We did a complete kitchen remodel, floor to ceiling. Louise was our kitchen designer. She did a fantastic job from designing, suggesting extras and conveniences to ordering and making sure we had everything we needed to install the cabinets and hardware. The custom cabinets fit like a glove and everything went in as planned. All we had to do was pick out the style of cabinet and color. The kitchen seems so much bigger and we have utilized so much more space. We love it! We did all our own install in this 100 year old house so it was a challenge to get everything square, level and plum after demo but it made the cabinets go in so much easier. I have to give credit to my wife as she coordinated all the colors and accents like floor, tile and granite. Thank you Louise! Pete & Therese

Most recently, we used Norfolk Kitchen and Bath, Manchester for a kitchen remodel. We were incredibly happy with the design Amanda had for us and even happier when all requested changes additions were never an issue. We had previously used the same location for custom cabinets for our bar and plan to use them to remodel our kitchen in our next home! Friendly, responsive, flexible, professional, and on time! What more could you ask for for a kitchen remodel?!

We cant say enough about Norfolk Kitchen and Bath in Manchester NH. Every single contact with them was amazing during our kitchen remodel. Our designer Diane answered every question with ease and patience. During the process we encountered an unexpected change with the ventilation of our kitchen hood and their team worked with us to resolve the design change and had new mock ups to us in 30 minutes. We would use Norfolk again and can recommend them without hesitation. Simply phenomenal! Thank you Norfolk!

I cannot say enough ! Each and every step of the process was a breeze. From the moment my husband and I met with Designer Diane we knew we were going to do business with Norfork.Our kitchen came out amazing, we love it . Every person that we worked with was professional,pleasant,and everything was on time as promised! Thank you all !

We were building a new home and needed cabinates. So we began to shop around and stopped at Norfolk kitchen and bath in Manchester. One of the 1st questions we were asked was how much I was going to spend.Im not going to show my hand right away and say $20k right away. Come on, work me, build me up entice with features and flashy options. I want a deal I want to know my hard earned money is giving more value back for what Im buying.But, no from That point on we were treated like junk. They seemed mad we had our kids with us. They never engaged us to with special deals or trendy new features. We had to press guestions to get answers and at the end of every questionend they replied of but, thats out of your price range.Sales is a game a back and forth between the buyer and seller. Well, I took my 20k, I specifically set aside to get great kitchen cabinates some where else, I hope you work on a commision! Cuz ya done screwed up. Unless you walk in and say your spending more than 15k you wont get good service go somewhere else were you feel valued as a customer.

I dont recommend their business. I was feeling like they dont care about new customers. The designers they have are not welcoming and I was waiting and waiting for someone to help me but they were talking amongst themselves. As I was waiting I felt the cabinets didnt seem to be very high quality so I decided to leave. Customer service was definitely lacking. There are other good cabinet companies out there I looked at and will use for my new kitchen.

It is hard to rate the service even with one star when the designer after visiting my house did not even had a courtesy to call me and tell me that she is not interested, or some other issues. Even after I stoped by and reminded about my existence.

I had such a great experience with Norfolk Kitchens in Manchester,NH this past summer. I generally don’t write reviews but I, we are so happy with our kitchen! We had Diane Fleming from Norfolk kitchens work with designing our kitchen and would highly recommend her. Prior to ever meeting Diane I called her and asked her if she would be willing to meet me at my house (1 1/2 hours from her store in Manchester) and without hesitation she agreed to come to my house to meet me, and see my existing kitchen. I have a difficult time visualizing and felt her seeing my existing space would be helpful. Diane spent a lot of time with me trying to visualize what it was I liked and wanted. She gave me excellent advise, she put samples together, she was thorough, and detailed with her putting our kitchen design together. I feel very fortunate to have had her design our beautiful kitchen. I liked her from the start, and new she was the right one to design our kitchen! I think sometimes you just know and that was the case with her.Diane is experienced with interior design and use to do home staging as well. I felt that was a real asset, especially where I needed someone to walk me through every step. Norfolk kitchen gave us excellent customer service after our kitchen was installed as well. Diane was also there after the install making sure I was 100 percent satisfied with our kitchen. It was comforting knowing that Norfolk stands behind their work. We have recently contracted with the Manchester branch. Our coordinator was Amanda Crockwell and she was fabulous. She was invaluable in helping us plan out our kitchen area, choosing the correct cabinets and meeting our price line. Everything went off without a single hitch. I cannot tell you how happy we are with the experience and the finished product. The whole team including Vickie, the installer and the countertop contractor all have our heartfelt thanks!

Designer Amanda Crockwell was knowledgeable, accommodating, and patient throughout our entire kitchen remodel from CAD designs to cabinet installation and customer service. She went above and beyond communicating with us every step of the way; great experience.
