We worked with Chris and Nikki from Northshire to renovate the ground floor of our 1977 house in Jamaica, VT. Their work included: new floors throughout the ground level, updating our mudroom, refinishing the wood around our house, installing 3 sliding windows, and renovating our 1/2 bathroom and kitchen! We couldn’t be happier with the results! From our initial consultation to ensuring we worked through our punch list we appreciated the attention to detail in design and execution, the recommendations, quality of the work and gentle nudges we received along the way. When issues arose, they were addressed directly and transparently. Managing a project remotely is tough and I always appreciated the pictures along the way from Chris. And, we are grateful to have Niki’s eyes in helping with paint colors and furnishings. We always knew our home in VT would be an oasis and Northshire truly transformed our space.

I LOVE our new kitchen!! I cant get over it!! All we want to do is hang out in the kitchen, cook and entertain! Its so much fun!Northshire Living did a spectacular job and I highly recommend them!! From the very beginning they listened to our inspiration and ideas, then added their touches and managed the entire process seamlessly. We were on schedule too!! Only 2 months to complete and I was thinking it would take at least 3 months. They did a complete demolition of the old kitchen and entire new design. I loved the design options they presented and only made a few tweaks.All the contractors they used were professional, extremely skilled and easy to work with. I loved that I didnt have to go to the tile store and select tile - they gathered samples based on our inspiration and then presented them to me. We had a few custom tiles created to match our style. Even the drawer and cabinet pulls were custom widths. They recommended appliances and selected all the light fixtures. I asked for a few changes and more painting at the end and they had no problem accomplishing this. They even helped us pick out bar stools which was not part of the contract. I am so impressed with Chris and Niki Conte of Northshire Living! They are extremely talented and do first class work!! I highly recommend them - you will not be let down.I now wish I had done this a few years ago - it has completely transformed our home and we love it! #happykitchenowners
