My iPhone was hacked. The hacker filtered my emails sending them to his account through my Archives on the phone. Nothing was going into my trash! A total mess! I couldn’t receive any emails. I spent over 2 days working with AT&T. A total of 13 hours working with 4 different people from their technical support! No solution! After all those hours they told me it was an Yahoo issue. Yahoo denied I had an Yahoo account, which I actually DO!Loc, at tech Heroes’s figured it out in less than one hour! Now My iPhone is back to normal! ! It’s receiving and sending emails! Still can’t believe it! These guys are the best!Thank you! Thank you!

A few years ago my son dropped my cell phone in water. I tried putting it in rice, but it died completely. So it became his toy phone( he was a toddler). Years of photos of the most precious moments in our lives died with that phone. My 2010 Macbook Pro died on me last month. Tech Heroes sold it to me for a great price last year after my old one died. I called them the next day and took it in, explaining the trouble. As I was walking in my home an hour later, they called me and said my computer was fixed. Wow! I said so I went back right away. A RAM slot went bad. They installed a new one and I had my trusty Mac back for $50.00. Great job Tech Heroes.

Then next day noticed could not get online with out hot spot or wifi so I went to their store on east Washington. These guys are great, the service was better then I have received any where else in madison. The gentleman working was just about to go home after a day at work as me and my problems came strolling in. Its 610 which the store closed at 6 and Im asking for my phone screen to be done and done now what ever the cost may be. I explained that I own a business and have a very big contract Im in the middle of trying to seal that I cannot wait a night without the information on my cell. It was also 30$ cheaper than any places Id been before. I stated I would pay a extra service fee for him taking the time out of his personal life to help me out, just name his price and he declined the offer and only charged me the normal price rate. Guys are quick knowledgeable and treat you fairly. Had a rock stuck in my charger jack and instead of charging their normal fee for servicing, they fixed it in 5 minutes and told me to it’s on the house and write a review. Now that’s good business, wish them good luck .

Always kind, prompt and efficient. This is the second time Ive had to bring in my work phone for screen repairs and they go above and beyond to ensure customer happiness. They added tempered glass for free as well which was awesome. I would never go anywhere else for computer or smart phone repairs.

INCREDIBLE. Recommended by many friends of mine. Had a power button issue, took it to US cellular who told me it was a broken screen (which it wasnt because the charging icon would appear) and almost had me buy out my old phone for $344, just to get a new one which I need for work. Tech Heroes told me what they needed to do to fix it, the cost up front if it worked, and to come back in one hour. One hour and $30 later my phone is perfect. These guys are amazing.

These guys were great! I stopped in the other night with a cracked screen and my phone was fixed in about an hour just like they said it would and for the price that they quoted me. All the guys working there were very friendly and sounded knowledgeable about all forms of electronics when talking to other customers. 3 years later and multiple glass repairs I can say their work is junk and only slows the phone down plus the buttons didnt all work correctly. Add to the fact they tell me 1 hour wait and show up 3 hours later and still not done on multiple visits. Will not go back after more than enough trips and business given to them

I told myself if they were as awesome on yesterdays visit as they had been the times prior Id do them the solid and write a review. Everything about their service is how things should be, they dont charge you a fee to take a look which seems to be rare these days, I had dust in the camera of my 5s from us cellular (they wont even look at devices to fix) I took it to tech heroes and within an hour and for $20 my camera is working like new again. The ear speaker piece and main button of my iPhone were not working. I headed to AT&T to get a new phone, but needed the charging port to work in order to transfer contacts and information. They referred me to Tech Heroes.Both gentlemen working were very friendly and fixed my phone in a matter of minutes. Very reasonably priced and great service! Very knowledgeable about all products.

Customer service is excellent!!! As a business owner myself, I recommend these guys for all repairs. The staff here is always helpful and does not nickel and dime you! They have replaced broken glass on various phone for me with no issue and great value. In addition, they have saved me hundreds by cleaning out my input jack on iPhones. Apple wanted to replace the jacks, and all it needed was to be cleaned! In fact, the second time it happened, I went in and they just cleaned it out on the house!!! I’m telling you, that type of customer service goes a long way.

Great shop and service. I arrived about 5 minutes until closing, but they stayed open to help me. I had gotten some water/dust in the charging outlet of my phone, so they cleaned it out, dried it well, and began charging to restore my battery. The entire process took more than ten minutes and completely resolved the issue. Even after being so helpful, they didnt end up charging anything for the service. Thanks Tech Heroes!

Breaking your phone is a stressful experience. Yet Seth and the crew at Teach Heros on East wash made it a very nice experience. Fixing my iPhone 6s is a more expensive fix in general. They were helpful and gave me a VERY NICE gently used Pelican phone protector for CHEAP, hopefully avoiding future accidents! It was a very positive and professional environment. I would be happy to always go back to this location.

Ive done a number of electronic repairs before on my own using online tutorials and schematics, but for my specific model cell phone, the cracked screen was considered quite difficult for a DIY, so I took it to Tech Heroes. Outside of box stores, Ive never found a repair place that exudes professionalism in their appearance. Tech Heroes isnt much to look at. Their work spaces are cluttered and plenty of old tech items in cases. However, they had excellent customer service. They really know how a retail store should be run in that avenue. Both times I stopped in, I was taken care of immediately and my repairs were done in about an hour. While my phone had a problem related to their first repair, I brought it back and being very apologetic, fixed it right away. The service and professionalism in attitude is what makes me rate this place 5 stars. Sure they made a mistake, but they made it right and it wasnt that big of a deal as long as everything works in the end and I feel well treated. For quick repairs (assuming they have the part in stock) and good service, Id definitely recommend Tech Heroes.

Very good service . Get my iphone charging port fixed in less than 5 minutes. They original quoted me $55 to fix the charging port, but later on figured out that there is a piece of plastic stuck inside . end up did not charge me anything. Awesome !!!!!!

A few months ago, I destroyed the front and back glass on my Galaxy S7...the phone was still fairly new then so parts were a bit hard to come by. I went to UBreakIFix first, and they told me it would take about a week to get parts in, so I called around some other phone repair businesses in town. Tech Heroes had both front and back glass readily available, and fixed my phone in the span of an evening. The job was really well done and came with a 30-day warranty. Plus it was about 30% cheaper than what I was quoted elsewhere. Recommended to anyone who experiences similar travails.

Tech Heroes saved my day! My phone quit on me the other night, so I took it to my carriers store. Since I didnt have insurance and wasnt eligible for an upgrade, they could do nothing for me. Two different IT or cell phone specialists tried to fix my phone before I went to Tech Heros. Tech Heros were able to diagnose the problem and fix it and have me out the door in 15 minutes! They ask good questions and listen well! It was super cheap! I love these guys! They are THE Best!!!

I really like how friendly and helpful the staff in here, but its my belief they use subpar parts. Ive gotten two replacement screens here and theyve both broken within the first week of having them. Ive had smart phones for a number of years and rarely had issues, but these seem just too easy to break :/ I cant get myself to go back for a third because I feel like its just going to keep happening.

I took my girlfriends iPhone 5s in to these guys and they were very kind and helpful as soon as we walked in the door. They diagnosed the problem within about 20min; it was fixed and back in my hands within a few hours. Ill definitely be coming back for anymore tech issues.

These guys were great. The technician took a look at my phone, quickly figured out what was wrong with it and proceeded to clean and fix it within a few minutes. I was expecting to have to replace the phone (two years old), but the guy charged me nothing. Thats a huge plus in my book, since most of the time the answer to the smallest problem is that you need to drop another couple hundred dollars on a replacement item.Friendly, talented and above all honest (something you rarely see in business these days). The screen on my Galaxy 4 was broken and the debugging mode was off when this happened. I wanted to transfer my files from the phone to my desktop, but this is only possible with debugging mode on. As it turns out, the ONLY way to turn on this mode is to use the screen and navigate the menus (thanks a bunch Android team:/).A replacement screen would have cost around $150 but all I needed was a spare screen to plug in and turn on debugging mode. The guy I talked with was completely understanding. Instead of insisting I let them transfer my files (with service fee), they plugged in a screen and let me chage the mode for free! He wouldnt even take my money when I offered.This is type of service I always hope for and almost never find: they could have made more money, but instead gave me exactly what I wanted and gained a loyal customer in the process. Ill recommend these guys to anyone who needs a phone or repairs. Thank you sir!

Brought my phone in because the charger wouldnt fit into the phone anymore. It took the guys at Tech Heroes all of 2 minutes to use a razorr blade to re-align the port so that the cable would fit in again. Problem solved! I tried to pay them but they refuse to take money for minor, easy-to-fix problems. Well, the problem was easy for them to fix, but for me it would have been impossible. Smart phone saved! Awesome job, super polite service, work done instantly. Cant recommend them more highly!

The screen on my iphone was very dark and had ghost images on it so I stopped at Tech Heroes re: repair. Since I carry my phone for questions from the school about my grandsons diabetes, I was concerned that I might miss a call during the repair. The person did the repair in 15 minutes, while I waited.
