I found the perfect car from Perfect Auto! I was looking for a hard top convertible since I live in a suburb of Chicago. I’ve always liked the Volkswagen Eos and it’s difficult to find one w low mileage and the LUX model since they stopped making the car in 2015. I found lots of Komfort base models online for sale but Perfect Auto had a LUX w low mileage in a 2013.I didn’t really want to drive from Chicago to Virginia but I spoke with Alex and he was very professional and knowledgeable about cars. He told me the car was still available so I gave him a deposit to hold. I asked about financing and he was also very accommodating with that too.I’m extremely excited to drive my new convertible and would totally recommend purchasing a used car from Perfect auto!!!

I went to Perfect Auto with 2 vehicles in mind. Ive bought vehicles from there before so Im familiar with the service and quality of the vehicles. Everything went smoothly. I was able to test drive both and come to a decision with no hassle. They helped me with financing as well which was also smooth. They tried to accommodate me in terms of what I was prepared to pay monthly. Overall it was a good experience as usual and Im thankful for their assistance.

Should be called the worst auto rental. firstly, don’t ever book a reservation with them via priceline because you will get accepted and booked through the website but not guaranteed pickup. Secondly, they fail to tell you in addition to the price of the rental an additional $200.00 is required at purchase. Have chime banking, cash app, or any other app related debit card? well too bad for you because they do not accept chime or any app related cards due to its “prepaid card look”. After two attempts at purchase we were told that it wasn’t going to happen due to an unknown error or decline in their system. The staff is reluctant to even ask for assistance from higher ranked staff. The person who was supposedly in charge looked like a 12 year old child who even explained she herself had never even rented a car. (how can you help someone when you’ve never done it yourself) we were not the only people experiencing issues it seemed everyone who was helped by this child was having problems. all and all i would not recommend using this place for any rental endeavors.

I highly recommend Perfect Auto for anyone in DMV looking for a luxury car. I had the best experience with them. Not only their service is great but also they have the best financing options. I bought a BMW car for my son couple of weeks ago.Perfect Auto sales rep were kind and professional. They showed us the car and convinced us to buy. At that point they were friendly but I was surprised to see them add an extra price on the car that they claimed was their fee.They gave me a discount and I finally bought the car.I took the car to the Maryland inspection and the car did not pass mainly because it had a problem with the wheels that could not be removed. This came as a surprise as Perfect Auto assured me they had taken the car to the Virginia inspection and that the wheels were removed.I had to take the car to BMW. Verdict: BMW said the wheels were completely frozen and that it was impossible to remove without a special intervention.In addition, they asked me to change both the oil and the break fluid that were (according to BMW again) old and unsafe.Total cost for me was over $500. When I called Perfect Auto to ask them to cover this cost they refused and were very rude. Told me I had been screwed by BMW. They never even considered the possibility that they might be wrong...I really do regret having bought the car from them...

I only had phone conversations with the dealership but they treated me like a child and were unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment to look at a car and on my way there called to confirm and they informed me none to kindly that they had sold the car. Not a problem as I hadnt put any money down or reserved the car. However it was a three hour drive to them which I was already two hours into. I would have appreciated them letting me know that my appointment wouldnt be necessary. Would have saved me a lot of time and hassle.

Did not end up buying a car but the staff was extremely helpful and worked with me to meet my needs. I will certainly keep them in mind when its time for me to buy.

I had been looking for a replacement of my 03 Bmw 7 series for over six months. BMs in Ny metro area were priced to high or all the same colors with no options. Almost giving up came across ad that seemed to good to be true. Fully loaded rare color carbon black 750li xdrive, with a price that seemed unreal.Thought the worse called up dealer who said it was true as ad described. I inquired about financing thinking this is where they add on 4-5gs as other dealers do. They called me back in day with the lowest rate I ever heard of for a used car. So with that I left work on thur boared a Amtrak to D.C. took a connecting bus a short cab ride to dealer.Very nice cleaner dealership with newer vehicles all over .I read some reviews prior that said they were rude or bad customer service. They are just calm and collective which I prefer anyway. No fast talking asking you how much money u want to spend. They just showed me to my car and let me look it over. Answered all my questions. Put plates on told me to test drive it. In Ny cant leave the parking lot.Told them I wanted it before another customer who came in wanted to buy. I think James performed the simpliset paperwork ever, and was deciding wether to driving back before the DC rush. A week later took car to NY BMW dealer said it was a decent vehicle with minor maintenance to do . So happy thanks-James,Amhar at Perfect Autos.Q

Stopped in after seeing a car online that we were interested in. Henry greeted us immediately and answered all of our questions. They quickly agreed to replace the windshield because of a small impact spot and one of the tires. We ended up buying the Audi A3 the next day. This was a great car buying experience.

I called ahead for a visit to Perfect Auto after seeing online that they had several of the makes and models I was interested in. Upon arriving i was greeted by John who had all three vehicles ready for me to explore and drive. After a day I settled on one. While I considered the purchase John was very understanding and “low pressure” which I appreciated. Everyone there was very polite and professional making the purchase very easy. I had a little issue with the vehicle after the purchase and they were more than fair in helping me resolve the problem. I would not hesitate to buy a car from in the future.

In the market for a BMW 335xi and found one at Perfect Auto with very low mile and fair price. Contact the sale department and they will super helpful and Friendly. I made an appointment, car was very clean and exactly as described. I really like them for being straight forward through out the deal including when I asked about out of state inspection and they informed me that vehicle should pass, but made it very clear that they are a Virginia dealer and theretofore can only guarantee Virginia inspection. I purchase the car and few days took it for MD inspection, it passed with no issues. I will do business again and recommend Perfect Auto to others.

I took my BMW 128i 2011 to Sterling BMW and they told me I need a new battery and headlights for $3,000 in order to pass my inspection. I went to Perfect auto to buy a 2005 Saab. While the sales man Henry was great, the manager was less then honest on the other hand. The car I bought is the base model. When the manager and I had a disagreement on the True Market Value of the car. It came to my attention that he was looking up the Areo version of the car all the while trying to pass it off as he was looking up the price of the Linear (which the car really is). Needless to say when buying a car and the manager is saying it’s a good deal and shows you what the TMV is make sure he is looking up the proper model.

I had an absolute fantastic experience there. The salesman Alex originally worked with me at another dealer in which we could not find a car that matched what I was looking for. When he swapped to this company, he continued to follow up finding me an absolutely steal of a car. Incredible shape, drives great, and at a price that beats every other place (online and in person) I could find. Tested Drove a BMW and it ran out of gas. Pregnant woman in the car. Car was shaky at about 60mph. Wanted a lower cash offer. They wont budge not ever $500..... Cars are over priced. 2009 BMW $7500.... Can do way better getting the same car in New Jersey. Sales men was stuck on my initial low offer. He took it to the heart and wined about it for 5 minutes instead of getting to business.

I just bought the 2013 BMW 750i and after when I get back to Maryland inspect the car and one of the control arm was failed and after 1-2 days. And then show up the engine light (misfire). So I call them how ever they dont care and said bring it back we can check the what happened, but they wont fit the control arm for me because they said they only cover engine and transmission. But control arm might put me in danger while Im driving . Also they show all the record on the car 1 owner ! Never been accident before . but my inspector checked. The car was in the accident before but it cover it up so it wont show up at the record . So well . Im try to return the car but they wont let me. This dealer selling all the trash car ...

I purchased my first car in January of these year. After 6weeks driving it, I had to invest almost $2000 in repairs. I made mistake not doble checking the cars condition. This is definitely not the best dealership for ppl that are trying to do their first purchase or that dont know to much about cars like me.

WORST COMPANY EVER! They stole $3000 in additional fees, told me they would pay my state taxes for me and never did. In fact, they kept the money and I have to register my vehicle myself and had to pay the state taxes twice! They never returned my phone calls and they hang up on me anytime I called. Its been weeks and yet no one wants to take my calls!

As we entered, we received no greeting from the two salespersons (very busy at work on their facebook and instagram pages by the way). We asked for the salesperson that the appointment was booked, and he had left for the day but upon further evaluation of this particular dealership, He in fact was there the entire time and matter of factually hid from his troublesome customers in his hideaway office as he walked past the sales rep and smirked not knowing that we knew EXACTLY who he was because my wife and I looked him up on LinkedIN way before he even knew what we looked like. LONG STORY SHORT....STAY AWAY FROM THESE JOKERS LOGICAL PERSONS! If you can read this Perfect Auto,...You have ben 10d.

This dealership makes it sound like theyre doing you a favor by showing you a car. Their dealership fee is $599 which is as high as a certified Toyota/Honda dealership and theyre not even a well known dealership. On top of that, they charge a recondition fee of $995...CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? And that too on a car they did not even detail. And then they rudely say Audi dealership charges 1200 recondition fee. Dude, first of all youre talking about Audi dealership and you are a small local dealership that I did not even notice existed in 4 years. In short very arrogant and unprofessional people whose cars are overpriced. I wish there was a zero star option.

Rude and incompetent staff that act as if their customers are an inconvenience to them. The sales people seem to have little to no knowledge and understanding of their vehicles or the services that they sell. But if you have an infinite amount of time and patience go ahead.

UPDATE:A couple of days after purchasing the vehicle I noticed a puff of smoke rising from the tailpipe upon startup. Initially I disregarded the issue as I thought it may be contributed to the car not being driven for a while. Not the case.The problem continued and since the vehicle was still under factory waranty, I decided to take it to the dealer for diagnosis. It was determined that oil was leaking into the turbo lines.A couple of days later I had to return to Perfect Auto to settle a financial matter and the gentleman I spoke with ASKED ME about the smoke issue. He stated that he told Alex to call me and advise me of the smoke issue and to take the vehicle to the dealer while it was still under dealer warranty. I never heard from Alex. I was stunned! If it was known prior to me purchasing the vehicle that this was an issue, why wasnt it mentioned?Its a good thing I decided to take it to the dealer myself prior to the warranty expiration.Needless to say I was pretty pissed!My vehicle has been at the dealer since Saturday 15 Aug and I was just informed that I wont have it back until next week! The line and the turbo have to be replaced.I would definitely think twice before purchasing a car from this dealer. Imperfect Auto is more like it!Today was a great day to purchase a vehicle!! We used USAA car buying service and found the perfect vehicle at Perfect Auto. Alex was great, very professional and gave us a great overview of the vehicle. He allowed a test drive without the hassle of having a sales person in the vehicle with us. This allowed for a more comfortable test drive experience. We did not feel pressured to purchase but after such a great experience we decided to do so. Would definitely recommend Perfect Auto to any one interested in purchasing a quality used vehicle.

The lot price given by the dealer wasnt honored in negotiations and the manager chocked it up to just a mistake - thousand dollar mistake. This dealership is full of snakes who tried to take advantage of a senior citizen.

Bought X5 2012 from this dealer and Car is total junk . Till now I spent good amount of 6 plus grand on the repairs and I m not satisfied with the way they treated me when I bought car from them in 2015 DEC

Dishonest. I purchased a vehicle here, and when I came to pick it up, the dealership informed me that there was only one key. Then, they berated me as if I was stupid for assuming that a 2013 BMW should come with two keys. It cost me another $460 to have another key made.
