Very similar to other reviews. They seemed great at first. They got my money and their customer service went out the window. Very poor attitudes from the showroom people in both Manchester, NH and Scarborough, ME. They were useless when it came to actually building the cabinets. Terrible business. Stay away

Sub-par materials, poor customer service and no in house installation team. Basically scammed my mother out of 1,500 dollars for cheap plywood. Could have bought better at Ikea for less.

Same as the other reviews. Had a horrible experience when there was an issue with the product. All I can say is believe the negative reviews, it says a lot about them.

Order and pickup seemed to go ok initially, but zero service or help afterwards. One of the cabinet drawers came with the incorrect parts, no response from corporate to get the correct parts.Due to extended shipment time (understandable with Covid19), ended up substituting a 3 draw $1,000 cabinet with a $500, cabinet with doors. I have not been able to get a refund for the substitute. The store says go to corporate and does not answer emails, corporate says talk to the store. Next step is to open a dispute with the credit card company.Cabinets themselves are meh, they are made in China and Vietnam the finish between the two are not exact. Most of the items are from Vietnam the plywood has lots of voids in it, such that when drilling the drill will either drill through something or just go straight through like nothing. The Chinese cabinets are more solid and seem to be made with a much better plywood.I would not recommend Cabinets to Go, if anything is amiss or wrong there will be no resolution. The life time warranty is BS.

Very unpleasant experience with this company. If you can find another company that cares about customer service I would highly suggest it. Sales rep. Changed my order and guarantee my microwave would fit in the cabinet you changed. But what do you know. It’s not even close. Company won’t do anything to help me out.

Amazing location, beautiful cabinets and at such a low price. Tom was wonderful to deal with, he helped me thru all of my issues and ensured a smooth experience. Highly recommended if you looking to remodel your kitchen and flooring

I had never purchased cabinets before and Tom made the process very simple. I had to change the design after picking up my order and he made it painless. I installed them with very little effort and love my new kitchen! I have stopped in a few times since then and they treat me as if I had been going there for years.

These are great cabinets and easy to put togetherWe have been working with Tom in Manchester for the past 2 years as my son does flips and it’s been a great working relationship. The first thing people comment on in our houses are the cabinets and overall kitchen. The sales they have are well worth it!!!

Absolutely horrible service. At least from our salesperson Allan. From the start they charged us a $100 to do a measurement of space, which was not done correctly and multiple times during the build phase i had to provide measurement. No credit was ever given due to their contractor not providing them with the correct measurements.When we finally got the right order put together ( Multiple errors over the 4 weeks of trying to get the right build put together) and we received our cabinet it was the toward end or March. Allen for whatever reason had ordered a lot of items that we did not need and when the state shut down and Cabinets to go were not open / answering phones our 30 day return lapsed. Once state opened partially we tried to return items that our salesmen over built and did not need he exclaimed our 30 day policy is expired. He then proceeded to tell me if we had bought anything next door at lumber liquidators we would be worse off. I quickly pointed out we bought our flooring from Lumber liquidators in the begging of March and just returned extra flooring with no issue on May 27th and tried to return the kitchen items at same time and Cabinets to go was still closed.Buyer beware with the service of this company. Awful, awful. The product so far is ok, but we only have had it for a few months. I hate to see if we have to actually use the lifetime warranty should something break as this company does not seem to stand behind their product or their mistakes very well.I am guessing i have nearly 500 dollars plus for something our Salesmen Alan over built and will not take back and wonder if they are paid on commission for what they sell as they would incentives them to always over order when building and screwing the customer by not taking material back when the problem is identified. Even worse you use one of their contractors who wanted double the price of a highly skilled finished carpenter that installed these.I will never go back nor every recommend at least the Manchester NH store to ANYONE. Not even my worse enemy.We tried to work with them, but they dont care the state was shut down and out of my control.Again NEVER, NEVER buy from them to save yourself a lot of aggravation.Ron Desrosiers

Great Experience - Tom helped figure out exactly what I needed for my space and had some great ideas. Also helped me problem solve to get the perfect cabinets. They came in on time and they even held them their warehouse for me for a couple extra months as the space was not ready for cabinets on time. Lastly, Tom from Cabinets To Go delivered some large pieces to my home because they could not fit in my truck... Great product and service!

The worst experience EVER!I had to wait for 4 MONTHS for the under sink cabinet for my apron sink, and when it finally came in last Thursday, it had a crack on the front! Since then, Ive calling customer service every day! Not only they dont call back, but every day I get to speak to a new representative, and every time they ask me to send them the pictures again! No claim is in the system, no one can tell me anything, and no manager is ever available to talk to! I am so disappointing! For 4 Months I had the rest of the kitchen taking space in my house, and I still can not put it up! The cabinets are of a poor quality, not solid wood as promised, and I paid $5000 for them! Now, I dont know what to do! Looks like no one cares about me, my business, or has some respect toward me as a customer! Best thing I can think about is report them to the Better Business Bureau! Hope no one else has to go through this experience! Be aware! I will make an update when/if I get this situation resolved-but I am afraid it will take another 4 MONTHS!!!

They are not that cheap and you have to put them together yourself but that isn’t the problem if there is something wrong with one of the cabinets you can’t bring it back to the store .you have to take a picture of the parts that are broken and they will ship them to you which could be twice as long or more of a wait .I’m still waiting and all the contractors believe me they made something easy a nightmare
