Our experience today could only be called awesome! Had spent many hours in research and looking in three different towns and at the other big box store for a suitable refrigerator. Coming into Home Depot our hopes were not very high, but Mae in appliances was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We bought our new fridge on the spot. Thank you Mae.

I dealt with a Home Depot store in Georgia and was terribly disappointed and dissatisfied. Without much hope I called the Home Depot in Manchester, TN. Thankfully, my experience with the manchester Home Depotwas wonderful. They had the product I needed. I purchased on phone and the manager, Scott, called the assembler and had ready when I arrived the very next day. Great customer service!!

Shop here very often (3-5 days per week)!Products are quality. Employees are knowledgeable. If someone doesn’t know about a product, they will find someone who knows or get me the information somehow. If they do not have what I need I can order through them and usually get what I need in a few days. One of my favorite places to shop!

Nice & friendly staff ( for the most part ). Very helpful in fulfilling any question or helping search for a product. Had to get some PC stuff and they were more than helpful to help me figure out what I needed.

Not much in having what I need, service dont have any idea about any questions you would have. Just people off the street showing where stuff is on the shelf. Cant rent any items at this store. Would go to a lace that has more selection and knowledgeable service .

Didnt find what I went there for and the employee cut me off in mid sentence as I was describing what I was looking for, and walked away. Lowes is farther to drive, but courtesy is important and rudeness is unacceptable.

I believe this has got to be one of the worst home depots ever. If youre in the store and need help, you have to call even though there are 5 people behind a desk playing around. Then the help you get uses the home depot website to help you. While youre there, if you look something up online and it shows in stock but the shelf is empty when you arrive, look at the top shelf then call someone to pull it down for you. Keep in mind that while they are all standing around goofing off that theyll claim they are short handed. This review is based on going to this home depot for the last 11 years. Every experience has been the same. Oh, their lumber is junk too. I dont think they carry a straight board at all.

Just moved into our retirement home and Chris helped us find closet shelving and explained how to put up as well as helping us find ceiling fans that had all we wanted.

I went to Home Depot to pick up some 2x12s. They have a drive thru lumber yard. I dont know the two guys who helped me, but they were the BEST!! One showed me where to go,and the other helped him load my truck. Talk about customer service. They went above and beyond.Thank you Home DepotEd Vredenburgh

The store workers are really very helpful, but this store is soooo small, it has nothing. Why would you want a mini HomeDepot?

Dont expect any help in the lumber yard. Went 2x to pick up wood, firs time wood was above my head, had straps around it. Found someone to take straps off, then they said there you go and walked away, I then had to climb up on bottom shelf to pull down 10 boards. With having some of the boards fall down almost hitting me due to them being above my head. Then this next trip I loaded up 15 different size boards no offer for any help.

This place needs to work on HELPING people when they are shopping instead of standing around talking and not doing their jobs, when you stand in the store and need assistance most dont know what you need or where it is located.

If youre after kitchen cabinets or countertops, look elsewhere. Multiple cabinets were received damaged and had to be returned which meant additional weeks in shipping. Some were damaged so bad in shipping the order was canceled outright, without notice, which required going through the buying process from scratch.Countertops are subcontracted out to a company you dont get to choose, in my case, DesignWorks out of Nashville, which the almost 5 month wait aside, had very poor costumer service. (Calls not returned, voicemail inbox at capacity unable to take messages) The end result of countertop installation was also disappointing, due to poor measurements and (previously unknown at time of purchase) countertop restrictions leaving my bar overhang only 4 in depth.

Sales Associate Mae is a super star! I was looking for a specific Christmas tree. I had checked multiple stores and found it in Manchester. They only had one in stock. Since I couldn’t make it to the store before they closed, Mae assisted me over the phone to purchase the tree. Extremely friendly and graciously helped me. Thank you, Mae!

Quick in and out for a copy of a couple car keys. Walmart could not copy the 90s keys. Very helpful staff and quick to approach.

The Manchester store us the smallest HD there is selection is slim but the staff us very friendly and helpful.

It wasnt a pleasant experience. The store was and is always a disaster. The customer service and a portion of the staff in general are not very helpful or they will act as if they dont hear. Personally Ive only had a couple of really bad experiences at Wal mart in manchester, the automotive department is the worst Ive ever dealt with, thats if you could get someone the be in that section of.the store period. All in all, its getting worse and I may have to stop shopping there period

Ordered online received email that it was ready picked up with no trouble. Items was in stock as promised at Manchester unlike the Antioch store.

We call this store the Half Depot because its so small. Its got your basics for all the departments but nothing extra. Their plant section honestly bites, so does the house plant section... if they have any. We use the Half Depot only in a pinch. We rather drive to Lowes in McMinnville or Kimball.

Yes Ill would buy from you before I would Lowes. The reason is Im disabled and I get help loading with out asking at Lowes no help at all

So I purchased a Echo weed eater last summer. It was in the shop several times during the 1st year So I talked the the Manager Lori in Manchester, TN. She was like bring it in and I will help. So upon my arrival and conversation she gave me a new one. Very nice and personal, she went above and beyond the norm! So Lori this is for you and thank you for your help!!

We picked up 64 raised bed stones. I ordered them online and they had them ready the next morning. Four employees came up to help load the pallet on our truck.

Great the salesman was really helpful, he answered all our questions and handled a special order that we needed.

Bought a 48 light. Instruction to install cover was to install 1/4 turns included. The instruction said turns not turn meaning plural (more than one). The light they had on display had two of the turns installed. Mine came with one. Had an audience of three people and none could understand this, so I still have only one.

A medium-sized store with drive through lumber yard. Not too much of display inside but enough to get home projects started.

Im handicapped and it was refreshing to go into Home Depot to find they had nice new electric carts with armrests for safety. The carts will not move unless both armrests are down in place. Also even though they were very busy it did not take long to find an employee. She found what I needed right away.

I would leave zero stars but that’s not an option I love Home Depot but I bought a nice patio set at the beginning of summer 4-6 months ago received it within one week and STILL have not received the covers to the cushions. I move in two weeks and was planning on using Home Depot for things I need until I receive these I’ll take my business elsewhere that’s 760$ spent wasted all summer and still havent got them I’m very very disappointed in this kind of service if they can’t simply get covers to cushions for you....
