This Hy-Vee is great. The employees are terrific and go above and beyond. I shop for Instacart and they let me get my last few items for my customers every time and even helped me once so I’d be on time. I appreciate them.

We got our wedding catered by Hy-Vee. Several weeks before, we expressed concerns that there may not be enough staffing to get everyone food at the same time. They said it would be fine. Our single course dinner was served over the course of 75 minutes (which was problematic because our 3 options reflected different dietary restrictions, so basically anyone who had a restriction had most of the food intended for them eaten by people with no other options). They complained about having to set the table (it was in our contract. Sad). They did not bring coffee cups, and provided a bin full of creamer and sugar packets instead of actual half and half (without mugs? Good thing we brought backup ones). They were quite rude when we checked up on them after waiting for food for 45 minutes (who is rude to a bride/groom on their wedding?)They did not respond to my email addressing these issues, requesting a refund for the coffee mishap and the fact that their planning delayed dinner by over an hour. Not cool using almost 1/4 of our reception time to have people hungry, waiting for food.If you are feeling enticed by their relatively low pricing, the food was pretty good, but plan on babysitting the operation, providing your own dinner-adjacent additions (like coffee, dessert accommodations, etc), and do not rely on a food schedule being maintained.Bummer they didnt respond to an email or reach out to inquire about feedback...grocery store is OK though!

I know times are hard, but I am just wondering if there is anyway to improve in having certain items in stock more frequently. There are some items that are out of stock 90% of the time (Stokes cold brews, Starbucks cold brews, for example). It is so disappointing because I rely on these as pre-work caffeinated beverages. You are frequently out of common things..Chobani yogurts of many varieties, chicken thighs (how can you not have any chicken thighs?!)..I realize that there are things I don’t understand about supply chain right now, but I can usually get this from other stores. Maybe you need to adjust inventory for these products because they are clearly popular and always out of stock.

Great store for grocery shopping. No other grocery stores around the area beat their produce/meat selection and pricing. Ive found that some other items such as milk, canned goods, boxed dinners, etc. are sometimes pricey. Id recommend downloading the app, itll show you deals in advance that can give you fuel saver perks, useable for credit towards filling up your gas tank. App is also nice because if you cant find something in the store, you can search it on the app and itll show which aisle its in.

Clean, friendly staff, but could use more food options. Nice that they have that there. But I have seen other Hy-Vee have more options. Could just be a smaller store. Still it was good.

First time at this location and we went for some dinner. Bought two Asian meals and brought them home. Both entrees were hit and delicious!! Very impressed.

I was hit on by a security guard, which I reported. I found out hes still employed there.I left a good commuter coffee mug at the other location, they promised to hold it for me, and they didnt. The manager told me that (a germophobe) threw it out.

Great grocery store with fantastic restaurant and massive selection

I have not here a few times sometimes we have a whole work here really nice sometimes rude.. prices can be a little high and certain things especially for certain things that you got. I used to go out of my way to come here until covid because I love the salad bar selection.

I visited from Atlanta, Georgia, and we have nothing that compares to this grocery store. The food selection was beautiful!

Yesterday I found a little combination grater/measuring box, marked down 30 percent. And they have an interesting specialty cheese area, not big but some imported cheeses I havent found elsewhere. When youre done shopping, you can get a latte at the in-store Starbucks and drink it with a snack in a nice frequently sanitized cafe area.

Friendly service and good hot food stations. Their Chinese, sushi, and deli foods are great for a quick lunch. They have 1/2 price sushi in Wednesdays and other daily deals. I also enjoy the fried pork tenderloin, mash potatoes, roast turkey, beef stroganoff and Mac and cheese. I also get Starbucks here quite a bit because its close to work, very nice and friendly staff there as well. Their groceries are more on the expensive side, so we dont do our main shopping here. Their produce is far better than other place as well as their meat section so we will make special stops or swing by after work because we are close.

Nothing to complain about here. This is probably the best Hy-Vee Ive been to.

I love this place, especially since I can get their sushi on my food stamp card, but almost all the prices are absolutely ridiculous and I make it a point not to really shop here unless I need cheap meat, a quick “home cooked” meal, or half priced sushi on Wednesdays.Seriously….. If I had to buy the same items at each store, and I’m comparing prices from affordable to luxurious, based on the top three in town?Woodmans > Pick n Save > Hy-Vee.

Pharmacy staff and pharmacist very nice and helpful. I was from out of town, they helped me get my meds transferred to their store and with my vaccinations.

Will not return. They parked a big truck with food cart as a trailer in front of both entrances. Very irresponsible and irrational. Im gluten free, and in the gluten free section, there was mixed products. This error can get people sick who arent careful.

Ordered 2 tier cake for b-day and received 2 layer cake instead. There was extremely poor communication between the staff and they offered making a new cake at no charge. When i went to pick it up they wanted to charge me again. Be careful what you want and what they will decide to make for you!! Will never order from this place again!!

Clean store and average prices. Not too high but fairly priced. The deli is good quality. It is a nice place to stop for an express lunch. Produce is fresh and there is a nice variety of items.

Good produce section. Always clean and well stocked. Employees are pleasant (in my experiences). BE KIND TO YOUR CASHIERS!!! The world doesnt revolve around you.

Love the drive up pick up. There was a substitute on an item that I didnt like and they fixed it while I was picking up my groceries.

Unlike trader joes Hi Vee stocks everything and therefore is next to impossible to find what I am looking for. In these times of fast moving, ever changing, To Do lists, HiVee slows me down.

This store is always clean. I appreciate the mothers room and family bathrooms. Love the fresh Asian food. The bakery always has nice items as well. I do think their meat selection is nice but too expensive. I appreciate their organic and specialty item section.

This Hy-vee used to be comparable to an old run down pick n save. I hadnt shopped here for many years, recently I visited and was incredibly surprised. The vegetables are well kept and ripe, the bakery and meat counter is well organized with great offerings. The price is very reasonable and many things are on sale. It is becoming my go to place for groceries.

Plastic bag promoting company, Hyvee, out of Des Moines, IA. This store is one of last stores in town to continue to make their customers bag their grocery when one brings in their own canvas bags. The CDC has come out and said this poses a low risk to grocery workers to touch these bags, and many stores have gone back to encouraging customers to bring in their own grocery bags to save the massive amount of plastic we are already dumping in the ocean. Ive talked to the manager of this store, and he just returns with the party line this is a corporate decision. I told him well this is this customers decision to stop shopping at Hyvee.

Pulled up to the front so my wife wouldn’t have to walk all her groceries to the car in the bitter cold and was greeted by an employee who seemed to be going home aggressively telling me I couldn’t be sitting there. I see people put their hazards on there constantly. If you don’t want people to park there, put a sign up. Thanks.

Prices might be a little higher than some but I love the gas rewards!

Hyvees is always a great place to shop. We especially like their Asian food bar. Plus their fresh fruit and vegetables are great. I could go on and on about all of Hyvees. Try it, you will like it.

Had a horrible experience with BETH at the bakery section. I asked for writing on a cake and she rudely told me no, no one is there to do it and then walked away. It wasnt a big deal that I couldnt get writing on the cake, but she did not apologize or sound sympathetic. It was blunt and felt like she just wanted to get rid of me. I reported it to managers since they were near. GET YO ACT TOGETHER, BETHY. Otherwise everything else is fine.

If you need to save every penny, Woodman’s is the unfortunate choice. If not, Hyvee is even more fabulous than before the pandemic! Not only has the health food section expanded to include practically every brand I get at the coop, it is now easier than ever to get your groceries! A Premium Membership ($95 per year) means free pickup within two hours of ordering online, and free delivery as well, albeit with a longer wait time. If you don’t always have the time and energy to shop in person, this service quickly pays for itself. Also of note: Hyvee always has quality produce and an excellent deli with great prepared food!

Got great deals on the products I need

After a recent shopping experience, we discovered that we left two bags of groceries in the cart after returning it to the corral. When we realized the error, we called to see if they were still there. The customer service representative that answered the phone, Cindy, immediately went outside to check the carts. Unfortunately, the groceries werent there, but the customer service attempt was so fantastic that Cindy and her training should be recognized to be at the highest level. Hy-vee is a great place to shop, and this location is excellent for going above and beyond for their guests.Thank you!

Theyve definitely improved the grocery pickup program since the early days of the pandemic. They run into shortages as many other businesses do right now. Its often busy and some isles are hard to avoid people in so I recommend pick up if you wanna stay out of the fray. Liquor department and cheese department are a large part of this review. These areas are filled with knowledge and helpful staff. Points off for crowded isles, sometimes challenging store layout, and shortages on necessities although I recognize they cannot help these situations. Overall is my go to store and will continue utilizing.
