Beautiful new public store! Even has a pharmacy and I was able to find the Band-Aids that I needed and was looking for. Also went back to the dairy department and got some heavy whipping cream. Very clean store very well laid out. And the staff is very friendly and nice to deal with! Lots of parking space handicap parking as well.

The Clift Farm’s Publix is a really nice store thanks to it being new. The staff were friendly and it had just as good a selection as other Publix stores so I’d be happy to shop here again.

This new store is beautiful. When we walked in we were greeted by every employee we can across. It was so clean and I love the layout. Theyre layout is totally different from all the stores Ive been to in Georgia. I liked the new style also . They also had some items Ive never seen before in my stores

I have no idea why they make this disgusting chicken. Not just here, but also on county line Publix as well. Does Publix chicken handlers are lazy to show chicken feathers so obvlius on food? This seems so consistent and management should investigate what the hell is wrong with chickens in Publix. Absolutely not acceptable quality.

Thank you to the associate who took time to research the Kame hot mustard for me and my husband. As We checked out the cashier asked if we found what we needed and we mentioned the hot mustard and a nice lady in pink who helped us. She explained that you are the manager….. i can understand why!!

Love shopping at Publix. They have a great selection of organic produce. The store is laid out different from the Publx I normally shop at in Madison. The Manager was friendly and the other associates.

I am altering my initial review shown below based on my visit today. Produce needed attention. We had to bag our own groceries. I asked about baggers and was told by the rather hawkish checkout person that there was a regular checkout lane on the other side of the self-check area (only two staffed check out lanes open) and that I was in the express check. I commented to the check out lady and another Publix employee in line checking out behind me that it might be well and good from their perspective, but I could see 4 other Publix employees standing at the front and not looking busy as I bagged groceries. I explained that it really did not look like good customer service and provided a negative impression. I did not notice a 10 items or less sign for the lane, but maybe I missed it. Another customer in line behind the Publix employee chimed in and said yes, this place is more like WalMart now! Ha ha! Maybe I should be more grateful to the store closer to my home where I usually shop!Initial visit impression from a few days ago:Nice new store. It is well stocked, clean and staff seems nice. I wish it was closer to my home.

This is a beautiful store with friendly associates. I have been in a few times since it has opened and have been impressed at every visit. The store is very clean and the produce looked beautiful. Every worker I have come across has been kind and helpful. The pharmacy associates were helpful and getting my flu shot there was super easy! Plus the $10 gift card for getting your flu shot there is great. If you havent checked this new store out yet you should!

Store itself is great. Only issue is the very tight turn you have to make with your car on the left of the lot. The lanes are so narrow that you have to wait for other cars to go before turning, unless youre driving a golf cart. Whoever drew that up didnt do the math.

Okay it seems like the newness of the Publix on hwy.72 in Madison has went down the drain pretty quickly, deli...well the food appears old and apparently the people serving this stuff have never heard of potato wedges..had an incredible experience the other day and had to bring to the attention of the manager that molded bread was being sold on the shelf of the store...his reaction seemed to be, oh well big deal we dont handle that, My reply to this was,your selling molded bread and its not your problem,? Typical modern day customer service its never their fault,there is no customer service, this is the second time that Ive found molded bread on the Publix store shelf...somebody needs to call the health department, Id like to be able to post pictures

My favorite grocery store. Its the employee owners that make it a great experience every time.

Comfortable sized aisles, everything clearly labeled, plus staff are eager to assist. But also cheerful when I say I like doing my own exploring, and wish me fun and go back to current tasks. Out of stock items are labeled not only with the little temporarily out of stock label but also the exact date when it ran out so I know if this is a long-term supplier problem or just a wait for the next truck. I am impressed to see next to no frost rime on ice cream cartons which is a whole complicated problem.

Unfortunately this Publix has gone the way of the self checkout. With generally only one non-express lane open in the evening it is a gamble on how long you will be in line if you have more than 10 items.

Great new Publix in the Cliff Farm subdivision. The deli is very prominent and I like the design and options they have. Unlike other Publix stores in the area, the bakery is in the back which would be the only potential dislike I could offer. The staff has been very polite and helpful each time weve asked. Food quality has been excellent for us so far.

1 register one with 4 self check outs. I shop Publix for service. This not service.

This store really needs to get their deli department together. I have yet to come here for my online pickup order and be ready on time or even reasonably past time. Not only do I have to deal with my order not being ready, but also with deli associates who dont seem to care. From responses of it should be over there (hint: it was not) or simply saying ok when I state my order isnt there. Its not typical of Publix and considering this store is now in the heart of a half million dollar community, I would expect more. I would also expect being only months old now, that they would make sure their customer service is on point. Ill be visiting the Publix thats slightly further away to avoid the headache of this deli.

The Staff at this location was extremely helpful at the deli and the bakery. Everything was stocked perfectly and with their new self-checkout was in and out quickly. All of the staff was extremely polite I would highly recommend this Publix location to anyone.

Deli is awesome! People are easy to work with, very helpful and make sure you are satisfied with your food.

This newest Publix is pretty much the same as all the other ones, with one exception: self checkout. Yes, now you can buy all of your favorite Publix items without talking to people. The staff is always friendly, and everything is clean, well-stocked, and well-organized. Would go again.
