Its not overstating the case, to say that they are the best at what they do. Ive enjoyed their services since the days of DOS commands and Dot-matrix printers, and gladly recommend them to anyone with a computer issue of any kind. My sons hard drive crashed a few years ago, with several gigabytes of video hed been preparing for a large project, and they got all of his data back for us within a few days. To my son, I was the hero, just because I knew to take the hard drive to them! Every computer or peripheral I buy is from them, because I know that not only will it work, if it doesnt theyll gladly fix or replace it - no third degree or disappointing comments, just a How can we make it better attitude.
