satisfied. Please let Danielle know she is doing a great job, in times like these we all need to hear that.
I went in to purchase a vehicle about a year ago, the two gentlemen who received me just rushed through the process. They didn’t genuinely care, in fact, they couldn’t care less . It was very clear to me that they just wanted to get rid of the car. They sold me the car at a very high interest rate. The car didn’t have a user’s manual, I had to ask for it. The valve caps were missing, the tires were really bad and they wouldn’t change them. The tires were so bad that I had to keep taking the car back to the dealership for service. That went on for five days. I never got a follow-up call, I never got a survey. It was a terrible experience, I wouldn’t recommend Chevy Quirk to anyone because they don’t genuinely care. They care as long as you have money and an excellent credit score. It’s just a bunch of impostors, not real people.

The information on inventory on the web site was accurate, so the vehicle we wanted was in fact in stock. Response to our inquiries was prompt and helpful. The discount and incentive info was also accurate, so the pricing on the web site was pretty close to what we were quoted in the showroom. The dealer representaive, Nick Fair, was very patient and helpful answering our questions. The online credit app I filled out ahead of time enabled us to save time with the financing step. Showroom atmosphere was pleasant. My wife and I agreed, we were pleased at the whole experience with Quirk. And we are very happy with our new Bolt.

I recently purchased a pre-certified truck in February from Quirk and it’s been nothing but a hassle. In April I was feeling issues with my transmission, took to dealership and they said it was the style of transmission. I took back two weeks later and was not adamant that something was wrong. The service manager went for a ride and said he felt something and would have it checked out. Well indeed the transfer case was replaced. I also couldn’t get my AirPlay to work and I was told I needed to pay for upgrade, which I explained I bought truck in February it should work. After push back they upgraded. Just last weekend I was stranded with my family camping way up in Maine. I couldn’t get truck to start battery was dead. I had to purchase a new battery. I called the dealership and was told sorry not our policy we have to fix ourselves. I explained I was stranded and needed to get home for work the next day. They still didn’t care. No matter what I said they would argue 10 different things. It’s very sad that you spend thousands of dollars on a pre-certified truck, have nothing but issues and they turn their head. So much for a pre-certified truck. I will never buy again from them and I will definitely take my service somewhere else.
Nicole and the entire team at Chevy were a great help in getting me in the right car. Ive had some experiences at other dealerships that almost put me off from going to one again, but the team at Quirks were absolutely wonderful. Im looking forward to coming back!

I went to get my truck inspected that I bought at quirk less than a year ago. It was done I asked him how much was the inspection he told me it needed 2 lights which costed me around 50.00 and they just did it. I would have rather you failed me and I could of done it for just what the lights cost. Which was a lot less at an auto parts store then a dealership. I am just super disappointed i wont be back. .

I have 3 Chevrolets 1 newer one and 2 older ones. One was a recent purchase. I wanted to bring the car in to a reputable dealership to have the car serviced and looked over for safety. Now because the car hasn’t been to their dealership before they refused to work on it because it’s older than 6 years old and over 100k. Absolutely ridiculous to have a Chevrolet dealership refuse to work on a Chevrolet vehicle because of its age. I won’t step foot back in the dealership ever again. They lost my business from my other 2 vehicles as well.
Bought a 2019 Silverado 1500 brand new and have had nothing but problems:- Brake Failure due to software- ECM - Engine System Failure- SDM Airbag Failure- Stabilitack Failure- ABS Failure- and multiple other issues.Well now it’s June 2021 and I have an error code ‘hood open’ and ‘theft detected’. The alert goes off every few seconds and the horn goes every few hours. Brought it to Quirk and they said a sensor needs to be replaced, but we have no timeframe on the part. Could be two days, two weeks, or we don’t know. We will contact you when it’s available.When I ask for a loaner they said no, because I’m at 43K miles and out of warranty. So now I have to disconnect my battery everywhere I go so the horn doesn’t go off and deal with an alarm going off every few seconds.Take your biz elsewhere!
I’ve bought most of my vehicles through Quirk over the last decade. Car buying is never a fun process and you almost have to commit a full day to it- it’s exhausting, frustrating, and expensive.This encounter was different. I know covid-19 has impacted us all, but I wanted to commend whatever decisions you’ve made from a sales standpoint because of the pandemic. Here is my experience:I park my car and have that immediate worry of “How many people are going to hound me?” - No one approached me, so I cautiously walk into the building and it’s quiet with a number of staff working behind their desks. I am greeted by the first person who asked if a had an appointment. Her name is Tara. I did not have an appointment, but she assured me that wasn’t a problem.Tara had me take a seat and came over and chatted about what I was looking for. She helped refine my search for that perfect vehicle, she got a couple of cars lined up for test drives, and she showed me the perks of my choices. Slowly my stresses around buying a new car had been eased. It felt so casual.I told her what I wanted and she listened. There was none of that “going to the manager” drama; I gave her my number I was comfortable around, and she provided a few pathways to getting there.What I did not realize was Tara would be the only person I’d be working with that day. In the past, once you lock in on your vehicle and the agreement is set, you are handed off to finance. This is when things get drawn out, become more frustrating, and often is that last push for more money to tack on at the end. Again not today. Tara walked me through the entire finance process with ease and never tried to upsell me.Going in thinking I was going to be there for pretty much the whole day. I was beyond ecstatic to leave the dealership in just over 3 hours.This was absolutely the best car buying experience I’ve had. I’d be saddened to see things go back to that old way of doing things. I hope the silver lining of covid-19 for your organization is adopting this new and better way of car buying!

At first my Deal wasn’t approved, but through persistence the team was able to get me into my New vehicle!
My new lease vehicle was not ready when I arrived, It was still in a Bay waiting for a recall for a jack replacement, (Which was not done when I left a 1/2 hr later) I was told I would receive a letter when the proper Jack was available to complete the Recall. Also the interior was not vacuumed and cleaned. This Chevy Trail Blazer is my 4th lease from Quirk Chevy. I get its been a crazy couple of years, I was just hoping the process didnt take as long as it did.

The only thing i didnt like was the questions afterward. Personal questions and others that shouldve been before the fact. Like proof of income. Which even my banks never asked for. I payments after trade went up a whole $27 a month and i felt like you were worried after we took the car hime aboit me being able to afford the car. Saying the bank needed more information when the bank never rrached out to me ever about anything or any discrepancies. There is nothing more degrading to me than someone asking me when im gonna be going back to work from workmans comp when its none of your business. I can and have afforded payments for 4 years and even a year after my injury. If my workers comp was an issue you shouldve brought it to my attention before we made the deal and brought the car home. But we are happy with our purchase so long as i dont get harassed and asked questions after the fact.

Brought my 2017 Chevy Silverado with a buck sensation. Set up an appointment and shop manager confirmed problem. Adam communicated that two lifters needed to be changed. Overall very happy with the service. Very concerned that my truck has 28000 miles and it needed two lifters repaired. Lucky my truck was a certified Silverado and it was no cost but still concerned about the reliability of the truck

The purchase experience was THE BEST EVER. I was so lucky that on my first call I got Autumn, she answered all my questions and there was no pressure. I sent a few pics of my car and she got a trade amount. We had a few emails and texts over the next few days. She got back in touch with me when the incentives changed. I called and said I was on my way to test drive the car and when I got there I pulled in and the car was ready and parked right in front. We took the car out and I told her I was going to think it over at lunch right down the street. I called Autumn from the restaurant and told her what I needed the payment to be and she got right back to me and met that amount. I went back after lunch and was out the door with my new car in less than an hour. I cant believe how quick and easy this purchase was thanks to Autumn and the team around her.
My appt was for a tire rotation and oil change. My appt was at 0930 and I dropped my truck off roughly 45 minutes prior to the appt time Around 1130 (2 hrs after the appt time) I was notified of an issue. When I arrived at the dealership I was told the service tech gouged my rim when balancing and they were getting another from the warehouse. The service person asked me how much time I had and I said an hour. I finally left the dealership after 1pm. I missed two hours of work because of this and didnt receive any money off the bill or compensation. Unless this is made right I will not come back for service at the dealership.
I did not have a good experience at all with the service department this time around it was near impossible to speak to someone, nor would anyone call me back when a message was left. I had an appointment in the morning for tire sensors which was not looked at or fixed till two days later. If that was the case why have an appointment if car wasn’t going to be looked at on that day for when the appointment was made for?
