Nobody could find the 90 bags of rubber mulch that was somewhere in the store. Customer Service was puzzled as they could see it in the inventory. Enter Dolores the Home Depot problem solver. She located it on the top rack and retrieved it. Went back to Customer Service and was offered an expedited checkout and my Military discount.
The staff are great and helpful. I always have a good experience.

Store usually has all your needs covered. Staff is usually knowledgeable and helpful. Finding them though usually takes some effort. Return policy is good. Isles sometimes get blocked by ladders and boxes (see pictures). Self checkout is streamlined. Especially appreciate the removable barcode scanner.
Was able to get some help with a refund via a Customer Service Specialist named Tina who stayed the course with conducting the necessary steps in order to contact not only the store in which I bought the appliance, but also the vendor. In the end, the order was cancelled and Im waiting on a refund. Sadly, our experience with another Home Depot store did not go as well as this one. We ended up purchasing the appliance so desperately needed from another store.

I went in looking for something to kill ants in my house and was having a hard time locating the right area. A young man approached and asked if I needed help, and I gratefully thanked him and explained my objective. He brought me right to the area I needed and spent a solid chunk of time helping me research different ideas and some products I hadnt seen in my initial search. He answered all my questions and could not have been more polite, courteous, or helpful. Love this store
Love this store, usually have what Im looking for and decent range of qualities of products to match the budgets of most people. However my only recent complaint is that I feel like Im visiting a home show lately with the amount of little booths they have set up and the constant bombardment of people trying to sell you stuff for your home. While I get they are doing there job, its extremely frustrating to fend off multiple salesman approaching you when your just trying to pick up a simple item.
We used to not go to Home Depot but it definitely added new help at the front desk. Two of the women that work up front went above and beyond what most customer service people do and they were surprised when we applauded them for it because they thought that was part of their jobHow refreshing to meet young people who actually know that going above and beyond is a wonderful thing to bring customers back

I actually had an excellent experience today. A great young man named Bryan was tremendous help in selecting grills. He went over and above and answered every conceivable question I had.
I had stopped in the other day and looked at flooring and didnt remember the name of the flooring. I called Home Depot this morning and Kelly in the flooring department went above and beyond to help me find exactly what flooring I was looking for. She even texted me photos of the flooring to ensure it was the flooring I was looking for! Would recommend to anyone!!
Normally Home Depot is just Home Depot,brick and mortar s&p loaded with Chinese junk.However today building manager (Kelly MHT,NH), provided me with a how its supposed to be done .. with a hospitable approach attitude.Without any knowledge of his position or status, he conducted himself as if he started 6 months ago.Personal attention,customer first!!!Never departed until all questions and needs were satisfied.His attention to detail and knowledge of product reflected a true professional.A man that should be payed handsomely and a golf cart.
Lenny in plumbing was phenomenal. had awkward questions about my friends plumbing issue with a fish tank. he gave him all the products he needed and left us with no questions

Your staff is rude, completely NOT knowledgeable about what is in your store, let alone where it is! I asked where to find the 18 picnic tables your store inventory says you have, were. Not only did this person know where you had them, she did not know she had them in the store and as it turned out, they were right behind her! When told the store inventory said there were 18 in the store, I was informed store inventory and what the store has are 2 different things. I asked if she really believed she sold 18 plastic picnic tables in the last hour and her response was I told you we dont have any, you will need to go to South Nashua, they have 9. This is the same inventory that said you had 18 and Nashua had 9.

Returns r a night more here, bought some stuff, turned out i only.need half the took, other half unopened, next day brought it back n was refused because I didnt have a receipt... only I never even got a receipt n they said I could look purchases up by my phone when buying... we 100 bucks wasted, but the bussienss just lost was more by losing my bussiness.
I Made a delivery to the Home Depot in Manchester and Devon was very professional and a very conscientious. He is a very good forklift operator.
Good luck with this store. It may take awhile to find what you are looking for and more time to find someone to help you or be referred to someone else that you cant find. Dont go around after 5 you will definitely not find anyone to assist you. It seems they all left for dinner

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not buy appliances from here. When having them delivered they outsource and use the worst company ever (Raymers Express Inc.) Getting my stove, fridge and microwave has been a nightmare. I have been extremely understanding due to the pandemic but it has been 4 months and still no appliances. The delivery team rescheduled twice now. Not buying appliances from home depot again.

Im sitting here watching HGTV remembering all the times I was in your store as a Manchester NH homeowner. Locals know why I have a special set of skills related to building code. So. Funny story guys...about a year ago I was watching bargain mansions and during commercial breaks Lowes came on highlighting their customer guarantee. I said Lowes...can you hang a sign in your store that declared: do not install our products as displayed on reality TV. Lol! Who wants to ask them for a status?
Mike in the tool section was super helpful. I was trying to find the key to a snowblower because I lost mine. I couldn’t find any in the store at all. He took the time to leave the tool area and help me and I got one. 👍🏻

Associates in the store AMAZING....roadies are AWFUL, I would give this Home Depot FIVE stars for the associates going above and beyond, if not for the fact that the roadies they use are unreliable, cant get your delivery when you expect it.....and they reflect poorly on Home Depot overall.

My wife and I visited this business...looking for plumbing parts to fix our. bathhroom sink.Parking was easy here.. Upon entering the building employees walked past us.not even acknowledging us!!Respect! One of my passions..Im not one to look around..so pulled over the 1st associate I found..Asked for respirators..sent us to isle #10..face masks..lol. Nope..wont work..Decided to ask one more person.. The front end associate..looked on his phone. Had the correct app.. Made my day..Took a few moments ..but thats what it takes for correct help..Was sent to isle #6.. Found Them!! Then found the other things we needed..Ryan was this young mans name..Check out was a breeze.. Even wished us a great day.Either know where to find your item(s) or who to ask for help..The store was clean.. Items were presentable .in stock..I didnt see anyone who worked there just standing around. My pet peeve!!
Took 4 ppl to tell me where to find a box fan in there store, which had 91 online in stock at the store I was in... One even checked the computer and still couldnt even locate a box fan 😂 oh man, then finally a woman knew where to get it and got the ladder to go to the middle of store practically and got it off the top shelf.. 😂 it certainly was an interesting trip ... The only other chuckle which I was going to leave out ....😂 😂 😂 the person that got the fan ...well uh my wonderful bestie had said Excuse me Sir (YOU can GUESS what HAPPENED right?)...The person turned around with the most priceless expression on her face saying EXCUSE ME...!,Lol we ALL stopped in shock, holding all expression (well I was hoping..😂) You think it would be OK from there just by saying sorry but NO NOT MY GIRL NOPE DIDNT JUST SAY SORRY she had to keep going Im sorry mam from the Back it looked like a guy you know, with hair like that n all sorry no but really (looking at me now, haha 😂 as if now explaining & telling me) and repeating it.. No well really look, her hair n all so yeah of course I thought that sorry my bad dude... 😂 I had to laugh at that point I couldnt hold it in.... (That was ALSO the person that got us the fan)
Their curb side pick up is tremendous! Quick, easy, and efficient. Ordered and paid online, received an email about 90 minutes later saying that my items were ready for pickup. Designated spots across from Tool Rentals. Phone number to call right on the sign. Show your license, get your stuff, and go. Receipt emailed to you. Under 10 minutes. Wonderful!

Mostly stocked shelves and clean appearance. Employees are friendly and proactive. Occasionally some things are completely sold out, and some are misplaced or mislabeled. The labels are easy to read so I can usually find the appropriate one.

I purchased an oven and an extended warranty from the Manchester NH store. The oven Did not last a full 2 years and when I used the warranty on it, the process from the time it started till the issue was resolved was a 4 month process. It took two repair companies to come out with a total of 5 trips and multiple parts put into the oven and still no fix. They finally ended up saying the oven was no longer repairable and this was all done and said in the first two months of being without an oven. After about 3 months I finally decided to go to the store I purchased it from and asked from them to help me with getting this resolved. After 2 days I went back and they told me I would receive two checks, one for the oven and one for everything else that was purchased at that time for the oven. Now I am being told that I will not receive the 2nd check to cover the cost for everything else. I am very disappointed with the customer service here and I hope no one ever has to experience this like my wife and I did. I am at this store almost every weekend for items I need and another Home depot close to everyday for work. In hopes of somehow giving them a chance to redeem themselves we purchased the 2nd oven from them before we were told we would not get the 2nd check. So I am Afraid we made a bad choice here by going back there, I believe they have lost my business.
Went to 2 HD first didnt have all the cabinets we needed. However the women working around the cabinet dept was very helpful.We ended up finishing our purchases in Manchester. The worker wasnt thrilled to help us with the retrieveal of the 2 pantries on 3 tier of shelving. He complained quite a bit.we ended up getting what we came for, aside from one counter top . Its home depot so I expect cranky out of shape know it all,and no nothings so I came out on top and in on piece . Yes would recommend just go with lower expectations and youll do fine

Some of the employees are really helpful while others are disrespectful ( the follow you around through your entire time there like you gonna steal something wich they are not to good at there job because your not supposed to know who they are but give themselves away by being in every spot in the store that your at at the same time they should learn to be more stealth an less obvious I mean Im sure people steal from there but not everyone does they really need to get the security people in check an the atleast they need alot more training
