They have a good food selection. BUT the customer service is so bad. I think it’s the owner but she NEVER greets anyone & never says goodbye/thanks either. The only time she ever speaks is when she tells you the total. 2 years ago when they opened they had better service.

These people are just rude. There may be a language barrier but Hi is universal. Dont even acknowledge you when you enter the store, just start ringing up your things while you are still shopping. The people at the meat counter are always kind but those cashiers need some guidance.

It was fine but they dont carry 2 much they only carry mostly is Mexican foods.

The employees are gracious and make you know your e welcomed. Luna needs to cater to the Blacks as does she to the Hispanics. Her prices are entirely too high. She deserves 4 stars for convenience sake only.

Bought some of their fruit and veggies. AMAZING! The fruit was so sweet and delicious. The quality of produce was leagues better than Woodmans which is where I usually go. Their selection was great too for such a little shop! I dont drive, so this place is beyond wonderful to have in the neighborhood. Thank you guys so much!

Lunas groceries is an owner operator store that has been in business for less than a year. The store has everything you need to make authentic Mexican dishes, and also has milk, eggs, and hotdogs for a quick stop if you dont want to drive far or in a pickle. If you live near the Allied community. I believe this place is well known for their fresh meat cuts and whole veggies. Every time I come into the store they are very friendly and theyre always willing to help out. The store is always neat and clean and theyre always getting in fresh merchandise. Every time I go in there they have something new.

Shopping at Luna’s means to me being home. It gives me that sense of my childhood in the Dominican Republic when my mom will send me to buy groceries in ”El Colmado. The experience that you get when you speak to the people is incredible because the fact you share your Cooking skills and recipes with others to me it’s not an experience get it everywhere when you shop for groceries. I am happy to shop there and proud of the community around the area. I wish Luna’s to keep succeeding and making our community proud and grateful to have a store :)

They are friendly and convenient, serving the local neighborhood with fresh meats and produce.

Small neighborhood grocery with an excellent butcher case, try their chorizo and pico de gallo. There may be limited options but plenty to create meals and foster community. Love that the owners chose to bring their store to an area that really needed it.

It has many Mexican products and fresh fruit and vegetables, the only bad thing is the service. The butcher serves very poorly, most of the time he is very cheap and does not sell you the amount you want, but the amount he wants.

Too slow to charge

People who work there need a kind of customer service. Tell me who wants to return with people who neither say hello when they enter or say thank you When you pay. I dont know if its because Im a woman and theyre envious. But that way people who do Shopping are not treated and do not feel like returning. Mr. Butcher is the only one who looks like a good person.
