We had built in cabinets done with signature and were very happy with the design and installation. But are not happy with the drawers and soft close mechanisms. Now that the project is done and paid for there is no communication or return of our phone calls. Some of the drawers are uneven also. Very very frustrated

We had high hopes for Signature Kitchen and Bath, but was VERY disappointed. We worked with Linda to complete our kitchen remodel. They were very friendly, but once we started asking questions on prices, they refused to itemize and provide values. Nothing came on time, and no one ever took responsibility for mistakes. When receiving our cabinets, many pieces were missing. It took weeks to get them reordered and when they did arrive, they were in the wrong color- TWICE. After reordering for the FOURTH time, the item arrived damaged. The final time we had to go pick up the pieces ourselves because they refused to deliver. All this took over a year. It took 5 TIMES to receive what we had ordered, and again, no one ever took responsibility, apologized or did anything to make the situation better. Signature kept blaming other people for their lack of professionalism and mistakes. They were very happy to receive our payments, but never offered reimbursements for their mistakes. Once our contract with Signature was void, we still had members from their team showing up to complete their work; they were completely unaware that we were no longer clients. The communication was non-existent. Our only positive experiences came from working with Sam Fetter with Fetter Tile LLC and Sinak Plumbing- not in association with Signature.

Remodeling my kitchen was a big step for me. Everyone I spoke with shared horror stories of their remodel. However, I was committed to move forward so I researched local companies and read reviews.I knew I needed a full design service so I visited several showrooms, looking for the right company. I felt Signature Kitchen and Bath (Manchester, MO) would be able to offer the complete package that I needed. My kitchen designer, Jon Kay, provided me with exceptional knowledge and expertise in designing my kitchen. His unbelievable patience, creativity and attention to detail were impressive. Jon listened to my preferences, made suggestions and ultimately created an awesome design! Throughout the process of choosing a design, cabinet style, color, granite, tile and hardware, Jon supported me every step of the way.The removal of the existing cabinets and installation of the new kitchen was completed in a timely, efficient manner. The SKB installers were professional, organized and talented.The best part – I absolutely LOVE my kitchen! It flows perfectly with the style of my home and the functionality is PERFECT. I am thrilled every day when I walk into the kitchen. I cannot say enough positive things about the entire process. Thank you Jon Kay and Signature Kitchen and Bath for my DREAM kitchen!!!

I cant say enough about Signature Kitchen & Bath and their Manchester location! I highly recommend them! They stand behind their work and go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.
