This place is ridiculous..aYour always in line for 35 to 45 minutes just to check out. It souldnt be this hard to go into a place and get what you need and walk out..Not complaining really..just not pleased with the service.

I waited more than 30 minutes for a riding cart and still could not get one, so I had to leave without getting my shopping done. There were 2 carts in the front, but they were out of order. The gentleman at the front door radioed to the other side to see if there were any carts, and was told that they had 2 but they were charging. He looked in the parking lot but didnt find any. This is a reoccurring issue! There are insufficient riding carts at this store to service the needs of those who definitely need them.

Walmart is a great place to shop. You can get almost everything one place at a reasonable price. 5 stars

Had quite a few items for graduation. There is more online options as well if your looking for more. My daughter is graduating this year, so the items that I purchased will look great in our yard as well in the frames. Shes having a graduation party too & they have so much to decorate the backyard with. Lights, balloons, signs, banners, streamers, you name it they got it!!!Check it out for yourself!!!🤩

This absolutely the worst Walmart ever. They say that some items are up on a sale then when you go through the checkout, it’s like $50 more. Their has only been like three employees that are actually nice and care about helping you and the rest are just rude and lazy. Which I understand why because Walmart doesn’t treat their employees right.

This is the Walmart super close to my house. However, it is not half as organized as the one on University Street, or some Walmart neighborhood store. I still go there regularly, just not motivated to drive further. Wish they can do a better job.

Why would I give a Wal-Mart 5 stars? Mr. Leon. Sure, its just like any of the other nearly 5000 Wal-Marts in the US. But only here can you be greeted by the ever cheerful and genuine smile of Mr. Leon. I mean, you can hear him greet people clear across the other side of the store! As silly as it sounds, my wife and I both look forward to getting groceries just to say hey to our favorite one-armed man in the yellow vest.

I have received consistently good customer service at this Walmart. More so than any other in the area. However, here in the last month something has changed. The parking lot is a mess, the greeter doesnt even acknowledge you when you come in, and nobody seems to even smile anymore. Whatever management is doing is not working.

Many selections to choose from. In-store pickup, and curb side pickup are very convinient. I use Walmart pay at the self checkout. The app keeps all the receipts on my phone which make the return process much easier.

I like to now who is tracking me and for what reason .

Honestly, Walmart has always gotten a high rating because of the fact that if a Zombie Apocalypse happens, there will be many used as a fort until food and supplies run out. Btw, The Huntsville Subway in Walmart is awesome for its food and customer service

I dont know who is responsible for ordering inventory but they dont know what they are doing. This has been going on WELL BEFORE covid. So that is no excuse. Publix and WDG dont seem to have this problem.

As with all Walmart locations they are constantly moving things around so its kind of hard to find things you need. Otherwise great place as far as Walmart goes. This is definitely my go to Walmart.

Hope when you have to go there you know where everything is. The majority of the workers could care less about helping you. If I didnt know better they hide from being ask questions.

In town to visit my best friend and I forgot to pack some items. The cashier was very friendly and courteous.

Not my favorite Walmart to go to but they do occasionally have some items that are out of stock at the locations closer to me so I go out to this one in Madison occasionally.

Rough day so far Wal-Mart is good though

Never any cashiers when I go. One time 7:30 am not even the self check outs was open. Yesterday no cashiers again and the self checkouts was backed up half to the other self checkouts. I couldnt tell if that side was open. If they need help, Ill work part time for a short time. My mother was with Big K and Walmart for over ten years.

Great place to get some clothes, food, accessories, and a lot of stuff you might need.

I like the selection and how this Walmart stays well stocked.

The greeter watched me check out at self check out then proceeded to ask me for my receipt before I left the lane. When I said no thank you she got an attitude sucked her teeth and talked slick under her breath! I have nothing to hide but she literally had just watched me check out. Please stop with your attitudes. This is why I shop Target!

Terrible Walmart pickup service. I understand there was an issue on 9/22 with their system, so I was unable to pickup. I was kind about it and came back the next day after THEY rescheduled my grocery pickup for me. Get there & they tell me all grocery pickups from the previous day have been canceled & they dont know what Im talking abt. Which is a LIE! I work full time, so does my boyfriend, and Im a full time student so to deal with this 3 separate times is beyond what I can deal with right now. Terribly frustrated. And YES I meant to say 3 because my order at this Walmart has been canceled before. You would save time by driving across Madison to the other Walmart, literally.

Oh my it is getting back crazy. Almost overrun by child who clearly was not told about social distancing and none of family had on a MASK!!! OMG!

I dont like that they ask to see your receipt on your way out of the door at this location. Walmart has video and electronic proof that I paid for my items. If they have reason to believe that I didnt, there is a remedy and a procedure for that.

A couple of days ago I went to this store. This very nice associate named Andrea, helped me find the products I needed. I noticed she was busy and she still very kindly offered to help me. I believe every worker should be like her, Very professional and helpful nice young lady. (honey if you are seeing this I totes loved your hair color).

Consistent with other locations. Did not have the latest tech that other locations carry.

Its Walmart. There are two checkers if you get lucky. You will never find an associate in most areas, crafts, sporting goods, etc. Electronics always has one though.

Walmart is always busy at certain times it seems but I catch it on not so bad times and can shop and check out the few clearances on aisles I check out with finding always something there. Thats whats up. Yeah Boii!!

This store Is great I always find what I need, best selections, and workers are friendly. I even lost my cell phone and was returned to me!

I dont really like Walmart 1. Shelves are never fully stock 2. The employees are rude and never help me find the stuff I need. 3 they are never any checkouts opened. 4 when I buy stuff from Walmart they break in less than a month. Kmart was a lot better

Dont even think about returning something without a receipt because they only give you about 1/3 of what you paided for it. Tried to return a box of luvs diapers unopened didnt have a receipt, I paid $38.99 for them and they only want to give me $9.00 for them, that so wrong.

I had an item without a barcode I set it aside and an employee was told to take a phot of my ID as if I were to steal. It was wrong without any probable cause. They made me feel uncomfortable, I don’t like to come to this Walmart and neither does my family and friends.

The three reasons I hate Walmart is because they never have any checkouts open they never have there shelfs stocked completely and there employees are rude as hell.

I got to walmart as of 4:10 PM. I called a few times finally left a message. After a while I called again and finally got a human. As of 5:16 PM I am still waiting on my small order. I even asked the gentleman when he came to my passenger side of my car how long it was going to be because I needed to run in for an item. He stated not long. Well as of 5:15. I am still waiting. Finally received at 5:18PM

Went to the older Walmart in Madison. Ive missed that place so much.This is the best Walmart in your area.

I have a hard time finding anything at this Walmart. It doesnt feel dirty or anything, and I find the employees are generally nice, but it feels disorganized and a bit messy. Also the selection seems worse than other Walmarts Ive visited despite its size. I do appreciate them working hard during the pandemic though.

Typical Walmart. Dirty, rude customers, hardly anyone working on the floor... And have to check out on my own... So I can get hassled on the way out. Dismal experience from the parking lot until I get back out on the road. They put nearly everyone out of business, so not many options for a lot of items.

One of the biggest issues that I find to be at Walmart is the cleanliness of the restrooms at this location I was surprised to walk into the restroom with a pleasant smell. The upkeep on the restrooms made me feel comfortable with using them.

Theyve always had everything Ive ever needed, and is conveniently located! Pickup for groceries can sometimes take a while, but never takes longer than it would if I was going in the store myself. Love this location!

Floor and products change locations too much, there in minimal consistency.

Clean no cashiers all do it yourself..... If their going to do that they need more self serve registers!!!

This is a well run WalMart store. The aisles are well organized and the staff is always helpful. We shop at this WalMart even though another is closer because this store is in the city of Madison where we live. Shopping here sends our tax dollars to our city instead of another.

Ordered a large grocery order online. Groceries were not delivered. Store can’t find the order. States will take 7-10 days for refund. No reasonable alternatives offered.

I like this place as in shopping! They have a pretty good selection of items! But for the most part I DO NOT LIKE their employees! Of course there are a few good ones but they are very few and far between! They are rude and obviously hate their jobs! So, I would much rather drive farther to s different Wal-Mart than to have to deal with their employees!

No cash back at the super Wal-Mart due to coin shortage...forgot something stopped by the neighborhood Walmart purchased 2 items....all the self checkouts had cash back option.

This is a pretty typical Walmart. Its not the stabby Walmart in town, but its not the nicest (well it is the nicest, but still not very nice). Youll find all the usual Walmart items and usual Walmart people. Its easy to see from the road, and the parking lot and drive is fairly easy to navigate. Would go again.

What can I say, it is Walmart. Probably a 7 out of 10. Stock can be lacking a lot of time but is rarely too crowded.

This money department is Walmart is beyond too slow! If your trying to provide convenience you missed it. This sucks!!

It took almost 2 hours sitting in pickup area to get our groceries. Throughout that time we were told that ours was next and watched them come out with others. Meanwhile we saw other people give up and leave. Went to the door and they said we hadn’t checked in, which we had. Saw some specific items being put into another car and knew it was ours. Got out and sure enough it was, so he had to take stuff out and move it to ours. Got home and several items are missing. They lost our business.
