Overall, my wife and I had a great car buying experience here recently. The sales team were very low key and helpful. Our sales rep, Jabril, walked us through the process asked the right questions and made picking out a new car painless. Even the sales manager was low key and great to work with.The final finance process was a bit more pressure with them hoping you use Hyundai financing to sweeten the deal and trying to encourage extras such as GAP insurance and extended warranties, but it wasnt too bad and they make the actual paperwork process fast and easy. We drove out with a good deal on a new car and I would recommend the team.

Price was fair, I could have squeezed more, butI was satisfied with the deal. Salesmen Davie PWAS EXCELLENT.

Waiting for my free oil change that I got from my car when I purchased it didnt know it was every 6,000 miles though that wasnt explained to US during purchase but okay. The only problem I have with AutoFair is when youre getting your car worked on you have to keep an eye out the window so you know when your car is ready very slow updating you know when the car is ready. Friendly & knowledgeable staff.

Im extremely happy that I purchased my vehicle at AutoFair Honda Manchester. I take my car in for regular service at mileage intervals and the Service Center does their best to get you in and out in a timely manner. Twice in the past two years, service reps have offered me coupons and $$$ off deals while checking out, which has saved me a good deal off the service charges. Great team, great service!

Steve Doyon helped a lot on dealing with a negative equity situation. I gave them a rough review earlier this year but they truly have done their best to rectify the situation. Would recommend to someone looking for a more reliable vehicle purchasing experience but do your due diligence and be prepared to pay $$$$ for what you get. If you prefer to get by on older cars with no or low payments this is not the place for you. Anyone with a firm understanding of budget and finances would be fine shopping here.

AutoFair offers a high quality low pressure sales team. Nicole was very patient with me and took me through all the details off the purchase and the vehicle itself. An early cold spell hit and when I attempted to start my car, the 5+ year old battery was dead. I called AutoFair Honda and got an appointment immediately. After a jump start, I arrived and they promptly installed a new battery and I was on my way and will not have to worry about the battery this winter. Friendly, helpful service advisor and good service make this shop a good choice for your Honda service needs.

I had a very good experience at AutoFair Honda today From the moment I approached their front door and was warmly greeted by Eddie who offered his help and brought me to my salesperson Debbi Roy with whom I had an appointment to test drive a 2018 Honda. Debbi was great and obviously gives her all to the customer relationship. Since I keep a car for about 10 years its a once a decade experience for me and feeling valued as a customer makes all the difference. Their finance person was also customer focused and there was no pressure from him, just clear illustrated details about the 3 levels of protection they offer through their service department. Very happy driving home with my 2018 CR-V today.

They dont really want to sell cars they just want to make the maximum amount of money on the customer as possible

I was pressure in trading in my truck when I wanted to stay in it

After being repetitively disappointed at the level of service and dignity this dealership carries I will not be returning, not only was my car sold to me without the dealership first receiving the title, I was poorly treated by one of the “sales managers”, today I was lied to directly to my face about my car battery that was “very low in power”. I went to go get it checked elsewhere immediately after picking my car up, and was told my battery was at 100% operating level. What a complete embarrassment of an establishment I will go out of my way not to come here any longer.

It was ok had to get my free oil change

I had an appointment at 9am to have my car serviced for a recall. When I called at 11:45 am to check on the status of my car, they reported that my car had not gone in to be serviced yet but they could have it ready by 4:00pm. The service was supposed to take 2-3 hours to complete. I had to rearrange for a different person to drop me off and thankfully I hadn’t made any other appointments (doctor/dentistry e.g.) for the afternoon.

I walked in looking and drove out with a brand new SUV

Tim was excellent in receiving the vehicle near the end of the day and answering all my questions. The work was done efficiently and the vehicle was ready to be picked up quicker than I anticipated.

I brought my Honda Pilot to AutoFair Honda in Manchester today to have recall services performed. I was assisted by Carey who was both friendly and professional. He even arranged for us to be shuttled between the dealership and the Mall of NH while the work was performed.
