Nice convenience store to find those odds in in items great customer service

My car broke down here last night, I have been trying to contact them ALL morning . Nobody ever answers the damn phone and it’s irritating .

My family and I shop here all the time. It was very convenient to school and also for those items you need but don’t want to go to the big stores. Sad to say the employees there are very unprofessional. Many of the items don’t have pricing like the charcoal. When asked I was told they move around and we don’t feel like pricing them. The conversation continued like this for a while the two going back and forth who would price the items.

There not the cleanest places but there right there when you need them.

Love the convenience of the location. I hate the crowed isles of unpacked products and I priced products. They have excellent home decor very REASONABLE, as well as great greeting cards. Things that you do not see in other stores. I visit regularly!!

The cashier was very helpful! Extremely helpful, actually. I didnt catch her name, but she had blonde hair and was short. Not only did she ask if I needed help, but when i needed help she didnt stop at the shelf. She went into her overstock cart or stock cart and found exactly what I needed. Very rare for employees to take such an interest nowadays. Great location with everything you need in a hurry.

Dollar General stores quite often do not have items that are advertised in circulars. When they do, they are inadequately stocked even on the first day. The aisle are narrow and cluttered. If you use a cane, walker, or wheelchair you will not be able to maneuver safely. The staff is friendly but there is nothing they can do to fix structural design problems.

Let just say, a few of the cashiers need customer service training. Cashiers talking to one another and not acknowledging the customers. They were in deep conversations that the cashier didnt even tell me my total. She was still talking to the other employee. Also, Jordan is a great employee. He is the reason why this store is getting any stars. He was the only one working hard trying to get a line of 10+ people while another employee stood there looking saying she was not able to clock in yet. Jordan did not complain and continued to help customers. Management is slacking.

Some dollar generals can be in pretty bad condition, but I had a good experience here. In and out fast and everything was well maintained.

Needs to be cleaned up. It has stuff everywhere in the aisle. Sometimes you run up on a friendly cashier. Other times you find somebody who isnt nice at all and would rather be anywhere but there. Ill never understand why people work a public job when they dont seem to like the public. It is in a very convenient spot.

Great prices, friendly workers. But I almost gave it 4 stars instead of 5, because they didnt carry Alabama merchandise LOL

Always nice and I found a last minute Christmas gift for the family.

The store on highway 72 and county line road was a complete tornado I couldnt even stand to stay in the store I had to walk out it was trashed. there was so much trash literally and all the aisles on the floor. Most centrally not going back.

Good place for picking up essentials. Store is usually in a little disarray, but the prices are low helping to overlook the mess.

Very quick and easy go to spot when you are in need of something and dont want to run to town. And to make it even better they have a nifty little app you can download on your phone so you can have digital coupons while you shop! This makes your already thrifty shopping a little more wallet friendly! My favorite thing about that is the laundry detergent is usually always on sale, and then you can use a digital coupon on top of the sale price! Cha-Ching!

Aisles where cluttered. There was only 1 employee available. Who was doing a good job. The store was not clean. We did find what we went there for though.

I visited this location on November 22nd and there was trash strown throughout the store. There are usually boxes in the aisles--due to being visibly understaffed the employees have no choice but to stock between assisting customers, but this was garbage. On nearly every aisle there were wrappers, paper, etc. Even outside the store there was a shopping cart full of trash that was still there on November 27th. It was a new low for this location.

This store is trash, there was a buggy or cart of stuff on almost every Isle. I couldnt barely even get thu the front door. When I went to go checkout the cashier was using her Bluetooth to talk on her cell phone.

Meh. Dont buy the cheap garden house. The fittings will cause the hose to split. Just warning you now...

I needed an extension cord and they had one. Saved time and 💰. Thats a win win.
