We are new to the area and have had wonderful customer service here! The team at the service desk have been polite and quick! They have also been super helpful with a couple of returns that we have had! When we needed a manager, he was quick and so kind! You guys have a great team up there! Keep up the good work!

We had excellent service by Christopher in the electronics department. He researched my husband’s Fitbit to identify what it was & find a charger to fit it. We had already purchased 2 other chargers from other places that did not work!Thanks, Christopher!!

I went there because my eye glasses were bent and about to fall apart . The nice woman in the optical department fixed the bending and even cleaned the lenses off - and then didn’t charge me any thing. It took her awhile to fix the glasses too- it wasn’t a quick job.Thank you so much Target

Great customer service experience with return today

I had a unfortunate situation yesterday at this target. I came in shopping for shorts with my 1year old special needs daughter. When I got to the fitting room I was told I couldnt take my cart into the fitting room. When I explained to.the employee that my daughter needed it to sit in she said Im sorry thats our protocol. And I said what am I supposed to do sit her on the floor? As she opened the door to the fitting room and said oh no, there is a bench in there she can sit on... my 1 year old child with special needs can not sit on a bench. So I tried my clothes on with my baby on the floor. This upset me very much. And is unacceptable. As part of the special needs community, I shop Target because it is an inclusive store. My hopes is that Target takes this seriously and addresses this with all employees. Today I went the the sun prairie location and they let me take my cart in the fitting room. From here on out I will be driving the extra time to go to sun prairie.

Target has always is always on top of it every time I place a pick up order. I have placed orders at several different Targets and it is always quick and convenient! Staff has always been welcoming and ready to help me!

Needed to quickly replace a broken cell phone, and all the area phone stores were temporarily closed. Went to Target electronics department. The young man who helped me was quick, knowledgable, and answered my tech ignorant questions patiently and politely. Was out of the store with a new activated phone in less than 30 minutes. This was a better customer experience than Ive ever had in a phone store.

Not from the area. Stopped in to purchase a few things for a family member. Store was well stocked and organized. “Dea” was our cashier; Dea was super helpful and friendly. Great customer skills too. Would return to this store.

Fast, easy and safe shopping.This is the second time I have picked up from Target. The first time, I did not see that I needed to notify you when I was there and had to sit in my car until a nice employee noticed I had been there a while. (I thought my GPS would tell them I was there). This time, I didnt even have time to notify them that I was there, the employee saw by my GPS that I was there and was at my car before I could get my phone out. Great service.

A Target is a Target, no matter the location.Always go in for an item or two, always walk out with 2 or more bags full. Good deals, usually friendly staff, has a food area, with cold goods and such, and a Starbucks and concessions area in the front.

Convenience items, in my case in Health and Beauty Department, are located near to checkout. To find my particular item, a sales associated was nearby and showed me exactly where my item was located. I was able to go directly to self-checkout, make my purchase completed in seven minutes from start to finish from when I entered the store!

Its rare that I would base an entire review simply off one person, but as Ive mentioned plenty of times, one person can make or brake the impression of a business. That being said, Lily in electronics is absolutely wonderful; very helpful, answered all my questions, knew everything about specific items in that department, was patient with me even though I rushed in last minute with 10 minutes to closing time, and was friendly and welcoming. I would return to this specific Target store in the future for electronics, simply because of that.

I leave a 5 star because it is squeaky clean so you will have a less chance of getting the COVED-19, also, it is easy to find stuff.

Come for the groceries, stay for the coffee. I firmly believe that Target employees are better trained as Starbucks baristas compared to those working at free-standing locations. The coffee here and at every Target Starbucks in town is always made very well. I have never had a drink that didnt taste perfect. In the other hand, I completely avoid the drive thru location across east wash because the lines are exceptionally long, the service is slow, and my order has been undrinkable far too often.

The order was ready earlier than expected and it is so nice that they bring it to the car.

Its like most other department stores. Things cost a little bit more here.

Pickup is always super fast and convenient. The team members who bring out my purchase(s) are always very friendly and accommodating.

Overcharges and damages to items

Im very thankful to Target for their options for all customers- including the ones who are either in the high risk or live with high risk for covid. The employee that met me outside for my drive up pick up was extremely nice and pleasant- and waiting for me!! This is a tough time for everyone and for a business to rise up to meet everyones needs is exceptional of that business!

Gave up on Walmart and I just enjoy coming here and Shoping

Went earlier today for the first time. I wanted to purchase a 55 Samsung television. I was helped by a young man Rafael. Rafael was awesome! Before I got to involved with the selection, Rafael checked the inventory so we did not waste time with televisions that were not in stock bc I wanted one today. He completed my purchase and helped load the item. Target, if your other employees are half as awesome as Rafael, you have a stellar staff!

Really disappointed in the clothes at Target. Theyre all a blah color and they all look alike. They used to carry a real cute brand called Knox Rose. They no longer carry it and its a shame because they had the cutest darn clothes ever. Please start to carry the Knox Rose clothing brand again because they had some really cute stuff.

Got my Flue shot at the CVS clinic and found the experience to be very pleasant. The area was blocked off for privacy and appointment times were staggered to prevent anyone from encroaching on another time slot.

This is a good Target, with a bright, clean environment to be in, even despite the current remodeling construction inside (cant wait to see the new beauty section!) And we had the most friendly and kind cashier who really went out of her way to give us a good experience.

It was fast, exactly what I asked for and great service. I had to bring my daughter in and was grateful we didnt have much contact and were in & out in 2 minutes.

Checking your receipt will open your eyes to the scam. I wouldve never thought it possible from the big retailers until I saw an official news story on how a little old lady caught Walmart price discrepancies on her receipt, time and time again. They were hoping that nobody would notice.Target is doing the same thing. The prices advertised on the shelf do not come up on the register. Not only is this intentional, its deceitful. Yes, Its nickel and dime stuff but since its been going on for at least 4 years now I can only assume that its policy. Ive brought it to their attention over and over and over and over again and they refuse to change this practice. If I go in there today and buy only 2 grocery items, its guaranteed that the price is wrong on at least 1 of them.

Its a fine Target, but the layout isnt good for someone who needs something quick. To me, something quick generally means a food item or something for a party like paper plates. The entire right side of the store is dedicated to clothing and to get to the food section means walking through the entire length of the store.

Love target! Love the dollar spot section. Be careful you will enter to get a few items but will walk out with more than you need. Right now has great back to school stuff from bedroom to furniture!

Went here earlier for a DVD player. The salesman was SUPER knowledgeable about the different products, the electronics return policy, and offered A-1, GENUINE service. I was truly impressed, which is rare. I wish i wouldve gotten his name so i could compliment him to the general manager.

The store manager for the PM shift, Lexi, should be fired. She refused to price match from Best Buy and said it was against their policy, even though I have been price matched here before. A complete waste of my time, she gave me no good reason besides, “that’s the rules,” even though I was in earlier that day and price matched the same purchase. Very disappointed. Horrible customer service from Lexi, if you plan on going here for an honest price match, might as well take your business elsewhere.

Not walmart, pays taxes and gives back to community, service good, store in good condition, merchandise fresh and fun plus good staples, low cost, red card debit, ability to look up my orders with red card for easy returns, easy and good mix of store pick up, delivery, and in person shopping,

I went to Target 2 days ago. I received outstanding help and customer service from, I think her name was Nadija. Shes originally from Ukraine, she told me. Very nice, very friendly and helpful. I can only recommend her. Was very pleased.

Its a target, Im not expecting much here, but transferring a guest 4 times to put a pair of pants on hold is ridiculous (I never did get to put them on hold, mind you) also, if you ask for a customer comment card, they will say theyre all out, and proceed to just turn around and pretend youve walked away? Go to Hilldale. Its cleaner, managed better, and you dont have to walk to the opposite end of the store for a gallon of milk.

Ordering, paying and picking up was easy.

It can be a quick emergency stop for necessary items. I still have issues using my phone inside the store. otherwise I would have given it a 5 stars.

I can almost always find what I need at Target. Of all the big box stores, this is my favorite. Though I find this location to be lacking compared to the other east side (sun prairie) location. Thus, 4 stars instead of 5.

Dont go to Target for Android phone cases. I was highly disappointed by the selection of cell phone cases for non-iPhone phones. There was a small endcap display for Android cases, whereas there were 2 aisles plus 2 other branded displays for iPhones (at least). I sought out a team member for assistance, thinking maybe there were more Samsung cases that I could not find, but no. The endcap was it.

ALWAYS LOOK AT OTHER STORES! I was shopping for a new over ear headphones. I was looking to spend around ~200 dollars, as these were to be a good set for my home life. I wanted Bose, as I had heard of their quality. Target offered a pair for 230 that I wanted. The trial model had the 230 price tag under it, and I was led to believe that these were the ones I was planning on purchasing. However, trying the Bluetooth, the headphones showed up as “quiet comfort 35 II”, not sound true, the pain I was looking at. This worried me, and looking on Amazon I found out that the store model was a QC35, NOT what I was led to believe. Moral is, look around to other retailers. Target will do anything to get a sale, even ripping off their customers.

I always have loved Target! They have a great selection of items. I love the clothes there and I think they have great clearance items!

Target is always a nice store to shop at. This location is near my residence and is nice if I need to make a quick stop to pick up any prescriptions at the pharmacy or pick up any other items on my list.

Target, like Walmart, usually has what Im looking for. Provided you know what youre looking for in advance. The staff is always friendly, and more than willing to help. I know its hard to keep a store this size clean, but they do a pretty darn good job of it!

I recently shopped in this Target looking for dresses. Being pregnant, it is hard to find outfits that fit well. I was looking for a specific dress and after scanning it, we found there was one somewhere in the store. However, we couldnt find it anywhere. The young lady who scanned it for me told me she would look in a few different places. I continued shopping and eventually checked out. At checkout, one of the employees at the register recognized me and asked if I was looking for a specific dress and a certain size. The great communication by MaryJane and Megan helped me to check out with the dress I was looking for! This may seem like a small thing, but it made a huge impact on me that day! Thank you MaryJane and Megan for your help! I appreciate great employees like you working at Target!

Its a decent Target. Friendly people, things are easy to find. Store is clean and sorted away.

The staff is nice. They have a Starbucks so you can get coffee while you shop. They are priced a little high for the most part.

So easy to order and pick up a few hours later.
